Buen Día amigos de @TheAnimeRealm, saludos y feliz día, en esta oportunidad vengo para hablarles sobre un anime que me causo mucha intriga, además de que no es tan sencillo de entender al principio se vuelve algo confuso, pero ya luego le agarras el hilo a lo que quiere llegar, es como un detective intentado saber que pasa y comprender a cada uno de los personajes para lograr el objetivo final, salvarles la vida a todos, se trata de Gnosia.
Es una historia basada en un videojuego, donde un grupo de personas o bueno algunos humanos y otras especias, en un futuro muy lejano, deben abordar una nave, pero en un momento de abordar algunos se contaminan con un virus, el cual hace que pierda la cabeza y maten a los que no son de su grupo, son conocidos como Gnosia, realizan reuniones para descubrir quién es el Gnosia, aunque no es sencillo, ya que miente y en ese proceso de mentir y enviar a congelar a quien creen que puede estar contaminado ps mueren más y más los individuos.
En ese grupo esta Yuri, un joven que tras un incidente despierta y tiene pérdida de memoria, sin saber que pasa entra en la asamblea donde hablan y deciden a quien tienen que mandar a dormir para saber si es o no un gnosia, al principio sin saber que pasa Yuri a través de Setsu una mujer que dice no tener género y que parece que es la única a la que puede confiar, le indica que están en un bucle el cual se repite cada vez que él vaya a morir, sin entender nada de lo que ocurre Yuri al morir se va dando cuenta que es cierto, vive en un bucle, que aunque crea que siempre será lo mismo ps no es así.
Cada bucle es distinto, aparecen diferentes personajes o hasta más, lo cual ocasiona que Yuri se vea más inseguro en determinar quién es el Gnosia, o como ayudarse con los roles que comienzan aparecer para determinar a los infectados, es una batalle del tiempo en no solo sobrevivir porque aunque es el único que puede regresar tal cual es en los bucles, la idea es ayudarlos a todos sin necesidad de morir para ello, pero cada vez es diferente, el recaudar información se vuelve importante ya que el saber cómo es cada uno puede ayudarlo en otro bucle.
Sin embargo, cada vez se vuelve como subir de nivel, más difícil, y no siempre la información que tienes puede ser la más certera, así que será una lucha por sobrevivir, salvar a los demás y recaudar la información necesaria para cerrar el ciclo, pero no será nada sencillo ya que Yuri desconoce cómo empezó ello y que hará para salir de esta locura espacial. Cuenta con su primera temporada de 21 capítulos.

Each loop is different, different characters appear or even more, which causes Yuri to seem more insecure in determining who the Gnosia is, or how to help himself with the roles that begin to appear to determine the infected, it is a battle of time in not only surviving because although he is the only one who can return as he is in the loops, the idea is to help them all without having to die for it, but each time it is different, collecting information becomes important since knowing what each one is like can help him in another loop.
However, it becomes more and more difficult, like leveling up, and the information you have may not always be the most accurate, so it will be a fight to survive, save others and collect the information necessary to close the cycle, but it will not be easy at all since Yuri does not know how it started and what he will do to get out of this space madness. It has its first season of 21 episodes.

Hola, fanáticos del anime. Hoy les traigo uno de los mejores animes de ciencia ficción que he visto en toda mi vida. Una joya infravalorada de la temporada pasada que mezcla de manera perfecta todo lo relacionado a viajes en el espacio, el tiempo y hasta los universos con una trama repleta de misterio, suspenso y muchos detalles muy interesantes. Basada en el juego/novela visual homónimo desarrollado por Petit Depotto, Gnosia es una adaptación animada producida por el estudio Domerica. Conoce el anime que te hará desconfiar hasta de tu propia existencia.
The anime begins by showing someone waking up from a high-tech medical pod. Upon opening his eyes, he is greeted by a woman named Setsu, who asks him, “Do you understand what just happened?” Our protagonist replies that he has no idea. He says he doesn’t remember anything except his name: Yuri. Setsu takes him to the others while explaining that they are both on a space cruiser called the DQO, which has departed from the planet Liu-An because it has been destroyed by the Gnosia. The Gnosia are beings that invade living bodies and force them to kill humans. Upon arriving in a room, Setsu introduces him to the rest of the crew: Raçio, SQ, and Jina.
Trama
El anime inicia mostrándonos cómo alguien despierta de una sofisticada cápsula médica. Al abrir los ojos, es recibido por una mujer llamada Setsu quien le pregunta “¿entiendes lo que acaba de suceder?”, con lo cual nuestro protagonista contesta sin entender nada. Dice no recordar nada, excepto su nombre, Yuri. Setsu lo lleva con los demás mientras le cuenta que ambos se encuentran en un crucero espacial llamado DQO, el cual ha partido del planeta Liu-An debido que ésta ha sido destruida por los Gnosia. Los Gnosia son seres que invaden cuerpos vivos y los obligan a matar humanos. Al llegar a una sala, Setus le presenta al resto de los tripulantes: Raçio, SQ y Jina.
I don’t need to remind you how big a fan I am of everything related to science fiction, so it’s only natural that I have a certain preference for anime in this genre over others. Clearly, since it’s such a popular genre, I don’t often have the good fortune to stumble upon audiovisual gems like the anime I’m bringing you today. Most anime that are supposedly science fiction lack what it takes or don’t even quite qualify as such, since they mix it with other genres and so on. In the end, only a few anime like Gnosia are the ones I’m fascinated by because they have a perfect blend of fiction with mystery, suspense, and more.
Aside from taking place on a space cruise ship, Gnosia features a plot brimming with mysteries and intense psychological suspense. It begins as a simple story of a group of space crew members arguing among themselves to find the suspect—a crew member infected by a Gnosia who is about to end the lives of the others during warp jumps. The idea is to decide who among them is the Gnosia, vote for them, and send them into hibernation so the ship can continue on its course. But if they pick the wrong person, the passengers will be in danger of losing their lives and the ship will self-destruct. Amid all this, our protagonist, Yuri, fails to find the Gnosia and loses his life.
No hace falta recordarles lo fan que soy de todo lo relacionado a la ciencia ficción, con lo cual es normal que tenga cierta preferencia a los animes de este género por sobre los demás. Claramente, al ser un género un tanto popular, no siento la fortuna de toparme con joyas audiovisuales como lo es el anime que les traigo hoy. La mayoría de animes que, supuestamente, son de ciencia ficción no tienen lo que hace falta o ni siquiera llegan a ser del todo una obra como tal ya que lo mezclan con otros géneros y así. Al final, solo pocos animes como Gnosia son los que me fascinan ver debido a que tienen una mezcla perfecta de ficción con misterio, suspenso y demás.
Aparte de desarrollarse en un crucero espacial, Gnosia posee una trama repleta de misterios y un suspenso psicológico brutal. Empieza siendo una simple historia de un grupo de tripulantes espaciales que discuten entre sí para encontrar al sospechoso, un miembro infectado por un Gnosia que está por acabar con la vida de los demás durante los saltos warp. La idea es decidir quién de todos es el Gnosia, votar por él y mandarlo a hibernación para que así la nave pueda seguir su curso. Pero si se equivocan de persona, los pasajeros correrán el peligro de perder la vida y la nave se autodestruirá. Entre todo esto, nuestro protagonista, Yuri, no logra encontrar al Gnosia y pierde la vida.
But what she didn't expect was that the day would repeat itself again, as if she had gone back in time, right at the moment she steps out of the medical pod. This is due to what Setsu gave Yuri just before she was put into hibernation. This entity will allow her to repeat that day as many times as possible while she discovers who the Gnosia is. However, the problem with these time loops is that every time the day restarts, it isn’t the same crew members who welcome them aboard the space cruiser. So, as she relives the same day over and over, Yuri will meet the various crew members during her space journey.
Yes, the plot bears some resemblance to the famous game called Among Us, where players have to vote among themselves to discover who the intruder is and thus expel them from the ship. Clearly, this anime has its differences, aside from being the animated adaptation of a game of the same name, which is itself a visual novel. This means it has a fully developed lore that includes the origin of the Gnosia and certain cosmic entities like Gnos, for example. The plot itself really caught my attention from the very first episode because of its resemblance to the famous game I mentioned above.
Pero lo que no esperaba es que el día se repetiría de nuevo, como si hubiera retrocedido en el tiempo, en el mismo momento en el que sale de la cápsula médica. Esto se debe a lo que Setsu le entregó a Yuri justo antes de ser puesta en hibernación. Dicha entidad le permitirá repetir ese día todas las veces posibles mientras descubre quién es el Gnosia. Sin embargo, el problema de estos bucles temporales es que cada vez que reinicia el día, no son los mismos miembros de siempre los que los reciben en el crucero espacial. Así que mientras vive el mismo día una y otra vez, Yuri conocerá a los distintos miembros de la nave durante su viaje espacial.
Si, la trama tiene algún parecido al famoso juego llamado Among Us donde los jugadores tienen que votar entre sí para descubrir quién es el intruso y así expulsarlo de la nave. Claramente, este anime tiene sus diferencias, además de ser en sí la adaptación animada de un juego que lleva su nombre que, a su vez, es también una novela visual. Esto significa que posee todo un lore completamente desarrollado donde incluso se habla del origen de los Gnosia y ciertas entidades cósmicas como lo es Gnos, por ejemplo. La trama de por sí me llamó mucho la atención desde un principio con su primer episodio al tener ese parecido al famoso juego que mencioné arriba.
But what really hooked me was the premise that it’s a time loop—something that fascinates me because it’s a clear sign of a story brimming with mysteries and plenty of psychological suspense. While it certainly has mystery, the suspense element balances it out very well, maintaining a plot where the characters argue, speculate, and try to figure out who among them is the Gnosia. And the fact that all of this repeats over and over again due to the loop our protagonist is stuck in brings us a variety of different characters, moments, and experiences, even though it’s always the same day. The best part of all this is that the deeper you get into the plot, the crazier everything gets.
As if everything I’ve just told you weren’t enough, there’s one more key and very important aspect of this anime to mention: its characters. One thing Gnosia does well is introduce us to characters so unique and so strange that it’s hard to forget them. While in the first episode we meet only four members, this number will increase as the series progresses. Some characters stand out solely because of their appearance and/or personality. Other characters, on the other hand, have a very dark story to tell that generates a lot of intrigue, at least for me.
Pero lo que me terminó de enganchar por completo es el plot de que se trata de un bucle temporal, cosa que me fascina porque es una clara señal de una historia repleta de misterios y mucho suspenso psicológico. Si bien el misterio lo tiene, el tema del suspenso lo equilibra muy bien, manteniendo una trama donde los personajes discuten, adivinan y descubren quién de todos es el Gnosia. Y que todo esto se repita una y otra vez debido al bucle que vive nuestro protagonista nos trae una variedad de personajes, momentos y experiencias diferentes, a pesar de ser siempre el mismo día. Lo mejor de todo esto es que cuando más te adentras en su trama, más loco se vuelve todo.
Por si no fuera suficiente con todo lo que les acabo de contar, hay que mencionar otra cosa más que es clave y muy importante en este anime: sus personajes. Algo que hace bien Gnosia es presentarnos a personajes tan únicos y tan extraños que es difícil olvidarse de ellos. Si bien en el primer episodio apenas conocemos a tan solo cuatro miembros, este número irá incrementándose con el paso de los siguientes episodios. Algunos personajes son llamativos únicamente por su aspecto y/o personalidad. Otros personajes, en cambio, tienen una historia muy oscura que contar y que genera mucha intriga, en lo personal.
One of these characters is SQ, who, aside from being visually appealing, has a somewhat unsettling backstory linked to certain events that occur in one episode or another—or rather, in a parallel universe—which is something that really appeals to me, as it adds a certain spice to the plot. Another interesting secondary character is Raçio, who, from the very first episode, stands out for his defiant, self-centered, and Machiavellian personality. However, I believe that the negative impression one has of this character at the beginning will gradually evolve throughout the anime. But the character who surprised me the most was Kukrushka.
Another thing that really surprises me about this anime is the number of Plot Twist's in its storyline, and I think this is essential since we’re talking about a story where the protagonist keeps repeating the same day (or days) due to the time loop he’s trapped in. And no, it’s not like other sci-fi stories with time loops where the same thing repeats over and over—with Gnosia, that’s not the case. Every day, every repetition, every episode shows us a series of different events, since both the infected and the crew members themselves are always changing. This is great because, first, you don’t get bored, and second, you never know what to expect from each episode.
Uno de esos personajes es SQ quien, aparte de ser visualmente atractiva, tiene un origen que perturba un poco y que está ligado con algunos acontecimientos que ocurren en uno que otro episodio -o mejor dicho, universo paralelo-, lo cual es algo que me atrae bastante ya que le da cierta sazón a la trama. Otro personaje secundario interesante es Raçio quien, desde el primer episodio, ya llama la atención por su personalidad desafiante, egocéntrica y maquiavélica. Sin embargo, considero que esta visión negativa que uno tiene al principio de este personaje irá evolucionando poco a poco a lo largo del anime. Pero el personaje que más me sorprendió fue Kukrushka.
Otra cosa que me sorprende mucho de este anime son la cantidad de Plot Twist que tiene su trama y considero que es algo esencial ya que estamos hablando de una historia donde el protagonista repite siempre el mismo día (o días), debido al bucle temporal en el que se encuentra. Y no, no es como otras historias de ciencia ficción con bucles temporales donde se repite lo mismo todo el tiempo ya que, con Gnosia, no ocurre así. Cada día, cada repetición, cada episodio nos muestra una serie de acontecimientos diferentes ya que tanto los infectados como los tripulantes como tal varían siempre. Esto es genial ya que, primero, uno no se aburre y, segundo, no te esperas nada de cada episodio.
This is what I love about Gnosia: not only does the plot offer a certain variety without derailing the main storyline, but it also features excellently developed supporting characters and a perfect blend of mystery and suspense. And not only that, but each episode encourages you to use your brain to figure out who Gnosia is or what a certain character is hiding. While anyone might get lost at certain points in the anime, I think the plot is so well-developed that the ending provides a resolution that’s both complete and excellent. Not to mention that every secret or mystery is explained very clearly.
Last but not least, let’s talk about Gnosia’s audiovisual aspects. Without knowing Domerica’s work, I think they did a spectacular job blending traditional (2D) animation with computer-generated (3D) animation. I love it when they use 3D to animate spaces, environments, and other elements, and since everything in the anime takes place on a spaceship, I love it even more. On the other hand, the 2D animation is also excellent and quite fluid, with striking visual details and character designs. I love the cool, colorful palette. I also love the visual and sound effects, as well as the soundtrack. In short, here’s one of the best sci-fi anime of the year.
Personally, I give it a 9.5/10 rating in terms of the sci-fi, mystery, and suspense genres.
Esto es lo que me encanta de Gnosia, ya que no sólo su trama tiene cierta variedad sin necesidad de arruinar la trama principal; sino que también tiene personajes secundarios excelentemente desarrollados y una mezcla perfecta de misterio y suspenso. Y no solo eso, sino que también cada episodio te incita a que utilices la cabeza para pensar sobre quién es el Gnosia o qué oculta cierto personaje. Si bien en cierta parte del anime cualquiera puede llegar a perderse, considero que si trama está tan bien desarrollada que su final posee un cierre tan completo y excelente al mismo tiempo. Sin mencionar que hasta se nos explica muy bien cada secreto o misterio que tiene.
Por último, pero no menos importante, hablemos del apartado audiovisual de Gnosia. Sin conocer el trabajo de Domerica, considero que hicieron un trabajo espectacular mezclando la animación tradicional (en 2D) y la animación hecha por computadora (en 3D). Me encanta cuando usan el 3D para animar los espacios, entornos y demás cosas y como todo lo que sucede en el anime es en un crucero espacial, aún más. Por otro lado, el 2D es también excelente y bastante fluido, con detalles visuales y diseños de personajes bastante llamativos. La paleta de colores fríos y coloridos me encanta. Los efectos visuales y de sonido también me encantan, al igual que la banda sonora. En fin, les dejo uno de los mejores animes de ciencia ficción de este año.
Personalmente, le doy una calificación de 9.5/10 en lo que respecta al género de ciencia ficción, misterio y suspenso.
