Ride or Walk?

DSC08719.jpeg

When out and about enjoying nature’s colours, are you more of a hiker/walker or do like to just jump in the car and cruise around whilst relaxing? Or maybe both. I’m more in the hiker/walker camp, how about you? I am biased though, it is very difficult to take photos behind the wheel of a car — unless I am in the passenger seat of course. Seeing as I go solo frequently, I rarely find myself in the passenger seat. Hiking/walking wins for me, pretty much every time. Thanks for stopping by.

Beautiful obstructive pathway on the second photo!

It'll be walking without hesitation, I like the pacing and discovery that can be made compared to driving a car. Also more in touch with nature :)

We live in a rural area in the South Eastern United States, so we usually pop in the car drive for a few hours and walk around historic/scenic locations.

Definitely in the car watching from inside but I do find it more fun when doing the hiking.

There is a unique pleasure in peacefully observing natural scenery on foot. One never gets tired, and everyone sees a place of their choice.

Hi! Personally, I avoid cars whenever possible. They make me feel confined and closed in!

Beautiful photos, I can't wait for an autumn like this!

  • @wnfdiary(73)· 364d

Ride a bike. That is the best way to see a lot. Only downside is you can't have a camera at your hand. Maybe some action strap or something :)

  • @davideownzall(74)· 364d

I'm the same as you, if I go in a nice place, I want to walk because on car it's impossible to make picture or even just stay there quiet looking the nature (or what you like)

What a coincidence the tree falling on the path

  • @bakulali(49)· 364d

    Same to you

  • @reachdreams(73)· 364d

I personally prefer walking, the pleasure is more felt when looking at an object.

Photo 1 is Web2. Here's your route and we've created a spectacular view for you to photograph. Now off you go to our next destination. Wait! You're driving down the middle of the road like you own it. No, we do! So here's a $50 fine.

Photo 2 is Web3. Probably Hive cos a whale didn't like where most of us walked. So they dropped a tree. But it's easy to climb over or go around. Anyway, why not wander through the forest towards that inviting sunshine? See wonders that you've never seen before! What if I get lost? But what if you don't!
