Si tuvieras un sábado en solitario completamente gratis y con un presupuesto ilimitado, ¿cuáles son las tres cosas que definitivamente harías?
If you had a completely free, solo Saturday with an unlimited budget, what are the three things you will definitely do?
I find it so hard—almost impossible, really—to imagine a day where I’m completely alone and focused entirely on myself, but I think we all need a different kind of day like that now and then to forget our troubles and shake off the stress. I’d never really considered the possibility before, but now that I’m thinking about it, it’s actually hard to choose what to do, because there are so many things I’d love to do and little indulgences that would make me so happy, haha.
The first thing I would do is go shopping, it may sound very simple, but for me, shopping, apart from being special, is something that I love and that I don't have the luxury of doing it all the time, even the last few times I've gone shopping I've had to limit myself a lot and they weren't even shopping for me, it's been a long time since I bought clothes, much less clothes that I like and that make me feel comfortable. I feel that without a budget I would buy a lot of things and I mean not only clothes but also art materials, accessories, makeup.
There are three things on the list, but I’m pretty sure the first one would take up my whole day, haha. Still, I’ll tell you about my other two options: assuming I had time left, I’d have my personal chauffeur take everything I bought back home (HAHA), and then I’d visit a spa for the first time. Even though I’m super introverted and the idea of a stranger touching and massaging me makes me a bit uncomfortable, I watch videos where it looks incredibly relaxing—like a huge weight being lifted off your shoulders. I’ve never actually been to a spa, but I once won a massage at an old job; it felt so amazing that I’d love to have that experience again, only longer and better executed.
And finally, I’d like to go to a party or a club that plays rock or pop music—a place with people my age where I could strike up a conversation, make friends, have a few drinks, and enjoy the music. I’ve rarely been to a club in my life—this would only be my third time, haha. I don’t usually care for those kinds of places, but at this stage in my life, I think I’d like to break the mold and have a fun, different kind of night out.
