Had a job yesterday morning which was swapping out old light fixtures for new. These old ones were a pain in the ass to get the bulbs out of for the homeowners.
The new ones are far easier to change bulbs on and went on quite easily. I neglected to test them all before I left and the front door one is not working. I will be back on Monday for more work outside so will deal with it then.
Stopped at Harbor Freight then headed to Costco. More regular runs mean less spent on a trip. The big thing is bread right now as the boys and I need lunches more often. The lines were semi mellow before 11am.
The newer model of the chainsaw sharpener is nice and has a hand brake now to hold the chain in place. It took a minute to dial in the motion but it worked pretty well for the couple of chains I sharpened.
Utd played a champions league match and managed to do good. Glimmers of hope for the season but lots of expecting to be let down like always seems to happen with them.
Swept a couple of the roofs of needles and debris as the rain season is nearing.
The 2 barn spiders on the trees are just massive. The lighter one is a solid inch across and is like a marble with legs.
The dark one blends in SUPER well to the bark of the pine tree and is super fat like the other.
Went to go pick J up after xc practice and had the sled go bad. Something in the front is broken such that the right front tire wanted to NOT roll straight while I was driving. There was grinding, the brake [pedal went to the floor, and I had to be very careful when steering towards the right. I have no clue exactly what the problem is but managed to make it home on the back roads. I will jack it up and figure it out today.
So then I take @stryeyz to work soon, then boys to school, then at noon I have a job in the Valley that will take a couple hours. Work on sled, pick J up from practice then pickup @stryeyz after work, then we will pack up our stuff for tomorrow morning and the mini-tri we are doing at Diamond Lake.
