Hive is not paying us well these days, LOL.
But that's not the reason why I haven't been so active lately. It's the wet season in my country, and the weather has been so dull and sad, it really has a way of making me depressed even when I'm not, lol.
It's not going to be a long post. I asked AI to simplify my lesson plan about the seven continents last weekend, (seven fucking continents lesson plan shit) It wasn't mine actually, a subclass for my former students, but you know what, it wasn't so satisfying, so I'm trying to compete with it now. I'm working on geography because... well, AI ain't got no swag... how boring! The lesson was so boring my students could clearly tell it wasn't me who made it.. which is so embarrassing.
Anyway, let's keep this activity running. It's already Wednesday, but it's never too late for #ThreeTuneTuesday. Thanks to @ablaze and the few people who are still pushing through with this weekly activity. All in the name of music, let'z go, rock on.
Here are the songs I have been listening to during the rainy days. Although it would still occasionally rain, I'm glad the weather is warmer and the sunshine is finally showing up.
Kiss Me- Sixpence None The Richer
Love this band so much! The name 'Sixpence' actually came from a C.S. Lewis book, a story about a boy who is given a coin by his father and decides to use it to get him a present, hence the 'none the richer'.
Thank you- Dido
Can love anchor us through difficult and depressing times? Certainly, because it is something money can never buy.
Fade Into You- Mazzy Star
They did not officially disband, but the death of David Roback eventually led to the end of Mazzy Star's career. I have heard Hope is still writing songs, tho they are no longer active.
All the feels, right? I know, you can feel the laziness in this writing... but for once, let's slow down.
It's nice to sit on the couch once in a while and listen to music and not really talk. That's my mood these days.
That's all for now.
