It is such a joy to be back in this beautiful ¨Feel-Good-Community¨: joining Mr. @untilwelearn with the lovely photos we took during a family walk through the city center to participate in this awesome ¨Phone-Photography-Contest¨: Although it has been mostly cloudy today, the days lately have felt like spring.

Sin dudas, esta parte de la ciudad es uno de los tantos lugares que más venimos, y eso sucede porque en esta área están los diferentes organismos que visita Luis, y siempre que estamos por aquí, con Gaby aprovechamos para hacer las fotografías que precisamos.
Without a doubt, this part of the city is one of the places we visit most often; this is because the various offices Luis needs to visit are located in this area, and whenever we are around here, Gaby and I take the opportunity to snap the photos we need.

Aquí estamos muy cerca del puerto y su paseo de compra; si bien este es un área que ya les había enseñado y me gusta visitarlo, me gusta aún más esta preciosa plazoleta que tiene un área verde hermosa, y pronto, al llegar la primavera, estará cubierta de bellas plantas con flores.
Here we are very close to the port and its shopping promenade; although this is an area I have shown you before and enjoy visiting, I like this lovely little square even more. It features a beautiful green space, and soon—with the arrival of spring—it will be covered in beautiful flowering plants.

Otra cosa que se destaca de esta parte a otra área del ¨casco¨¨histórico¨ son los hermosos edificios vidriados; como saben, en la parte más antigua de la ciudad las construcciones son de época, y si bien tienen su especial atractivo, son muy diferentes al paisaje arquitectónico de esta parte del microcentro.
Another feature that distinguishes this area from the "historic center" is the beautiful glass-fronted buildings; as you know, the city's oldest section consists of period architecture—and while that has its own special charm, it differs greatly from the architectural landscape of this part of the downtown district.

La verdad es que este tuvo que haber sido el paseo familiar de la semana pasada; recordemos que nos habíamos preparado para visitar esta parte del centro, y al momento de salir de casa, Luis cambió de parecer. Si bien me encanta que visitemos la reserva, esta parte de la ciudad tiene un atractivo diferente.
The truth is, this was supposed to be last week's family outing; remember, we had prepared to visit this part of the city center, but just as we were leaving the house, Luis changed his mind. While I love visiting the reserve, this part of the city has a different kind of appeal.
