Saludos amigos de Movies and TV Shows. En esta oportunidad les traigo una pequeña reseña sobre la película “Inside Man” (El plan perfecto). Espero que la disfruten.
Greetings friends of Movies and TV Shows. This time I bring you a little review about the movie "Inside Man" (The Perfect Plan). I hope you enjoy it.
¿Crees que de algo aparentemente extraño y ordinario puede salir un plan perfecto? Pues de seguro que esta película no solo te ayudara a encontrar esa respuesta sino que también te sumergirá en una excelente trama de acción y suspenso, de principio a fin digna de ser catalogada como un estupendo film.
“A veces lo simple se convierte en lo perfecto”. Eso es quizás lo que un director como Spike Lee tuvo en mente a la hora de desarrollar esta película, la cual está basada en ese común escenario de un robo de banco que no parece salir de lo mejor, y donde como todos sabemos se presenta el guión de los ladrones con rehenes negociando un escape con las autoridades competentes a estos casos.
Do you think that from something apparently strange and ordinary can come out a perfect plan? Well, for sure this movie will not only help you find that answer but will also immerse you in an excellent plot of action and suspense, from beginning to end worthy of being catalogued as a great film.
"Sometimes the simple becomes the perfect". That is perhaps what a director like Spike Lee had in mind when developing this film, which is based on that common scenario of a bank robbery that does not seem to go out of its best, and where as we all know the script of thieves with hostages negotiating an escape with the competent authorities to these cases is presented.
A simple vista, parece que desde el principio sabemos lo que al final pasará pero, ¡CUIDADO! Esta película tiene esa excelente peculiaridad de que se sale de muchos parámetros y lineamientos que durante muchos años se han sostenido a esta clase de films, y por eso la hace muy especial desde el primer minuto en el que se inicia la acción.
El detective Keith Frazier (Denzel Washington) junto con su compañero Bill Mitchell (Chiwetel Ejiofor) serán los encargados de llevar la delantera en este caso, y frente a ellos tendrán un duro oponente y nada fácil de convencer como lo es el líder de esta banda Dalton Rusell (Clive Owen), quien con aires de superioridad les hará saber la clase de atracador de banco que jamás habían conocido.
At first glance, it seems that from the beginning we know what will happen at the end but, BEWARE! This film has that excellent peculiarity that is out of many parameters and guidelines that for many years have been held to this kind of films, and that makes it very special from the first minute in which the action begins.
Detective Keith Frazier (Denzel Washington) along with his partner Bill Mitchell (Chiwetel Ejiofor) will be in charge of taking the lead in this case, and in front of them they will have a tough opponent and not easy to convince as the leader of this gang Dalton Rusell (Clive Owen), who with airs of superiority will let them know the kind of bank robber they had never known.
El ambiente de esta historia parece un partido de ajedrez, donde de lado a lado surgen jugadas y estrategias que harán del suspenso un invitado latente en muchos aspectos, y es en su punto álgido cuando un tercero en la mesa se plantea con su argumento: Arthur Case (Christopher Plummer), el presidente de la junta directiva y fundador del banco que ha sido tomado por estos bandidos.
Con el objetivo de cuidar sus intereses, Arthur pone sobre el tablero su Reina, Madeleine White (Jodie Foster), una mujer de desbordante belleza e inteligencia que está dispuesta a investigar y descubrir si existe algo más allá de una simple preocupación por parte del fundador del banco.
The atmosphere of this story resembles a chess match, where from side to side moves and strategies emerge that will make suspense a latent guest in many aspects, and it is at its climax when a third party at the table comes up with his argument: Arthur Case (Christopher Plummer), the chairman of the board and founder of the bank that has been taken over by these bandits.
In order to look out for his interests, Arthur brings his Queen to the table, Madeleine White (Jodie Foster), a woman of overflowing beauty and intelligence who is willing to investigate and discover if there is anything beyond a simple concern on the part of the bank's founder
A pesar de ser una película de robos, crímenes y mucha acción, no está cargada con escenas de brutalidad policial, disparos a granel y sangre corriendo por todos lados. Más bien, esta es una película que trae el verdadero sentido del suspenso y es uno de los argumentos más sólidos que se puede destacar.
La pulsada entre los detectives y los ladrones del banco será hasta cierto punto muy pareja, con un detective como Keith Frazier apelando a múltiples jugadas con el propósito de desenmascarar a su oponente, y un Dalton Rusell que mientras más aires de tensión respira, más sobrado parece sentirse ante su contrincante. Un verdadero choque de ideales donde solo uno podrá salir por la puerta grande.
Despite being a heist, crime and action-packed film, it is not loaded with scenes of police brutality, gunfire and blood running everywhere. Rather, this is a film that brings a real sense of suspense and is one of the strongest storylines that can be highlighted.
The battle between the detectives and the bank robbers will be to some extent very even, with a detective like Keith Frazier appealing to multiple moves in order to unmask his opponent, and a Dalton Rusell that the more airs of tension he breathes, the more he seems to feel more confident in front of his opponent. A true clash of ideals where only one will be able to come out on top.
Desde mi punto de vista, esta película innova en muchas escenas que quizás hemos visto en otras de acción, pero prepárate porque aquí pasará lo menos esperado. Es la clave del éxito que pase lo inesperado, es lo que todo director desea plasmar en la originalidad de su película y debo decir que con esta se ha alcanzado con un nivel bastante alto.
El rol de todos los personajes es muy sobresaliente, muy parejos en alta calidad. Desde mi apreciación, el papel de Clive Owen en el lado de los malos es muy destacable, un personaje frio, calculador, meticuloso y altamente peligroso, una mente brillante al servicio del crimen. Y hablando de mentes brillantes, Jodie Foster no se queda atrás. Sencillamente espectacular su participación, y hasta me atrevería a decir que dejando al mismo Denzel Washington en un segundo renglón, no por ser la mejor, sino por la clase de influencia que ella tiene dentro de la historia.
From my point of view, this movie innovates in many scenes that perhaps we have seen in other action movies, but be prepared because here the least expected will happen. It is the key to success that the unexpected happens, it is what every director wants to capture in the originality of his film and I must say that with this one it has been achieved with a pretty high level.
The role of all the characters is very outstanding, very even in high quality. From my appreciation, the role of Clive Owen on the side of the bad guys is very remarkable, a cold, calculating, meticulous and highly dangerous character, a brilliant mind in the service of crime. And speaking of brilliant minds, Jodie Foster is not far behind. Her participation is simply spectacular, and I would even dare to say that she leaves Denzel Washington himself in second place, not because she is the best, but because of the kind of influence she has within the story.
Incluso el mismísimo Arthur Case, el fundador del banco, no tiene tanta participación como los tres ya mencionados pero aun así, sus pocas y puntuales intervenciones serán de vital importancia para entender lo que hay detrás de este supuesto agravio hacia su propiedad.
Aunque se trata de una película cargada de acción y suspenso, nos deja hilos donde se destacan la lealtad, el respeto, el honor, la justicia y la dignidad, y lo más sorprendente será sobre de qué lado los podrás identificar. También el guión de esta película deja su huella en esos clichés sobre historias antiguas que arrastran la tiranía y la corrupción en busca del poder.
Even Arthur Case himself, the founder of the bank, does not have as much participation as the three already mentioned, but even so, his few and punctual interventions will be of vital importance to understand what is behind this alleged grievance towards his property.
Although it is a film full of action and suspense, it leaves us with threads where loyalty, respect, honor, justice and dignity stand out, and the most surprising thing will be on which side you will be able to identify them. Also the script of this film leaves its mark on those clichés about ancient stories that drag tyranny and corruption in search of power.
“Inside Man” es de esas películas que cuando la terminas de ver, no te deja esperando algo más. No le sobra ni le falta nada, y aunque al final revela otro trasfondo anclado a la trama principal, tampoco te deja con un sinfín de conjeturas o preguntas sin responder. Tal vez como una pequeña deuda a destacar, me habría gustado ver una escena más extrema y agresiva entre estos dos grandes personajes protagonizados por Denzel y Clive.
En síntesis generales pienso que esta película es una de las mejores al combinar el crimen y las estrategias como pocas veces las vemos en el cine. Se sale del libreto y eso me encanta, además de resaltar valores dentro de un género en el cual no es fácil dejar puntos que inciten a la meditación y reflexión. Sin duda alguna, “Inside man” (O El plan perfecto en español) es una buena opción para disfrutar de la verdadera pasión por la acción y el suspenso. Por eso y muchos detalles más, te la recomiendo abiertamente a través de esta reseña.
"Inside Man is one of those movies that when you finish watching it, it doesn't leave you wanting more. It doesn't lack or lack anything, and although at the end it reveals another backstory anchored to the main plot, it doesn't leave you with endless conjectures or unanswered questions. Perhaps as a small debt to highlight, I would have liked to see a more extreme and aggressive scene between these two great characters starring Denzel and Clive.
In general synthesis I think this film is one of the best, combining crime and strategies as we rarely see them in cinema. It goes out of the script and I love that, besides highlighting values within a genre in which it is not easy to leave points that incite meditation and reflection. Undoubtedly, "Inside Man" (or The Perfect Plan in Spanish) is a good option to enjoy the true passion for action and suspense. For this and many other reasons, I openly recommend it to you through this review.
