Hello to everyone in this community and all cat lovers! Every day brings me closer to my trip where I'll finally be able to meet my cat, Ikki, who is currently being cared for by his human dad in another city. It's so hard for me to be away from Ikki because I think about him so much when I'm with my feline nephews and nieces here in the capital. That's why the photos and videos my boyfriend sends me of Ikki are like a balm to my heart.

However, I don't usually upload all the photos I receive here, since many of them are poorly lit or the poses are bad, and that prevents Ikki's beauty from being fully appreciated. My favorite photos are the ones taken outdoors, when Ikki is free to enjoy his morning sunbath or take his nap among the bushes. Although, to be honest, most of the time Ikki prefers to stay by my boyfriend's side. They're quite close, and that comforts me.

I've been getting ready to bring some things, but now that I think about it, I haven't put Ikki on that list. Last time, I made him some harnesses that he ended up throwing away in the field, haha, and the way he destroys his collars is amazing. They're necessary to locate him at night, so I'll try to get a bright color. I'd also like to bring him some treats and get a new brush because he lost his old one... I wish I could bring him so many things!

I wonder if Ikki will miss me while I'm gone and if he'll be happy to see me again. I wish I could hold him and hug him, as much as he'll let me, because he's a cat who prefers his distance haha. Even so, I love him and miss him 🖤

¡Hola a todos los integrantes de esta comunidad y amantes de los gatos! Cada día falta menos para mi viaje en dónde podré encontrarme con mi gato Ikki, quién se encuentra actualmente al cuidado de su padre humano, en otra ciudad. Para mí es difícil estar apartada de Ikki, porque pienso mucho en él cuando comparto con mis sobrinos gatunos, aquí en la capital. Por eso, las fotografías y videos que mi novio suele mandarme de Ikki, son como bálsamo para mi corazón.

Sin embargo, no suelo subir por acá todas las fotos que recibo, ya que muchas de ellas son con mala iluminación o malas poses y eso, evita que pueda apreciarse la belleza de Ikki. Mis fotos favoritas son las que son tomadas en el exterior, cuando Ikki se encuentra liberado tomando su baño de sol matutino o tomando su siesta entre los arbustos. Aunque la verdad es que la mayor parte del tiempo, Ikki prefiere quedarse al lado de mi novio. Son bastante unidos y eso me reconforta.

Me he estado preparando para poder llevar algunas cosas, pero ahora que me pongo a pensar, no he colocado a Ikki en esa lista. Las veces pasadas, le hice unos arneses que acabó botando en el campo jaja y la forma en la que destruye sus collares, es sorprendente. Los mismos son necesarios para ubicarlo cuando cae la noches así que procuraré conseguir un color que sea bastante llamativo. También, me gustaría poder llevarle algunos premios y conseguir un cepillo nuevo porque el que tenía se perdió... ¡Quisiera poder llevarle tantas cosas!

Me pregunto si Ikki me extrañará durante mi ausencia y si se alegrará de verme de nuevo. Quisiera poder cargarlo y abrazarlo, en lo que me permita, porque es un gato que prefiere las distancias jaja aún así, lo amo y lo extraño 🖤
