‎Who else has watched Breath of Life? I've watched the movie before, and honestly, I couldn't forget it. I had no choice but to download it again and watch it. ‎ ‎The movie is about Timi, an intelligent man who becomes a clergyman. He returns to Nigeria with his wife and daughter. Everything seems to be going well, and Timi is a man of God. He feared God. And suddenly, a terrible thing changed his life completely. There was a certain man who was very dangerous. No one talked about him. When you crossed his path, he would make sure he dealt with you. ‎

‎The man killed someone, and Timi saw the event. So he couldn't keep quiet. He decided to speak out. This is when the dangerous man hunted Timi's family. He killed his wife and his only daughter. This is when the film begins to be interesting. Because the death of his wife and daughter was very terrible. The evil man set a fire in the car, and Timi watched his wife and daughter burn to ashes. ‎

‎This incident made Timi become a different person. Timi was very heartbroken. He lost his faith and even tried to kill himself. ‎ ‎I find this part so interesting because God has a plan for him. It isn't the time that God set for him to die. And so Timi used a gun and tried to shoot himself, but it wasn't working. When he shot another place, it worked. He was so hopeless at that moment. ‎ ‎Many years later, no one comes to Timi's house because he is very dangerous. He's no longer the man he used to be. But somehow, Elijah comes into his life as a housekeeper. Elijah is a young man who wants to start a church, and he's very serious about his faith. Timi treats him harshly, but with time, Elijah understands him, and they later build a relationship slowly. ‎

‎What I observe and love in this story again is how Elijah actually turned Timi back to the person he was. You can't call God's name in the presence because he disagreed that there is a God since the incident that happened to him. But slowly, Elijah makes him call God's name again. I find that part so interesting. ‎

‎Along the way, Elijah fell seriously ill. Because of his breathing condition, he needed a lung transplant. Timi realises that he can give Elijah the chance to live. He decided to give his lungs to Elijah, and he knew fully well that he wouldn't survive the operation. Also, he knows that this is what God kept him for so long. And one thing I like about it is that he dies in joy. Timi Left Elijah with some saying "words I've lived my life it's time to live yours" ‎

‎I actually learned a lot of things from this story. Purpose. Everyone has a purpose in this life. We just need to figure it out with calmness and patience, and also forgiveness. ‎ ‎The story is very, very amazing and interesting. We’ll be reviewing The Nun II; in my previous post, I reviewed the first The Nun movie, and now we’re going to talk about this second installment, which is even more thrilling and spine-chilling than the first. If the first movie made your hair stand on end, brace yourselves, folks—because the sequel has a lot in store. Personally, I consider it one of the best horror movies I’ve ever seen, although the romantic aspect left me feeling a bit underwhelmed.

Let’s get into the review; I hope to convey the full experience, as the story truly left me stunned.

It all begins in 1956 in France, where a priest is murdered and an ancient evil begins to spread. Sister Irene finds herself face-to-face once again with the demonic force of Valak. Directed by Michael Chaves and released in 2023, The Nun II completely surprised me with how it managed to surpass the original film. The cast displays remarkable acting maturity: Taissa Farmiga is flawless as Irene, Jonas Bloquet conveys great vulnerability and tenderness as Maurice ("the Frenchman"), Storm Reid brings a breath of fresh air as Sister Debra, and Bonnie Aarons terrifies us once again with her imposing presence. We also see performances from girls at the boarding school, as well as a young mother and her daughter. From my perspective, the visual and narrative elements are better crafted, offering the viewer a solid and impeccably executed entry in the horror genre. The scenes are hair-raising; I screamed more than once at the unexpected jump scares. It reminded me of those TikTok videos my son shows me, where someone is doing something mundane—like batting a ball—and suddenly it feels like it’s being hurled straight at your face. That is just how direct and impactful the scares feel. I watched it with my children, and they had the same reaction.

As an educator, I found it crucial to highlight and raise awareness about the negative impact of the bullying scenes Sophie and the other girls endure at the boarding school; I could relate to this, having witnessed similar incidents at my own workplace. These are deplorable acts that must be eradicated, and seeing them depicted in the film makes it necessary to discuss and condemn them. On another note, the first film hinted at a certain chemistry between Sister Irene and the Frenchman—something I was excited to see develop in this new installment. However, out of respect for Irene’s vows, the plot introduces a woman and her daughter, hinting at a subtle connection between him and this new family. The horror sequences and the presence of Valak in the form of a nun are, in themselves, the film's best horror moments—possessing an undeniable rawness. If you are a sensitive person, I do not recommend watching this movie, as it contains very intense scenes involving children; I found them difficult to watch—since most of the action takes place at a boarding school—and there were times I had to look away. Nevertheless, the film lived up to the hype, standing out as the best demonic horror movie I have seen to date.

In the end, everything is resolved—perhaps not in the ideal way, but in my view, good must always triumph. The Frenchman manages to save himself from eternal possession by Valak thanks to Irene, who succeeds in exorcising the terrifying demon; in doing so, she returns the favor for the time he saved her in the previous installment. Without a doubt, this is a film well worth watching and admiring.

The movie is written and directed by Christopher Nolan. The movie stands as a landmark in modern science fiction. In this movie, Dominic "Dom" Cobb is a skilled corporate thief who steals corporate secrets through dream-sharing technology. He became an international fugitive due to his illegal expertise and was cut off from his children. He was offered a chance at redemption with one condition: in order to clear his criminal records, Cobb must perform an inception, planting an idea in the subconscious of Robert Fischer, convincing him to dissolve his father's company.

What makes the movie succeed is that it works on two completely different levels simultaneously: a premier action heist expertly performing action sequences full of gunfights, car chases, and mind-bending physics, and it acts as a metaphor for cinema itself, being an allegory for filmmaking. In the movie, Nolan prioritizes physical sets over heavy computer generated imagery.

In terms of pacing, Nolan spent considerable time building the rules of dream-sharing, recruiting the crew, and establishing the heist's stakes, but after all the buildup in the first half, the second half is fast and relentless.

When it comes to character development, it is uneven, probably because the movie prioritizes high-concept heist structure. An example is Dom Cobb, who possesses a complete, tragically compelling arc. His job wasn't just about finishing a job but also confronting his guilt and forgiving himself. Robert Fischer, who transforms from an insecure son seeking approval to a man finding closure, makes the target of the heist feel human.

Their performances; like that of Cobb, who delivered an intense performance balancing professional coldness with desperate emotional trauma, and Mal, terrifying yet heartbreaking, turning a projection of grief into an unpredictable threat are exceptional. The settings for the movie are tactical, using practical, tactile locations to ground fantastic concepts in reality.

However, the movie has both strengths and weaknesses, but overall, I commend the directing work that Nolan put into the movie. Here's where the movie gains strength: Nolan's masterful editing and directing weave four timelines together without losing the viewer's orientation. The music in the movie is central to the film's identity. For those who love movies, when music hits just right, the movie gives a different vibe altogether, and that's certainly true of this film. Finally, the movie has original world-building, unlike certain movies that rely on existing books.

Weaknesses

Certain people may not like the first half of the movie, where there is heavy exposition explaining rules and terminology. Also, in the crew that Cobb formed, we knew nothing about certain individuals outside their job. Aside from this, the movie is worth watching. Viewers may be left questioning the boundary between dream and reality.

Overall I have mixed feelings as some of the episodes especially toward the end of the season were really good and had some interesting and surprising twists. It starts a bit slow and confusing though with all focus on the drugs that makes people forget. There are also a lot of characters and smaller plotlines on which I was not always clear on who was who and what was happening. That happens more often to me with series but eventually it all got cleared out.

Conclusion:I would go as far as to say that Season 3 was my favorite so far and I'm kind of glad that I pulled through the middle of the 1st season and a large part of the 2nd season which at times felt a bit too much as a drama soap. At the same time, it was by no means that this series obsessed me even though I most of the time on Friday just watched the episode in the morning. I'm looking forward to the 4th and the last season which already has a teaser trailer which means that it's already filmed so it should not take crazy long. A soldi 7.6/10 for me and so far the series I enjoyed the most in 2026.

Aquí vamos a conocer a un nuevo peludito que será el nuevo protagonista: se llama Digg. Ahora, ¿se recuerdan del bonito beagle de la primera película? Bueno, aquí ya tiene un nuevo nivel de responsabilidad. Es un perrito que trabaja dentro de la organización y ya tiene un puesto analizando lo que hacen los gatos.

Ahora, el que trabaja en las misiones de campo y tiene mucho que aprender sobre ellas es Digg. Bueno, ahora vamos a conocer un poco más. ¡Vamos a ello!

Digg es el nuevo perrito. Él trabaja ya como un perro policía y ahora está involucrado en otra misión más importante, donde Butch lo ayudará.

Aquí Digg ha tenido dificultades para realizar las misiones, sobre todo porque cree que él solo puede hacerlo todo. También se ha enfrentado a los gatos ninjas, lo que para él ha sido todo un fastidio, además de que muchas veces le da miedo enfrentarlos.

Sobre todo, recordemos la primera película y la guerra entre ellos. Ahora, colaborar será un desafío para ellos, porque nunca en su vida se habían imaginado esta posibilidad. En la película podremos ver esta trama divertida.

Aquí la amenaza es internacional. Hay mucha persecución, tanto de parte de los gatos como de los perros. En lo personal, esta historia me divierte. La vi hace ya un tiempo atrás y ver las ocurrencias de Kitty Galore nunca me hizo imaginar que algún día iba a poder escribir sobre mis películas favoritas. Bueno, aquí en Scrooble esto es posible.

Recordemos que es una película que fue creada por allá del 2000 y, para mí, esta película merece la pena.

Here we are going to meet a new furry friend who will be the new protagonist: his name is Diggs. Now, do you remember the cute beagle from the first movie? Well, here he already has a new level of responsibility. He is a dog who works inside the organization and already has a position analyzing what cats do.

Now, the one working on field missions and having a lot to learn about them is Diggs. Well, now let's get to know a bit more. Let's get into it!

Diggs is the new dog. He is already working as a police dog and is now involved in another more important mission, where Butch will help him.

Here, the dog is very confident and thinks he knows everything, but now he has to learn everything related to the dog organization, especially to cooperate with his other dog friends, because he believes his own abilities are enough to solve problems.

Here the threat will be a feline who knows how dogs and cats work. She is super smart and has more malevolent plans. She is unstoppable. I watched it a while ago and seeing Kitty Galore's antics made me never imagine that one day I would be able to write about my favorite movies. Well, here in Scrooble this is possible.

Today, we're diving into the third episode of SHE, and as you can already tell, each episode has its own title, or let's say subtitle, while also being a continuation of the former. Here in this third episode, the desperation of Siyanbola had grown so much after Tito won the artist of the year award; that award kind of made Tito very much more in the spotlight, and it made Siyanbola bitter

Because of that, she started finding ways and doing things to make sure she was still in good standing with the public, and that made her begin to do charity works all around; she also gifted Bayo a car, which we later found out was a lie and it was just to create content and make the public see her as a generous and kind celebrity.

Because in all honesty, she was losing it; even her staff are now being owed. You won't believe it: the great Siyanbola herself is now owing her staff several months of salaries. And it's not as if she doesn't have the money; of course she does, especially seeing how she spends money on herself but intentionally refuses to pay those who depend on that salary she's owing them.

And because of how bitter she is at the fame and rise of Tito, she made a plan to destroy her; she got someone on the job, and they found a way to spike Tito's drink. Then they took some pictures of her that aren't good for the public to see; those were meant to be released to the public so they could destroy her totally. Well, that was the extent to which Siyanbola went just to destroy Tito; I even thought she would just scare her with it, but then she released it. The pictures went viral and did Tito great harm.

This was the episode that made me kind of develop some hatred for SHE (Siyanbola), even though I understand that she was shit playing the role she's assigned too, and that it is just a movie, even still I can't help but wonder at how far someone can go just so to bring down somebody else. SHE is just too obsessed with being and remaining number one, but come on.... How is that possible? She refused to accept that people come and go, and it cannot always be you forever.

You see that scene where she dashed Bayo a car? I knew it couldn't be real. This is the same Siyanbola that couldn't help him or send him abroad and was just busy using him. She even recorded the whole thing and posted it just so people could see her as a giver, but I knew it was just for content. You're still owing your staff, so how will you even gift someone a car? And there's another of your staff who needs money urgently for her child's treatment; you kept postponing her too. Siyanbola is just too much for a person... She's wicked, desperate, bitter, inhumane, uncaring, selfish, and everything that you can think of.

I forgot to add this: Tito actually released a song, and the song made a lot of waves. That song became the talk of the town; that was what made Siyanbola more bitter and made her cross the line by going to the extent of hiring someone to spike her (Tito's) drink and take pictures of her that they finally posted for the public to see. When Tito saw it, she was heartbroken, and I can't help but feel for her; this is the lady who just won the best musician award.

I love this particular episode so much, but the comedy in it was just too much. The story was good and okay, but the comedy part in it was just too much for me, especially her staff's... something serious is

My biggest problem was that some of the comedy around Etim, Ruka, and some of the staff interrupted the seriousness of the story. The fire-alarm scene near the end, where everyone discovers SHE and someone else in an embarrassing situation, was funny, but it felt somehow in the middle of the story, especially after the serious and dark situation surrounding Tito.

Still, this episode moved the story forward properly. SHE is no longer just jealous; she is actively active in destroying anyone just so to protect her position.
