This week I finished watching the second and third seasons of UNDER THE DOME and in this post I will leave you all my opinion.

SINOPSIS
Under The Dome It's a series I've talked about before Season 1 but I'll give you a quick review, basically *Chester Mill *is a quiet town until one day a dome falls on it, and now these people are trapped inside and they're trying to figure out what's going on in the town.
The first season ends when Barbie is about to be executed by the town, on the other hand, julia threw the egg in the lake.

REVIEW-NO SPOILERS
Although the second season still seems pretty good to me, in the third I feel that the story is falling little by little. The second season is still addictive, I almost watched it all in one day, but by the third season it was hard for me to pay attention, it wasn't until the last chapters that I thought that finally all the emotion was coming back to life.

REVIEW-SPOILERS
There are many characters that I was already fed up with, for example Melanie, at the beginning I liked the idea of Barbie having a sister but as the story progressed I liked this girl more and more. When her character died I honestly didn't regret it,
As for Sam and Junior... I don't know what to think of them, that whole family has serious problems (including Big Jim) however they have a power in the story that makes them complete villains and you even think they are good people, that's the interesting thing about these characters, that if they convince you, the family relationship between these characters is a little frustrating because it goes back and forth at every turn but at the end of the day many families are like that, It's like “I don't like what you do, but even if I say otherwise, you're still my family”. It was so much that I even felt a little sorry for Junior dying in his father's arms, but I remembered everything Junior did to Angie in the first season and I got over it.
The only character that frustrated me at any time was Julia, I liked that she always continued to be her in spite of everything. On the other hand, I didn't like the brainwashing of Barbie, her relationship with Eva seemed unnecessary and her obsession to protect her “daughter” seemed silly to me, it is known that Barbie is someone who gets carried away by her emotions but I feel that they detracted a bit of value to the character. The craziest thing is that the relationship between Julia and Barbie is a little twisted (because of the circumstances in which it starts and continues) but still the audience likes it. Another one of my favorite couples without a doubt was Joe and Norrie, of course from time to time they had their teenage drama but nothing to write home about, I thought the affair between them from the beginning was handled well.
The story of the aliens could have been handled in a better way, I don't know, I felt that the plot was going somewhere else at the beginning and then suddenly everything changed direction. There are characters that lasted longer than I thought and others that were killed off faster than I thought.

Overall it's a good series, it's entertaining and since it doesn't have many chapters you can watch it pretty fast, if you like aliens, mystery and things like that I would recommend it. I give it a 3/5

REVIEW-NO SPOILERS

This show is one of those that came when most of the hyped shows where in season break, and as it was a stephen king, I had to see it. Under the dome is very mysterious, and has a good flow that keeps you watching, the best season is deffinently the first as well thats where everything "new" happends.
Under the dome takes place in a small town, where out of nowhere a very large mysterious forcefield surrounds Chesters mill, trapping the entire town from the rest of the world. No one knows where this dome comes from or what it is, or even its purpose.
For TV-Shows it is quite alright to check out the trailer, depending on the age of the trailer, as you can easily get fooled and finding a quick recap of the first season of the show, and that would kinda suck.
So when watching trailers for tv-shows, be sure it is one of the first trailers that came out, to ensure there are not too many spoilers, but still informfull enough to give you an idea about the show
