Well, I'm a big fan of music and I have many soundtracks in my CD collection, that's why was a little difficult to pick one song as my favorite because I have many favorites, but for my entry I decided to choose "My Heart Will Go On" from the movie "Titanic" because this song means so much to me.
Bueno, soy un gran fan de la música y tengo muchas bandas sonoras en mi colección de CDs, por eso fué un poco difícil elegir una canción como mi favorita porque tengo muchas favoritas, pero para mi entrada decidí elegir "My Heart Will Go On" de la película "Titanic" porque esta canción significa mucho para mí.
What I like most about movies is the soundtrack, I feel it is the perfect complement to make a movie very emotional and touches the heart. And in romance movies (like Titanic) you need that song that stays in your head after watching the movie, and in this case both the song and the video clip of this song convey a lot of emotions..
Lo que me gusta más de las peliculas es el soundtrack, siento que es el complemento perfecto para hacer que una pelicula sea muy emocional y llegue al corazón. Y en las peliculas de romance (como Titanic) hace falta esa canción que se queda en tu cabeza luego de ver la pelicula, y en este caso tanto la canción como el videoclip de esta canción transmiten muchas emociones.
The song was written by James Horner and Will Jennings, its lyrics and melody are very beautiful and the performance of Céline Dion makes it even more romantic and emotional, it conquered the first places after its release, winner of 4 Grammy awards and the Oscar for best song, it is also one of the best-selling singles of all time with more than 15 million copies sold. It was included in the movie soundtrack and the Céline's album "Let's Talk About Love"
La canción fué escrita por James Horner y Will Jennings, su letra y su melodía son muy hermosas y la interpretación de Céline Dion la hace todavía mas romántica y emocional aún, conquistó los primeros lugares tras su lanzamiento, ganadora de 4 premios Grammy y del Oscar a la mejor canción, también es uno de los sencillos más vendidos de todos los tiempos con más de 15 millones de copias vendidas. Se incluyó en el soundtrack de la pelicula y en el disco de Céline llamado "Let's Talk About Love"
This song means a lot to me, it talks about how beautiful love is and about keeping that loved one in the heart and memory even if you are far away from each other. Although at first Céline did not want to record the song and the director wanted to eliminate it, it's one of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard in a film. The soundtrack of the movie is beautiful, but this song is my favorite, I never get tired of listening to it and singing it. It is also Céline Dion's most successful song. Every time I hear it, the famous scene of Jack and Rose on the tip of the Titanic comes to my imagination.
Esta canción significa mucho para mi, habla de lo hermoso que es el amor y de mantener a esa persona amada en el corazón y en la memoria aunque estén lejos el uno del otro. Aunque al principio Céline no quiso grabar la canción y el director quiso eliminarla es una de las canciones mas hermosas que haya escuchado en un film. El soundtrack de la pelicula es hermoso, pero esta canción es mi favorita, nunca me canso de escucharla y cantarla. También es la canción mas exitosa de Céline Dion. Cada vez que la escucho viene a mi imaginación la famosa escena de Jack y Rose en la punta del Titanic
