Hello friends, I hope everyone is well today, I have come to you with a thrilling anime about self-discovery and love. I hope you all like it.
Story Summary
From Me to You is a romance anime where the main character is Sawako Kuronuma. Seeing her quiet nature, long black hair and scary face, everyone mistakenly thinks she is a ghost or a cursed person. Her classmates don't go near her, let alone be friends, no one even talks to her, although Sawako is actually very polite, humble and doesn't know how to talk to her friends.
One day, Shota Kazehaya, the popular, cheerful and beloved boy in her class, comes into her life. He is the only person who sees Sawako as a friend. Kazehaya's lonely nature begins to change in Sawako's life. She makes friends for the first time in Chitsuo and Ayane. Gradually, Sawako overcomes her fears and shyness and learns to be confident.

My Review
From Me to You is an anime that naturally softens the heart when you watch it. It is a very slow-paced, sweet, and heart-warming romance series. Sawako's character development and growth are the strongest aspects of this anime. The journey of a lonely, misunderstood girl slowly finding friends, knowing herself, and falling in love is truly presented wonderfully.
Kazehaya's dependency, Sawako's innocent behavior, and the silent feelings between them make this anime more alive. The visuals, soundtrack, and emotional moments make it special. This anime is perfect for those who like slow-paced romances. It's a truly heart-warming anime. Hope you enjoy it. See you later with another beautiful anime.

SYNOPSIS / SUMMARY:
The story centers on Sawako Kuronuma, nicknamed Sadako (the ghost girl from "The Ring") by her classmates due to her "creepy face and demeanor." She greatly admires Shouta Kazehaya, who is able to draw people in with his personality. Contrary to how others see her, Sawako longs to make friends and live like a normal student. Little by little, she begins to attract the attention of those around her, including Kazehaya.
SAWAKO KURONUMA - FEAR OF NOT FITTING IN:
As presented in the synopsis, Sawako is a victim of abuse because of her appearance. She feels rejected and misunderstood for being "different"... However, she maintains a pure, kind, calm, and friendly personality, and above all, she has a desire to be liked by others.
Despite her efforts to reach out to others, her appearance and nervousness make her appear distant or sometimes somewhat frightening... (Here's a picture of how others see her.)
A very beautiful aspect of the anime is her evolution. She always apologized for existing, believing that the problem was always her. However, throughout the story, we see her change and how she becomes a person who gradually learns to value herself and express herself without fear (although there are times when things may not turn out the way she expects, but she still never gives up).
This change is due to her new environment, where she is now surrounded by good friends (including Kazehaya), who she builds and who teach her to value and accept herself, treating her with respect and without mockery or prejudice.
Kazehaya is a kind, sociable boy, and well-liked by everyone (to the point of being popular with the girls at school), but what sets him apart is his ability to look beyond the superficial. From the first moment he meets Sawako, he notices her sincerity, purity, and that she's not the girl everyone talks about.
While everyone else avoids Sawako, he approaches her with a genuine smile, truly appreciating her personality. This attitude toward her becomes the beginning of a beautiful love story based on understanding, patience, and mutual respect.
This relationship is one of the ones I really like, since you can see a very genuine way in which both love, value and respect each other (Although I must admit that there are very funny moments since both tend to be "clumsy", since they can be shy from time to time).
THINGS I TAKE AWAY FROM THIS ANIME AND WHY I RECOMMEND IT:
One of the deep themes the anime touches on is bullying, to the point where it can affect a person's identity. Sawako wasn't aware of how much harm she'd suffered and only learned to apologize and seek attention. The process of being accepted and loved by those who know her was a beautiful one, as her friends didn't save her overnight, but instead accompanied her every step of the way, giving her the space she needed to grow.
Something very important I took away from this anime is that kindness can change someone's world. We aren't always aware of how bad the other person might be going through... here we realize that a sincere gesture can make all the difference. I also link this point to not judging by appearances. We all have a story behind us, and even if someone looks "weird" or "different," we all need understanding and a healthy environment.
The importance of self-love, this is so fundamental... we can love everyone and accept them as they are, but it's also very important to recognize our own value; we are all very important (We all deserve to be seen for who we really are, not how we appear).
The representation of each moment and the visual delicacy we observe are genuine. We enjoy very real emotions and natural acceptance, which is part of every human relationship.
I highly recommend this anime for the various values we learn from it, as this story is not only about love and laughter... but also shows the importance of true friendships and self-acceptance. It's one of those thought-provoking animes, especially for those who may have previously felt judged or invisible for being different from others.

SINOPSIS / RESUMEN:
La historia se centra en Sawako Kuronuma, apodada Sadako (niña fantasma de "El Aro") por sus compañeros de clase debido a su "rostro y comportamiento aterradores". Ella admira mucho a Shouta Kazehaya, quien es capaz de atraer a la gente con su personalidad. Contrario a como la ven los demás, Sawako anhela hacer amigos y vivir como una estudiante normal. Poco a poco, comienza a llamar la atención de quienes la rodean, incluido Kazehaya.
SAWAKO KURONUMA - MIEDO A NO ENCAJAR:

Un punto muy hermoso del anime es su evolución, ella siempre pedía disculpas por existir creyendo que el problema siempre fue ella, pero a lo largo de la historia observamos su cambio y como se convierte en una persona que aprende poco a poco a valorarse y expresarse sin miedo (Aunque hay momentos en los que no le puede resultar como ella lo espera, pero aún así nunca se rinde).
Este cambio se debe a gracias a su nuevo entorno, donde ahora se encuentra rodeada de buenas amistades (Incluyendo Kazehaya) que va construyendo y le enseñan a valorarse y aceptarse a sí misma, tratándola con respeto y sin burlas o prejuicios.
SHOUTA KAZEHAYA - ALGO MÁS ALLÁ DE LAS APARIENCIAS:
Kazehaya es un chico amable, sociable y muy querido por todos (A tal nivel que ser popular en la escuela con las chicas), pero lo que lo hace diferente a los demás es su capacidad de mirar más allá de lo superficial. Desde el primer momento que conoce a Sawako nota su sinceridad, pureza y que no es la chica de la que todos hablan.
Mientras todas las personas evitan a Sawako, él se acerca con una sonrisa genuina, ya que realmente aprecia su forma de ser. Este trato que lleva él hacia ella se convierte en el inicio de una historia de amor muy bonita basada en la comprensión, paciencia y respeto mutuo.
Esta relación es una de las que me gusta mucho, ya que se nota una forma muy genuina en la que ambos se quieren, valoran y respetan (Aunque debo admitir que hay momentos muy graciosos ya que ambos suelen ser "torpes", ya que pueden ser tímidos de vez en cuando).
COSAS QUE ME LLEVO DE ESTE ANIME Y POR QUE LO RECOMIENDO:
Uno de los temas profundos que toca el anime es el acoso a tal punto que puede afectar la identidad de la persona, Sawako no fue consciente de cuanto daño ha recibido que solo aprendió a pedir disculpas y llamar la atención. El proceso de ser aceptada y querida por quienes la conocen fue algo muy bonito ya que sus amigos no la salvan de la noche a la mañana, sino que la acompañan en cada paso de su transformación, brindándole el espacio suficiente que ella necesita para crecer.
Algo muy importante que me llevo de este anime es que la amabilidad puede cambiar el mundo de alguien, no siempre somos conscientes de lo mal que lo puede estar pasando la otra persona... aquí nos damos cuenta que un gesto sincero puede marcar la diferencia. Este punto también lo vínculo con no juzgar por las apariencias, todos tenemos una historia detrás y el hecho que alguien luzca "raro" o "diferente", todas las personas necesitamos comprensión y un ambiente sano.
La importancia del amor propio, esto es muy fundamental... podemos querer a todos y aceptarlos tal cual son, pero también es muy importante reconocer el valor de uno mismo, todos somos muy importantes (Todos merecemos ser vistos por lo que realmente somos, no por cómo parecemos).
La representación de cada momento y la delicadeza visual que podemos observar es genuina, disfrutamos de emociones muy reales y aceptaciones con naturalidad, que es parte de toda relación humana.
Recomiendo mucho este anime por diversos valores que podemos aprender, como esta historia no sólo es de amor y risas... sino también observamos la importancia de amistades verdaderas y la aceptación personal de uno mismo. Es de los animes que invita a la reflexión, sobre todo para algunas personas que pudieron sentirse anteriormente juzgadas o invisibles por ser diferentes a los demás.

Mis gustos son variados y en estos no podía faltar el romance, de ese dulce, amoroso, tierno e inocente, con estas características supongo que debes de haber pensando justo en “Kimi ni todoke” un anime y manga en estilo “shōjo”, dentro de los cuales ocupa son duda el primer puesto en mi top de este estilo.

En lo personal, la primera que vi, fue la entrega de 2023, siento que sus personajes captaron la esencia de los mismos y eso es algo que se agradece, los diálogos eran muy parecidos y era como estar viendo el anime en carne y hueso, la versión de 2010 se modificó algunos diálogos haciéndolo ver de un modo distintos, a ratos podría pensarse qué estamos viendo algo totalmente distinto, pero luego retoma su cauce y volvemos a sentir que estando mirando “Kimi ni todoke”.

El primer live action de la entrega, a mi ver, tenía escenas no vistas en en el anime, algunas me desconcertaron ya que la trama se tornana distinta, eso fue lo que me inclino a que no me gustara tanto como la versión de 2023.

Similitudes y diferencias/Similarities and differences
Sawako Kurunuma en ambas entregas guarda su toque de misterio e inocencia, pero a mi gusto, me quedo con la actriz “Mianami Sara”quien le dio vida en la versión de 2023, sus expresiones faciales y lenguaje corporal eran muy similares a Sawako en el anime.
Por otro lado, la actriz “Tabe Mikako” quien la personificó en la versión 2010 parecía un tanto forzada, no quiere decir que sea mala, pero en esencia me quedo con la primera mencionada.
En cuanto a parecido con el personaje de anime Mianami llegó muy cerca en cuanto al parecido, aún más que lo que logró Tabe.

En cuanto a Shota Kazehaya me pasa lo mismo, aunque este punto, ambos actores lograron captar la esencia y siendo ya quisquillosa puedo decir que la única diferencia seria en cuanto al parecido con el personaje de anime.
Acá me inclino por el actor “Miura Haruma” quien le diera vida en el live action de 2010, al verlo sentía de manera personal que estaba mirando a Shota de carne y hueso.
Aunque el actor “Suzuka Oji” logró captar su esencia, en cuanto al parecido, este no era tan cercano.

Excellent show about romance and friendship in high school. Protagonist is so pure, honest and sincere that no bad rumours stick to her. She is also shy and lacks confidence so story develops slowly and 25 episodes feel maybe just a little too long but good nevertheless. Good character growth as by the end of the first season protagonist is a better person who is true to herself and not once tempted to lie for her benefit.
Good non-supernatural show about nice characters who resolve problems with integrity, honesty and good communication.
Kimi ni Todoke 2nd Season 「君に届け 2ND SEASON」 Kimi ni Todoke: From Me to You Season 2 (2011, 12 episodes)
Second season is worse because protagonist regressed by forgetting everything she have learned in the first season. Somehow she became even more shy and less confident...
The story develops around improbable misunderstanding of the most straightforward communication and the entire 12 episodes slowly peel away errors of mind-reading (when characters misconstrued intentions of each other). Situation is exacerbated by painfully irrational behaviour of main character, like when she shared chocolates with everybody except the person dearest to her heart...

One of the things that caught my attention the most about Kimi ni Todoke is how it approaches everything related to character development, especially Sawako's. At first her shyness is so extreme that you almost want to shake her and tell her to please say what she has to say, some of her behaviors are quite frustrating, but let's say that there is some explanation due to her previous context. Her growth is slow but sure, and each small step towards friendship and love feels like a true personal victory, she is one of those characters that inspires you and makes you reflect on the importance of having a good support system, people around you who truly want you to be better. It's nice to see how despite all her insecurities she never loses her kind essence, and her desire to connect with others, she truly wants to be better, and that is something deeply emotional.
Hola a todos queridos amigos, otakus, espero que estén bien, en el día de hoy quiero traerles una nueva reseña, esta vez de un anime bastante conocido, ya que es uno de los clásicos en cuanto a animes de romances, pero yo no lo había visto hasta hace poco. Hoy les hablaré de Kimi ni Todoke, y es que este es un anime algo antiguo, que empecé a ver porque recientemente se estrenó su tercera temporada, así que decidí por fin dar una oportunidad.. este anime es de aquellos que te hacen sonreír y tener ciertos ataques de "awww, que bonito es el amor adolescente" pero también es de aquellos que te hacen querer arrancarte los pelos o te frustran bastante por todo el drama o las distintas situaciones que hay.
Todo comienza con la protagonista, Sawako Kuronuma, una chica que podría ser la personificación de la timidez extrema.. es una persona muy reservada y dulce, que en cualquier otra historia pensarías que su personalidad es exagerada, pero aquí hay una razón para su forma de ser: durante años la han comparado con Sadako, la terrorífica chica del aro, por su cabello largo, oscuro, y su mirada algo sombría. Este tonto malentendido le trajo años de aislamiento y bullying, dejándola sin amigos y con cero habilidades sociales.. la pobre Sawako nunca tuvo una oportunidad real de mostrarse como realmente es, una chica genuinamente amable y bondadosa. Y aquí es donde entra nuestro protagonista masculino, Kazehaya, el típico chico perfecto del instituto, popular, amable y con una sonrisa muy hermosa, es el primero en tratarla como un verdadero ser humano normal, y eso cambia la vida de Sawako por completo.
Una de las cosas que más me llamaron la atención de Kimi ni Todoke es como aborda todo lo relacionado al desarrollo de los personajes, especialmente al de Sawako.. al principio su timidez es tan extrema que casi te dan ganas de agitarla y decirle que por favor diga lo que tiene que decir, es bastante frustrante algunos de sus comportamientos, pero digamos que tiene cierta explicación debido a su contexto anterior.. Su crecimiento es lento pero seguro, y cada pequeño paso hacia la amistad y el amor se siente como una verdadera victoria personal, es de esos personajes que te inspiran y te hacen reflexionar sobre la importancia de tener un buen sistema de apoyo, personas alrededor de ti que de verdad quieren que seas mejor. Es bonito ver como a pesar de todas sus inseguridades ella nunca pierde su esencia bondadosa, y su deseo de conectar con los demás, ella realmente quiere ser mejor, y eso es algo profundamente emotivo.

There are certain arcs, especially in the third season, that are very mature and I found the way they are approached interesting as it is a unique way to make people aware of the types of love that exist and how it is always good to choose yourself.
Obviamente tengo que mencionar a las mejores amigas de Sawako, Ayane y Chizuru.. estas dos chicas son un pilar fundamental en su vida, Ayane con su actitud madura y analítica, y Chizuru con su energía y espontaneidad únicas.. Forman un equipo perfecto, no solo ayudan a Sawako a integrarse, sino que también tienen sus propios arcos que enriquecen mucho la historia, de hecho, diría que son tan importantes como los propios protagonistas.. Dicho esto, tengo que ser honesto con ustedes, para mí la segunda temporada no es tan buena como la primera.. siento que, aunque es disfrutable, hay algo que no termina de encajar, Kazehaya en la primera temporada es un chico genial, y en esta perdió un poco su encanto debido a ciertos malentendidos y dramas forzados que ocurrieron.. no me gustó mucho su desarrollo, es como si el guion necesitara crear conflictos a toda costa, y esto afecta un poco la coherencia de este personaje. Mi calificación para este anime sería un 8/10. La primera temporada es un 9 redondo, sin duda.. la segunda baja el puntaje, le daría como un siete.. pero la tercera lo compensa todo y fue mi favorita.. tal vez sea por la animación más actual o por la forma en la que adaptaron las cosas, pero conecté mucho con esos personajes en esta última temporada, me hizo sentir que estas relaciones que se están formando de verdad son sanas y sobre todo realistas. Es una serie que se recomendaría a cualquier fanático del romance, especialmente si te gustan las historias que te hacen sentir bien.. eso sí, también recomendaría verla con mucha paciencia, porque su ritmo puede ser un poco lento para algunos, y las decisiones de algunos de sus protagonistas pueden ser realmente frustrantes, así que es probable que esto te afecte un poco.

The animation of the anime has its strengths, at some points, it is gorgeous and sucks you in. The music is appropriate for the anime and the humor is not lacking, as I mentioned, in any of the chapters no matter how serious the subject matter may be.
So far there are only 3 seasons available, the first with 25 chapters, the second with 13 and the third with 6, all on Netflix. It also has a live action adaptation, which is also on the streaming channel.
So, if you want to see an anime full of teenage romance and personal growth, as well as having balance for having humor present, this anime will definitely please you. I give it an 8 out of 10.

Sawako, la protagonista, es lo que podríamos llamar una persona que no tiene la menor idea de cómo debe relacionarse con quienes la rodean, en parte por timidez y al saber que son las emociones y sentimientos, no los identifica, además de que los rumores que en torno a ella circulan, como el que puede traer mala suerte a quienes se sienten a su lado, empeoran todo.
Ahora bien, la vida de Sawako cambia cuando un joven popular de la escuela Shouta Kazehaya, comienza a interactuar con ella, cosa que la sorprende no solo a ella, ya que la llama por su verdadero nombre, también a sus compañeros, así esta joven comienza a hacer amigos y muchos cambian su manera de verla de manera progresiva.
Este anime está basado en un manga del mismo nombre, la censura las dos primeras temporadas es para personas de más de 7 años y la tercera para más de 10, lo atractivo del anime es que nos muestra como muchas veces algunas personas no saben expresarse de manera correcta y como esto puede ser malinterpretado y en algunos casos, usado en contra de la misma persona, por algunos mal intencionados.
Así que a medida que avanza el anime, es evidente como con la ayuda de sus amigas Ayane Yano, Chizuru Yoshida, Shouta Kazehaya, entre otros, ella va aprendiendo a expresarse y defenderse, además de surgir el amor entre ella y Shouta.
El anime tiene muchas escenas que me hicieron reír, por las expresiones, digamos que infantiles, que en ciertos momentos dibujan en los personajes, pero también algunas escenas más profundas al expresar como los jóvenes van descubriendo que sienten, pero siempre desde el respeto, cosa que me encanto.
En algunos momentos fue desesperante ver como los personajes se ahogaban en un vaso de agua, pero de eso se trata de ver lo tontos que muchas veces podemos ser a esta edad y nos confundimos por cosas sencillas.
La animación del anime tiene sus fuertes, en algunos puntos, es bellísima y te absorbe. La música es la apropiada para el anime y el humor no falta, como ya mencioné, en ninguno de los capítulos por más serio que pueda ser el tema que está tratando.
Hasta ahora solo hay disponibles 3 temporadas, la primera con 25 capítulos, la segunda con 13 y la tercera con 6, todos en Netflix. También cuenta con una adaptación live action, la que también se encuentra en el canal streaming.
Así que, si deseas ver un anime lleno de romanticismo adolescente y de crecimiento personal, además de tener equilibrio por tener humor presente, este anime sin duda alguna te gustará. Yo le doy un 8 de 10.

Nie będę krytykował tego komiksu, może jest dobry dla dzieci, ja byłem dla niego za stary. Emocje dzieci były dla mnie zbyt wyidealizowane, nie mogłem w nie uwierzyć. A sama historia, zbyt nudna. Już wtedy przeszkadzał mi powolny pacing w anime i nadmierne stawianie na emocje i powolny czas.
