Saludos, amigos amantes de las manualidades.💁☀️

En estos días he querido darle una nueva utilidad al nailon, aprovechándolo mediante el tejido para crear pequeñas manualidades. Por eso quise realizar unos pequeños pececitos flotadores para obsequiárselos a mis pequeños primitos.

# # ✨MATERIALES #

# • Nailon en diferentes colores: negro, rosado, blanco y azul. • Tijeras. • Aguja de crochet. • Aguja de coser a mano. • Aguja de tejer. • Poliespuma para el relleno.

✨MODO DE CONFECCIÓN

Antes de iniciar, preparé todos mis materiales. En este caso, tomé el nailon y lo corté de forma continua, formando tiras delgadas que luego enrollé alrededor de un pequeño cartón para obtener mis carretes de nailon, con los que iba a trabajar.

✨PASOS PARA CONFECCIONAR EL CUERPO DEL PECECITO

# Para iniciar, hice una cadeneta de 5 eslabones y cerré con punto deslizado, formando así el primer aro.

Dentro de esta cadeneta de 5 eslabones subí con una cadeneta de 2 eslabones y tejí 7 medias varetas.

En la siguiente vuelta realicé un aumento en cada una de las medias varetas de la vuelta anterior, obteniendo así 14 medias varetas.

En la próxima vuelta tejí 2 medias varetas y 1 aumento, repitiendo esta secuencia hasta completar la vuelta.

En la vuelta siguiente tejí 1 media vareta en cada uno de los puntos de la vuelta anterior, sin realizar aumentos ni disminuciones. Hasta aquí tenemos realizadas las primeras 4 vueltas del cuerpo.

# Para la quinta vuelta cambié al color azul. Subí con una cadeneta de 2 eslabones, tejí 1 media vareta y en el siguiente punto realicé un aumento, es decir, 2 medias varetas en el mismo punto.

Continué repitiendo 1 media vareta y 1 aumento hasta completar toda la vuelta.

Desde la vuelta número 6 hasta la vuelta número 9 continué tejiendo de forma similar, pero sin realizar aumentos ni disminuciones, manteniendo la misma cantidad de puntos.

En la vuelta número 10 comencé con las disminuciones. Tejí 1 media vareta y 1 disminución, repitiendo esta secuencia hasta completar la vuelta.

En la vuelta siguiente tejí manteniendo la misma cantidad de puntos.

En la vuelta posterior continué con las disminuciones, realizando 1 media vareta y 1 disminución. Continué de esta forma durante dos vueltas.

Después seguí realizando disminuciones de forma continua hasta dejar un pequeño espacio de aproximadamente 6 medias varetas sin tejer.

Luego doblé el pez a la mitad y, por el pequeño espacio que había quedado abierto, coloqué la poliespuma que previamente había desintegrado en pequeños pedacitos para utilizarla como relleno.

Una vez relleno, cerré el cuerpo del pececito.

✨PASOS PARA CONFECCIONAR LA COLA

# Sin cortar el trabajo, desde esta misma zona continué tejiendo la cola del pez.

Para confeccionar la cola, subí con una cadeneta de 3 eslabones y, en ese mismo espacio, tejí 3 medias varetas.

Continué en los otros tres espacios, realizando también 3 medias varetas en cada uno. Al finalizar esta primera vuelta de la cola, cerré con punto deslizado.

Luego giré el tejido y subí con una cadeneta de 2 eslabones. Realicé 1 media vareta y después 3 cadenetas. Bajé nuevamente y realicé otra media vareta, continuando de esta misma forma en cada uno de los espacios anteriores hasta formar la cola.

Finalmente cerré con punto deslizado.

✨PASOS PARA CONFECCIONAR LAS ALETAS

Para realizar la aleta superior, trabajé a partir de la segunda vuelta del color azul, en la parte superior del pez.

Subí con una cadeneta de 3 eslabones y, en ese mismo espacio, tejí 3 varetas. Luego pasé al segundo espacio y tejí nuevamente 3 varetas. Después pasé al tercer espacio y realicé otras 3 varetas.

De esta forma quedaron formados tres grupitos de 3 varetas cada uno.

Al finalizar los tres grupos, tejí 2 cadenetas y bajé en el siguiente espacio, cerrando con punto deslizado. De esta forma quedó conformada la aleta superior.

Para realizar la aleta inferior, seguimos una forma similar a la superior, pero podemos hacerla un poco más pequeña. Para ello podemos utilizar medias varetas en lugar de varetas completas.

Para las dos aletas de los costados, escogemos un espacio en cada uno de los laterales del cuerpo del pez, procurando que queden aproximadamente enfrentadas.

En cada uno de estos espacios comenzamos con 1 media vareta, continuamos con 3 varetas y terminamos con 1 media vareta. Finalmente cerramos con punto deslizado.

El tamaño de estas aletas puede variar dependiendo del grosor del nailon, el ancho de las tiras y el tamaño de la aguja utilizada.

✨PASOS PARA REALIZAR LA BOCA

Con una aguja de coser y nailon rojo, vamos pasando el nailon alrededor del primer arito, donde iniciamos el tejido, hasta formar la boca del pez.

✨PASOS PARA REALIZAR LOS OJOS

Después dejamos una vuelta de separación y, en una vuelta antes de llegar al color azul, cambiamos el nailon rojo por nailon negro.

Con una aguja de coser vamos decorando de forma similar para formar los dos ojos del pececito.

Finalmente ocultamos todos los pequeños restos de nailon que hayan quedado después de cortar las hebras.

# Y así quedan terminados nuestros pequeños pececitos de nailon.

Amigos, me encantó cómo quedaron estos pequeños pececitos y, sobre todo, ver cómo mis primitos enseguida se animaron a colocarlos en el agua para ver cómo flotaban.

# Como pueden ver, es una manualidad para los pequeños de casa, especialmente para quienes son amantes de los pececitos y no tienen una pecera. También pueden utilizarse como llaveros, para decorar mochilas o para otros usos que ustedes quieran darle.

Making Small Floating Fish from Nylon

These days I have wanted to give nylon a new use, making the most of it through crochet to create small crafts. That is why I decided to make some little floating fish to give as gifts to my little cousins.

I invite you to join me and discover the step-by-step process for making these mini crocheted fish.Let's begin!

# # ✨MATERIALS #

# • Nylon in different colors: black, pink, white, and blue. • Scissors. • Crochet hook. • Hand-sewing needle. • Knitting needle. • Foam for filling.

✨HOW TO MAKE THEM

Before starting, I prepared all my materials. In this case, I took the nylon and cut it continuously into thin strips, which I then wound around a small piece of cardboard to make my little nylon spools, which I would use for crocheting.

✨STEPS TO MAKE THE FISH BODY

# To begin, I made a chain of 5 stitches and joined it with a slip stitch, forming the first ring.

Inside this 5-chain ring, I chained 2 stitches and worked 7 half double crochets.

On the next round, I made an increase in each of the half double crochets from the previous round, giving me a total of 14 half double crochets.

On the next round, I worked 2 half double crochets and 1 increase, repeating this sequence until the round was completed.

On the following round, I worked 1 half double crochet in each stitch from the previous round, without making any increases or decreases. At this point, the first 4 rounds of the fish body are complete.

# For the fifth round, I changed to blue. I chained 2 stitches, worked 1 half double crochet, and in the next stitch made an increase, meaning 2 half double crochets in the same stitch.

I continued repeating 1 half double crochet and 1 increase until the entire round was completed.

From rounds 6 through 9, I continued crocheting in the same way, but without increases or decreases, maintaining the same number of stitches.

On round 10, I began making decreases. I worked 1 half double crochet and 1 decrease, repeating this sequence until the round was completed.

On the following round, I worked the same number of stitches.

On the next round, I continued with the decreases, working 1 half double crochet and 1 decrease. I continued this way for two rounds.

Then I continued making decreases until leaving a small opening of approximately 6 unworked half double crochets.

I then folded the fish in half and, through the small opening that remained, added the foam that I had previously broken into small pieces to use as filling.

Once it was filled, I closed the body of the fish.

✨STEPS TO MAKE THE TAIL

Without cutting the yarn, I continued crocheting the fish tail from the same area.

To make the tail, I chained 3 stitches and, in the same space, worked 3 half double crochets.

I continued in the other three spaces, also working 3 half double crochets in each one. At the end of this first round of the tail, I joined with a slip stitch.

Then I turned the work and chained 2 stitches. I worked 1 half double crochet and then made a chain of 3 stitches. I went down again and made another half double crochet, continuing in the same way in each of the previous spaces until the tail was formed.

Finally, I joined with a slip stitch.

✨STEPS TO MAKE THE FINS

To make the upper fin, I worked starting from the second round of the blue section, on the upper part of the fish.

I chained 3 stitches and, in the same space, worked 3 double crochets. Then I moved to the second space and worked another 3 double crochets. After that, I moved to the third space and worked another 3 double crochets.

This creates three groups of 3 double crochets each.

At the end of the three groups, I chained 2 stitches and joined in the next space with a slip stitch. This forms the upper fin.

To make the lower fin, we follow a similar method, but it can be made slightly smaller. For this, we can use half double crochets instead of full double crochets.

For the two fins on the sides, we choose one space on each side of the fish body, making sure they are approximately opposite each other.

In each of these spaces, we begin with 1 half double crochet, continue with 3 double crochets, and finish with 1 half double crochet. Finally, we join with a slip stitch.

The size of these fins may vary depending on the thickness of the nylon, the width of the strips, and the size of the hook used.

✨STEPS TO MAKE THE MOUTH

With a sewing needle and red nylon, we pass the nylon around the first ring where we began the crochet work, forming the fish's mouth.

✨STEPS TO MAKE THE EYES

Then we leave one round of space and, one round before reaching the blue section, we change from red nylon to black nylon.

Using a sewing needle, we decorate in a similar way to form the fish's two eyes.

Finally, we hide all the small pieces of nylon left after cutting the strands.

# And this is how our little nylon fish are finished.

Friends, I loved how these little fish turned out and, above all, seeing how my little cousins immediately wanted to put them in the water to see how they floated.

# As you can see, this is a craft for the little ones at home, especially for children who love fish but don't have an aquarium. They can also be used as keychains, to decorate backpacks, or for any other use you would like to give them.
