   Hello friends, I hope you like the movie I shared with in my last post? I'm glad to inform you that am here with another excited movie.

   The movie is all about a rescuing mission whereby an oil refinery has been getting a series of attacks from nowhere which put most of the workers in fear.

   Furthermore, a special agent has been sent to go to extract the workers and the director of the refinery.

   Arriving at the refinery company was at the late time, and they couldn't move the same day, so they needed to plan and make some arrangements for their movement.

   Moreover, people around the refinery suffer lot of bills in other to get water, so there's someone who looks out for people in the area.

   He had been offered a job to kidnap the leader in charge of the refinery thou he knew nothing about their plans, only just to assist in the kidnapping.

   The movie gets interesting when the agent decides to start the extraction, meanwhile theirs a spy within the workers who gave the outsiders information inside the refinery.

   Do you think it will be easier for them to extract them without facing challenges? Yes, this keeps me wondering what's going to happen next.

   After the extraction begin on their way to the safe zone, they were attacked, and they carjack the bus of the director of the refinery and got kidnapped

   The special agent boss decided to rescue the director and get her to the safe zone, after he ordered the other squad to continue with the extraction of the other workers.

   Do you think he will be able to succeed in rescuing the director back to the safe zone on his own?

   Last night, it was quite simple and I could review several movies on the Netflix platform and I realized that I have many movies to watch, plus every day they are releasing new ones and it was the most impressive thing, since with just some advertising and money they put together a production. This time I saw one that has given much to talk about the presence of two great veterans of cinema and with an incredible journey, where we are immersed in a story of mystery, suspense, action and a lot of aspects that come out in it. This movie with only a few days since its release has achieved good results known as Project X-traction, being a very different movie, fun and see how the special effects do a great job during the same.

   La noche de ayer, fue bastante sencilla y me puede a revisar varias películas en la plataforma de Netflix y me di cuenta de que tengo muchas películas por ver, además cada día están sacando nuevas y fue lo más impresionante, puesto que con tan solo algo de publicidad y dinero arman una producción. Esta vez vi una que ha dado mucho de qué hablar por la presencia de dos grandes veteranos del cine y con un trayecto increíble, donde nos sumergimos en una historia de misterio, suspenso, acción y una gran cantidad de aspectos que salen en la misma. Esta película con tan solo pocos días desde que estrenó ha logrado conseguir buenos resultados conocida como Project X- traction, siendo una película muy distinta, divertida y ver cómo los efectos especiales hacen un gran trabajo durante la misma.

   This movie reminded me of Jackie Chan's great successes, since each of his movies always predominates the fights and this one manages to involve shots, blows and it is something that will never go out of style and more if you are a fan of this great martial arts mute. They also managed to make great moments that are very shocking and one is left wondering how they do it, since suddenly everything is quiet and the fun begins and give a lot of emotion to it. In addition, you can not miss those moments that are exaggerated and very risky, since life is at stake, decision making is something of great importance here and the time it lasts is very good, since everything is developed in a great way. Being a movie that comes to a point where you wonder, can Jackie Chan's skills and John cena's strength be invincible?

   Una película muy buena y a medida que van pasando los segundos va incrementando esa gran tensión, la cual logra una gran conexión y cada detalle se va resolviendo poco a poco, además nos vamos a encontrar con disparos, conflictos, una serie de misiones que a simple vista parecen muy sencillos, sin embargo, el mínimo error puede causar la muerte, además ver a dos soldados veteranos escoltando alguien, algo que no es nada fácil y se necesita de mucha valentía, sin duda ese tipo de trama son muy bien aceptadas, puesto que lo único que se quiere saber es si lo lograron o no. Esta nueva entrega de acción se centra más que todo en dichos veteranos, puesto que primero son iconos del cien y en cada una de sus películas le colocan un gran toque y le gusta llevar la aventura al siguiente nivel, como lo son Jackie Chan y John cena, donde fue la mejor cosa que se le ocurrió a ese director y esta será la diversión de esta nueva entrega. Una película que se mantendrá muy activa y ver cómo grandes actores se unen y aún le queda potencial.

   Esta película me hizo recordar grandes éxitos de Jackie Chan, puesto que cada una de sus películas siempre predomina los combates y esta logran involucrar disparos, golpes y es algo que nunca pasará de moda y más un si eres fanático de ese gran mudo de las artes marciales. También lograron hacer grandes momentos que son muy impactantes y uno se queda pensado como lo hacen, puesto que de repente todo está tranquilo y comienza la diversión y darle mucha emoción a la misma. Además, no pueden faltar esos momentos que son exageres y muy arriesgado, puesto que la vida está juego, la toma de decisiones es algo de gran importancia aquí y el tiempo que dura es muy buena, ya todo se desarrolla de una gran manera. Siendo una película que llega un momento donde te preguntas, ¿las habilidades de Jackie Chan y la fuerza de John cena, podrán ser invencible?

Where the most impressive thing about this film is how they managed to recreate that great city, as it seemed to me that it has a futuristic look, all very modern, so that in a matter of seconds everything is destroyed and the best thing to see how today the actors are taking other types of roles and thus make themselves known and not always do the same, since there comes a point where it is boring and he who does not risk does not win, as is the case of these two actors of the cinema and take a great role of veterans.

   Una trama que es muy buena y a la vez sencilla, puesto que ambos le tocará escoltar a un grupo de civiles, donde tendrán que buscar cada una de las estrategias para que así puede llegar con vida y evitar algún tipo de daño y demostrar que ellos serán capaces y no habrá nadie que los detenga en su camino, sin duda saber que todo está en juego y si se comete un desastre o una locura afectará mucho el desarrollo de ese gran trabajo. Donde lo más impresionante de esta película es cómo lograron recrear esa gran ciudad, ya que me pareció que tiene aspecto futurista, todo muy moderno, para que en cuestión de segundo todo sea destruido y lo mejor ver cómo hoy en día los actores están tomando otro tipo de papeles y de esa manera darse a conocer y no siempre hacer lo mismo, puesto que llega un punto donde es aburrido y el que no arriesga no gana, como es el caso de estos dos actores del cine y toman un gran rol de veteranos.

   Siendo una producción muy activa, nadie está tranquilo, disparos, explosiones, donde los efectos especiales que le colocaron a la película son muy buenos, y creo que son ellos esta producción no fuera lo mismo. Además, la gran pareja que formaron estos dos personajes es muy buena y ambos le colocan un gran toque de risa, diversión y lo más divertido es ver que nunca están de acuerdo en cada y más son las veces que se la pasan peleando, qué trabajando, sin duda ambos sobresalen y cada uno aporta mucho valor, puesto que el conocimiento y las diversas habilidades y técnicas le permiten ir haciendo las cosas a su ritmo y crear una gran trama para así mantenernos activo. Como también algunos enemigos que quieren siempre destruir y arruinar las cosas, para así darle emoción durante ese momento que les toca escoltar.

   A great bet that ended in a success and I really liked the movie that was presented to us, also to see the characters again, since they had some time that they did not appear on the movie screens. Where you leave great moments, messages, highlighting that teamwork will always be much better and easier, plus one has to work and fight until the final moment, until they managed to achieve the objectives, plus I would like to see that this story will continue and continue working and discovering great details. So friends, if you have some free time and you like this kind of movies, I recommend it and see two great heroes that never get old.

   Una gran apuestas que terminó en un éxito y me gustó mucho la película que nos presentaron, además ver nuevamente a los personajes, ya que tenían algo de tiempo que no salían en las pantallas del cine. Donde dejas grandes momentos, mensajes, destacando que el trabajo en equipo siempre será mucho mejor y más fácil, además uno tiene que trabajar y luchar hasta el momento final, hasta haber lograron conseguir los objetivos, además me gustaría ver que esta historia continuará y seguir trabajando y descubriendo grandes detalles. Así que amigos, si tiene un tiempo libre y te gustan este tipo de películas, te la recomiendo y ver dos grandes héroes que nunca envejecen.

3. ›Hidden Strike Film Review: Where Action and Comedy Collide@olujay1035d

   I have been acclimating to a new life lately. And after quite a long time away from watching films, writing reviews, and generally being in the space of the film industry, finding my way back proved quite a challenge. I needed something short, simple, and interesting to jog up my zeal again. Seeing my favourite childhood stars from vastly different genres together in one movie piqued my interest and sparked the flame I needed.

   

   I think when most people think of a personality like Jackie Chan in a film, they'd expect the sort of martial arts stuff he did for so many years and for which we have particularly known him. Such films were always thrilling to me as a kid, so I looked forward to really enjoying this film. And, also, seeing the likes of John Cena, who used to be a professional wrestler and quite a big name in WWE, in a title that spelled "action," made me further interested.

   

   The film starts like the usual Jackie Chan film setting that many of us are used to—that dramatic and tension-filled beginning that tells you that the film is going to be a hell of the action kind, with lots of guns and fights. The introduction of the second protagonist, however, gave me the feeling that it was going to be something different from what I'd normally see in action films—some loosening up."

   There is a short comic display right at the beginning of the film, and I immediately sensed that the film was going to take an interesting approach, especially with the comic. In the end, I realised the film wasn't the kind to be taken so seriously. It turned out to be an action film with a lot of comic relief here and there.

   It was in that moment and thereafter, when both protagonists met one another in the film, that it really dawned on me that I was going to enjoy the film for one more reason, and that was the subtle comedy that was thrown here and there. Right there in a fight scene, when my eagerness for what would happen next should be high, I was laughing at the hilarious dialogues and silly interactions the protagonists had.

   Comedy aside, I will say that the fight scenes and "action" moments were very entertaining. A lot of them didn't make logical sense, but they were very thrilling and exciting to watch. It's like that with films like this anyway; a lot of things would be exaggerated just for the sole purpose of entertainment. One potential problem with all that, however, is that they can be overdone and then end up looking too unrealistic for comfort. It was quite okay and done well in this film.

   

   Camaraderie

   ...is something I should talk about. For films like this to truly work and be successful—with all the funny dialogue and silliness—there has to be some truth to them in reality. There has to be that form of mutual friendship and respect between the actors in reality and on set for it to truly be represented on screen. I could sense that there had already been some kind of bond between Jackie and John, and even between them and the other actors on set, and that it naturally worked in the film. Maybe this is a bit of a spoiler, but I think it's worth mentioning.

   

   The entire storyline of the film isn't so different from what we are used to. It was nothing particularly novel, yet it seemed quite alright with the other elements that gave the film life. There wasn't that much depth in its story, but it seemed apt for what the writers intended, bringing the stars together and creating something memorable. I would say that if one is into something deeper, maybe some complex, mind-boggling story, and not into the whole silliness, one might just pass.

   

   I look forward to Hidden Strike 2, not just because I enjoyed the film but also because the film ended with an unavoidable hint that there was going to be a sequel. There were some little unresolved matters—nothing too serious, though, but interesting to see how they'd end.

   I would recommend this to anyone who's looking to unwind and wants to catch some laughs while they are at it. It's basically a film anyone can watch and enjoy, I think, depending on preferences. I'll give it a rating of, say, eight out of ten.

   Hidden Strike was released in July this year, directed by Scott Waugh, produced by Changchun Film Studio, XYZ Films and Huaxia Film Distribution, with a duration of 1 hour and 42 minutes. It is an action and comedy film, it focuses on a group of trained agents who are assigned to transfer the workers of an oil plant to a safe place, the problem arises when they have to cross "The highway of death" to be able to be insurance and a group of mercenaries will not make this task easy.

   Hidden Strike fue estrenada en julio de este año, dirigida por Scott Waugh, producida por Changchun Film Studio, XYZ Films y Huaxia Film Distribution, cuenta con una duración de 1 hora y 42 minutos. Es una cinta de acción y comedia, se centra en un grupo de agentes entrenados que son asignados a trasladar a los trabajadores de una planta petrolera hasta un lugar seguro, el problema nace cuando tienen que atravesar "La autopista de la muerte" para poder estar seguros y un grupo de mercenarios no le pondrán esta tarea nada fácil.

   The world building is quite poor, the setting is not really remarkable or memorable, the occasional piece of information is given about the place where everything takes place but outside of that the context does not feel interesting because there is nothing that does. stand out, you could change the setting completely and this would not have an impact on the film since it has nothing in particular that stands out.

   La construcción de mundo es bastante pobre, el escenario no es realmente algo destacable ni memorable, se da uno que otro dato sobre el lugar donde todo tiene lugar pero fuera de ello no se siente interesante el contexto debido a que no hay nada que lo haga destacar, podrías cambiar la ambientación por completo y esto no tendría repercusión en el filme puesto que no tiene nada en particular que le destaque.

   The plot is somewhat complex to understand due to the lack of explanation of it, apart from the lack of information the film does not manage to shine much because its moments of action are not abundant or excessively good, and the comedy does not turn out to be fantastic so that you can forget about the botch of moments of confrontation. Despite the fact that the tape has a relatively short duration, it still feels very extended for the bland plot that is supposed to advance the plot because it handles a script that is too brief and poorly worked.

   La trama es algo compleja de entender por la falta de explicación de la misma, fuera de la carencia de información el filme no logra brillar mucho debido a que sus momentos de acción no son abundantes ni excesivamente buenos, y, la comedia no resulta ser fantástica como para que puedas olvidarte de la chapuza de los momentos de confrontación.    The relationship between the main characters is too forced and artificial, it is never exposed what they really want and they only end up being a couple of subjects who do things because they want to without justifying anything, the same happens with the antagonists and secondary characters of whose objectives are not made clear or even go into detail about who the hell they are, so they end up as strangers who are supposed to matter, the villain falls into this same hole for which there is no explanation and they do things alone because that's what the plot demands.

   La relación que hay entre los personajes principales es demasiado forzada y artificial, nunca se expone que es lo que realmente quieren y solo terminan siendo un par de sujetos que hacen cosas porque quieren sin justificar nada, lo mismo pasa con los antagonistas y personajes secundarios de los cuales no se deja en claro sus objetivos ni tan siquiera se entra en detalle sobre quién demonios son, por lo que terminan como desconocidos que se supone deberían importar, el villano cae en este mismo hoyo del cual nada tiene explicación y hacen las cosas solo porque así lo exige la trama.

   
   

   

   
   

   Hidden Strike is a total disappointment that lacks any good action and its comedy is decent at best, it's about as generic as you can get because it harbors all the mercenary movie clichés you've seen. can occur to them. It is for all of the above that it deserves 2 stars out of 7, it is a pathetic attempt to replicate what Rush Hour was at the time, before wasting time with this crap, watch Jackie Chan's characteristic police comic trilogy that I can guarantee you will They will enjoy them much more than this misfortune.

   Hidden Strike es una decepción total que peca de no tener nada de buena acción y su comedia en el mejor de los casos llega a ser decente, es lo más genérico que se puede obtener debido a que alberga todos los clichés de las películas de mercenarios que se les pueda ocurrir. Es por todo lo anterior que merece 2 estrellas de 7, es un patético intento por replicar lo que fue Rush Hour en su momento, antes de perder el tiempo con este bodrio vean la trilogía cómica de policías características de Jackie Chan que les puedo garantizar que las disfrutarán muchísimo más que está desgracia.

   Friends, this movie is an action movie a mission-type movie. The beginning of the movie shows some soldiers preparing for a mission. Because the enemy has a plan to kidnap many of China's big scientists, the soldiers create a group to protect them and the group chief of the main character of this movie is the hero Jackie Chan. The soldiers leave with all the scientists, there is a very quiet environment, and a different tension works inside everyone because the enemy can attack at any time. In the beginning, the director started with an amazing exciting scene. The beginning of the movie is amazing to me. The way the director has started, you will be forced to watch the next part. This is the quality of being a large-scale director.

   The kind of technology used in this movie will impress you. You'd be amazed. If we talk about the action scenes in this movie, we have to say in one sentence that it is amazing. Because there is a hand fight as well as a song fight. And guys, any kind of movies that Jackie Chan does, all of you who watch movies can tell that Jackie Chan has very good action in the movies that he acts in. So, the less I can say about the action scenes in this movie, I don't think there is a single place The director has overdone this place. This movie is full of action from the beginning to the end and those who like action movies will like this movie very much.

   Everyone who worked in this movie presented their work very well. Be it small or big roles, the director has presented his story very well. And he meant it the way he meant it.    This is a Chinese-American production directed by Scott Waugh, winner of the "10 Directors to Watch" award at the 2012 Palm Springs International Film Festival and also for the films Need for Speed and the latest in The Expendables saga to be released in September.

   The screenplay was written by Arash Amel, known for being the director and screenwriter of the film Grace of Monaco and more recently for the screenplay of the film based on the life of Nigerian basketball player Giannis Antetokounmpo, whose title was Rise.

   Framed in the genre of action with some suspense, the plot takes place in Iraq, where the war veteran Dragon Luo must save the staff of a refinery threatened by mercenaries, for that he has a group of special operations soldiers.

   This must cross the so-called Highway of Death to reach the Green Zone, the security site of the area, safe and sound, but not everything goes as it should be and some passengers, including Professor Cheng who has the codes to activate the refinery is kidnapped and Dragon is responsible for rescuing her.

   In this task he meets Chris, another war veteran who, due to plot twists, goes from being an enemy to a partner in the imposed task and between the two of them they face the mercenaries in an unequal fight.

   Jackie Chan, known for roles of this type and John Cena, former WWF wrestler and with an extensive film career in films also of this type, winner in 2017 of the Cinemacon Award as Action Star of the Year, embody the main characters, accompanied by Pilou Asbaek, Amadeus Serafini, Rachael Holoway and Tim Man among others.

   It was budgeted at $80 million and was released in early July 2023 on the Netflix platform, however this was a movie grenaded in 2018 and boxed in for a variety of reasons.

   For those who like this type of genre will get a good dose of fights, chases and shootouts.

   Quien nos iba a decir que a un legendario como Jackie Chan lo volveríamos a ver en pleno 2023 haciendo lo que siempre lo ha caracterizado como si los años pasaran en vano por su cuerpo. Jackie tiene 69 años pero en este film parece una persona de 30 saltando de un lado a otro, haciendo las coreografías de siempre en sus peleas y con el sentido del humor y carisma intactos. No les voy a negar que tanto él como Cena fueron las razones del porque me aventuré a ver esta película de la que ya sabes como será pero que igual te sientas a ver que nos traen este junte que no esperábamos en lo absoluto pero que la verdad se necesitaba.

   Who would have thought that we would see a legend like Jackie Chan again in 2023 doing what has always characterized him as if the years were passing in vain for his body. Jackie is 69 years old but in this film he looks like a 30 year old jumping from one side to the other, doing his usual choreographies in his fights and with his sense of humor and charisma intact. I'm not going to deny that both he and Cena were the reasons why I ventured to see this movie that you already know how it will be but you still sit down to see what they bring to us in this joint that we did not expect at all but it was really needed.

   Hidden Strike es un film para ver totalmente desconectado, apartando el ojo critico de todo detalle y error que se pueda apreciar y solo dejarte llevar por una historia promedio, grandes explosiones, balas, persecuciones y sobre todo peleas, muchas peleas al estilo único de Jackie Chan. Muchos hablan y alaban a Tom Cruise por hacer todas sus escenas sin necesidad de un doble pero se olvidan de este hombre el cual ha hecho más de 100 películas en donde rara vez, por no decir nunca, se le ha visto un doble que haga sus escenas de peligro. A esto hay que sumarle a John Cena, un actor que es de mis favoritos por el magnetismo que tiene, es un tipo increíblemente carismático y que la química que tiene con Jackie es de lo más top de este film. Así que sin más, hablemos de esta última producción del icónico Jackie Chan.

   Hidden Strike is a film to watch totally disconnected, turning your critical eye away from every detail and mistake that can be appreciated and just let yourself be carried away by an average story, big explosions, bullets, chases and above all fights, lots of fights in the unique style of Jackie Chan. Many talk and praise Tom Cruise for doing all his scenes without the need of a stunt double but they forget about this man who has made over 100 movies where he has rarely, if ever, had a stunt double do his stunts. Add to this John Cena, an actor who is one of my favorites because of the magnetism he has, he is an incredibly charismatic guy and the chemistry he has with Jackie is one of the best in this film. So without further ado, let's talk about this latest production of the iconic Jackie Chan.

   Esta trama involucra principalmente a dos personas, Luo Feng (Jackie Chan) y Chris Van Horne (John Cena). Los dos básicamente en algún momento pertenecieron a las fuerzas especiales de sus respectivos países y en la actualidad se dedican a hacer trabajos para privados, como una especie de equipo de seguridad y rescate. Todo esto se desarrolla en Bagdad en una refinería petrolera China la cual está bajo el asedio de un grupo de mercenarios que busca hacerse con el control total del petróleo. El objetivo es rescatar a los trabajadores de dicha refinería y trasladarlos a través de la "autopista de la muerte" (llamada así porque fue una que bombardeó incesantemente los Estados Unidos durante la guerra) hasta llevarlos a la "zona verde" la cual es un lugar seguro y bajo resguardo.

   This plot mainly involves two people, Luo Feng (Jackie Chan) and Chris Van Horne (John Cena). The two basically once belonged to the special forces of their respective countries and are now doing work for private individuals, as a sort of security and rescue team. All this takes place in Baghdad in a Chinese oil refinery which is under siege by a group of mercenaries seeking to take total control of the oil. The objective is to rescue the refinery workers and move them through the "highway of death" (so called because it was one that was incessantly bombed by the United States during the war) to the "green zone" which is a safe and secure place.

   La cosa es que durante esa travesía ocurren ciertas cosas que hacen que los planes cambien un poco y es que dichos mercenarios logran tomar como rehenes a algunas de estas personas. De acá en adelante la película se convierte en una operación de rescate o una especie de extracción en la cual Feng como Chris no les queda más remedio que aliarse. Como dije lo que reina aquí es la acción y las escenas llenas de efectos especiales, esto último confieso no fue de mis apartados favoritos, entendiendo la naturaleza de estas escenas siento que todo se vio demasiado artificial para mi gusto. Pero repito, el verdadero valor agregado de este film es la relación/actuacion de Cena y Chan, allí está lo que vale la pena.

   The thing is that during this journey certain things happen that make the plans change a little and is that these mercenaries manage to take hostage some of these people. From here on the film becomes a rescue operation or a kind of extraction in which Feng and Chris have no choice but to ally themselves. As I said what reigns here is the action and the scenes full of special effects, the latter I confess was not one of my favorite sections, understanding the nature of these scenes I feel that everything looked too artificial for my taste. But I repeat, the real added value of this film is the relationship/performance of Cena and Chan, that's where it's worth it.

   Comencemos con el CGI. El director de este film es Scott Waugh, el mismo de películas como Los Indestructibles, Need for speed y hasta Triple X de Vin Diesel, si hacen memoria todos los efectos de esos films se parecen mucho, en mayor o menor medida pero hay algo en común. La característica principal es que tienden a ser muy llamativos, exagerados, muy rimbombantes al punto de que en ocasiones se ven falsos y cero impresionantes lo que hace que la película pierda seriedad. No digo vistosidad porque lo que se busca es precisamente eso, que sea algo que llame la atención pero en mi caso no fue así. Hay escenas en donde ciertos vehículos se ven muy digitales, demasiados para mi gusto o explosiones/demoliciones las cuales no se ven tan naturales como deberían.

   Let's start with the CGI. The director of this film is Scott Waugh, the same of movies like The Indestructibles, Need for speed and even Vin Diesel's Triple X, if you remember all the effects of those films are very similar, to a greater or lesser extent but there is something in common. The main characteristic is that they tend to be very flashy, exaggerated, very bombastic to the point that sometimes they look fake and unimpressive which makes the film lose seriousness. I don't say showiness because that's what you're looking for, something that attracts attention, but in my case it wasn't like that. There are scenes where certain vehicles look very digital, too many for my taste or explosions/demolitions which do not look as natural as they should.

   La historia es sencilla, nada profunda ya que va muy al grano desde el principio, una vez comienzas a ver el film sabes exactamente lo que va a suceder y como va a suceder, no hay misterio alguno porque como esta película hay un centenar por lo que familiarizados estamos un poco. Esto no quita que sea algo aburrido de ver, nada de eso, por lo menos en mi caso me quedé solo por ver lo que era capaz de hacer Jackie a sus casi 70 años y debo de decir que no me arrepiento. La película dura un poco más de hora y media en donde se ve la típica comedia y modo muy particular de actuar de Chan de siempre, es un humor muy "tonto", si has visto algún film de él seguro sabrás de que hablo, que alguna risa te quita y que al final de cuentas disfrutas porque es icono y sabes perfectamente que esperar de él.

   The story is simple, nothing deep as it is very to the point from the beginning, once you start watching the film you know exactly what is going to happen and how it will happen, there is no mystery because there are a hundred films like this one, so we are a little familiar with it. This does not mean that it is boring to watch, nothing like that, at least in my case I stayed just to see what Jackie was capable of doing at almost 70 years old and I must say that I do not regret it. The film lasts a little over an hour and a half where you see the typical comedy and very particular way of acting of Chan always, it is a very "silly" humor, if you have seen any of his films you will surely know what I'm talking about, that some laughter you take away and that at the end of the day you enjoy because he is an icon and you know perfectly well what to expect from him.

   Y lo último a destacar son las escenas coreográficas, casi a nivel de un baile, las cuales siguen siendo la firma más importante de Jackie. Acá las vemos, quizás no con la misma intensidad y dinamismo de hace 30 años, pero siguen estando presentes y entregadas por él de forma solvente y llenas de calidad. Repito, son casi 70 años y la forma de moverse, saltar, tirarse al suelo y hacer los combates cuerpo a cuerpo se mantiene casi intacta y eso es algo muy digno de reconocer y disfrutar. Si a esto le sumamos a un tipo que hizo su vida en la WWE y que por tanto todas estas acrobacias también las maneja con soltura pues el resultado termina siendo bastante bueno y entretenido. Lo dicho, la química es tanto a nivel físico como interpretativo, combinan muy bien los dos.

   And the last thing to highlight are the choreographic scenes, almost at the level of a dance, which are still Jackie's most important signature. Here we see them, maybe not with the same intensity and dynamism of 30 years ago, but they are still present and delivered by him in a solvent way and full of quality. I repeat, it's almost 70 years and the way of moving, jumping, throwing himself to the ground and doing hand-to-hand combat remains almost intact and that is something very worthy of recognizing and enjoying. If we add to this a guy who made his life in the WWE and therefore all these stunts also handles them with ease, the result ends up being quite good and entertaining. As I said, the chemistry is both physical and interpretative, they combine both very well.

   Los personajes son de lo mejor. Con Jackie Chan pueden pasar los años y nos va a seguir entregando entretenimiento puro y duro, creo que es un actor que no pierde vigencia, hayas crecido con él o no. Además de que es un tipo sumamente querido por todo el mundo, una leyenda. John Cena poco a poco se ha hecho un hueco como uno de los actores más versátiles hoy por hoy, para mi Peacemaker fue el punto de inflexión en su carrera, lo que hizo con ese personaje es sencillamente épico. Aquí es el típico hombre duro por fuera pero con una personalidad suave y risueña por dentro, como casi todos los personajes de él. Vale la pena ver esta combinación? - yo creo que si.

   The characters are the best. With Jackie Chan, years can go by and he will continue to give us pure and hard entertainment, I think he is an actor that never loses his relevance, whether you grew up with him or not. He is also a guy that is loved by everyone, a legend. John Cena has slowly carved out a niche as one of the most versatile actors today, for me Peacemaker was the turning point in his career, what he did with that character is simply epic. Here he is the typical tough guy on the outside but with a soft and laughing personality on the inside, like almost all of his characters. Is this combination worth seeing? - I think so.

   No es la mejor película que vas a ver pero es una que cumple con entretener las necesidades más básicas dentro de lo que buscamos en un film. Se deja ver solo si, como te dije comenté en un principio, te desconectas un rato. Le doy un 6.5/10, no perdí mi tiempo y si eres fanático de Jackie Chan y alguna vez has visto algo de John Cena, ve este film sin miedo. Está disponible en Netflix.    It's not the best movie you're going to see but it's one that fulfills the most basic needs of what we look for in a film. You can only watch it if, as I said in the beginning, you disconnect for a while. I give it a 6.5/10, I didn't waste my time and if you're a Jackie Chan fan and have ever seen anything by John Cena, watch this film without fear. It's available on Netflix.
