Hola comunidad Geek Zone, después de mucho tiempo, hoy les traigo un nuevo juego con el que ando metida últimamente, pero creo que ya empieza a aburrirme jeje.

Desde que estuve en colegio conocí a este juego y la verdad me llamó tanto la atención que no podía dejar de jugar, pero, para mi mala suerte, no lo tenía en mi computadora, sino que lo conocí y empecé a jugar en la casa de mi amiga.

Me gustaba que podías elegir y personalizar tu jugador, llevarlo de paseo, hacer los quehaceres de la casa y bueno básicamente lo sentía como si fuera jugar con tus muñecas, pero en la computadora, o eso es lo que creo, por eso me gustaba mucho jeje.

Pero como podrán imaginar debo haberlo jugado tan poquito que después se me fue olvidando, hasta hace unos días que una amiga en X publicó que estaba el juego disponible para descargarlo gratis en una plataforma y obviamente fui a investigar y resultó cierto.

Entonces sin pensarlo lo descargué y empecé a jugar, tardó un poco, pero ya había esperado tanto tiempo tener mi propio juego y jugarlo en mi compu jeje.

👗 Configurando mi Avatar

Ahora para los que ya lo jugaron, como en cualquier juego, lo primero que se hace es personalizar a tu avatar. Debo decir que esta última versión tiene bastantes detalles al respecto, no solo es lo básico de color de piel, ojos, labios, cuerpo, ropa y demás.

Aquí había una gran variedad de otras características, si quieres que tenga tatuajes, aretes en diferentes partes del cuerpo, manchas de nacimiento, alguna discapacidad, en fin, ese tipo de cosas que creo que debieron poner porque ahora está muy de moda la inclusión.

Bueno en todo ese proceso me tardé bastante tiempo, pero ya después acabar la personalización, vi unas opciones interesantes que tenían que ver con los deseos, ideales, capacidades y personalidades que puede tener el avatar, así que también configuré todo eso.

Pero un botón importante llamó mi atención, era sobre cómo iba a morir mi personaje, así que entre las opciones elegí “ahogada”, no me di cuenta hasta ese entonces de que significaría otra cosa. Apreté “acepto todo” y lista para jugar.

Elegí mi casa, mi barrio e inicié mi vida, buscando trabajo, acomodando mi casa y más. Hasta que mi hermana me hizo dar cuenta que mi personaje estaba azul, como cubierta por un aura, no le presté atención hasta que lo vi mejor y me di cuenta de que era un fantasma.

Me quería morir jeje había tardado tanto tiempo en elegir su ropero y accesorios para que por un error mío matara a mi personaje y ahora estaba jugando con su fantasma. Bueno traté por todos los medios de cambiarlo, pero tal parece que la configuración del juego no te deja, así que terminé jugando así jeje.

Algo gracioso, algunos me dirán, pero ¿porque no iniciaste otro juego? pues ya había avanzado mucho (eso que no jugué tanto tiempo), ya tenía un buen trabajo y salario, hasta un novio jeje así que dije bueno por algo pasan las cosas.

En fin, el modo de fantasma suele ser útil cuando tienes que arreglar cosas de la casa como el baño o el lavaplatos, lo que no me gusta es que tiendes a dejar un rastro no sé si de agua o de baba, pero debes limpiarlo cada tanto.

Otra cosa que me gusta es que puedes “poseer” varios objetos, me parece algo divertido jeje aparte de las otras interacciones que puedes tener con los objetos. Ahora la pregunta típica, pero ¿la gente te puede ver? Sí, tengo muchos amigos y tuve novio, es como jugar con cualquier personaje, tiene la misma vida y sí, las mismas necesidades (comer, dormir, baño, relaciones, etc.).

💎 Habilidades y aptitudes de mi avatar

Ahora, si hablamos de mi personaje, la hice muy creativa, con aptitudes como pintura, escritura, juegos, investigación, lectura y friki jeje. También uno de sus objetivos principales es volverse millonario y como va, creo que va muy bien para alcanzarlo.

Empezó trabajando como bloguera y le fue bastante bien así que ahora es una escritora independiente, publica muchos libros, apoya a otras empresas y personas y le gusta mucho lo que hace. Aunque sí suele estresarse con el trabajo y a veces necesita descansar.

Algo que me llamó la atención es que, en esta versión, no estoy segura si en los otros haya sido así, que los personajes pueden morir en el juego. Hace dos días que me enteré, me llegó un mensaje avisándome que mi amiga había fallecido y resulta que mi personaje se puso súper triste, le tomó casi 2 días superarlo, eso que ayudé a que disminuyera, porque iba a ser 4 días.

Me parece una interesante idea poner ese tipo de cosas, pero ahora yo me pregunto, ¿no debería pasarles como a mí, que se vuelven fantasmas? y pueden seguir jugando el juego, o ¿es que ellos hacen eso para eliminar esa partida de juego y empezar otra? Son preguntas que me surgen.

👩‍❤️‍👨 Relaciones con otros personajes

Otra cosa que me pareció súper interesante y gracioso es que tienes bastantes opciones para relacionarte con otros avatares, desde ser amigos o parejas, hasta tratarlos de forma grosera o graciosa. Aquí también ayuda bastante esta opción que tienes del celular, donde puedes ir a visitarlos a sus casas, tener citas, visitar lugares y muchas otras cosas más.

Funciona como un celular normal con el que puedes llamar y chatear con quien sea, pedir pizza, taxi, buscar trabajo, jugar y hasta navegar por internet.

Ahora quizá dirán: ¿cuál es el objetivo de todo esto?, en parte la idea es mantener bien a tu personaje, no solo de salud sino también de ánimo. Y si lo mantienes feliz vas obteniendo varias recompensas y eso me pareció algo interesante y nuevo, porque incluyen pociones para lograr distintas cosas sin mucho esfuerzo.

De esto me di cuenta igual hace poco, hay pociones para bajar o subir de peso, para ser más inteligente, para estar días sin bañarte, para estar feliz, para tener más dinero y bueno esos son los que recuerdo. Parece interesante, aunque también pienso que puede quitarle un poco el propósito al juego al obtener todo rápido y fácil.

📍 Lugares para visitar

Ahora dentro de los lugares que puedes visitar, están los parques, lugares nocturnos, gimnasios, biblioteca y las casas de tus amigos. Ahí creo que se podría poner más opciones que esas, aunque a veces me invitan a citas y son lugares que yo no puedo ver en el mapa.

Me gustó mucho que existen tantas interacciones que puedes hacer en estos lugares, más allá de las básicas, como ejercitarse en el gimnasio. Aquí va más allá, puedes bañarte, hacer amigos, mentorear a otros, pedir ayuda, dormir y más.

En la parte de lugares nocturnos, puedes bailar, comer, beber, escuchar música, hacer amigos y más, me parecen lugares muy divertidos, o es que me falta salir más jeje. Pero créanlo o no, se siente bonito llevar a tu personaje a diferentes lugares.

Y otra cosa que me pareció interesante es que puedes vivir con tus amigos, y así imagino no gastar tanto dinero en renta. También puedes tener o adoptar hijos, al parecer varios lo hacen jeje pero también implica más inversión y yo recién ando empezando jeje.

Bueno con todo lo que les he comentado pareciera que hay muchas cosas por hacer, aunque lo que no vi fueron mascotas, creo que eso había en la versión 3, siempre quise tener Los Sims 3, pero nunca la encontré o decía que mi laptop no iba a aguantar ese juego jeje.

🌟 Otra oportunidad

Ayer ya vi que empezó a aburrirme un poco, pero al escribir este post creo que podría darle otra oportunidad jeje, al menos ganar un poco más de dinero, aunque no me llama la atención tener un hijo jeje pero quizá tener pareja y, si se da, casarme, porque sí eso también se puede jeje.

Es gracioso pensar que estás viviendo casi la misma vida que tu personaje, aunque obviamente el juego pasa todo más rápido y resulta más fácil obtener las cosas. Ahora tiendo a comparar todo con el juego y es gracioso jeje porque luego de jugar en la computadora y voy a la vida real, hace que parezca que lo estoy jugando ahí también.

Hello Geek Zone community, after a long time, today I bring you a new game that I've been into lately, but I think I'm starting to get bored of it hehe.

Since I was in school, I discovered this game and honestly, it caught my attention so much that I couldn't stop playing, but, unfortunately, I didn't have it on my computer; I got to know it and started playing at my friend's house.

I liked that you could choose and customize your player, take them for a walk, do household chores, and well, I basically felt like I was playing with my dolls, but on the computer, or at least that's what I think, that's why I liked it so much hehe.

But as you can imagine, I must have played it so little that I eventually forgot about it, until a few days ago when a friend on X posted that the game was available for free download on a platform, and of course, I went to check it out and it turned out to be true.

So without thinking, I downloaded it and started playing. It took a while, but I had waited so long to have my own game and play it on my computer, hehe.

👗 Setting Up My Avatar

Now, for those who have already played it, like in any game, the first thing you do is customize your avatar. I must say that this latest version has quite a few details in this regard, it's not just the basics like skin color, eyes, lips, body, clothes, and so on.

Here, there was a wide variety of other features, if you want them to have tattoos, earrings in different parts of the body, birthmarks, some disability, in short, those kinds of things that I think they should have included because inclusion is very much in vogue now.

Well, I took quite a long time in that whole process, but after finishing the customization, I saw some interesting options related to the desires, ideals, abilities, and personalities that the avatar can have, so I configured all of that too.

But an important button caught my attention, it was about how my character was going to die, so among the options, I chose "drowned," I didn't realize until then that it would mean something else. I pressed "I accept everything" and was ready to play.

I chose my house, my neighborhood, and started my life, looking for a job, arranging my house, and more. Until my sister pointed out that my character was blue, as if covered by an aura, I didn't pay attention until I looked closer and realized it was a ghost.

I wanted to die haha, I had spent so much time choosing her wardrobe and accessories only for my mistake to kill my character, and now I was playing with her ghost. Well, I tried by all means to change it, but it seems that the game settings don't allow you to, so I ended up playing like that haha.

Something funny, some might say, but why didn't you start another game? Well, I had already made a lot of progress (even though I didn't play for that long), I already had a good job and salary, even a boyfriend haha, so I thought, well, things happen for a reason.

Anyway, the ghost mode is usually useful when you have to fix things around the house like the bathroom or the sink, but what I don't like is that you tend to leave a trail, I don't know if it's water or slime, but you have to clean it up every now and then.

Another thing I like is that you can "possess" various objects, I find it kind of fun haha besides the other interactions you can have with the objects. Now the typical question, but can people see you? Yes, I have many friends and I had a boyfriend, it's like playing with any character, they have the same life and yes, the same needs (eating, sleeping, bathing, relationships, etc.).

💎 Skills and abilities of my avatar

Now, if we talk about my character, I made her very creative, with skills like painting, writing, gaming, research, reading, and being a geek, hehe. Also, one of her main goals is to become a millionaire, and from what I've seen, I think she's doing very well to achieve it.

She started working as a blogger and did quite well, so now she is an independent writer, publishes many books, supports other companies and people, and really enjoys what she does. Although she does tend to get stressed with work and sometimes needs to rest.

Something that caught my attention is that, in this version, I'm not sure if it was the same in the others, that characters can die in the game. Two days ago, I found out, I received a message informing me that my friend had passed away, and it turns out my character got super sad, it took almost 2 days to get over it, even though I helped reduce it, because it was going to be 4 days.

I think it's an interesting idea to include those kinds of things, but now I'm wondering, shouldn't they become ghosts like me? And they can keep playing the game, or do they do that to delete that game session and start another one? Those are questions that come to mind.

👩‍❤️‍👨 Relationships with other characters

Another thing that I found super interesting and funny is that you have plenty of options to interact with other avatars, from being friends or partners to treating them in a rude or funny way. Here, the option you have with the cell phone also helps a lot, where you can visit them at their homes, go on dates, visit places, and many other things.

It works like a regular cell phone with which you can call and chat with anyone, order pizza, a taxi, look for a job, play games, and even browse the internet.

Now you might be wondering: what's the point of all this? Part of the idea is to keep your character well, not just in health but also in mood. And if you keep him happy, you get various rewards, and that seemed interesting and new to me, because they include potions to achieve different things without much effort.

I also realized this recently, there are potions to lose or gain weight, to be more intelligent, to go days without bathing, to be happy, to have more money, and well, those are the ones I remember. It seems interesting, although I also think it might take away a bit of the game's purpose by getting everything quickly and easily.

📍 Places to visit

Now, among the places you can visit, there are parks, nightlife spots, gyms, libraries, and your friends' houses. I think more options than those could be added, although sometimes I get invited to dates and they are places I can't see on the map.

I really liked that there are so many interactions you can have in these places, beyond the basics, like working out in the gym. Here it goes beyond, you can bathe, make friends, mentor others, ask for help, sleep, and more.

In the nightlife section, you can dance, eat, drink, listen to music, make friends, and more. I find these places very fun, or maybe I just need to go out more, haha. But believe it or not, it feels nice to take your character to different places.

And another thing that I found interesting is that you can live with your friends, and that way I imagine you don't spend so much money on rent. You can also have or adopt children, apparently many do it haha, but it also requires more investment and I'm just starting out haha.

Well, with everything I've mentioned, it seems like there are many things to do, although what I didn't see were pets. I think those were in version 3. I always wanted to have The Sims 3, but I never found it or it said my laptop wouldn't be able to handle that game, haha.

🌟 Another chance

Yesterday I noticed I started to get a bit bored, but while writing this post I think I could give it another chance haha, at least to earn a bit more money, although I'm not really interested in having a child haha but maybe having a partner and, if it happens, getting married, because yes, that can also happen haha.

It's funny to think that you're living almost the same life as your character, although obviously the game makes everything happen faster and it's easier to get things. Now I tend to compare everything to the game and it's funny haha because after playing on the computer and going to real life, it makes it seem like I'm playing it there too.
