La verdad es que nunca crecí con la serie clásica de perdidos en el espacio pero si tuve la oportunidad de ver la película de 1998 me acuerdo que la vi de niña y en su momento la verdad me llegó a gustar bastante, y la serie clásica como tal tuvo la oportunidad de verla de adolescente en un canal de televisión que está dando repeticiones, me acuerdo que me llegó a gustar bastante pero particularmente nunca me hice muy fanática, entonces por este tipo de razones decidí darle una oportunidad a esta nueva serie.

El aborde que le dan esta trama es dedicado mucho más hacia el heroísmo con colores muy llamativos y obviamente con situaciones dramáticas mezcladas con ligeras dosis de acción, la serie original sí me acuerdo que simplemente era una serie de aventuras mezclada con toques muy infantil O al menos para la actualidad nos puede llegar a parecer muy infantil, y la película de 1998 la verdad es que solamente era pura acción sin sentido pero que llegaba a entretener, esta nueva serie La verdad es que tiene un guión sólido durante las tres temporadas la verdad no sientes que haya ningún momento de relleno, o ningún episodio que te llegue a fastidiar, Y si bien es cierto que hay una inclusión bastante fuerte en los personajes la verdad es que está muy bien implementado.

Algo que sí debo decir es que la serie en ningún momento plantea hacer ningún homenaje a la serie clásica ni tampoco la película del 98, porque esta serie va a su propio ritmo sus tres temporadas la verdad van una tras de otra, y en todo momento sientes la atención que los personajes pueden llegar a sentir, un viaje que debió haber sido corto y simple Se acompleja más de la cuenta, con varios giros en la trama que pueden dejar boque abierto más de uno, Si tuviera que dar una puntuación esta serie diría que es un total 10 de 10, ya que no encuentro ninguna falla al guión, Y si ven al finalizar la serie puedes creer que tiene un final abierto la verdad es que no los mismos creadores han dicho que no plantean continuarla, porque la serie Ya llegó a su conclusión natural, y bueno si han llegado a ver la serie clásica o la película de 1998 la verdad es que sí deberían ver esta serie y dar una oportunidad a esta gran obra.

Good morning my dear #hivers movie and TV fans. Following the call of the @cineTV community, I share with you my participation in contest # 15, which is about our favorite science-fiction series. This genre is not my favorite, but I do remember that I was a fan of a very popular fiction series from the 60s, to the point of having a daily date with it in front of the TV every afternoon.
Let's talk about the beginning of this series, in 1965, when TV programs were still in black and white... its name was "Lost in space". This futuristic science-fiction series recounted the adventures of the Robinson family aboard a spaceship whose project was to search for a planet with life possibilities similar to those of planet Earth, a series of conflicts and betrayals by one of the members took the ship with all its crew to get lost in space and begin to live a large number of dangerous adventures.
The Robinson family consisted of 5 members: Professor John Robinson, his wife Maureen and his children Judy, Penny and Will. The crew is also made up of Commander Donald West and Dr. Zachary Smith who ended up being the one who betrayed Professor Robinson and altered the functions of the robot so that the space project failed. To his misfortune, he was also trapped on the ship and had to live with the others each of the dangerous adventures that were presented to him during that journey.

Who does not remember the robot? When he said: Danger!! Danger!! And his faithful companion, little Will. He knew of Dr. Smith's doings but he did not approve of them, and even though he warned him what could happen to him, the stubborn man ended up up to his neck in his own traps.
Even though it was a fictional series, I enjoyed each episode as if the events were true, or possible. Today something very relevant caught my attention. Many things that were said in that series about the future are really happening after 35 years and more. Such as overpopulation and the scarcity of natural inputs. Sometimes it is interesting to know how producers and writers know what is going to happen in the future, or if it is just simple guesswork.
On April 13, 2018, a new version of this series premiered on #Netflix, after a movie that was produced years ago with the same name. I have not seen the current series with 3 seasons, nor the movie, because it always happens to me that when I really like a series and I see an updated version of it, I am disappointed because nothing seems the same to me, and I do not enjoy it. That happened to me with Zorro and Bewitched, and I suspect that the same thing will happen with this one, although I don't rule out the possibility of seeing it considering that I'm addicted to Netflix. This new version of Lost in Space has a 1st season that premiered on April 13, 2018 with 10 episodes, a 2nd season that was released on December 24, 2019 with 10 episodes as well, and a last season that was recently released. , on December 1, 2021 with a total of 8 chapters.
If I venture to see these 3 seasons of the new version of Lost in Space, I will let you know what I think, although for me the only Mr. Robinson, is my beloved Guy Wuilliams, that is the problem with the new versions, that we love the protagonists of the original and it is difficult for us to think about the idea that someone else could supplant that character.

Siguiendo la convocatoria de la comunidad @cineTV, les comparto mi participación en el Concurso # 15 que trata sobre nuestra serie de ciencia – ficción favorita. Este género no es mi preferido, pero si recuerdo que fui fanática de una serie de ficción muy popular de los años 60, al punto de tener una cita diaria con ella frente a la TV todas las tardes.
Hablemos del inicio de esta serie, año 1965, cuando aún los programas de TV eran en blanco y negro… su nombre era “Perdidos en el espacio”. Esta serie futurista de ciencia - ficción relataba las aventuras de la familia Robinson a bordo de una nave espacial que tenían como proyecto la búsqueda de un planeta con posibilidades de vida semejantes a las del planeta Tierra, una serie de conflictos y traiciones de uno de los integrantes llevaron a la nave con todos sus tripulantes a perderse en el espacio y comenzar a vivir una gran cantidad de aventuras peligrosas.
La familia Robinson estaba conformada por 5 miembros: el profesor John Robinson, su esposa Maureen y sus hijos Judy, Penny y Will. También integran la tripulación el comandante Donald West y el Dr. Zachary Smith que terminó siendo quien traicionó al profesor Robinson y alteró las funciones del robot para que fracasara el proyecto espacial. Para su desgracia, él también quedó atrapado en la nave y tuvo que vivir con los demás cada una de las aventuras peligrosas que se le presentaron durante esa travesía.

¿Quién no recuerda al robot? Cuando decía: ¡¡Peligro!! ¡¡Peligro!! Y su fiel compañero, el pequeño Will. Sabía las andanzas del Dr. Smith pero no las aprobaba, y a pesar de que le advertía lo que le podía pasar el terco hombre terminaba enredado hasta el cuello en sus propias trampas.
A pesar de que era una serie de ficción, disfruté de cada episodio como que si los sucesos fueran verdaderos, o posibles. Hoy me llama la atención algo muy relevante. Muchas cosas que se dijeron en esa serie acerca del futuro, realmente están pasando después de 35 años y aún más. Como por ejemplo la superpoblación y la escasez de insumos naturales. A veces resulta interesante saber cómo hacen los productores y escritores para saber qué va a pasar en el futuro, o si tan sólo es simple deducción.
El 13 de abril de 2018 se estrenó en #Netflix una nueva versión de esta serie, después de una película que se produjo años atrás con ese mismo nombre. No he visto ni la serie actual con 3 temporadas, ni la película, porque siempre me sucede que cuando me gusta muchísimo una serie y veo una versión actualizada de ella, me decepciono porque nada me parece igual, y no la disfruto. Eso me sucedió con El Zorro y con Hechizada, y sospecho que con ésta me pasará igual, aunque no descarto la posibilidad de verla considerando que soy adicta al Netflix . Esta nueva versión de Perdidos en el espacio tiene una 1° temporada estrenada el 13 de abril de 2018 con 10 episodios, una 2° temporada que fue lanzada el 24 de diciembre de 2019 con 10 episodios también, y una última temporada que se lanzó recientemente, el 1 de diciembre de 2021 con un total de 8 capítulos.
Si me aventuro a ver estas 3 temporadas de la nueva versión de Perdidos en el Espacio, les haré saber qué me pareció, aunque para mí el único Dr. Robinson, es mi adorado Guy Williams, ése es el problema de las nuevas versiones, que amamos a los protagonistas de la original y se nos hace difícil pensar en la idea de que alguien más pueda suplantar ese personaje.

**Greetings to all the people around the world who are present in this wonderful and fantastic futuristic social platform. Today in this post i want to present you a rather interesting series, which i'm watching just out of from my curiosity. The series is called "Lost in Space" and presents a possible alternative reality of the future of humanity ... which makes this series capture my full attention. Ok, i recommend you watch a little of the trailer below.**
**I can say that even if it offers many boring moments with long dialogues, maybe even super-long ones, until now it has aroused my interest and you are following it continuously.
A little synopsis.**
>*Faced with extinction, the human species launches the Jupiter program, sending into space ships whose passengers should colonize other planets. The focus is on the 24th mission and especially the Robinson family, only a mysterious attack causes their ship, Resolute, to deviate from the established trajectory and some of the settlers to take refuge, with the help of lifeboats, on an unknown planet.*
**Ok, 🙂now....Who👨🌾 wouldn't love to be aboard an intergalactic ship on a fantastic journey through the vast universe? - At least imaginative! - Anyway, i recommend with confidence, a captivating series that is worth watching. Thank you for your time - Cheers🙋♂️ to everyone🌍**
Danger! Danger Will Robinson! a memorial line across a number of generations and for many a familiar dad joke that was probably something that occurred for too often. A great family show first screened in 1965 and then again and again over the years. It was a cult classic that explored sci-fi and futuristic tech. Lost in Space made Robots cool before they were a thing and along side the Jetsons was probably what made people originally fall in love with the concept of owning a robot, but was Lost in Space worth a reboot?
That was the question I first asked myself when I heard Netflix was going to reboot this series and I immediately face palmed, then I thought hang on! I'm a dad now, this will give me new purpose in life and a new wave of dad jokes to act out on my kids.
But Netflix's reboot of a cult classic was not really anything like the original, it did take the characters or well some of them and the story line. I think a lot of viewers were left amazed and I was too until a little Googling showed up that the original also followed the same path. There is a book written in 1812 called Swiss Family Robinson. It was nothing like the 1965 series but had some similarity.
The other homage to the original which is cool but crap is that Netflix has only arranged for 3 seasons of the series, which means the next series is the last. Why is that? Because the original 1965 only lasted 3 seasons before being cancelled. It's competition was Star Trek which had a far better story line and bigger budget. People fell in love with Space exploration and these two films were the start of it.
The other thing that this new series changes is the robot, I was first taken aback by it but have grown to love it and am focused more on what Will and the robot get upto then anything else. You'll notice that the robot takes an odd new form. Which is pretty cool. In this film adaptation the robot is a sentient being or an alien that unbeknownst to us at the start destroys the mother ship which causes the Jupiter that the Robinson's are on to drift off course.
Similar to the original it was Dr Smith that programed the robot to destroy the ship 8hrs into take off but his added weight throws the ship off chart. His actions actually save the crew as is later explained in the series.
We also learn that there are more than one robot out there and they're nasty, for whatever reason it is they don't like humans (it is explained in the series but I won't provide a spolier) Will manages to rescue a robot that is dieing and he befriend him. The robot learns to talk and say, yup. You guessed it Danger Will Robinson
There were some odd audience reactions like the fact that Judy is black, Judy appears to have two white parents but we learn Judy is from a previous marriage. I don't know how this is even an issue, how is it even important to anything. You add a back story and people lose their shit? Carefactor? Can't people just watch the bloody show.
There wasn't even as big of a back lash that Dr Smith is not male in this series they switch the character to be a woman. I think that was a wise decision it provided more of a sinister, likable, odd character. They also went full dark in this by giving the character acute on chronic mental health issues who manages to steal someone's identity to get onto the ship. Switching between wanting to kill everyone to saving everyone. The complex personality of the character delves deep into personality disorders and its a great rendition and addition to the series. Smith is an awesome character.
I didn't think I was going to like this series but I sat down to watch the first episode because I didn't have anything else on. I ended up staying and now devastated that there are only 3 seasons. Worse series get more, but no doubt all the great Sci fi films come with big costs and enormous world's to build which is why there aren't that many really really good outta this world type.
I'm looking forward to the final season which was supposed to be screened last year but due to COVID pushed back to this year and I can't wait for the season finale. 1960s fans never got to see the Robinson's make it back to Earth, I hope Netflix doesn't follow this trend and gives us the ending we all want.
Spoiler alert, the original involved time travel and I believe so does the book. That might be a clue in where season 3 takes us, back in time where it all began. Will anything different occur or will they remain the course?
Either way, Lost in Space the Netflix series was an interstellar hit and I'd recommend it to anyone.
