A blessed new day to us all, I hope that we are all getting busy at our various placed of work, and hope the day is making sense 😌. I am equally trying my best here but before I continue work I want to share with you these beautiful memories I have created for my niece.

This is my beautiful niece, she will be celebrating her first birthday tomorrow and by that I mean that she will be 3month old tomorrow. The first birthday we often celebrate for our babies here us when they clock 3months and not a year.

My elder sister wanted me to sew her a dress but I have been very busy on the farm this week hence we decided that we would purchase her a dress from the market. I was happy that such will relieve me of some stress but I never knew that that idea will not go well.

My sister purchased this dress from the market for $5 and after bringing it home the dress wasn't her perfect size. The dress was expensive and still wasn't her size. Since there was no way I could return this I decided to undo the dress and work on it.

A short zipper was fixed, hence removed the zipper first as the waist line is small and couldn't contain my baby

I unstitched the waist line and the cut open the fabric along the zipper line.

I got another zipper and fixed in the dress to make it fit.

I opened up the side seams so that I can enlarge the chest and waist line.

A little touch of laces at the front bodice as embelyto enhance the dress. Everything was completed before we could wear her the dress for her 3monhhs birthday shoot. Sincerely the quality of the fabric wasn't what I wanted at all and hence I would rather prefer to purchase some expensive fabric and sew it for her rather than buy a dress from the market and end up with this stress.
