A Basket Full of Citrus and Color Some citrus on our dining table today that caught my eye. I didn't overcomplicate this one; I just kept layering those vibrant orange tones and cross-hatching the basket lines until this bowl of fruit felt complete. It took a little patience completing this doodle because I had chosen a transparent and bleeding brush not good for me. Working digitally on the tablet, it’s all about building up the forms stacking shape upon shape, playing with those warm citrus shades against the woven basket, and letting the composition grow and develop I tried mixing colors for some fun and no boring look. It’s such a satisfying process when you just focus on a classic still-life setup and let the colors do the talking. I'm not sure if this is ok as this is not quite my go to style what you think?
