I just unlocked a memory, it's about an anime that, even though it's not the style and format I like to watch nowadays (since I prefer to watch only movies) it made me very happy when I was a kid and I had just moved to this city, at that time every time I came back from school, after doing my homework I watched Sailor Moon and I loved it 😍.

Acabo desbloquear un recuerdo, se trata de un anime que, a pesar de que no es del estilo y formato queme gusta ver actualmente (ya que prefiero ver solo películas) me hizo muy feliz cuando yo era niña y acababa de mudarme a esta ciudad, en esa época cada vez que yo regresaba del colegio, después de hacer mis tareas veía Sailor Moon y me encantaba 😍

It is about a fourteen year old girl named Serena Tsukino, well, at least that's what she was called here in Latin America, although I understand that in the manga and the original version of the anime she obviously has a Japanese name. She was a normal girl until one time she met in the street a kitten with a band on her forehead, but when she took it off she realized that she had a crescent moon engraved on her forehead. The girl continued her course but when she returned home the kitten was waiting for her with the information that she (Serena) had been chosen as a heroine, a Sailor Scout of the solar system, so she only has to transform herself to fight evil and when she does she realizes she can hear the cries for help of her friend Molly, however she did not know how to fight because she had not been trained for that, however someone called Tuxedo Mask arrives to help her in combat, but on the other hand Serena transformed into Sailor Moon realizes that her cry can stun her enemies, so in this way she fights the battle, plus she can throw her tiara as if it were a projectile. Serena's new mission would be to find a princess and other girls, the other Sailors to help her fight evil.

I know the series, at least the first season, is filled with a lot of filler episodes but I liked it a lot anyway, I remember being scared by the transformation of the villain because she looked like a horrible specter, but obviously I loved the transformations of the other girls. However, now that I rewatched some episodes as an adult I realized that the anime aged terribly badly, not only because of how tremendously cheesy the main character turns out to be, but because despite being made in a contemporary time (unlike Candy) it has many stereotypes like for example that episode where the evil witch made people sleep because she stole their energy, then Serena's father says "I wish it happened to me, so I could rest" and the mother replies "You know you can't do that, you have to work for us" 😄.

Se que la serie, al menos la primera temporada, está llena de muchos capítulos de relleno pero a mí de todos modos me gustaba mucho, recuerdo que me asustaba la transformación de la villana porque parecía un espectro horrible, pero obviamente me encantaba las transformaciones de las otras chicas. Sin embargo, ahora que volví a ver algunos episodios siendo adulta me di cuenta que el anime envejeció terriblemente mal, no solo por lo tremendamente cursi que resulta ser la protagonista, sino porque a pesar de estar hecha en una época contemporánea (a diferencia de Candy) tiene muchos estereotipos como por ejemplo ese episodio donde la malvada bruja hacía dormir a las personas porque les robaba la energía, entonces el padre de Serena dice "Ojalá me sucediera a mi, así podría descansar" y la madre responde "Sabes que no puedes hacer eso, debes trabajar para nosotras" 😄

Even though the episodes had a simple plot and an often repeated structure with a new character at the beginning and a villain who wanted to steal her energy, this worked quite well for the time I watched it, at least it didn't bore me, and for a kid with a fertile imagination like I had, this gave me the perfect base for me to imagine whatever I wanted in my games 😄 haha I certainly played the main Sailor, Serena. Also, in the 90's there was a strong trend of female empowerment through heroines like Xena, the Warrior Princess, Buffy the Vampire Slayer and of course Sailor Moon, this made us girls feel valued, that we could also fight evil and look pretty at the same time.

Even though as I told you, this is not an anime that I would re-watch episode by episode nowadays, since honestly it doesn't generate the same emotion as it did in my childhood, for me it is a nice memory, something that marked a wonderful time, so I treasure it fondly in my heart along with its battle cry "For love and justice!" 😊. Hello Hello internet people, how are you? Today I would like to tell you about a film I just saw, it is one of those that fill your soul and leave a mark in your life, and of course it had to come from the hand of Ghibli Studios, since they are not only experts in animation but also in telling great stories. This time it tells us a real life story of Jirō Horikoshi, a Japanese engineer expert in aeronautics, which since childhood had the vision of being the best pilot, however due to his myopia he could not fly planes but this means that he did not fulfill his dream because he was destined for the big and became a great builder of warplanes, in fact he was responsible for designing the Zero fighter plane that was used during the second world war specifically in Japan's attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941.

Hola Hola gente de internet ¿Cómo están? Hoy me gustaría hablarles de un film que acabo de ver, es de esos que te llenan el alma y dejan una huella en tu vida, y desde luego tenía que venir de la mano de los Estudios Ghibli, ya que no solo son expertos en animación sino también en contar historias grandiosas. En esta ocasión nos cuenta una historia de la vida real Jirō Horikoshi, un ingeniero japonés experto en aeronáutica, el cuál desde niño tuvo la visión de ser el mejor piloto, sin embargo a propósito de su miopía no pudo pilotear aviones pero esto quiere decir que no cumplió su sueño pues estaba destinado para lo grande y se convirtió en un gran constructor de aviones de guerra, de hecho fue el encargado de diseñar el avión de combate Zero que fue usado durante la segunda guerra mundial específicamente en el ataque de Japón a Pearl Harbor el 7 de diciembre de 1941.

What I liked the most is that the movie not only explores Jirō's professional life, but also his personal life, how he fell in love with the girl who later became his wife and how he tried to see her again by going to her house, but when two souls are meant to be together that's how it will be in the end. I liked how he reacted to the environment around him and how he was indeed inspired by nature, it is amazing how through a simple fishbone he was able to design the perfect curvature for the wings of his airplane, he was a born perfectionist but he was also inspired by those simple things .

Lo que más me gustó es que la película no solamente explora la vida profesional de Jirō, sino también su vida personal, como se enamoró de la chica que posteriormente se convirtió en su esposa y como intentaba volver a verla yendo a su casa, pero cuando dos almas están destinadas a estar juntas así será al final de cuentas. Me gustaba como él reaccionaba al entorno que lo rodeaba y como de hecho se inspiraba en la naturaleza, es sorprendente como a través de una simple espina de pescado pudo diseñar la curvatura perfecta para las alas de su avión, era un perfeccionista nato pero también se dejaba inspirar por esas cosas simples.

As for the animation the wind is the protagonist in this film and it is noticeable in every scene, somo moves fluidly and shakes the hair and clothes of the characters and all the light objects like umbrellas and hats, in fact one of the ones I like the most is when Naoko is painting and suddenly a strong wind rips her umbrella that later catches Jiro with great skill. It's amazing to see how detailed that scene is, how the protagonist's hair reacts and how you can tell that the intensity of the wind is increasing, even how you can see it blowing across the lawn, I don't know how to explain it, I love that scene too much. The wind could then be taken as a metaphor for how changeable life itself can be, uncontrollable, sometimes stormy and relentless and at other times pleasant and peaceful.

The landscapes are beautiful and detailed, even the characters, despite keeping the iconic cartoonish touch of the studio, maintain a certain realism that goes along with the story told, maintaining a certain seriousness. I really enjoyed seeing the characters' strokes, extremely fluid, both when Naoko was painting and when Jiro was doing mathematical calculations.

Los paisajes son hermosos y detallistas, incluso los personajes, a pesar de guardar el icónico toque caricaturesco del estudio mantiene cierto realismo que va acorde con la historia contada, mantiene cierta seriedad. Me gustó mucho ver los trazos de los personajes, sumamente fluidos, tanto cuando Naoko pintaba como cuando Jiro estaba haciendo cálculos matemáticos.

I love the teaching that this wonderful work of Ghibli leaves: life can change in an instant, the wind can blow strong and take away what you love, it often happens in wars, but it's about how you recover from what happened, how you face adversity and become stronger. Japan was very backward in aeronautics at that time, but Jiro was able to reverse that situation, and he did it not only with the knowledge acquired at the university, but also with the experience of nature itself and obviously the plight in which the country found itself due to the war and its excesses.

IT STARTED WITH A KISS: THEY KISS AGAIN

This is an adaptation of the original Japanese version of Itazura Na Kiss which aired in 1996. Then, Taiwan also showed off their adaptation and aired in 2005. Does that mean it was 20 years ago? But, these past few days I've been in the mood to watch something sweet so I chose to watch the Taiwanese version again. Actually my previous consideration was to rewatch the Japanese version in 2013, but because the Taiwanese version was more exciting and sweet, I chose to return to this series

Starting from the love of Yuang Xiang Qin (Ariel Lin) who has an IQ of 75 for Jiang Zhi Shu (JOseph Cheng) who has an IQ above 200. With this intelligence gap, Xiang Qin was rejected outright by Zhi Shu. One school found out that a stupid and selfless person like Xiang Qin had expressed his love to the smartest and most accomplished student like Zhi Shu.

However, unfortunately he could not be rejected, Zhi Shu had to accept the bitter reality that someone who he rejected outright had to live under the same roof as his family because of something. From here the excitement of proving Xiang Qin's love for his idol was proven little by little.

CHARACTERISTICS

• Jiang Zhi Shu (Joe Cheng)

Smart, handsome, and a rich kid makes him an arrogant person and tends to have no sympathy or empathy. Until the arrival of Xiang QIn changes him and teaches him something indirectly: how someone loves each other. Zhi Shu, although depicted as a very cold figure, however, it is seen that he will wholeheartedly guard the people he loves. It is proven that episode after episode depicts Zhi Shu's cold nature which slowly fades.

• Yuan Xiang Qin (Ariel Lin)

Depicted as having a posture and behavior like a child, Ariel Lin is sometimes misunderstood unlike other high school teenagers. However, the best thing about Xiang Qin is that he is very diligent in trying for the things he wants such as: winning Zhi Shu's heart, getting a rank of 100 in his school even though it feels very impossible, and his very cheerful nature makes Xiang QIn so easy to love. Xiang Qin is also depicted as a figure who does not give up easily, especially when it is about love. He tends to want to win Zhi Shu's heart even though it is tiring.

SUMMARY

Family, friendship, romance, and about achieving dreams that are wrapped in a lot of funny comedy elements make It Start With A Kiss indeed worthy of being loved. Like me who has failed to move on for 20 years with this series. Hu hu. What I like about this adaptation version is, the acting of the players is very, very extraordinary and there are so many im,prove scenes that make the results very natural.

If you are also missing old-school movies, please watch it as a form of you holding yourself to appreciate yourself in rest mode. For this, it's still 10/10. I will give all adaptations of Itazura NA Kiss a score of 100 because I am very happy that there are funny works like this in my life. Thank you filmmakers, and other artists. No saben lo mucho que estoy disfrutando de esto, quizá no se hayan dado cuenta aun, la razón por la que traigo peliculas "Oldies" es porque en muchos casos cuando las pasaban por televisión, los comerciales terminaban matando el encanto o simplemente les cortaban grandes trozos de la película haciendo que perdiera mucho el sentido y en el peor de los casos: Incomprensible.

Es gracias a Amazon Prime que he podido revivir esos momentos de película, viajar al pasado y ver con detalle cada escena, descubrir escenas que nunca vi aun cuando pude haber visto la película muchas veces.

Amo a Jodie Foster y creo que hay un sentimiento común hacia ella de parte de todos sus fans desde la película "El silencio de los inocentes" Sin embargo, aunque fue muy aclamada y pudo ganar tantos premios mi película favorita de ella es esta: "Contacto" y llevaba muchos meses buscándola solo que no recordaba el nombre, no fue sino cuando @cayitus63 me dejó un estupendo comentario en mi review anterior. En cuanto la encontré la guardé para verla hoy en "domingos de película". Gracias @cayitus63.

You don't know how much I'm enjoying this, maybe you haven't noticed yet, the reason why I bring "Oldies" movies is because in many cases when they were shown on TV, the commercials ended up killing the charm or simply cut big chunks of the movie making it lose a lot of sense and in the worst cases: Incomprehensible. It is thanks to Amazon Prime that I have been able to relive those movie moments, travel back in time and watch every scene in detail, discover scenes I never saw even though I may have watched the movie many times. I love Jodie Foster and I think there is a common feeling towards her from all her fans since the movie "The Silence of the Innocents" However, even though it was highly acclaimed and could win so many awards my favorite movie of hers is this one: "Contact" and I had been looking for it for many months I just couldn't remember the name, it wasn't until @cayitus63 left me a great comment in my previous review. 1997 fue un año muy rudo para mí, enfrentar la enfermedad de mi padre, en esta película Eleanor o más adelante la doctora Eleanor interpretada por (Jodie Foster) a los 9 años le tocó enfrentar la pérdida de su padre, su madre también falleció cuando a penas la trajo al mundo, esto hizo que tanto el padre de Eleanor (Ted) y ella hicieran una relación muy especial donde compartían un hobby en común por la astronomía, viendo a detalle, no hay indicios en la película que mencione a Ted como un astrónomo retirado, pero ambos compartían estos gustos por el estudio de las estrellas, ella a muy temprana edad, cuando su padre muere Eleanor desarrolló una fijación más grande por estudiar los fenómenos extraterrestres, buscando vida en otros planetas, en otras galaxias, y aun cuando todos les decían que se rindiera ella no dejó de creer en su idea, su proyecto a lo que le dedicó su vida de una manera obsesiva a la que luego de ver la película entenderás por qué-

Y es lo mágico de esto, que al no encontrar una razón humana comprensible, refutable a nivel científico, inexplicable por decirlo así entonces ocurre lo que creemos con religión, realmente hay un Dios. No es que la película aborde el tema religioso, mas bien es muy sutil, no es que pretenda hacernos cambiar de opinión, es simplemente tener conciencia de que hay algo superior más allá.

Eleanor entregó su vida a su trabajo, pasó por muchos rechazos, muchas pruebas, muchos tropiezos, estuvo tan obsesionada en su tarea de "escuchar el espacio" que ni se preocupó por encontrar el amor o buscarlo en una pareja y aqui viene lo bueno que ya saben que siempre tomo algo grandioso para analizar nuestra realidad, mejorarla, sanar y evolucionar.

Y después de dedicarle su vida a un proyecto, cuando al fin logran el financiamiento de una maquina, que no es lo que conocemos como un cohete, es algo más avanzando incluso para la época, la idea que nos ponen en la película de viajar años luz, viajar a otras galaxias a través de un potente campo magnético, en el proyecto solo podía ir un astrónomo, debió ir ella, pero fue rechazada, ese proyecto fracasó sin embargo hubo otra posibilidad de forma más "anónima" y ella pudo hacer su "viaje" aun cuando fue catalogado como un fracaso para la ciencia, lo que vio Eleanor no pudo explicarlo con ciencia y allí vemos cómo la religión pudo dar las respuestas. Eleanor no solo encontró las respuestas que buscaba sino que se encontró a sí misma y lo que más amaba.

¿Qué pude aprender?

A veces nos obsesionamos con algo y dedicamos toda nuestra vida por ese sueño, justo cuando estamos por alcanzarlo nos cansamos, perdemos la fe y de pronto llega a nosotros, porque aquello que estamos manifestando y trabajando, sucederá inevitablemente ya que hemos trabajado por años en la poderosa ley de atracción.

El amor no se busca: llega a nosotros casi que por ley universal.

Todo lo que queremos lo podemos lograr si somos constantes.

No estamos solos.

El hombre es un maravilloso ser capaz de crear cosas grandiosas en la búsqueda de sí mismo y las respuestas de ¿Qué hay más allá de este cielo?

Todo lo que nos sucede en la vida nos somete a prueba, nos enseña de lo que estamos hechos.

Tener éxito en algo y no poder compartir esa felicidad con otros puede ser frustrante y hasta "patético".

Amo esta película por muchas cosas, la actuación de Jodie Foster en ella es sublime, es otro nivel, es muy profesional y perfecta, la escenografía esta muy bien ambientada y digo hasta cuidada, demasiado avanzada para la época con los efectos especiales. El guión es estupendo y con los actores que la acompañan sencillamente "la perfección"

Pero hay una cosa que siempre me generó la interrogante y si alguien puede responderme me indica porque es lo único extraño en la película porque no me quedó claro es: ¿WTF con el astrónomo ciego?

¡Jajaja! Por favor véanla si no la han visto y si ya la vieron pues vuelvan a verla.

Everything we want we can achieve if we are constant.
We are not alone.
Man is a wonderful being capable of creating great things in the search for himself and the answers to What is beyond this sky?
Everything that happens to us in life tests us, teaches us what we are made of.
Being successful at something and not being able to share that happiness with others can be frustrating and even "pathetic".
I love this movie for many things, Jodie Foster's performance in it is sublime, it is another level, it is very professional and perfect, the scenery is very well set and I say even taken care of, too advanced for the time with the special effects. The script is great and with the actors that accompany it simply "perfection".
But there is one thing that always generated me the question and if someone can answer me tell me why it is the only strange thing in the film because it was not clear to me is: WTF with the blind astronomer?
Hahaha! Please watch it if you haven't seen it and if you have already seen it then watch it again.

Story Summary Summer Wars is an anime movie that looks great plus mixes real family issues with virtual fighting. The narrative revolves around Kenji Koiso, a shy brilliant high school student, as he shows a knack for math and programming. Kenji is invited in summer by Natsuki Shinohara, his crush, to her great-grandmother’s 90th countryside birthday celebration. What starts as a casual trip does not stay that way for very long. The fate of the digital world and the real world becomes a battle.

Kenji is inadvertently ensnared when OZ suffers a cyber attack within its enormous virtual world connected to global infrastructure. Love Machine, being a rogue AI, starts to hack systems. Its hacking causes real-world chaos that ranges all the way from traffic disasters up to emergency services shutting down. To stop the AI also restore balance before it’s too late, Kenji must come together alongside Natsuki’s family, especially Kazuma.

In that the family unites so as to confront this crisis, Summer Wars beautifully explores just how generational bonds unite, just how teamwork happens, and the way over-reliance on digital technology endangers. The contrast of the high-stakes virtual conflict and the quiet countryside setting are things that add emotional depth and visual appeal.

My Review At the same time, another perspective of concern is that we want people to know more about us than we said we would, so the tendency is towards being more liberal than we can be.

Summer Wars is a potent combination of action, emotion, and comments of the digital age. What impressed me the most is that it turns a high-stakes cyber conflict into an intensely human drama with a touch of affection and oneness of the Shinohara family. The animated world of OZ is shockingly animated and colorful, vibrant, and fit into fields whereas the real world scenes are sober and emotionally touching.

Kenji is a pleasing protagonist, and it is pleasant to observe how he develops from a shy student to a hero in the most unlikely circumstances. The relationships of the family are particularly touching; the way the traditional order and the realities of the contemporary life come into conflict and into unison.

Director Mamoru Hosoda is a great balancer between the sci-fi and slice-of-life and the outcome of it is really thrilling and touching. It is not only a movie about technology run amuck, it is a movie about connection, courage, and power in unity. I strongly recommend to all the fans of the intelligent, emotional anime with visual style. That's it for today.
