How tasty it is to sit happily in front of the TV or pc and listen to the soundtrack of an opening which makes you get in tune immediately with the style of the story you are going to see, in this case Nanatsu no Taizai with its opening gives me the feeling of being a Medieval Knight which is fucking great.

A weakness that visual materials like books, manga, etc. have against audiovisual products is that they lack soundtracks, songs that give a unique mark to the development of characters in each story, it happens in movies, series but I think that anime have given a unique stamp to this of the openings, so much so that it becomes a golden rule to have it.

Many times we focus only on reviewing the stories or characters and things like music seem to be very superficial ornaments that are barely named, so in this case I want to focus only on the structure of the opening of Nanatsu no Taizai which has essence of The Knights of the Round Table, King Arthur's battles come to my mind when I first saw this opening and the hype I perceived was Medieval Steel.

Recently I am enjoying this anime on Netflix, I have heard for years about their battles, seen their memes, gifs, etc and I said let's watch it, the structure of its opening is particular because it first tells a story of ancient battles, which I love because I'm just a fan of mythologies, gods, etc and something that marks this is the sublime and epic of their battles, this that I write comes completely to me.

This is the first part that I consider vital of its openings because the second is the classic fashionable musical group that adapts a song for the anime or vice versa along with the sequences of classic images of everyone in poses with great style, details of those climax moments of Battle and I emphasize that this second part of the structure of its opening is not so much what most draws my attention, if not the first medieval part but the song Howling is a genius especially in its first seconds where it seems to ask if it is satisfied and look that if I have been with this music.

In fact it was so much hype that I exaggerated the story they wanted to tell me, there is a moment where they pass in wanted posters to our protagonists, the camera focus descends and a narrator's voice enhances the entire presentation of these characters whose musical background leaves them as Heroes on Olympus.

Are you Satisfied

This would seem easy to keep it during the seasons but it is not, the director of the anime along with his team got it totally right in their strategy for the opening and remember that it is part of the first impression that the viewer will take.

These things sometimes are not valued, they are not said, guys I can not miss that part of the chapter, it is a mortal sin to do it because it really gives me excitement and desire to see the story that is going to tell me, one that I am happily watching.

I've had my experience with other openings, I usually spend several episodes to adapt to that song but there are few cases where I get hooked at the first time and this is one of them, I would like to know in comments if you have seen the anime, what was your feeling when listening to its opening.

I dedicate each and every one of my posts and videos to my little dog named princess, we called her chiquito, she is no longer with us but from heaven she will see that her existence was valuable and the most beautiful thing that will exist in my heart and soul.

I have only watched the first season of this anime... but I have to agree with the song! These two bands are amazing. FLOW has sang some Naruto songs, but I especially like COLORS (Code Geass song). As for GRANRODEO, if I'm not mistaken, they sang songs for Kuroko no Basuke (basketball anime). ^^

You got me with that "fucking great" thing, which is enough for me to add this to my growing list of anime to watch. Good evening!

I haven't watched the anime, but I agree that a soundtrack enhances the scene we are watching.

In a manga-book, this does not happen even though it is always remarked that the manga is better than the anime, but in this wins haha see that battle, dramatic scene, or any scene accompanied by a good soundtrack ufff ecstasy 😍

When the opening or ending is really good, it's a law to listen to it in every episode you watch 🦉

I do the same, I sit down at the PC and start listening to that piece I love while watching the scene ❤️

Seriously though, when I am too focus on one of a series or very excited to go hit the next episode, i just skip the opening and proceed with the main thing. But there are some animes that I also fell in love with the opening and ending song. Some of them will be downloaded in my phone and listen to it too. I also have a favorite like Silhouette, Spiral, Welcome my Friend and many many many more haha. Watching anime can also give a good playlist to listen to.
