Feel like they didn't make the most out of the idea, dunno, maybe a remake from westerners could bring some new light to it. Kind of mid, but interested in chcking out the game now.

Exit 8 is a 2025 Japanese mystery psychological horror film directed by Genki Kawamura, who co-wrote the screenplay with Kentaro Hirase. It is an adaptation of the 2023 video game The Exit 8 developed by Kotake Create. The film stars Kazunari Ninomiya as an unnamed man who is caught in a looping subway corridor and must spot possible anomalies in each loop to escape.
