Two girls studying in high school create a friendship that to everyone's eyes is a good relationship, one of the girls is more extroverted than the other and apparently they complement each other perfectly, until one of them begins to put pressure on the other to do improper things that in the end seriously damages their friendship.

Dos chicas que estudian en preparatoria crean una amistad que a la vista de todos es una buena relación, una de las niñas es más extrovertida que la otra y al parecer se complementan perfectamente, hasta que una de ellas comienza a ejercer presión en la otra para hacer cosas indebidas que al final perjudica gravemente su amistad.
My main motivation to see this movie was its title translated into Spanish "amistad tóxica", as there are so many cases of bullying nowadays I thought that would be the main theme and that there would be a positive message at the end of the story. I was wrong from beginning to end, it does not deal with bullying although it was briefly touched upon.
The main character Maya is a young girl who has a family life in crisis, her parents are separating due to the infidelity of the father who has gotten his new partner pregnant, her mother struggles to make ends meet to support her daughters. While this young woman is under pressure from her best friend to get a boyfriend and lose her virginity.
Of the character of Jana the co-star of the film they don't show much about her personal life, only that she is a daring young woman, with no school responsibilities and no moral values, inciting her friend to commit actions she doesn't want such as stealing from her mom and lying.
Mi motivación principal para ver esta película fue su título traducido al español “amistad tóxica”, como actualmente existen tantos casos de bullying pensé que ese sería el tema principal y que había un mensaje positivo al final de la historia. Me equivoqué de principio a fin, no trato sobre bullying aunque se tocó brevemente.
La protagonista Maya es una joven que tiene una vida familiar en crisis, sus padres se están separando por la infidelidad del padre que ha dejado embarazada a su nueva pareja, su madre se debate en conseguir lo necesario para mantener a sus hijas. Mientras esta joven pasa por la presión de su mejor amiga para conseguir novio y perder la virginidad.
Del personaje de Jana la coprotagonista de la película no muestran mucho sobre su vida personal, solo que es una joven atrevida, sin responsabilidades escolares y sin valores morales, incitando a su amiga a cometer acciones que ella no quiere como robar a su mamá y mentir.
The whole story was about the common activities that teenagers do, study, play sports, go to some parties; however, when it was about to end is that the story gets a little interesting, because both record a couple having oral sex spreading the video on social networks, this is when the relationship of these young women becomes toxic, because Jana forces Maya to do what she wants, but does not dare.
Sharing videos on social networks violating the privacy of others is a moral and criminal offense that today among young people ignore it and even consider it an opportunity to get into trend, causing serious problems to those involved, from depression to suicide, all for fun or for some bad intention. After this remorse, guilt and other emotions make the friendship of these girls fracture leading them to commit a crime, which in the end they do not pay, separating them forever.
Toda la historia se trató de las actividades comunes que hacen los adolescentes, estudiar, hacer deporte, ir algunas fiestas; sin embargo, cuando ya estaba por terminar es que la historia se pone algo interesante, pues ambas graban a una pareja teniendo sexo oral difundiendo el video en redes sociales, es aquí cuando se pone tóxica la relación de estas jóvenes, porque Jana obliga a Maya hacer lo que ella quiere, pero no se atreve.
Compartir videos en redes sociales vulnerando la intimidad de otros es un delito moral y penal que hoy en día entre los jóvenes lo ignoran y hasta lo consideran una oportunidad para entrar en tendencia, causando graves problemas a los implicados, desde depresión hasta suicidios, todo por diversión o por alguna mala intención. Después de esto el remordimiento, la culpa y otras emociones hacen que la amistad de estas niñas se fracture llevándolas a cometer un crimen, que al final no pagan, separándolas para siempre.

What I liked about the movie
I liked the acting of the protagonist and co-star, both are very young actresses, however, they were able to convey emotions that are difficult to explain, such as worry, despair, anxiety, fear without saying a single word.
The film has a basis that can be real.
What I didn't like about the film
They leave to the imagination of the viewer the most crucial moments of the film, in the struggle where there was a death everything looked dark and you could not see who killed or not.
A death is presumed, but there is no body, no investigation, no culprits.
It may be interesting for young teenagers, but they won't take away something positive or good after watching it, they will probably be more bored than me.
The ending was lousy, if there was anything good to recommend it with this ending I reconsider. I leave it at your own risk 😁😂.

Que me gustó de la película
Me gusto la actuación de la protagonista y coprotagonista, ambas son actrices muy jóvenes, sin embargo, pudieron transmitir emociones difíciles de explicar, cómo la preocupación, desespero, ansiedad, miedo sin decir una sola palabra.
La película tiene una base que puede ser real.
Que no me gustó de la película
Dejan a la imaginación del espectador los momentos más cruciales de la película, en el forcejeo donde hubo una muerte todo se veía oscuro y no se pudo ver quien asesino o no.
Sé presume una muerte, pero no hay cuerpo, ni investigación, ni culpables.
Puede que sea interesante para los jóvenes adolescentes, pero no se llevarán algo positivo o bueno después de verla, es probable que se aburran más que yo.
El final fue malísimo, si había algo bueno para recomendarla con este final lo reconsidero. Lo dejo bajo tu responsabilidad 😁😂
