Hola amigos || Hello friends
Bueno para empezar, esta nueva interfaz de Hive llamada scrobble está dando de qué hablar dentro de los usuarios que como yo, nos encanta realizar reseñas de las películas o series que logramos ver y disfrutar aunque en el proceso podamos encontrarnos con alguna que otra serie que al final por el solo hecho de que nos entusiasme publicar estas reseñas para compartirlas con ustedes, nuestros amigos y hermanos. Por otro lado, agradezco al amigo @davidpena21 por guiarme en el proceso pues la verdad no entendía cómo hacer las publicaciones desde scrobble.life así que bueno, no cabe duda que esta será una gran comunidad para cine y la tv
Well, to start with, this new Hive interface called scrobble is causing quite a stir among users like me who love to write reviews of the movies or TV shows we get to watch and enjoy even if, in the process, we come across the occasional show that, in the end, we’re just excited to post these reviews to share with you, our friends and brothers and sisters. On another note, I’d like to thank my friend @davidpena21 for guiding me through the process, since I honestly didn’t understand how to post from scrobble.life. So, well, there’s no doubt that this will be a great community for movies and TV.
Hay películas que se quedan grabadas en la memoria con la misma nitidez con la que las vimos por primera vez. Para mí esa película es La historia sin fin y WOW… No les miento si al cerrar mis los ojos casi puedo escuchar el sonido mecánico del reproductor de VHS de mi casa tragándose la cinta y lo digo tan vulgarmente pues en ocasiones ese VHS de casa solía sacar el rollo de película y se hacia todo un desastre ja ja ja... Gracias a Dios mi papá lo reparaba y funcionaba por un tiempo sin problema. No olvidare esa primera vez, ese día que conocí esta grandísima historia
There are movies that stay etched in our memory just as vividly as when we first saw them. For me, that movie is The Neverending Story, and WOW… I’m not lying when I say that when I close my eyes, I can almost hear the mechanical sound of my VHS player at home eating the tape and I say it so bluntly because sometimes that VHS player at home would pull the tape out, and it would turn into a total mess, ha ha ha… Thank God my dad would fix it, and it would work fine for a while. I’ll never forget that first time, that day I discovered this incredible story.
Ver esta película no era solo sentarse frente a la pantalla, era un ritual. Una película que desde que la vi de niño me ha quedado en el recuerdo como si la hubiera visto hace unas semanas y aunque ya ha pasado bastante tiempo desde aquellos días, recordar esta joya me hace sentir exactamente como ese niño que descubrió el reino de Fantasía por primera vez. La Magia de Fantasía y el peso de "La Nada" y más allá de los efectos de la época que hoy en día tienen un encanto artesanal único, la historia tiene una profundidad tremenda y es más, creo que si la película le realizaran un remake puede que tenga un éxito increíble. De niño, la amenaza de "La Nada" me parecía aterradora, pero hoy la entiendo mejor: es la pérdida de la imaginación, el olvido de los sueños y es por eso que recordar esta película me trae hermosísimos recuerdos.
Watching this movie wasn’t just about sitting in front of the screen it was a ritual. It’s a film that, ever since I saw it as a child, has stayed with me as if I’d seen it just a few weeks ago, and even though quite some time has passed since those days, remembering this gem makes me feel exactly like that child who discovered the kingdom of Fantasia for the first time. The magic of Fantasia and the weight of “The Nothing” and beyond the period effects, which today have a unique, artisanal charm the story has tremendous depth. What’s more, I think that if the movie were remade, it might be an incredible success. As a child, the threat of “Nothing” seemed terrifying to me, but today I understand it better: it’s the loss of imagination, the forgetting of dreams and that’s why remembering this movie brings back such beautiful memories.
Volver a pensar en personajes como el tierno y gigantesco Falkor ese gran dragón con un parecido a un perro, el gigante de piedra comiendo rocas, o el dolor tremendo de ver a Atreyu perder a Artax en el Pantano de la Tristeza que por cierto, es una escena que nos traumó a todos por igual. Todo me hace dar cuenta de que la película no ha envejecido ni un solo día en mi mente y que más que una película fue una lección de vida. Por eso esto no es tanto una reseña, es una lección de vida que aprendí y comparto con ustedes. Además, de seguro será la primera de muchas buenas reseñas que compartiré con ustedes.
Thinking back on characters like the gentle, gigantic Falkor that huge, dog-like dragon the stone giant eating rocks, or the heart-wrenching pain of seeing Atreyu lose Artax in the Swamp of Sorrows which, by the way, is a scene that traumatized us all equally. It all makes me realize that the movie hasn’t aged a single day in my mind and that, more than just a movie, it was a life lesson. That’s why this isn’t so much a review as it is a life lesson I learned and am sharing with you. Plus, it will surely be the first of many great reviews I’ll be sharing with you.
