Hola amigos estoy feliz de encontrar esta comunidad porque quiero compartir con ustedes mis impresiones, así como el gameplay de uno de mis juegos favoritos, ya que es inherente al universo de Harry Potter y es algo que me gusta muchísimo, así que imagínense mi alegría cuando encontré esta joya mientras ordenaba mis tesoros de Harry Potter, así es, encontré el videojuego, entonces decidí instalarlo para ver si funcionaba y afortunadamente así fue, estoy feliiiiiz.

Quiero que aprecien el nivel de detalles de este juego, es excelente para su época, y además creo que envejeció muy bien, al igual que en el actual Hogwarts Legacy, aquí podemos recorrer todo el castillo en su esplendor y, a diferencia de las anteriores entregas, en este caso Hogwarts está muy bien diseñado, aunque con respecto a ciertas ubicaciones difiere del libro y se basa en la película.
I want you to appreciate the level of detail in this game, it is excellent for its time, and also I think it aged very well, as in the current Hogwarts Legacy, here we can walk through the entire castle in its splendor and, unlike the previous installments, in this case Hogwarts is very well designed, although with respect to certain locations it differs from the book and is based on the movie.
Otra de las cosas que me encantó fue que el equipo de desarrolladores supo aprovechar muy bien el mapa del merodeador porque puedes marcar la ubicación de un personaje y el mapa te mostrará el camino mediante huellas en el piso

Este secreto me costó un poco encontrarlo porque no es muy evidente, se trata de bajar por ahí y caminar un poco, te servirá para ganar algunos puntos. Pobre Harry, me da acrofobia de solo imaginarme en su lugar.

La misión que tengo por ahora es conseguir a tantos estudiantes como pueda para que formen parte del Ejército de Dumbledore, y en esta ocasión encontré a Hanna Abbott, una alumna de Hufflepuff, pero ella quería llegar a la sala de menesteres (que es donde nos reunimos para practicar magia) sin ser vista, así que le hablé de un retrato que resguarda un pasadizo secreto hasta el séptimo piso donde está la sala de menesteres, pero aún no sé cual es la contraseña.

Y ya que yo estaba en ese lugar no pude resistir la tentación de descubrir que estaba detrás de esa puerta. Encontré un pasillo que me llevó al retrato de una mujer muy pedante, la cual custodiaba un pasadizo secreto hacia las mazmorras, pero se negó a darme la contraseña porque dice que solo deben conocerla los de Slytherin. De verdad me encanta el nivel de detalles de este juego y como manejaron todo este asunto de las contraseñas para evitar que los jugadores recorrieran largas distancias porque de verdad, amigos, el lugar es enorme, lo cuál hace que el juego sea más inmersivo todavía.
And since I was in that place I couldn't resist the temptation to find out what was behind that door. I found a corridor that led me to the portrait of a very pedantic woman, who was guarding a secret passage to the dungeons, but she refused to give me the password because she says only Slytherin should know it. I really love the level of detail in this game and how they handled this whole password thing to keep players from traveling long distances because really, folks, the place is huge, which makes the game even more immersive.
No importa, ya encontraré la forma de encontrar esa contraseña, mientras tanto decidí seguir en busca de miembros para El Ejército de Dumbledore, de esta forma encontré a la profesora McGonagall quien me pidió el favor de encontrar a un par de alumnos de primero que no fueron a su cita de castigo, los encontré en el séptimo piso y los envié con ella.

Y ya que estábamos en el séptimo piso aproveché la ocasión para entrar en la sala de requerimientos para aprender nuevos hechizos. Aunque según la historia canon es Harry quien los enseña, en el videojuego podemos ver que es Hermione quien nos sirve de "tutorial". En esta ocasión aprendimos el hechizo ofensivo "Rictusempra" que viene genial a la hora de combatir enemigos.
And since we were on the seventh floor I took the opportunity to enter the room of requirements to learn new spells. Although according to the canon story it is Harry who teaches them, in the video game we can see that it is Hermione who serves as a "tutorial". This time we learned the offensive spell "Rictusempra" that comes in handy when fighting enemies.
De pronto se me ocurrió una idea, la mujer del retrato de las mazmorras me sugirió que le preguntara la contraseña a un Slytherin, pero obviamente no me la darán, sin embargo creo que si usamos la capa invisible y volvemos a al pasillo, podríamos esperar a que llegue algún Slytherin y diga la contraseña. De modo que fui a mi habitación y puse la capa invisible sobre nosotros.
Suddenly an idea occurred to me, the woman at the dungeon portrait suggested that I ask a Slytherin for the password, but obviously they won't give it to me, however I think that if we use the invisible cloak and go back to the corridor, we could wait for a Slytherin to arrive and say the password. So I went to my room and put the invisible cloak over us.
Me gusta como se ve esto, a pesar de que nadie puede vernos, nosotros como espectadores sí somos capaces de ver que ahí hay algo.
I like the way this looks, even though no one can see us, we as viewers are able to see that there is something there.
También me gusta el hecho de que las escaleras se mueven y esto es muy importante para nosotros los Potterheads, ya que es una de las cosas que caracteriza a Hogwarts, y es algo que no tiene Hogwarts Legacy aún y con todo lo bueno que es, creo que es el único punto en contra que tiene.
I also like the fact that the stairs move and this is very important for us Potterheads, as it is one of the things that characterizes Hogwarts, and it is something that Hogwarts Legacy doesn't have yet and as good as it is, I think it is the only point against it.

Y vaya que tuvimos suerte porque en cuanto abrimos la puerta, pudimos ver a dos alumnos de Slytherin jactándose de poder entrar por el pasadizo secreto ya que conocen la contraseña que nadie más que no sea de Slytherin conoce, así que comenzamos a seguirlos y en efecto dijeron la contraseña frente al retrato "Los Slytherins son superiores" ¡Qué soberana tontería! 🤣
And boy were we lucky because as soon as we opened the door, we could see two Slytherin students boasting about being able to enter through the secret passage since they know the password that no one else but Slytherin knows, so we started to follow them and they indeed said the password in front of the portrait "Slytherins are suprime" What a sovereign nonsense! 🤣
Subí a la sala común nuevamente a quitarme la capa invisible para regresar frente al retrato de la mujer, fue muy graciosa su reacción cuando dije la contraseña, ella se puso furiosa pero no tuvo más remedio que permitir que pasáramos.
I went up to the common room again to take off my invisible cloak to return in front of the woman's portrait, it was very funny her reaction when I said the password, she was furious but she had no choice but to allow us to pass.
Este pasadizo secreto en efecto nos condujo hasta las mazmorras, lo cual nos ahorrará demasiado tiempo cuando necesitemos ir allá, ya no sería necesario salir del castillo y seguir el camino del viaducto. Al final del pasillo encontramos a Snape frente a la puerta del aula de Pociones, pero él no quiso dejarme entrar, él quiere que yo escriba un ensayo sobre las propiedades del ópalo y para eso debo ir a la biblioteca, de modo que creo que hasta aquí llegó el gameplay por hoy.
This secret passageway indeed led us to the dungeons, which will save us too much time when we need to go there, it would no longer be necessary to leave the castle and follow the path of the viaduct. At the end of the corridor we found Snape in front of the door of the Potions classroom, but he didn't want to let me in, he wants me to write an essay about the properties of opal and for that I have to go to the library, so I think that's as far as the gameplay for today.
