Buscando en la galería me encontré esta linda foto de mi bebé en sus inicios del preescolar, lo cual me trae gratos recuerdos porque aunque mi hijo está pequeño en ese momento, desde un principio los motivaron para aprender a exponer, una manera no solo de hablar frente a un público, sino saber defenderse con sus palabras, retenerlas y hablar libremente, lo cual era genial ciertamente, pero de igual manera me daba un poco de susto jeje porque no sabía cómo transmitirle ello o que decirle en el momento, pensaba que bueno está pequeño que salga como tenga que salir, lo importante es que se divierta y cumpla con la actividad, ya poco a poco ira mejorando en ello y desenvolviéndose más en sus palabras y expresiones.

Pero, para sorpresa mía no solo pudo grabarse gran parte de lo que le repetía para que pudiera decirlo a sus compañeros ya que otra parte lo pudo decir con sus propias palabras, sino que también hablo claro y se expresó muy bien, me gustó mucho que no tuvo miedo en hablar frente a todos, se siento tranquilo y manejo todo bien cómodo, lo cual es bueno, yo recuerdo que aun hasta ya grande me daba mucha pena exponer y se me enredaba la lengua jaja y ya él tan pequeño lo dice como salga pero buscando hacerlo bien jeje que es lo importante, de verdad fue genial que lo viviera así esa experiencia, algo que lo ayudo a ir mejorando y creciendo en ese punto.

While browsing through the photo gallery, I came across this cute photo of my little one when he first started preschool. It brings back fond memories because, even though my son was still very young at the time, they encouraged the kids from the very beginning to learn how to give presentations—not just as a way to speak in front of an audience, but also to express themselves clearly, remember their words, and speak freely, which was certainly great, but at the same time, it scared me a little, haha, because I didn’t know how to convey that to him or what to say to him in the moment. I thought, “Well, he’s little—let him do whatever comes naturally. The important thing is that he has fun and participates in the activity; little by little, he’ll get better at it and become more confident with his words and expressions.

But, to my surprise, not only was he able to memorize much of what I repeated to him so he could say it to his classmates—since he was able to say another part in his own words—but he also spoke clearly and expressed himself very well. I really liked that he wasn’t afraid to speak in front of everyone; he seemed calm and handled everything with ease, which is great. I remember that even as an adult, I used to get really self-conscious about speaking in front of others and my tongue would get tied up, haha, but even though he’s so young, he just says it however it comes out while trying to do it right, hehe—and that’s what matters. It was really great that he got to have that experience; it’s something that’s helping him improve and grow in that area.
