a few boats in the area

Good Morning and have a good weekend,

Today's post is about boats I have seen on recent walks, but slipping in something different to start the post.

I have often said I have no luck seeing rainbows, other than when I am driving and cannot take a photo.

Well, I had some luck yesterday.

To be honest good and bad luck, I checked the weather apps and hey told me the humidity wouldnt be to bad and no rain, so I headed to Mattapoisett MA initially to Neds Pint Lighthouse to get some photos, but the forecast was so wrong, not ony did it start raining, but was also very humid and my lens kept fogging up, so wasnt good for photos, but i did get so see a rainbow so slipping that in this post.

not the greatest os shots of it, but was glad to finally catch a photo of a rainbow :)

Now onto the boat. As per the title, this first photo has a mix of them with police boats, commercial fishing boats and a cruise ship in the background.

and more commercial boats, taken early in the morning so the long exposure smoothed out the water. also I like how I caught the star effect in the lights

and a couple more, the red boats matching well with the colorful sunrise.

It's a shame the weather forecast was wrong and it rained while you were out for your walk.
