The way you make your bed is the way you sleep! And the way you eat is the way you feel!
Well, I’m not entirely sure if you can always put it that way, but I will just leave it at that for now. Because somehow it does seem to fit.
I’m not even sure myself what I’m getting at here. But I keep noting with satisfaction that far from home, I’ve actually been very lucky and have found some good bread. Anyone from Germany will know the big dilemma: the farther you are from home, the harder it is to find delicious dark whole-grain bread.
I’ve felt the same way, and still do, but lately I’ve been able to tap into a good source that provides us with pretty tasty and healthy bread. Sometimes it tastes best just the way it is, and sometimes you can enhance it a little. Unfortunately, though, some of the ingredients we’re used to from home are missing for these enhancements.
But somehow it all works out in the end, and it almost always tastes really good. And that’s what really matters, and which brings us to a successful conclusion of this blog post.
If only everything in life were that simple!
DEUTSCH
