GIGANTE DE ACERO.jpg Edited in Canva

Robot movies have always caught my attention, but not more than the animated ones, when I have the opportunity to watch them I enjoy them and dedicate all the hours it lasts, as there is always something innovative and I get to think how they do it and achieve that these machines that are in full development, do it so perfectly and with very few errors, as if a human being did it. I think that teamwork will always make things easier than being alone and especially in this world where technology is advancing more and more and you need to be attentive to each of the advances and developments that arise over the years, so this production shows us a little of those aspects and each of the adventures that will happen.

I had the opportunity to see it again this morning, after several months of not showing it on television. A movie that is perfect for all ages, since from the beginning we can see how is the relationship between a father and his little son, where both will have to start a life from scratch, work as a team and thus be able to maintain and earn that respect and trust between father and son, since that is the most beautiful thing that exists in life, that security, trust that exists in the family. In addition, it is incredible how both are passionate about the world of robot fighting and for that part is very nice to see that passion they feel and this will take them to the top and there will be no one to stop them, all because of the knowledge and the contribution that both have.

In this movie we can see how the world of robots plays an important role, since it is a world where there is a lot of money, power and rivalry between people to have the best robot, something we can notice in real life as in the movies, as there will always be one who thinks he is better than everyone, who has power and everything to get attention, but almost always fail and come to nothing because of the bad attitude. The movie shows us scenes of great action, adventures and moments that are somewhat sad, because what's the point of always winning and being the best if you leave out that person who inspired you to reach the top.

We can also appreciate scenes where they judge others without knowing them first, without knowing how they really are, many times appearances can be deceiving and when you least expect it the weakest and smallest can become a champion, it's all in the attitude, personality of each person.

I liked to see how little by little a bond of friendship and love is created and generated between the father and son, as both begin to agree on each of their opinions, achieving less confrontations and with the knowledge of fighter and dance the two create a great team. It also highlights the theme that it is always very important to tell the truth, because sooner or later you will know why there is nothing hidden in this world and at the moment of knowing it will be very sad and the disappointment very big.

Beyond each one of the challenges, competitions and let yourself be respected in the battlefield of robots, it teaches us that in life we can not stop fighting until the last second for what we want, maybe we can not get the expected results or maybe yes, but the only thing left is to continue and prove that in the next one will be the champion.

I liked the participation of the two main characters of this film, as is the father and son, both put a unique and perfect touch to give life to this film of steel giants. Where we notice Hugh Jackman, as the father, that kind of people who can not have money in hand, as he spends it all on robots, equipment and his life goes from day to day, but with the presence of his son things will take an incredible turn. The son is Dakota Goyo, I have seen him act in several movies and he does well, a unique personality and his way of thinking and doing things in this production takes him to another level and be recognized in the world of fights.

Other characters that make presence in this film and provide that unconditional support with their words of motivation so that everyone can move forward, is the case of the actor Anthony Mackie, being in charge of the whole world of street robot fights, without him none of this would be possible.

A movie that I have always liked to watch because of its plot and if you have not seen it yet I recommend it, because it shows us that parents will always do everything possible to see their children happy, happy, give them the best and above all believe in oneself and not get carried away by the things that others say and have a unique and authentic personality. It also highlights many values such as honesty, trust, perseverance and love.

  2. CANADIAN MOVIE (REAL STEEL) NICE ONE@sheikhshaon1414d
    [SOURCE](https://gallery.fansshare.com/gallery/photos/16459385/full-cast-of-real-steel-actors-and-actresses-movie/?displaying)

Hello all robotic action movie loving friends, hope you all are well. My first robot movie was RoboCop which was broadcast on Bangladesh Television. Since then, I have watched many movies, among them my favorite movie was the movie Real Steel which was released in 2011. And this lovely movie is directed by Canadian director SHAWN LEVY. The movie ends with a very beautiful way of connecting the story's relationships and finally with perfection, which I think is excellent.

Director Shawn Levy has been able to beautifully portray the life of a carefree Canadian man through the loving relationship of father and son. The movie depicts a careless man burdened with debt, whose hobby and means of livelihood is winning by boxing robots. But somehow, as if the hero of the famous X-Man movie Charlie is losing again and again, two people sent from the court tell him - your girlfriend died 10 years ago And you have a 9 year old son. You have to go to court as your son is now alone after mother's death. How careless and gullible a man is, he has a son after 10 years. More carelessness is seen when sitting in court in the scene of the mediums taking money in exchange for his son. But the remarkable thing is how the creator gives a chance to a careless father after that, those scenes. Charlie also received the money he received in exchange for his son Max, as well as 3 months of custody.

Charlie takes his son to his robot mechanic girlfriend and buys a new robot from her for Rs 50 lakh. Later, Charlie and Max take the robot to the Robot Boxing Club, where Charlie stupidly loses. And the new robe is torn apart. Charlie and Max go to a mechanical dustbin to get some old parts and there Max finds an old complete robot and they go to the robot maker girlfriend's garage. Reading reveals that the robot Max found in the garage is still intact. Seeing this, Charlie tells his son Max that we will play robot boxing with it. And father and son do what they say and they start winning matches with Max's robot. Max's robot had special features such as the ability to memorize and imitate human beings, and it could be controlled by Max and Charlie without a remote.

Charlie and Max continue to win all the consecutive matches with their robot and finally Max and Charlie win in 5 stages with great entertainment even with the most powerful robot. And through these things, we can see the complete successful completion of the love relationship between father and son. Hope you like the movie too.

    Thank you.

  3. Real Steel (2011) Movie Review@gonklavez92022d

    Movie Thumbnail.png

Real Steel is a very multi-layered movie, and it should appeal to everyone. It is a fast-paced action and has the heavy sound effects of a good action movie and a touching father-boy story to go along with it. The movie's humor is dry but not forced with just enough wit to keep Gen-Y types entertained.

I will not divulge much here in the hopes that you will get to see it yourself. Overall, the soundtrack (Danny Elfman) coupled with great visual effects and amazing play on light in the cinematography of the movie ties in the story pretty well.

The main characters, Charlie Kenton (Hugh Jackman), Max Kenton (Dakota Goyo), and Balley Tallet (Evangeline Lilly), made the movie extremely fluid to watch, and there was no fault in their on-screen chemistry.

The film shoots in and out of bright and dark scenes pretty quickly, and the mood of the set is reflected very well in the lighting of the movie. There was a scene of Jackman and Goyo in a park where it was lit unnaturally, but other than that, there was no fault in the technical aspects of the movie that I could point out.

The story ducks and weaves appropriately, and assumedly the movie is set in 2020/2030 as references to "back then" (e.g., 2016) were rife. It is an excerpt of both Kenton's (Jackman and Goyo) lives, and most of it focuses on fighting robots. The movie ends well, and the cinematography, props, and CGI is very well thought out. If you love an underdog, David vs. Goliath movie - this one's definitely for you.

Great movie and there's something in the film for everyone - you won't regret it!

  4. "Real Steel" by Shawn Levy - movie review@godflesh2903d

"Real Steel" is a true blockbuster and has everything he needs to do it: a naive, almost elemental storyline, aimed primarily at spectators under the age of 18, a solid amount of special effects, noisy to wherever and not least, with its inexpensive dramaturgy, has an inspirational power in a film in which our hero wins against all probabilities. On the surface, his plot looks, if anything, at least curiosity. In the near future, sports battles can no longer provide enough excitement for audiences requiring increasingly extreme experiences, and gradually people are replaced by robots where extremes does not lead to any moral or any other consequences other than financial, of course.

    51ulq+I7vHL.SY445.jpg

The film's problems come from the concretization of the story, which takes the form of a collection of two huge film clichés: first, the sporting (and in particular boxing) film in which a failed, once promising star gets a second chance, and second, a father who understands what he made a huge mistake because of his infantile lifestyle he missed the most valuable thing in the world - to be with his child. Something like "Over the top," but with boxing and robots. Charlie Kenton (Hugh Jackman) is in debt a former boxer who travels across the country taking part in robot battles. Charlie is a man "first acting, then thinking" and refusing to take responsibility for his own recklessness, which ultimately leads to his total fall. It is then that he learns that his ex-wife has died and must appear in court for the custody of his son (Dakota Goyo), whom he has abandoned. In this situation, Charlie sees the chance of winning a dollar and literally sells his son to his aunt's man, but in order not to understand, he has to look for him in the summer. With the money he earns, Robbie buys a robot, and despite the warnings of his son, who turns out to be smart for his years, a video game and robot specialist, he goes on kidnapping and loses everything in seconds. Running on the dump in an effort to snap things up, they fall into an ancient sparring robot that turns out to be much more than what appears to be at first glance. In short, from now on, father and son find their way to each other and to the top of the world boxing glory in the live steel tournament where they have to fight the "bad guys". What saves "Real Steel," despite the catastrophically elementary story, is that it is definitely child-directed, but looking at the children's films of recent years ... how to say, it's just a breath of fresh air. The probability of mogul being mad at him is more than great and is not because they are not interested in dramaturgy and art, nor in the funny and frivolous tone, nor in the important life lesson they will learn at the end. It is due to the robot battles, which are quite fulfilled and with a feeling and guaranteed to explode the kids - I just imagine what "beating" will fall in front of the block. Even I allowed myself a little excitement before (and during) some of the battles, especially when it sounds like Eminem - apparently in the future they fall in retrospect.

    10_realsteel2.w529.h352.jpg

Another plus, slightly distracting, are Hugh Jackman and Dakota Goya. To choose Jackman for Charlie's role, I can only admit his admiration. Actually, Charlie is an egotistical, disgusting and manipulative creature that sells his own child, but Jackman possesses (and gives) such a charm that one can not dislike him or even sympathize with him even before he shows his first signs of humanity. Goyo is also an extremely charming child and is doing more than excellent with the role. Only his character Max was not that unreal and irritatingly mature for his years. I will finish with the fact that the mistress, and I suppose a lot of adults, will love it for its purely entertaining features, but for me personally, "Real Steel" is a disappointment and has almost no value beyond the children under 18 - you what it and then you forget the movie. Sorry, because the film has some beginnings of "heart and soul," but they are buried deep under the extremely worn and non-original story. Perhaps if the director was not Sean Levy, and someone with a proven directorial talent, things would look a little different.

I don't care how corny you think it is, this movie rocks. The kid actor in it is awesome and Hugh Jackman is well, Hugh Jackman. Definitely worth adding to the collection if you can find it on the cheap.
