En ésta ocasión les comparto nuevamente mi recorrido por la playa 🏖️ a horas de la mañana ya que, como he dicho en ocasiones anteriores me encanta disfrutar de la tranquilidad que brinda el lugar en esos momentos por encontrarse con poca afluencia de personas.
En esta oportunidad me detuve por poco tiempo en este lugar donde se encuentra el parque biosaludable ya que me gusta realizar ejercicio y como vi estas máquinas no dude ni por un instante sino que de una vez comencé a realizar mi actividad física.

On this occasion, I’m sharing with you once again my walk along the beach 🏖️ in the early morning hours because, as I’ve mentioned before, I love enjoying the tranquility this place offers at that time of day, when there are few people around.
This time, I stopped briefly at this spot where the fitness park is located, since I like to exercise, and when I saw these machines, I didn’t hesitate for a moment—I immediately started my workout.
Este parque se encuentra ubicado en la avenida perimetral de la ciudad o como muchos lugareños lo conocen como la cinta costera de Cumaná. Les cuento que es un hermoso lugar donde se puede disfrutar de la brisa fresca y sus aguas bañadas por el mar Caribe. Además de brindar un ambiente cálido y acogedor, muchos habitantes de la localidad acuden para pasar un rato tranquilo y en contacto con la naturaleza. Es de mencionar que la paz que se respira en ese lugar nos ayuda a paliar todos los sinsabores al que diariamente estamos sometidos.
Por consiguiente, éste parque tiene una vista impresionante sobre todo a la hora del ocaso donde se puede ver como el sol se oculta dejando un cielo rojizo y al mismo tiempo el firmamento uniendose con el mar.
De verdad que estar en el parque nos ayuda a combatir el estrés del día y sobre todo nos permite conocer nuevas amistades. En resumen el lugar posee una vista encantadora y sanadora, porque nos transmite paz y nos motiva a meditar. Para finalizar, Les invito a visitar frecuentemente estos sitios con el propósito de vivir momentos y experiencias inolvidables.

This park is located on the city’s perimeter avenue, or as many locals call it, the Cumaná coastal strip. Let me tell you, it’s a beautiful place where you can enjoy the cool breeze and the waters lapped by the Caribbean Sea. In addition to offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere, many local residents come here to spend some quiet time in touch with nature. It’s worth mentioning that the peace you feel in this place helps us cope with all the hardships we face on a daily basis.
Consequently, this park offers a breathtaking view, especially at sunset, when you can watch the sun set, leaving a reddish sky as the horizon merges with the sea.
Truly, being in the park helps us combat the stress of the day and, above all, allows us to make new friends. In short, the place offers an enchanting and healing view, because it instills a sense of peace and inspires us to meditate. Finally, I invite you to visit these places often to enjoy unforgettable moments and experiences.
