There have been many things in life because of which people misunderstood me and this is nothing new. Actually I used to be an introvert person before and I did not like talking to people too much or going out with people so if someone asked me to go with them like come on friend let's go outside or hang out then I would say no even if they were my close friend. Because I do not like crowds ever.
I tried a lot but it was not possible. Because there are many people there and that was my problem because I used to feel very anxious. On the other hand my friend circle never looked at this thing in a good way. They thought that maybe I thought too highly of myself and that was why I did not want to go out or talk too much but it was not like that and before I could not explain myself that well so misunderstandings would be created.
So dealing with everything was very hard for me. Because how would I explain to someone that I was like this because I was an introvert or that I did not have any problem with anyone. Later I slowly started sharing little bits of what was in my mind because no one is a fortune teller that they can figure out what is in my mind. So I learned to express myself and after that whatever I felt I would tell that person directly.
Because if I do not say it then how will they know what I am having a problem with or why I am avoiding something or why I am not talking much. To be honest I did not even realize how I came out of all of this. It is not like I am not an introvert now. I am still like this but it changes depending on the person. I do not stay quiet with everyone. There are some people I really like talking to but I am an introvert so after talking I feel very exhausted as if my energy has been drained.
Now if someone misunderstands me I do not want to over explain myself to them.
