Most important news first: It seems that one of the fixes I found on internet worked and the game stopped freezing.
Last time we went to the mill and hoped that the miller wll help us meet with rebels leader Crake. But we found out that the miller was taken by vampire ruler's Brencis soldiers. Millers wife asked us to save him. After that we started targeting Brencis general Ambrus and his operations. We also tried fighting some weird crocodile/ worm looking creature. It destroyed me even on the lowest difficulty. Then we found some weirdo who tried to become a rebel by infiltrating general's Ambrus blood cellars. We told this Klaus fellow that his idea is stupid and that he should get out of our way. After that we rescued the miller and he told that he betrayed one of rebels to Brencis men. So we had to hurry to help that rebel woman. Also that is when we run into serious troubles. Because the game started freezing and I could not continue playing.

This time we went to rendezvous point and save Sara(the rebel woman). In exchange of saving her life we asked Sara to introduce us to rebel leader Crake. At first Sara was hesistant. But we convinced her. Still she was not sure that Crake will even want to talk to us but she did acknowledge our strength.

After that Sara reluctantly took us to meet with Crake. But before we could do that some dude named Drogos sneaked on us with silver(?) chain. He put the chain on our neck and nearly strangled Coen. Once we were weekened and barely alive we got tied to a tree. Then rebel leader Crake came to speak with us. But it was not a nice conversation(he put a dagger near Coen's throat and interrogated us). We tried to convince Crake that we are on his and other rebels side. But he was not very trusting of us. Quite understandably so- we met at night so Coen was his vampire form after all.We told Crake about our deeds and efforts to dethrone Brencis. It seemed that Crake was not believing any word we said. But then sun had risen and instead of killing Coen it turned us back to the human. This intrigued Crake enough to at least consider letting us join the rebels...If we will get greater reputation and piss off Brencis and and his generals enough in the future.

Then we decided to investigate what merchant told us in a previous part. The idea that our father Pieter could have some secret friend(s) was so interesting that I just had to check it out...Even if it meant losing some precious time. So we went to the location that merchant told Coen about. There we found a few quite ruined huts. But they were not completely abandoned. While we were looking around some old blind man came and attacked us with an axe from behind. We tried to calm him down by saying that Pieter is our father but old man did not want to hear any of it. So we beat the old blind man up. Then he started touching Coen's face and realized that we really are the son of Pieter. After that blind man told us a bit of his and Pieter past. They were once both mercenaries. Pieter retired and settled down. Then Volk (the now blind man) was injured and lost sight. So he found Pieter again and Pieter got him those huts and brought food and drink regularly. Volk said he has could share more stories about the past with Coen the next day. But before that he asked us to chop some firewood and hunt wolves who had a den nearby. I am a curious creature so I agreed to do these task for him. Against my better judment perhaps because time is going away really fast and so it would be probably be wiser to us it to continue destroying general Ambrus operations and gaining more reputation for Coen. But if I remember right we still have twenty five(?) days and nights so perhaps we can still afford to have a few detours from main mission. But I am already starting to see that in the future we will have to be more picky about what jobs we want to do. Thirty days and nights may seem like a lot at first but the world is full of content. So we will likely face the time limit way sooner when we would like. For now I hope to slay Ambrus in a few more days/ nights. Then go after the remaining two generals within next ten or fifteen days/ nights. This ,,plan'' should leave us around five more days to defeat Brencis himself and save our family. But maybe that ,,plan'' is too optimistic and we will really have to rush in the end?

Still after that we did some things to gain reputation as well. First we found a jail with two prisoners. One of them claimed that the other man( who was called Branko) betrayed those who are working with the rebels. Neither side had any real proof but I believed that I have been playing good Coen for too long so we left Branko to rot in jail.

Then we also saw a group of Brencis soldiers who were taking captured prisoners somewhere. We killed those soldiers and freed the prisoners. One of them claimed to be a wars veteran and offered to train us some new tricks later. A tempting offer but maybe such lesson would waste too much time? I would like to be prepared for upcoming challenges but what if we will need that time for some more interesting or important quest? I mean we already lost some time fighting wolves and making fire wood for some blind dude just because he knew our dad. So maybe losing more time training with a random person is not the best idea?
