Everything was scattered by those Ten Commandments

It all starts with Elizabeth, the princess, running around trying to find the Seven Deadly Sins to save her kingdom. The way she bumps into Meliodas, the captain, still cracks me up—he’s there acting all unserious, flirting, touching her breast anyhow (you know Meliodas and his pervy ways), but deep down you just feel like, "Okay, this small guy is hiding something big." And truly, when he starts fighting, omo! That calm face turns to pure demon mode. The first time he pulled out that Full Counter move, I literally sat back like, "Ah, no wonder people fear him.”

Then the rest of the Sins started showing up one by one, and that was where the gisting really got sweet. Ban, that immortal bad guy with vibes—chai, I loved him instantly. The way he’s always acting cocky, calling Meliodas "Captain" like they’re besties, but still picking fights with him whenever. The episode where they fight seriously in the dungeon, I was just there screaming because the two of them were going blow for blow like madmen, smiling through it all like they were enjoying pain. Then you meet King, Diane, and Gowther—each of them with backstories that will break your heart a little. King and Diane’s love story? That one was slow-burning, but I was rooting for them from day one.

Let me not lie, the curves began to beat me with their force when the demon of Meliodas appeared. Similarly, when he lost control the first time, I experienced shivers. His eyes turned black, his halo simply swallowed it all and it struck me, this man is not just a captain of the Sins, he is dragging something that he himself cannot even carry. Then later when you hear about the spell between him and Elizabeth--oh! I hurt inside at that love story. Suppose you love her for 3,000 years, and she keeps on dying and reincarnating, and each time she thinks of it, she dies. How does Meliodas manage to bear all that agony without saying a word and yet smiling on his cheek? It broke me small. I could not even feign that I was not hearing his frustration.

Then the commandments come into the story. Everything was scattered by those Ten Commandments. The battles were on a different plane--those that you imagine the heroes may not survive. Escanor! My guy! I screamed when Escanor came onto the scene. That is pride in a man, and at noon, omo, he is another kind. The battle of Escanor and Estarossa? That was legendary. How Escanor rose on his heels with the sun and told them, Who decreed that? as Estarossa attempted to frighten him--I had a goosebump or two. I will always have that scene in my head. Well, I wanted to stand and applaud, really.

But it was not the hype fights that kept me, it was the emotions. Meliodas killed, Ban entering Purgatory to resurrect him, Elizabeth being on his side despite her curse--that was enough to quiet me. I will not tell a lie that after viewing, some nights I sat down with the thought going through my head, how love is always a blessing and a curse. The story reminded me of how in some cases, the biggest individuals are those with the greatest pains.

The last exhibition with the Demon King? That was wild. The manner, in which all the Sins united and did everything within their means, even when all did not look right--that is what made me fall in love with the anime. As Meliodas finally escaped and you look and see him and Elizabeth finally having a chance to be happy after all these centuries of misery, I just grinned like a dumb man. As though I bore a share of that blight with them, and at length I was able to breathe.

The Seven Deadly Sins, frankly, was not about glitzy fights and humour. It was loyalty, friendship, sacrifice, and love so deep that it could not die even when fate attempted to kill it so many times. That is why, despite all the wacky plotlines and excessive powers, I found myself relating to it. It left me in stitches, it left me in tears, and it left me thinking about how much people are in pain, hiding it behind their smiles.

Greetings Magical and full of Fantasy community of The Anime Realm because in this review I will focus on a magician who lives in an anime which can solidly fit into the Isekai genre for being a sorceress born from the Medieval inspiration told in Camelot but taken to the epicness of celestial creatures, demons, fairies and humans in Nanatsu No Taizai.

Merlin from The Gluttony is a mature woman in her way of behaving and viewing the scenarios that develop in the arcs of the anime, in physics is very contrary to that story in Camelot that has enchanted so much for centuries and how I applaud that decision by the author to remove those beards and old-fashioned old age to the legendary character of Merlin to turn her into a seductive magician wrapped in purple.

It is this type of characters that show me that a well-established Lore such as that of Britannia associated with Arthur's Round Table, can in later adaptations make extreme alterations in their characters such as a change of sex and still maintain the essence of what is to be represented in characters, this being the vital condition for the success of what is to be told and for the audience to like the nascent character.

Saludos Mágicos y llenos de Fantasía comunidad de The Anime Realm porque en esta reseña me enfocare en una maga que hace vida en un anime el cual sólidamente puede encajar en el genero Isekai por ser una hechicera que nace de la inspiración Medieval relatada en Camelot pero llevada a la epicidad de criaturas celestiales, demonios, hadas y humanos en Nanatsu No Taizai.

Merlin de La Glotonería es toda una mujer madura en su forma de comportarse y visionar los escenarios que se desarrollan en los arcos del anime, en físico es muy contraria a esa historia en Camelot que tanto ha encantado por siglos y como aplaudo esa decisión por parte del autor al quitarle esas barbas y vejez anticuadas al legendario personaje de Merlin para volverla toda una maga seductora envuelta en morado.

Son este tipo de personajes los que me demuestran que un Lore bien establecido como el de Britannia asociado a La Mesa Redonda de Arturo, puede en adaptaciones posteriores realizarse alteraciones extremas en sus personajes como el cambio de sexo y aun así mantener la esencia de lo que se quiere representar en personajes siendo esta la condición vital para el éxito de lo que se quiere contar y se logre que el personaje naciente guste a la audiencia.

The point I want to convey is that you can make radical changes in existing characters for an adaptation of a story but if that character is not liked, it is because the soul or essence of the character you are inspired by is not present in what is created and the audience perceives it.

On the other hand if you love it, WoW! it must be one of the best experiences as a writer or mangaka that you can have because that means that the audience loves your version of the character and it will show it as you can see in the video of an official artist channel on Youtube which is a Rap dedicated to Merlin the anime version of Nanatsu No Taizai.

I loved what I heard in the rap and it is noteworthy because if I'm not a fan of rap music genre but that song if I'm a fan haha, which added to the visual arrangement of images in Merlin is one of my favorite characters in all the anime, makes it a video that I see again and again.

If you don't know this version of Merlin, I invite you to listen to that Rap so you have a better idea of the character and you can watch the anime to know her because now we need to talk about the best she offered us in the story because she is not only beauty, Merlin brings moments of intensity to the story.

El punto que quiero transmitir es que tu puedes realizar cambios radicales en personajes ya existentes para una adaptación de una historia pero si ese personaje no gusta, es porque el alma o esencia del personaje en que te inspiras no esta presente en lo que se crea y la audiencia lo percibe.

En cambio si encanta, WoW! debe ser una de las mejores experiencias como escritor o mangaka que se pueden tener porque eso significa que la audiencia ama tu versión del personaje y lo demostrara así como lo pueden ver en el video de un canal de artista oficial en Youtube que es un Rap dedicado a Merlin la versión del anime Nanatsu No Taizai.

Me ha encantado lo que escuche en el rap y es de destacar porque en si no soy fanático del genero musical rap pero de esa canción si que soy fanático jaja, lo cual sumado al arreglo visual de imágenes en Merlin que es uno de mis personajes favoritos en todo el anime, hace que sea un video que veo una y otra vez.

Si no conoces a esta versión de Merlin, te invito a escuchar ese Rap para que tengas una mejor idea del personaje y te animes a ver el anime para conocerla porque ahora falta hablar de lo mejor que ella nos ofreció en la historia porque ella no es solo belleza, Merlin le aporta momentos de intensidad a la historia.

Merlin tiene uno de los mejores momentos de presentación en el anime y el autor lo sabe, en este caso si que supo ir armando la historia para que cuando Merlin se revelara ante la audiencia, se quedara en nuestra memoria por siempre y quienes me leen que han visto el anime lo saben porque justo en la imagen que les comparto pueden ver la sensualidad hecha personaje en La Pose de Merlin.

En esta reseña no puede faltar el comentar los atributos femeninos de Merlin, porque si que es hermosa en sus medidas jaja pero mas que lo anterior, lo que quiero resaltar es su outfit lo cual justamente resalta aun mas sus medidas y su femineidad de manera positiva.

El autor en ella considero elaboro el mejor vestuario, esa forma en que sus preciosos pechos quedan expuestos es muy llamativa del personaje, de hecho si no conoces esta versión de Merlin y estas hasta aquí leyéndome, estoy seguro es porque la miniatura llamo tu atención por lo atrevida en la propuesta estética y de vestuario en el personaje de Merlin para Nanatsu No Taizai.

As you can see in the Gif there is a very intimate and powerful story between these characters that I think in what I saw of the anime was not developed to the fullest, that is, the feelings are present but Merlin is so dry that contrasts completely with its visual, I had to wait an eternity of episodes of which many were already boring at the end of the story to finally see Escanor for a brief and deserved moment with Merlin.

I think the author exaggerated and did not take full advantage of the chemistry of these two characters, individually they are well presented but if they were missing many more moments between them, the deadly sins are seven and honestly the couple Ban and Elaine, the other couple Diane and King.... of these we had exaggeratedly enough, but Merlin almost nothing. I regret not having been able to see more time together or at least that's what I think, if for you it was good what you saw of them as a couple, you can tell me in comments.

To conclude I have noticed that the anime has been extended in following products and I am encouraged to see them because I noticed that they reveal more of this mysterious character with even much more to develop and how not to be so, if she represents the sin of Gluttony, I will never be satisfied to see more of her seductive body, she is one of my favorite characters and her story as the mage Merlin of gluttony was one of the best in Nanatsu No Taizai.

Es indudable que The Seven Deadly Sins exploto como historia a nivel mundial gracias al personaje de Escanor, la forma en que eleva la historia a otro nivel es increíble y es justo aquí donde entro en conflicto con el autor y con Merlin.

Como ven en el Gif hay una historia bastante intima y potente entre esos personajes que pienso en lo que vi del anime no se desarrollo al máximo, es decir, los sentimientos están presentes pero Merlin es tan seca que contrasta totalmente con su visual, tuve que esperar una eternidad de episodios de los cuales muchos ya eran aburridos al final de la historia para al fin ver a Escanor por un breve y merecido momento junto a Merlin.

Pienso el autor exagero y no aprovecho al máximo la química de estos dos personajes, de manera individual están bien planteados pero si que hicieron falta muchos mas momentos entre ellos, los pecados capitales son siete y sinceramente la pareja Ban y Elaine, la otra pareja Diane y King.... de estos tuvimos exageradamente de sobra, en cambio Merlin casi nada. Me da mucho pesar no haberlos podido ver mas tiempo juntos o al menos eso en mi caso es lo que pienso, si para ti estuvo bien lo que viste de ellos como pareja, puedes decírmelo en comentarios,

Para concluir he notado que el anime se ha extendido en siguientes productos y estoy animado de verlos porque note que revelan mas de este misterioso personaje con aun mucho mas para desarrollar y como no ser así, si ella representa el pecado de la Gula, nunca estaré satisfecho de ver mas de su seductor cuerpo, es de mis personajes favoritos y su historia como la maga Merlin de la glotonería fue de lo mejor en Nanatsu No Taizai.

The seven deadly sins is an epic fantasy anime that revolves around a band of seven knights each named after the seven sins- wrath, pride, gluttony, Greed, Envy, Lust and sloth . Adapted from Nakaba Suzuki's manga of the same name, the anime has a medieval setting in a world of magic, mythological creatures and adventure . It kicks off with the third princess of lioness Elizabeth searching for the seven deadly sins to return order to the kingdom years after disbanding and on the run due to being falsely accused of plotting a coup to overthrow the monarch.

Princess Elizabeth eventually runs into meliodas , a simple tavern owner who makes terrible meals but is actually the leader of the seven deadly sins. After saving her from knights who were trying to return her back to the kingdom, Meliodas ( the dragon sin of wrath) decides to reunite the group once more setting off to bring back Ban ( the fox sin of greed) an immortal who chose to stay in prison, Harlequin the fairy king ( sin of sloth ) who blames Ban for the death of his sister Elaine, Diane the giant, Merlin the mage, Gowther whose unusual character is completely different from the human nature. After a series of adventures the knights restore order to Liones, defeating the corrupt grand master Hendrickson who is responsible for the coup to overthrow the kingdom. They also learn that Hendrickson was working with demonic powers which pose a threat to the kingdom.

The story progresses with the battle between good and evil within liones just beginning. It turns out that the cause of the conflict within the kingdom was just a plan to awaken the seal on the ten commandments, an elite group of demons from the demon clan led by Zeldris Meliodas younger brother to reignite the Holy war( a war between the celestials, demons, humans, giants and fairies). The group of knights soon learn that Meliodas was once the leader of the ten commandments but betrays the band to protect the human race.

They search for Escanor who is the final member of the sins and arguably the strongest to assist take down the commandments. it is later discovered that Elizabeth is also a member of the angel clan but was cursed together with Meliodas by both leaders of their clan for falling in love. The story has a romantic undertone of Meliodas trying to break that curse that plagues him from being with the woman he loves after she has died countless times in his arms and also end the Holy war permanently with plans of absorbing the Demon King's power which ends up turning him into a tyrant.

The fourth and final season kicks off with the sins trying save Meliodas from the Demon King's influence. They face off with Meliodas in the demon king form and after a heated battle they are able to weaken the demon King's influence saving Meliodas from his country. With Meliodas finally, the sins work together to defeat the evil Demon king, break the curse set on the two lovers, end the war completely and restoring peace to all of Britannia. The series ends with the sins going their separate way, Escanor dead after he sacrificed himself to protect everyone and the two lovers ( Meliodas and Elizabeth) getting married and eventually becoming rulers of the kingdom. The anime has low romantic tones with the love stories of Meliodas and Elizabeth, Ban and Elaine, King and Diane contributing and adding depth to the plot.

There are characters that were born to be eternal stars in the Universe of stories, their heroic personality, calm in the face of adverse situations and their power make them examples to admire, to imitate because those who enjoy the stories told or drawn by an author in the end are children and if something characterizes the little ones at home is to take the best around them as a guide to also be the best.

I have loved doing the voice of escanor in his japanese, spanish and english version for this review of Escanor vs Estarossa that is one of the most powerful battles I have seen in the whole world of anime, it has the hype, the style, the lines of dialogue, the presence, the music and everything else you can imagine for the cocktail of success at the level of those of us who like this genre characterized by battles.

Years ago I had never heard of the anime The Seven Deadly Sins until I heard my friends talking about this battle, I wondered who were those characters and the curiosity was born in me to watch the anime with the purpose of seeing this battle that impacted so much my friends of yesteryear, time passed and I could see that chapter that hit me like an Abrasive Sun because I did not expect it.

I knew there was that battle but protecting myself from spoilers helped me not to know the chapter and I was in front of my pc when this pair of monsters Escanor and Estarossa came out of nowhere and in a matter of seconds they were already in front of me to deploy their techniques, attitude and massive power.

I consider everything is perfect in this battle but beyond the above is the excitement, that feeling of hype that only increases with the fervor of the battle, it is adrenaline without limit, the explosive one, the one that accelerates the heart because you are seeing the best that a product .... and an author can offer.

Many things can be said about this anime for its deterioration in history and quality but this battle will remain eternal in the memories of every anime fan especially for its surprise, out of nowhere they are facing each other and ready to battle with techniques that when pronounced if they establish respect and are not just said for the sake of saying. In the video you will hear an extension of what I just wrote plus an imitation of Escanor's voice during this battle of alpha males, of pride to decide who is the most powerful.

Hay personajes que nacieron para ser estrellas eternas en el Universo de las historias, su personalidad heroica, tranquila ante situaciones adversas y su poder los hacen ejemplos a admirar, a imitar porque quienes disfrutamos de las historias contadas o dibujadas por un autor a la final somos niños y si algo caracteriza a los pequeños del hogar es tomar el mejor a su alrededor como guía para también ser el mejor.

Me ha encantado hacer la voz de Escanor en su versión japonés, español e ingles para esta reseña de Escanor vs Estarossa ya que es una de las batallas mas potentes que he visto en todo el mundo del anime, tiene el hype, el estilo, las líneas de diálogo, la presencia, la música y todo lo demás que puedas imaginar para el coctel del éxito a nivel de quienes nos gusta este genero caracterizado por las batallas.

Hace años yo nunca había escuchado de el anime Los Siete Pecados Capitales hasta que escuche a mis amigos hablar de esta batalla, yo me preguntaba quienes eran esos personajes y la curiosidad nació en mi para ver el anime con el propósito de ver esta batalla que tanto impacto a mis amigos de antaño, el tiempo paso y pude ver ese capítulo que me golpeo como un Sol Abrasivo porque no me lo espere.

Yo sabía que estaba esa batalla pero el protegerme de los spoilers me ayudo a no saber el capítulo y yo estaba frente a mi pc cuando este par de monstruos Escanor y Estarossa salieron de la nada y en cuestión de segundos ya estaban frente a mi para desplegar sus técnicas, actitud y poder masivo.

Considero todo es perfecto en esta batalla pero mas allá de lo anterior es la emoción, esa sensación de hype que solo se incremente con el fervor de la batalla, es adrenalina sin limite, de la explosiva, de la que acelera el corazón porque estas viendo lo mejor que puede ofrecer un producto.... y un autor.

Se pueden decir muchas cosas de este anime por su deterioro en historia y calidad pero esta batalla quedara eterna en las memorias de todo fan del anime sobre todo por lo sorpresivo, de la nada están ellos dos frente a frente y listos para batallar con técnicas que al pronunciarse si establecen respeto y no son dichas por decir. En el video escucharas un extensión de lo que acabo de escribir plus una imitación de la voz de Escanor durante esta batalla de machos alfa, de orgullo por decidir quien es el mas poderoso.

I've come across numerous anime that have been underrated, overrated and almost everything in between. Most big titles that are big in name alone and some titles that people haven't heard but their stories are gold. I've also seen plenty animes which started out great but fell off, plenty times there are no reason, most times its the audience that just moved on. Yet this I know; Seven Deadly Sins is one anime whose downfall I believe is nothing but sour luck and Netflix animation sabotage.

Nanatsu No Taizai⚔️
*** ### Plot > Elizabeth Liones, the 3rd Princess of Liones sets out on a quest to search for the Seven Deadly Sins, a group of Powerful Knights who were accused of treason and disbanded. In her search, she mistakenly walks into Meliodas tavern, not knowing that he was the leader of the order of knights she has been looking for. Now Meliodas and Elizabeth, set off to search for the other sins and save Liones and Brittania from the grave evil which threatens it.

I've always loved medieval stories. Stories that dabbles between the realm of fictional and historical are special. Seven Deadly Sins is truly one of my best anime's and it's incredibly ahead in so many areas, here are just a few..

What I Liked
*** ##### - The Lore The lore presented in this movie is spectacular, simply spectacular. The concept of fairy, humans, giants and demons: Four races that have been used and re-used in so many different texts and movies, found a new use in this show. The story goes indepth, bringing out different themes of interracial love, friendships, betrayal and redemption. ![untitled.gif](https://media.tenor.com/mG7HTO9qdOAAAAAC/seven-deadly.gif) *** ##### - The World Building Ofcourse, even when hearing this anime, one doesn't need to know that the world that it resides in is a big and complex one. The world of Brittania is beautiful and vast, yest simple and minimal. The medieval look of the castles matched with the fantastical view of the Fairy King Forest all added up to the well worn flames of purgatory. I believe this is the major win of the show. The Bad Bit
*** The downfall of this show came when Netflix bought it and they changed studios. Immediately, everything became noticeable that hands have been changed. The animation was horrible, simply horrible. Blurred faces, robotic movements and horrific effects. It was a true turn off for numerous fans and viewers as once awesome fights suddenly became barely watchable. ![untitled.gif](https://media.tenor.com/ItpUeyDZk14AAAAC/king-nanatsu-no-tazai.gif) The next season was better of course but the damage had already been done and fans had left the show for others. I had already left the show, and tagged it as a failure, surviving on hints and spoilers of how it ended and Four Knights Of Apocalypse began.
It's not until recently, when I was curious as why Merlin of the Seven Deadly Sins is now siding with Arthur who's the main antagonist of Four Knights Of Apocalypse, I read up on it and discovered the very depth of the Seven Deadly Sins Story.

Overall Review
*** At the ending, it is a wonderful show, truly spectacular, one of the greatest *-if I do say so myself-* of its generation. It was just spoiled by a bad change of studios. If you were a fan who started it, I recommend you to continue and fully be awed by the magical world and if you haven't even heard of this series. I tell you. It's worth it!.

Una debilidad que tienen los materiales visuales como libros, mangas, etc contra los productos audiovisuales es que carecen de soundtracks, canciones que le dan marca, huella única al desarrollo de personajes en cada historia, sucede en películas, series pero pienso que los anime le han dado un sello único a esto de los openings, tanto así que se vuelve regla de oro el tenerlo.

Muchas veces nos centramos solo en reseñar las historias o personajes y cosas como música parecieran ser adornos muy superficiales que apenas se nombran, por eso en este caso quiero enfocarme únicamente en la estructura del opening de Nanatsu no Taizai la cual tiene esencia de Los Caballeros de la Mesa Redonda, batallas del rey Arturo vienen a mi mente cuando vi por primera vez este opening y el hype que percibí fue de Acero Medieval.

Esta es la primera parte que considero vital de sus openings porque la segunda es el clásico grupo musical de moda que adapta una canción para el anime o viceversa junto con las secuencias de imágenes clásicas de todos en poses con gran estilo, detalles de esos momentos clímax de Batalla y hago énfasis que esta segunda parte de la estructura de su opening no es tanto lo que mas llama mi atención, si no la primera parte medieval pero la canción Howling es una genialidad sobre todo en sus primeros segundos donde pareciera pregunta si se esta satisfecho y miren que si lo he quedado con esta música.

De hecho fue tanto el hype que exagere a la historia que me querían contar, hay un momento donde pasan en carteles de Se Busca a nuestros protagonistas, el enfoque de cámara desciende y una voz del narrador realza toda la presentación de estos personajes cuyo fondo musical los deja como Héroes en el Olimpo.

Contando mi experiencia con otros openings es que generalmente pasan varios episodios hasta adaptarme a esa canción pero son contados lo casos donde a la primera quedo enganchado y este es uno de ellos, quisiera saber en comentarios si haz visto el anime, cual fue tu sensación al escuchar su opening.

I was recently searching for a new anime to watch. This season has quite a few gams out and one of these gems is the new Seven Deadly Sins series. As a fan of the series, i didn't even know that there was a sequel out. To be honest i didn't even know a sequel existed.

At first, i thought it was a movie or something but as i mentioned above it was a Sequel. Another thing that seemed quite interesting in my eyes after ofc i did my research, is the fact that this will not just be a 12-episode anime and that's it. It already has around 127 Chapters out which felt quite amazing, and after i watched the episodes that are out i then moved on and read the whole manga!

Before i tell you more about the plot let me give you some more generic info in case you are interested. The anime will have 24 episodes in total and just aired this month, October 2023. I think there are 3-4 episodes out already. The studio behind the anime is called Telecom Animation Film and you may know it as it is the same studio behind Lupin and Tower of God.

Plot

So the new story takes place a couple of years after Meliodas and the crew beat the demons and the demon king. It starts with a young boy called Percival who lives with his grandfather on God's finger, which is a remote space above the clouds. Even though he lives happily there his grandpa wants him to start a journey by himself in order to learn about the world and acquire new experiences.

One day a knight visits them and apparently he comes with evil purposes. He tries to kill both Percival and his grandpa and he manages to do so regarding the grandpa but Percival is only badly injured. His grandpa tells him before he dies that the knight was actually his father. Socked by it Percival embarks on a journey to find him and take revenge as well as experience the world and its beauty.

Percival, will meet new friends, discover his magic and realise that the world has a lot of different things to offer as a lot of different people and races living there. Soon he will also learn about the prophecy and his destiny. He is one of the 4 Knights of the Apocalypse who will destroy the world and bring King Arthur down!

A Few Extra Words

Something that i like about the show and the manga is that we get to see a lot of new cool characters like Percival for example and also cool types of magic. It's really interesting at the same time to see old characters coming back as well as how the war and events that took place during that war influenced everyone and changed them for better or for worse.

Regarding the anime, the animation is awesome and the voice acting ofc. Now regarding the manga there are a lot of things going on and in the 127 chapters that i read we get to see many different characters both new and old as some quite amazing battles. It may seem not that "dark" as the prequels but soon things will escalate. I also think there are still many chapters ahead, at least 200-250 chapters before it is complete which can mean another season!

Throughout my tenure as a pre-adolescent to teenager from Grade 5 to Grade 12, specifically from 11 to 18 years old, I have always looked up to Sesshoumaru and Inuyasha because of how strong, tough, and determined they were. Along came Ayame who definitely proved herself to be a strong, independent, headstrong warrior queen who I always believed had hidden depths that the show did not unearth just because she was an anime-only character. Mind you, I have acknowledged her presence when I was a 14-year-old eighth-grader approaching my first year of high school. Before my second year of high school and after I turned 16 years old, Shuran, Hakkaku, Ginta, and Shunran pleasantly surprised me in more ways than one because of how fun, valorous, and interesting they really were had the show featured them on the forefront more often. Together, these seven yokai warriors have become my role models for life because of how strong, fierce, determined, courageous, headstrong, goal-oriented, and ambitious they were in their own special ways. It is often said that role models in the media can come in different places. When it came to Inuyasha, an anime I continue to have a strong love-hate relationship with, these seven were not only characters I loved and enjoyed but whose personalities I believed had great potential to keep on shining. It also helped that, when Inuyasha first aired in Japan in the year 2000, these seven yokai warriors were teenagers during my consistent viewing of them during my adolescent years, with Sesshoumaru being 19, Inuyasha approaching 18, Ayame being 15, Shuran being 18, Hakkaku being 17, Ginta approaching 17, and Shunran being 13, thus emitting a higher sense of relatability throughout my turbulent teenage years in everything I have endured from my academics to shaping my career to experimenting with my passions.

Sesshoumaru's focus, Inuyasha's stamina, Ayame's determination, Shuran's strength, Hakkaku's loyalty, Ginta's craftiness, and Shunran's optimism have helped me reflect on what I can be as a person and more. They all embodied how imperative of a role perseverance, valour, and tenacity play in my life growing up. Whether it is Sesshoumaru and Inuyasha growing as warriors with the usage of their respective swords and claws, Ayame's relentlessness to keep true to her dreams, Shuran's unbreakable physical strength battling against the pitiful excuse of a warrior who does not need to be named here, Hakkaku's and Ginta's brotherly love and deep sense of loyalty or Shunran's clever craftiness in terms of implementing her illusions to her advantage, I learned a whole lot from them and did what I could to implement what positively encouraging qualities they have into my life. To this day, I continue to admire Sesshoumaru, Inuyasha, Ayame, Shuran, Hakkaku, Ginta, and Shunran for the strength and valour they represent and how they use them in their own special ways.

Positive individual traits aside, I too have found myself rooting for them every time they were on screen. For better or for worse, I always knew they deserved better. Sesshoumaru and Inuyasha deserve to look beyond their sibling rivalry and realise that they can be strong together, they are never alone, and they can have friends and family who will consistently encourage them to be the best versions of themselves, despite what they think on the outside. Ayame certainly deserves a lot more encouragement as a steadfast, courageous, and fierce heroine who keeps true to her code and does not let anybody dissuade her from being a strong warrior queen with a lot of heart to those who need her undying care, thus asserting that she is not a prize to be won but a woman with her own mind and her own soul, as well as realising that there are other stronger, braver, and more earnest suitors, like Inuyasha, in her life than the one she thought she should be with. (I am looking at you, loser wolf yokai who must never be named ever again). Shuran and Shunran may be happy with their sisters, eldest sister Toran and third-born Karan, because they are family by blood, but even they need more familial love in their lives and recognise that they are always welcome as a family, especially where Sesshoumaru, Inuyasha, Hakkaku, Ginta, and Ayame are concerned. Speaking of Hakkaku and Ginta, these two wolf brothers definitely deserve better friends/family members/comrades because they need the best sides of them to be shown more often, and they do not need to be yes men, thus legitimising their human right to speak their minds and express their true selves. Therefore, I never tuned in to Inuyasha to see overwrought love triangles, annoying sit commands being thrown at Inuyasha, and/or Karma Houdinis who barely receive any comeuppance. I tune into Inuyasha to see Sesshoumaru, Inuyasha, Ayame, Shuran, Hakkaku, Ginta, and Shunran shine like the brightest of stars.

When it comes to these seven brave yokai warriors, I can never go wrong with them as my role models for life. I have looked up to them when I was a tween and teenager, and I am still happy to know that they have continued to hold up so well.

What happens when you combine two strong dog yokai warrior gentlemen, three wolf yokai warriors with one being a queen among the two princes, and two panther yokai warriors who may be vastly different in size but united by blood? You obtain a super powerful family of seven who may be different but are united in courage, valour, stamina, and perseverance. Sesshoumaru and Inuyasha are truly fortunate to have a brave, beautiful, and potent warrior queen like Ayame, really great guy friends and brothers from other mothers like Shuran, Hakkaku, and Ginta, and a little sister from another mother like Shunran in their lives, thus solidifying an amazing unit that can rival any family, tribe, and/or clan. Overlooking their collectively awesome physical strength, peerless combat prowess, and the heaps of stamina, determination, and endurance they have in battle, these seven yokai warriors have a familial closeness which can keep them together forever and help them grow as individuals as well as a family.

Trust me when I say that Sesshoumaru, Shuran, Inuyasha, Hakkaku, Ginta, Ayame, and Shunran as a family, known in my AU head canon as The Splendid Seven, can put The Cosby Show's Huxtables, The Fresh Prince of Bel Air's Banks, Diff'rent Strokes' Drummonds, One Day at a Time's Coopers, Family Matters' Winslows, and many other television sitcom families to absolute shame. The Huxtables, The Banks, and The Drummonds may be affluent, especially considering that the Huxtables and the Banks are television's finest examples of Black American excellence, familial closeness, and aspirational role models galore. I am also certain that other television sitcom families have their own brands of closeness and togetherness, for better or for worse. However, anything these families can do, The Splendid Seven could either surpass them or even learn from them and, therefore, be in a class of their own, thus garnering every sitcom family's approval of respect. Whether it is Sesshoumaru and Inuyasha as brothers accepting Shuran, Hakkaku, Ginta, Ayame, and Shunran as part of their family, Sesshoumaru being an aloof and tough older brother figure to Shuran and Hakkaku, Inuyasha being the rowdy yet caring older brother figure to Ginta, Ayame being the lovingly supportive older sister figure to Shunran, Sesshoumaru acknowledging Ayame as a strong individual, Shuran and Hakkaku being lovingly encouraging to Shunran, Inuyasha and Ayame loving each other unconditionally, and Ginta and Shunran loving each other in harmony, there is no shadow of a doubt that they can stick together through thick and thin, despite the turbulence and the trials. Shuran has the strength and ferocity to make Martian Manhunter, Wolverine, and the Hulk want to compete with him. Hakkaku can be just as determined as The Green Lantern, Gambit, and Hawkeye. Ginta's speed is a flash of brilliance in The Flash's, Cyclops', and Falcon's eyes. Shunran's craftiness and vivacity can be laudably praised by Hawkgirl, Rogue, and Black Widow. Therefore, these super yokai are strong both physically and mentally. Nothing can ever stop them dead in their tracks. Last week began the transmission of the new season of Nanatsu No Taizai also known as The Seven Deadly Sins and at least the first episode has shown an amazing result of the animation compared to the last one. Because of this I have seen the movie once again and this time I will talk about it for those who have not yet seen this movie which is called The Seven Deadly Sins: Prisoners of the Sky. This film was published in 2018 and tells a story not Canon in the world of this anime and therefore has no relation to the seasons of anime but it is also a good story and quite entertaining film, without major Spoiler tell the basics about it if you decide to see it.

This movie was released after the second season so we already knew the 10 Commandments but anyway this movie as it is not a canon has no relation to the main story although they do mention the Commandments in a short dialogue. The whole story is based on the 7 Sins being prepared for King Bartra's birthday and as part of the preparations Meliodas plans to prepare a banquet for the King and asks Ban to help him but as you can imagine everything he cooks does not have a bad taste. In an unexpected way Meliodas and Hawk end up traveling to a mysterious floating island where a race descendant from the clan of the Goddesses lives and all its inhabitants have wings, are great warriors and hate all the demons product of the ancient war. Meliodas takes all this with the usual calm and is excited to be in a city above the clouds because he remembers the legends of a skimpy delicacy called Heavenly Fish which lives on the clouds and has a great taste and therefore Meliodas decides to look for it to prepare the King for his Festival.

This film has a good animation and great soundtrack which sets all the action scenes and battles in a wonderful way, although this story is not necessary to see to understand and continue with the anime as it is very fun and entertaining to watch. As additional data the reason for the great resemblance between Meliodas and Elizabeth with Solaad and Ellate which is his fiancee is because these were the first designs of Meliodas and Elizabeth and although they were later modified to the end that we know these were saved and used for this movie.

La semana pasada empezó la transmisión de la nueva temporada de Nanatsu No Taizai también conocido como The Seven Deadly Sins y al menos el primer episodio ha mostrado un resultado asombroso de la animación en comparación con la pasada. Esta película fue publicada en el 2018 y nos cuenta una historia no Canon en el Mundo de este anime y por lo tanto no tiene relación alguna con las temporadas del anime pero de igual manera es una buena historia y una película bastante entretenida, sin mayor Spoiler contare lo básico sobre ella por si deciden verla.

Esta película fue lanzada luego de la segunda temporada de modo que ya conocíamos a los 10 mandamientos pero de todas formas esta película al no ser canon no guarda relación con la historia principal aunque si hacen mención de los Mandamientos en un breve dialogo. Toda la historia se basa en los 7 Pecados preparándose para el cumpleaños del Rey Bartra y como parte de los preparativos Meliodas tiene pensado preparar un banquete para el Rey y le pide a Ban que lo ayude pero como es de imaginar todo lo que cocina no tiene un pésimo sabor. De una manera inesperada Meliodas y Hawk terminan viajando a una isla flotante misteriosa en la cual vive una raza descendiente del clan de las Diosas y que todos sus habitantes poseen alas, son grandes guerreros y odian a todos los demonios producto de la guerra antigua. Meliodas se toma todo esto con la calma habitual y se emociona de estar en una ciudad sobre las nubes ya que recuerda las leyendas de un esquicito manjar llamado Pez Celeste el cual vive sobre las nubes y cuenta con un gran sabor y por ello Meliodas decide buscarlo para prepáraselo al Rey por su Fiesta.

Por azar del destino Meliodas es idéntico a un habitante del Reino sobre las nubes el cual se llama Solaad y que termina viajando hacia donde estaba Meliodas en un principio y encontrándose con los demás Pecados Capitales. Luego de que los 7 Pecados decidan ayudar a Solaad y llegar hasta la isla flotante para encontrarse con Meliodas, los 6 Caballeros Negros se logran liberar y empiezan a batallar contra los habitantes para liberar al Demonio Indura atrapado por un sello mágico y el cual cuenta con un poder tan descomunal que se llega a pensar que es capaz de superar incluso a los mismos Mandamientos y este Demonio solo piensa en destruir todo a su paso. Depende de los 7 Pecados salvar a la ciudad mientras batallan con los 6 Caballeros Negros y posteriormente con el Demonio Indura quien representa el mayor desafío y necesitaran la ayuda de Solaad para ser capases de derrotarlo. Esta película cuenta con una buena animación y gran banda sonora la cual ambienta de forma maravilla todas las escenas de acción y las batallas, si bien esta historia no es necesaria de ver para entender y continuar con el anime igual resulta muy divertida y entretenida de ver. Como dato adicional el motivo del parecido tan grande entre Meliodas y Elizabeth con Solaad y Ellate la cual es su prometida se debe a que estos fueron los primeros diseños de Meliodas y Elizabeth y si bien luego fueron modificados a los finales que conocemos estos fueron salvados y utilizados para esta película.

The Seven Deadly Sins as it is known in America or in its official name Nanatsu no Taizai is a fantasy style anime with a medieval theme which was developed in collaboration with Netfix based on the history of the manga with the same name, currently has 3 seasons and is scheduled for release in the fourth and perhaps final season early next year. Because of that and because this was one of the first Animes that I enjoyed through the Netflix platform I will make a post about it and commenting the basics for those who don't know it yet, don't worry there won't be any serious Spoiler or anything that will ruin the surprises that this Anime brings.

As I already mentioned the history of this anime is based on a medieval time of castles, magic, gods and demons. Everything takes place in the nation of Britannia in which the biggest kingdom of all is the kingdom of Lyon a large and developed city which has as protectors the Holy Knights which have great strength and skills being able to use magic offensively as a defense and becoming very devastating. Something really interesting and at the same time regrettable is that the animation of this anime was in decline as the seasons progressed, the first and second seasons have a very good and quite careful animation although the anime does not focus on extreme realism or incredible detail, their designs were very good. But in the third season everything went overboard delivering a lousy animation to say the least, it was really a very bad animation work for what the series was delivering and more if you consider that it was their third season and it is produced in collaboration with a great company like Netflix. All this was the cause of thousands of jokes in social networks where when pausing the chapters at certain times you could see a bad design and detail as if it were a child's coloring book or something like that, hundreds of fans uploaded designs, drawings and even scenes animated by themselves this season where they were much higher than the official one, something that was also talked about was the game that came out recently and which has a great animation being the same as everything that was expected to be the third season. I really hope that the fourth season fixes this and gives us a great quality in its animation because this anime is really good and fun to watch.

Como ya lo mencione la historia de este anime se basa en una época Medieval de castillos, magia, dioses y demonios. Todo se desarrolla en la nación de Britania en la cual el mayor reino de todos es el reino de Liones una gran y desarrollada ciudad la cual tiene como protectores a los caballeros Sacros los cuales cuentan con gran fuerza y habilidades siendo capaces de usar la magia de manera ofensiva como defensiva y llegando a ser muy devastadora. Toda la historia comienza cuando un día una gran masacre le ocurre a los caballeros Sacros y son inculpados del crimen los Siete Pecados Capitales quienes son los 7 caballeros más fuertes que tiene la Nación y que se encargaban de proteger todos los reinos, luego de ser inculpados y algunos de ellos ser capturados como otros escapar sin conocer su paradero el reino de Liones se sumerge en la opresión de los caballeros Sacros que controlan todo y hasta planean derrocar al Rey de Liones, La tercera Princesa del Liones la Princesa Elizabeth quien será un personaje principal con mucha importancia en la historia decide aventurarse sola por toda la nación en busca de los Siete Pecados Capitales debido a que solo ellos cuentan con el poder necesario para derrotar a los caballeros Sacros y devolver la paz al reino.

Luego de una larga búsqueda la Princesa Elizabeth se encuentra con uno de los Siete Pecados Capitales quien resulta ser justamente el capitán de los mismos Melodías el Dragón de la Ira quien decide ayudar a la princesa con su objetivo de recuperar la paz del reino y se embarcan juntos en la misión de buscar y encontrar a los demás Pecados para volver a reunir el grupo y cumplir su objetivo. En este anime además de la típica magia de los humanos también existen las razas de las hadas, gigantes, demonios y diosas, esta última termino entregando y perdiendo prácticamente todo su poder en la guerra de las cuatro razas contra los demonios de hace 3000 años para logar derrotarlos y alejarlos de la tierra, es por ello que en la actualidad los demonios y diosas son mitos e historias del pasado para los humanos pero eso pronto cambiara. En los Siete Pecados Capitales hay un hada, una gigante y una poderosa hechizara cuyo nombre hace tributo al mayor y más conocido mago de las leyendas antiguas, Merlín. Por todo ello se nos presentan varios capítulos donde la magia es el centro de atención.

Algo realmente interesante a la vez que lamentable es que la animación de este anime fue en decadencia según avanzaban las temporadas, la primera y segunda temporada tienen una animación muy buena y bastante cuidada si bien el anime no se enfoca en el realismo extremo o un detalle increíble, sus diseños eran muy buenos. Pero en la tercera temporada todo se fue por la borda entregando una animación pésima por decir poco, en verdad fue un trabajo de animación muy malo para lo que venía entregando la serie y más si se considera que era su tercera temporada y es producida en colaboración con una gran empresa como lo es Netflix. Todo esto fue causa de miles de burlas en las redes sociales en donde al pausar los capítulos en ciertos momentos se podía observar un pésimo diseño y detalle como si se tratase de un dibujo para colorear infantil o algo por el estilo, cientos de fan subieron diseños, dibujos y hasta escenas animadas por ellos mismo de esta temporada en donde eran muy superiores a la oficial, algo de lo que también se hablo fue sobre el juego que salió recientemente y el cual cuenta con una gran animación siendo el mismo todo lo que se esperaba que hubiera sido la tercera temporada. Realmente espero que la cuarta temporada arregle esto y nos entregue una gran calidad en su animación pues este anime en verdad es muy bueno y divertido de ver.

I started to read this manga quite eagerly, its first chapters caught my attention because of its medieval fantasy universe, at the time many compared it to Fairy Tail, and although I think Nananatsu No Taizai is a little more superior, the pace Natnatsu No Taizai took in his last sagas was disappointing, until his endless, meaningless, boring and anticlimactic end.

Nanatsu No Taizai tells us the adventures of 7 famous and powerful knights, who one day are betrayed and blamed for something they did not do, because of this, they separate and now they must reunite to save their kingdom again. The premise of Nanatsu No Taizai although it was not something totally original, the way in which the events were happening was interesting, since all that atmosphere of magic and of the medieval time was very entertaining.

However, one of the big problems of this manga are its characters, specially the one of its main protagonist: Meliodas, since it is the first time I read a manga, whose main protagonist is a bad character, badly developed, without any kind of charisma and who repeats the same joke over and over again, besides always presenting him as the most powerful of all, and that in principle is not a bad thing, but being a quite flat character, who really doesn't have a level of plot depth, makes Meliodas, one of the worst protagonists of Shonen.

Characters like Escanor and Ban (part of the 7 deadly sins) play a better role in the story, since you get to empathize with them throughout the manga. They are characters with great charisma and personality, who even among the fans of this manga, are more loved characters than the main protagonist himself. And that secondary characters, with relative importance in the manga, are more popular and loved than the main character of the play, that is a sample of how badly built this character is.

Over the years I have read 3 mangas of which I have liked very much, but whose endings have been disastrous. Two of them I mentioned before, Naruto and Bleach, and Nanatsu No Taizai is the 3rd manga that has disappointed me the most because of its lousy ending. One of the aspects for which Fairy Tail was very criticized, is the so called "Nakama Power" which consists in the group of friends joining their powers to defeat the villain of the moment, or also a group of friends gives encouragement to a character to "magically" and illogically due to the plot, defeat the villain. Nanatsu No Taizai even though on some occasions he had that same problem, it was not as evident as Fairy Tail, however, in the last saga this became something recurrent, reaching absurd and annoying levels.

And while we're on the subject of the last saga, I've previously said that Bleach lengthened his last saga too much, with endless, boring fights (on some occasions). But Nanatsu No Taizai far outdid it, the last fight with the main villain (or the one we thought was the main villain) was endless, boring and anticlimactic. The villain that we all thought would be a challenge for the main characters was only a character that was getting stupider every time and had an even stupider defeat. But as if that wasn't enough, he wasn't the last villain to be beaten, as another villain, who came out at the last minute, and who came out completely out of nowhere, as there was never a concrete indication of the resurgence of that villain, was really the final villain of this manga, it really was a nonsense, but this new and last villain, for the only thing that he served is to shape the next manga that would be a continuation of Nanatsu No Taizai.

Actually Nanatsu No Taizai was a very disappointing manga, with a horrible ending, with a lousy character development (except for a few), with a pathetic and flat main character, and above all with an adaptation to the anime, whose last season was disgusting.

At least this manga has a good drawing and with great details, really good and original designs, but in short, Nanatsu No Taizai is a disappointing manga.

Nanatsu no Taizai is a manga written and illustrated by Nakaba Suzuki, serialized in the magazine Weekly Shonen Magazine since October 10, 2012. An adaptation to anime series by the studio A-1 Pictures was issued from October 5, 2014 to March 29, 2015. Argument

Elizabeth Liones, the third princess of the kingdom of Liones, after the coup d'état made by the Sacred Knights decides to flee and look for the now disappeared knights who call themselves The Seven Deadly Sins, whose order is made up of the worst criminals in the kingdom. One day she falls unconscious in a tavern. Seeing Elizabeth, customers believe that he is one of the Seven Sins, and all but the young owner of the tavern and his companion Hawk - a pig who can speak - flee in fright. Hawk is a relatively large pink pig wearing a hoop with the word "Star Boar" on his left ear, on his left ear he carries a Merlin creation that allows him to measure the power of everything. He is capable of doing anything for a few scraps of food, even if these are from the disgusting food of the Boar Hat which is considered a delight. Ten years ago, Hawk used to live peacefully with his mother. Hawk's mother until she spotted a wounded knight, Meliodas, who was in the middle of the road and dragged him back to his house, a cave somewhere near Camelot. Once Meliodas woke up, the two end up talking to each other, where Hawk mentioned that he felt he used to fly in the sky, thinking he was a dragon in his past life when Meliodas thought he was Wandle. The two discussed Hawk's name, until Hawk mentioned a restaurant called Leg of Pork where Hawk loved the leftovers, which led Meliodas and Hawk to team up and worked together. Meliodas could not remain a gentleman due to the incident in Liones, but decided to open a bar called Boar Hat selling his Sacred Treasure and build it on the back of Hawk's Mother. Since then, Hawk and Meliodas became partners in the business with Meliodas being the owner of the bar and Hawk his official cleaner of leftovers.

Hawk made an appearance when he ordered him to clean the remains of food on the floor by eating the leftovers. Hawk complained about the quality of the food, but after Meliodas threatened him, he changed his mind about the taste of the food. The Boar Hat traveled to the Forest of White Dreams to help one of the sins, they learned that a sin was discovered there and planned to find them. While there was a white fog and suddenly many Hawk appeared. Hawk were trying to show that the real Hawk, but Meliodas hit all of them. Later Elizabeth was cloned and many copies of it appeared, but Meliodas orders Elizabeth to do odd things to prove who the real one is, but Elizabeth does not do this and they get serious.

After discovering that the real Elizabeth, the clone of becoming Prankster Imp and fled while they chased them. When they find them, it turns out that they were trying to hide Diane who is one of the sins with her orders. After Meliodas talk to Diane about something, Diane agreed to go with him and find the others, while the Imp Pranksters were happy that he left. But then, all of a sudden, the sins were snared in a thunderbolt by a Saint Gilthunder Knights. Hawk try to break free but Gilthunder electrocutes Hawk and sends him flying kick. After the sins were set free by those who possess will and Diane sets Gilthunder to fly. Hawk returned with some injuries but still alive and the sins listed to a new city to find the sin of greed.

After Meliodas fights with Gilthunder, they travel to Dalmary Town to get a doctor for Meliodas. While there is a Holy Knights by the so-called Friesia they try to attack the city with their insects, Hawk protected Elizabeth all the time, but Diane stopped the insect attack and went after him to stop him. Hawk and Elizabeth went back to the doctor who said he could not do anything to save Melidoas and that he died. But then another Holy Knight named Golgius came in and tried to take Meliodas sword, Elizabeth and Hawk try to stop him but it did not help and when he did touch the sword Meliodas woke up with a scared look and scared him away by jumping out a window. When the boar hat came out to find Golgius, Hawk found him using his nose, but then the doctor who tried to poison him said that he wanted his daughter back but Golgius stabbed him in the back. The Boar Hat started running away from him because of his power and hid in an old tower.

Inside, Meliodas drew his swords and made a circle in the fold. Hawk questioned why he did it and for Meliodas reply he said it was a magic spell to keep out teleporters but Hawk said it was nonsense. After the play "spell" on Golgius and saw the doctor die, they leave to Bash Dungeon to free Ban. After Basking Dungeon was destroyed, The Boar Hat and the sins were having a party at the doctor's house, they get to be fine. After Ban introduced himself, he expressed his wish that the four of them get along, but Hawk corrected him that they are five. Ban realized that Hawk was able to speak and was surprised, because even though it was Diane's food and he asked what is the point of a pig that is able to speak, the words hurt Hawk a bit. Later the sins decided to look for King in the Capital of the Dead.

On their way to the capital of the dead, they found 2 Holy Knight apprentices, and thanks to Diane, the seven mortal sins identities were revealed. But soon a Black Hound showed up and ate the knights. Hawk immediately recognizes the animal and explained how vicious that monster is, but Meliodas was able to intimidate him and what it is like to run. When they arrived near the capital of the Dead, inside Boar Hat, Meliodas commented that the king was like the mascot of the seven deadly sins, to which Hawk though he was joking and wondered what kind of establishment served Food would keep an animal inside, getting strange looks from Elizabeth and Meliodas for their comment.

When the group was able to move to the capital of the Dead, Hawk commented that it may be due to his memories of the leftovers he was never able to eat. After the capital of the Dead event, King was after shock to find out what the deadly sins were for that Sacred Treasure. Hawk then ask what is the problem with which the king reveals the difference between some sins with or without his weapon that made Hawk angry Meliodas to seal his. The next day, Meliodas, Rey, Elizabeth and Hawk headed to a new city called Biron in which to find some information about the next deadly sins or the location of the Sacred Treasure. After the people of the city found a wanted poster of Elizabeth, Meliodas grabbed her and fled. Meliodas and Rey then order Hawk to watch Elizabeth in the tower they were hiding while they search for information. While waiting in the city, a Holy Knight appears and was treating people for Elizabeth's location to which Elizabeth took herself in. Hawk then ran to Meliodas and Rey, and told them what happens during the crying.

After Meliodas saved Elizabeth, they went to another new city called Vaizel where it is a wrestling festival that was held there and the price was Diane Sacred Treasure Gideon. Hawk then followed Meliodas, Rey and Ban while Elizabeth and Diane sit behind. While the guys enter the fight festival to win Diane gun, Hawk decided to sell some of ale to get more money for the boar hat. When Ban was defeated by Meliodas and the flight sent, Hawk went after him and took him all the way back to the arena to see the rest of the fight. When the Diane fight came, Diane give Hawk a little Elizabeth to watch over her that bothered her that no one dress her and made her a dress from her tape.

When the deadly sins began to treat all left the place due to the Holy Knight Gila, Jericho, and Marmas come to Vaizel to attack them, order Meliodas Elizabeth and Hawk to go to a place where they hide until the fight is over. After Meliodas and Ban were defeated by Gila and Jericho, the king was to give Hawk and Elizabeth to watch over them until he returned. When Veronica found Elizabeth grown to normality and Meliodas was sealed in the Amber Goddess. Later Diane found Meliodas and end up crushing Vaizel while Ban and the others were fleeing from. After Diane saved Meliodas, Elizabeth and Hawk to see in shock what happens to Vaizel to whom Ban told them it was too dangerous for them to be around. Wounded Hawk were later treated and headed with the rest to a new location.

Hawk was happy to have his wound healed wound up and went out to train himself for the better, but he soon got angry when he found out that Elizabeth and Diane woke up earlier than he did, and Ban and the king were training harder than him . Hello Steemians, today I come to give a review of chapter 271 of the manga of Nanatsu no Taizai.

This chapter was more about brothers, about Hawk's older brother and Meliodas talking about Zeldoris, Hawk was sent to watch Meliodas for the demon king, because normal animals had a life time.

Meliodas talks about why Zeldoris has so much hatred and resentment, and when he tries to talk about Strarossa... even the demon king himself can not remember, who he is or what Strarossa is?

Hello Steemians, today I come to talk about the new chapters of Nanatsu No Taizai.

Came the new chapters of Nanatsu no Taizai, double chapter this week, reaching the climax, to the critical point of this manga, in chapter 267 we see how Strarossa is with Elizabeth telling him that he loves her and wants to be with her, but the powers of the commandments consume him to the point of losing his head.

And in chapter 268 we can see how Ban goes in search of Meliodas in Purgatory, not knowing how much time has passed since he was last conscious, managing to find Meliodas and being able to recover his composure having spent so much time in Purgatory

Nanatsu no Taizai (Seven Deadly Sins) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Nakaba Suzuki. It has been serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump since October 2012 and is published by Kodansha. Nanatsu no Taizai was adapted into a 24 anime episode series by A-1 Pictures from October 2014 to March 2015. While a second season is currently running at the time of writing.

Thoughts:

When I first heard of this show, I was immediately reminded of Full Metal Alchemist's Seven Deadly Sins. That series was beyond awesome btw so check that out! Unlike FMA though, Nanatsu no Taizai's Seven Deadly Sins are the main characters and the focus of this anime series so they're expected to be the good guys. The story starts off with Elizabeth, a princess of some kingdom, who sets out on a journey to find the Seven Deadly Sins to enlist their help in taking back her kingdom after a successful coup d'etat of the kingdoms Holy Knights. Luckily enough, she run into one of them and it's none other than the Captain of the Seven Deadly Sins, Meliodas. From their on out, they set out a journey to gather the remaining six members.

Nanatsu no Taizai is one of those big journey kind of adventure shounen anime series. The main plot is to gather all the members of the Seven Deadly Sins and together with their help, end the rebellion of the Holy Knights. In a sense, it's pretty straightforward. But what the show lack in a storyline they make up with their fun, interesting lovable characters and great battle scenes. All of the Sins have their distinct and unique personalities which surprisingly works alongside others. The Sins were also introduced as someone who have above average power, which frankly is a good move since it saves some time in showing some filler trainings in order to get stronger. Every one of them also gets a decent storyline so you can't help not get attached to every one of them.

The battle scenes in Nanatsu no Taizai is very well done. The animation and character movements are smooth. Since most of the Sins came from a different race, it's nice to see a mixture of different abilities and fighting style. The music is surprisingly okay.

Overall, Nanatsu no Taizai is a decent anime if you don't mind cliches and a linear storyline. Personally I think it has the potential to have been big in the anime world with it's fun loving characters and their various skills together with the amazingly done art and animation. However, Nanatsu no Taizai plays it safe by going the generic linear and predictable path. There's nothing really wrong with that, but with a lot of action adventure shounen anime series there is now, it's hard to see a reason why we should watch something this generic. Again, I'm not saying this show is bad nor good. To sum it all up in one word. It's "meh".

Nanatsu no Taizai or The Seven Deadly Sins as it is called in English is a very popular anime with 2 seasons. The first season aired during October 2014 and consists of 24 episodes while the second one aired a month ago (13 Jan 2018) and will have 24 episodes too. The studio behind the anime is the well known A-1 Pictures that is responsible for anime like Ao no Excorcist, Sword Art Online, Fairy Tail, Gate, Magi and many more.

Also it is important to say that Netflix owns the exclusive rights to the series as well as behind the voices of some characters are hidden a bunch of famous voice actors that were the voices of Todoroki ( from boku no hero), Sonic (from One punch Man),Eren (from Shingeki no Kyojin) and many more.

Plot

So the story sets in the era of swords and magic where Britannia a huge kingdom is protected by the holy knights a group of highly skilled knights that know how to use magic. A young princess trying to save the kingdom of what she believes as a threat is out of Britannia trying to find Meliodas the commander of the most skilled unit called Seven Deadly Sins that is considered to be traitors and also dead by the kingdom's holly knights.

At the first episode Elizabeth finds Meliodas owning a tavern and is surprised by how young he is. After a little bit of talk and a little show of his powers, Meliodas agrees to help the princess and they are both in a search of the remaining members of that elite squad. At that journey they will face a lot of problems, they will fight a lot of enemies and they gonna provide us many amazing scenes of humor,drama and ofc fighting.

In the second season after everything that happened the seven deadly sins have to face a greater danger an elite demon squad called The 10 commandments!

My Opinion & Why To Watch It

The art and sound is pretty damn good so nobody will have any issues watching it and now let's move on to the characters and their powers. First of all there is constant development of each character, with flashbacks and backstories that are well put in the anime and some really dramatic scenes behind their stories that bond us more with them.

Their powers are pretty awesome and each of the seven deadly sins is a real master in it's kind of power use. Their powers are completely different from each others as well as the overall characters and the fight scenes are outstanding. I have caught myself a couple of times when i am bored to just check over and over again the fight scenes via Youtube. Expect everything in the fight scenes, from bloody and gore scenes, to unique powers to even surprising defeats and wins. The enemies are the one better than the other and especially in season 2 the enemies are pretty much awesome.

I really like the part that many enemies as well as holly nights have full body and face armors and the face ones look like ''demon masks'' so the overall experience is even better. My personal belief is that this anime is awesome and everyone that like this type of anime must watch it.

In this article I will go back to the topic discussed in the previous post and I will talk about a manga that I have been following for some years and which is titled The Seven Deadly Sins. This manga belonging to the shonen category was published in Japan in October 2012. The manga, in the original language Nanatsu no taizai, which literally means the seven deadly sins, is set in medieval Europe and tells of the adventures of a group of seven knights called “the seven deadly sins”.

The story takes place in the world of Britannia and, long ago, the group of the seven deadly sins was considered the strongest of the whole kingdom, but an infamous accusation will put a price on their heads and the seven knights will be forced to oblivion. Ten years later the Sacred Knights (a kind of very powerful police) carry out a coup against the king and take power and the youngest daughter of the king, Elisabeth sets out in search of the seven deadly sins that are rumored to be still alive. I will not tell you more about the plot, I suggest you read it because this manga can also be fun, I only say that one of the characters is a talking pig! In case you like more watching the animated series that read the manga, I tell you that on Netflix you can find the whole first season.

In questo articolo riprenderò in parte l'argomento trattato nel post precedente e vi parlerò di un manga che sto seguendo da qualche anno e che si intitola The Seven Deadly Sins. Questo manga appartenente alla categoria shonen è stato pubblicato in Giappone nell'ottobre del 2012. Il manga, in lingua originale Nanatsu no taizai, che significa letteralmente i sette peccati capitali, è ambientato nell'Europa medievale e narra delle avventure di un gruppo di sette cavalieri chiamato i setti peccati capitali.

La storia si svolge nel mondo di Britannia e, tempo addietro, il gruppo dei sette peccati capitali era considerato il più forte di tutto il regno, ma un'accusa infamante metterà una taglia sulle loro teste e i sette cavalieri saranno costretti all'oblio. Dieci anni dopo i Cavalieri Sacri (una specie di polizia molto potente) attuano un colpo di stato contro il re e prendono il potere e la figlia più piccola del re, Elisabeth parte alla ricerca dei sette peccati capitali che si mormora siano ancora vivi. Non vi racconterò di più sulla trama, vi consiglio di leggerlo perchè questo manga sa anche essere divertente, vi dico solo che uno dei personaggi è un maiale parlante! Nel caso vi piaccia più guardare la serie animata che leggere il manga, vi dico che su Netflix potete trovare tutta la prima stagione in italiano.

Acción, luchas y mucho fanservice. Comencemos y conozcamos en la primera aventura de Meliodas en occidente , la cual queda a medio camino entre un gran juego de lucha tridimensional y un título de acción total. Su traslación del mundo de la serie, sin embargo, es más que notable.
Los que seamos amantes del manga y anime y disfruten viendo como muchas obras de la Shonen Jump y demás revistas japonesas terminan llegando a las consolas con obras más a menos notables, y no porque estas obras sean sobresalientes sino porque cada vez más parecen un calco de lo que vemos en la pantalla El fanservice está listo; lo hemos visto con One Piece, Naruto, Sword At Online, Attack on Titan, Dragon Ball y en otra gran cantidad de propiedades intelectuales, pero todavía no habíamos podido hacerlo con una de las siete series más vendidas de 2017, una estrella emergente allí y aquí como es The Seven Deadly Sins (Nanatsu no Taizai), que ha irrumpido en Europa gracias a su primera temporada disponible en Netflix. ![](https://steemitimages.com/DQmQX5E43pdhFd2Vz4xgXXEqV9z4BhZCBQgAqoLWdMp11RR/image.png)
The Seven Deadly Sins: Knights of Britannia es definitivamente un título recomendado para los fans del manganime. Con una recreación de Britannia excelente y una cantidad de contenido muy abundante y con subtramas que invitan a conocer el lore del título, la obra se queda a medias entre un juego de lucha correcto y uno notable al no atreverse a hacer de su sistema de combate algo profundo.

A pesar de introducir elementos interesantes con las magias –y la más que interesante herramienta de creación de ítems, base de las magias–, la facilidad de uso que nos dan los botones de acción y la baja dificultad general de la IA enemiga no favorecen que usemos los ataques más complejos porque bastará con aporrear los botones. Ahora bien, los ataques finales son muy espectaculares, una inyección total de fanservice.

No estamos ante el mejor título de un manganime que hayamos visto en los últimos tiempos, pero sí uno de los más respetuosos. Knights of Britannia es resultón en lo audiovisual, con mucho contenido, más de 25 personajes, calcando con mimo los hechos de la primera temporada del anime e incluyendo un modo batalla que no se olvida del multijugador online. Para ser la primera obra de gran magnitud que llega a Occidente de Los Siete Pecados Capitales, sin lugar a dudas es el camino a seguir para lo que puede ser una más que notable franquicia.

PS4 game ships in Japan on January 25; in Americas, Europe on February 9

Bandai Namco Entertainment America began streaming a gameplay trailer for the The Seven Deadly Sins: Knights of Britannia (Nanatsu no Taizai: Britannia no Tabibito) PlayStation 4 game on Friday. The trailer previews quests, battles, and power-up unlocks at the Boar Hat.

The game will ship in the Americas and Europe on February 9. Bandai Namco Entertainment will release the game in Japan on January 25. People who pre-order the game will receive a product code to download exclusive character costumes.

Natsume Atari is developing the action adventure game. Bandai Namco Entertainment America's release of the game will include subtitles in English, French, Italian, Spanish, and German.

Bandai Namco Entertainment revealed the game has a "high-tension and fast-paced action fighting style" where players can "experience an enticing story line and plenty of places in Britannia to explore." Players will be able to "play through memorable fights with famous characters such as Meliodas, Elizabeth, Hawk, and others in all of their unique fighting styles."

The manga previously inspired the Nanatsu no Taizai: Unjust Sin Nintendo 3DS game in February 2015, and the Nanatsu no Taizai: Pocket no Naka no Kishidan smartphone game in January 2015. The smartphone game ended service in March 2017.

Elizabeth was a royal princess who struggled herself to seek Nanatsu no Taizai.Setelah escape from the kingdom, Elizabeth several times pursued by the Holy Knights on charges of treason. 2. Hawk Source

NANATSU NO TAIZAI SEASON 2 WILL SHOW IN WINTER 2018

At the nanatsu no taizai FES event held on Sunday at Yamano Hall, Tokyo has announced that the second season of anime will premiere in January 2018. The new series comes with the title "Nanatsu No Taizai" (The Seven Deadly Sins: The Revival of The Commandments). In the latest season there will be 12 new characters that will color the series. The announcement was also revealed on the newly updated anime site.

The event also revealed that the anime will have a theatrical release scheduled for summer 2018. More details will be announced later.

The animated series Seven Deadly Sins (Nanatsu no Taizai) began in October 2014 and counts a total of 24 episodes

Suzuki Nakaba's Nanatsu no Taizai (Seven Deadly Sins) manga began in 2012 at Kodansha and currently counts 11 volumes in Japan. 2 ADOs (special episodes) are planned respectively on June 17, 2015 (story focused on Ban) & on August 12, 2015 (adaptation of the small special chapters). And the anime Nanatsu no Taizai: Seisen no Shirushi (4 episodes) was released on August 28, 2016, in Japan. The animated series Nanatsu no Taizai Season 2 is scheduled for January 2018.

The anime Seven Deadly Sins (Nanatsu no Taizai) brings together all the ingredients of the good shonen action (charming characters, charismatic enemies, dynamic fights, captivating stories). Difficult to find faults so each episode is a real entertainment. The story of the characters (Seven Deadly Sins & Holy Knights) develops at a good pace, which is interesting and the fights that punctuate them are very lively. The manga is a sure value and it is with pleasure that we note that the animated series is also part of these shonen not to be missed.

Well, I can say it's unlike any anime I've ever watched before.

This is The Seven Deadly Sins.

Where did This Come From?

The Seven Deadly Sins is an anime series advertised as "A Netflix Original". This, however, falls short of the truth. The anime is actually based on a Shounen Jump manga and was released on broadcast television in Japan. That it is Netflix-exclusive in North America in no way makes it "A Netflix Original".

This is, of course, no reason to overlook the series, but it does raise a few questions about how Netflix presents itself to its audience, and why it feels the need to label something as original to Netflix which is clearly not. They certainly don't need to tell such lies, as there are some shows and movies that truly are original to Netflix, and many of these are critically acclaimed.

And this gave me pause in starting this series, considering how the last time I watched a program falsely claiming to originate with Netflix, it turned out badly.

"What could possibly go wrong?"

But in my quest to review as many Netflix offerings as I can, I found myself giving the series a go. And, I have to say, it was not what I was expecting.

The Story

In a time of knights, wizards, and King Arthur, in the kingdom of Liones (north of Camelot), the order of holy knights stages a coup against the king. Fleeing the capital, the king's youngest daughter seeks out the only allies she can trust: a heretical order of knights that betrayed and abandoned their station ten years ago. These are the Seven Deadly Sins, the strongest warriors in the history of the kingdom, now scattered across Britannia without a sense of purpose.

And that's really all there is to it. One of the first surprises this anime gave me was the simplistic storyline. Princess Elizabeth needs the Seven Deadly Sins to take back her kingdom, so she sets out to collect them one by one. And it leads to the inevitable confrontation with those knights who deposed her father.

The Seven Deadly Characters

Apart from Elizabeth, the primary characters of the series are the Sins themselves. And these also surprised me, though not always pleasantly.

To begin with, there's Meliodas.

The leader of the Sins and by far the biggest disappointment of this series. He is considerably old, despite his childlike appearance, and this would be no worse than such an anime trope usually is, except for one small thing:

He is a pervert.

It's not uncommon for an anime series to have one pervert character, who naughtily contemplates sneaking a peek at the female characters, only to be thwarted in one way or another. But that's the thing about Meliodas: he doesn't get thwarted. He actually makes moves against Elizabeth without being stopped. And the fact that he looks like a twelve year old just makes the whole thing disturbing. It's not funny, and it doesn't so much mock the pretentiousness of the audience as it drags its own reputation through the mud.

After Melodias is Diane, the giantess who is sad because she has a hard time fitting in.

And that's pretty much her entire character. I'm hard pressed to think of what other attributes define her, as not a lot of work was put into establishing her arc.

Ban is the third Sin, and he gets a little more development. For the most part, he's a cookie-cutter "tough guy with an attitude" endemic to most anime. But he is rounded out a little with a love story that makes him just a bit endearing.

But the only character who I found to be compelling was King, the fourth Sin and arguably the most developed of the bunch.

Equipped with a magical flying pillow that can turn into a spear, King is the most original and heartfelt element of the entire show. He has a romantic subplot, and he's one of the few characters than can think through a situation rationally and make intelligent conversation.

There are two other Sins who appear in Season 1, but they are so utterly forgettable that I won't bother mentioning them here. If the showrunners wanted me to care about them, they should have given them more time to develop their characters.

The only other character worth mentioning is the obligatory talking-animal sidekick who provides comic relief and moral support, and that would be in the form of Hawk, the boar.

Supportive to the point of being almost motherly, Hawk is the Scrappy-Doo of The Seven Deadly Sins. He likes to believe he's a fighter, but he's more of a runner away-er. He interjects annoyingly into the character dialogue at inconvenient points. It's hard to imagine how the show would be any worse without him.

Season 2?

According to Netflix, the show has 2 seasons. But when you actually look at the menu listing, you discover that "Season 2" is just a collection of four filler episodes that have almost no connection to the main plot, standing as a placeholder until the real Season 2 lands. The first two of these episodes are entirely without merit. The third has a few touching moments between King and Diane, which I appreciated. And the fourth actually explores a few points that may be important to the main story, while giving Gowther the Goat Sin some character development.

My Judgment

The Seven Deadly Sins is largely skippable.

Apart from King's story arc and the subplots related to it, the show has little to show for itself. The characters are undeveloped and overpowered (a deadly combination). The magic system is never explained at all, allowing for characters to suddenly whip out new powers whenever it is convenient to the plot. And too much of the series is just copy-pasted from other anime. It may be the first example, in the entire art form, of which it can be said, "Eh, it's nothing special."

Nevertheless, there are bright spots scattered here and there. It's still better than 90% of American animated shows, and it has some beautiful animation.

It is a Netflix exclusive in North America. I'm not going to recommend it, but I also won't stop you from investigating the show yourself, if you feel so inclined.
