Good evening, friends! Before heading to bed, I wanted to share how I made this breezy blouse. It’s a fairly simple project, so it didn’t take much time—in fact, I love sewing simple pieces because I can whip them up in the blink of an eye.
Materiales:|Materials:
- Tela microdurasno con diseño de cereza
- hilo blanco
- Tijeras
- Patrón para hacer la blusa
- Micro-peach fabric with a cherry print
- White thread
- Scissors
- Pattern for making the blouse

Paso nro 1
Step nro 1
✂️✍️Start by marking the pattern shape onto the fabric: the two pieces for the blouse, plus the bias strips—one for the neckline and two for the armholes.
Paso nro 2
Step nro 2
🪡🧵Afterwards, I began sewing from the shoulder area, which joins the two parts of the blouse.
Paso nro 3
Step nro 3
Next, sew the bias strips onto the neckline. Since these strips are made from the same fabric, they should be cut along the direction where the fabric has the most stretch, ensuring everything aligns well. I attach the bias strips with the right sides facing together, then fold them toward the front and secure them with a straight stitch. 🪡 After attaching the bias strips, I sewed the side seams of the blouse.
Paso nro 4
Step nro 4
And finally, I sewed the bottom hem, and that’s how this lovely little blouse was finished.
