The cat found her way up the ladder yesterday morning. She got to the roof edge then scuttled herself back down the ladder rungs. The first time we have seen her climb anything since we have had her. She is a funny one and is getting more and more comfortable around the property.

Drove @stryeyz to work then got the boys to school. I needed the car since the sled was broken.

I took the time to jack the car up and found the wheel was loose once in the air.

Pulled the lug nuts off and the tire to look and see the hub nut on the ground. Apparently it had worked itself loose which was why the tire wanted to go sideways. Put it back and tightened it good, the test drive had to wait though.

Client for the day was ready early so I got to her place in the Valley about 20 minutes before our scheduled time. It was a mounting job and the first was the tv in her bedroom.

Then this coat rack in the laundry room. She needs a place to hang her awesome golden retriever's leash and stuff. Rocky her dog is super cool and a giant love.

The towel rack was super loose so I got it tightened back to the wall.

The last thing was the curtain rod and curtains put up in her office. She was super happy with everything but didn't have cash so after finishing the work I followed her to the bank where she got me my payment. Really nice is the glowing review she left for me by the time I was home. She does Rover jobs so gets the way the reviews help and wrote my best one yet.

I had picked J up after xc practice which got me a test drive of the sled which is back to just the regular problems I always deal with, but drives fine. I was standing in the living room when I heard a big BOOM and screech of tires. Ran fast out to the intersection and suddenly J was next to me, but there were already a slew of people stopped and helping the people. The truck pulled out into traffic and hit a young woman in a Subaru. The woman got a broken leg, arm, and a sore belly of which she is pregnant. (This comes from the local news page comments.) The older man in the truck never got out the entire time the response was going on. I had to drive the long way around to go pickup @stryeyz from work and as we drove back and turned off the highway the man was sitting on the steps of the building, still. The vehicles were just getting loaded onto wreckers as we returned home.

Today is the Diamond Lake mini triathlon that we are doing as a team. @stryeyz is swimming 400 yards, I am biking 12 miles, and J is running a 5k. We are shooting for sub 1.5 hours total, or sub 90 minutes.
