Five Nights at Freddy's is a film focused on the genre of Horror Entertainment which I give 7.5 out of 10 because I saw it as part of that general audience that knows nothing of the video game on which this film is based so I was pleasantly surprised in everything you want to offer the story, that is a great added value to the narrative because if I managed to impact me in many aspects both in the striking that are the dolls as in the story that wants to tell us that covers many aspects of the genre.
I loved the movie that in fact I am interested in playing the game to see how similar everything is and those creative liberties that may have been taken for the film, I was like a child watching from start to finish everything in fear, suspense and fun offered by the film, in fact there comes a point that I think it wants to cover too much and perhaps there it loses some coherence but I'm left with the Turbidly Fantastic that offers this story.
Five Nights at Freddy's es un film enfocado en el genero de Terror Entretenido al cual le doy 7.5 chiquitos de 10 porque la vi como parte de esa audiencia general que no conoce nada del video juego en el cual esta basado este film entonces me sorprendió gratamente en todo lo que quiere ofrecer la historia, eso es un gran valor añadido para la narrativa porque si me logro impactar en muchos aspectos tanto en lo llamativo que son los muñecos como en la historia que nos quiere contar que abarca muchos aspectos del genero.
Me encanto la película que de hecho estoy interesado en jugar el juego para poder ver que tan similar es todo y esas libertades creativas que se pueden haber tomado para el film, estuve como un niño viendo de principio a fin todo lo que en miedo, suspenso y diversión ofrece la película, de hecho llega un punto que pienso quiere abarcar demasiado y tal vez allí pierde cierta coherencia pero me quedo con lo Turbiamente Fantástico que ofrece esta historia.
In the Teaser you can see the most striking and core of the story, I recommend this specific Teaser because the Trailer of this film sincerely tell too much and the synopsis in reviews I consider that basically autopoilean the things that really in the story should surprise.
As an Entertaining Horror film the charm is not in the deaths but in the varied plot twists that the film offers, that was the most fun for me that I am part of the general audience that does not know the game, therefore I think that audience is the one who will enjoy the story the most for the varied moments of impact that it presents.
As mentioned before, the Trailers and Synopsis of reviews can tell more, that would be for the fans of the games who know this story and just want to enjoy the adaptation, in that aspect my best recommendation is to give the film a chance, in my case I liked it a lot especially because I appreciated the animatronic concepts and I am happy with all the positive things that this story has to offer.
En el Teaser pueden ver lo mas llamativo y núcleo de la historia, recomiendo este Teaser en específico porque los Trailer de este film sinceramente cuentan demasiado y las sinopsis en reseñas considero que básicamente autospoilean las cosas que de verdad en la historia deben sorprender.
Como film de Terror Entretenido el encanto no esta en las muertes si no en los variados plot twist que ofrece la película, eso fue lo mas divertido para mi que soy parte de la audiencia general que no conoce el juego, por tanto pienso que a esa audiencia es quien mas disfrutara de la historia por los variados momentos de impacto que presenta.
Como menciones anteriormente, los Trailers y Sinopsis de reseñas pueden contar de mas, ya eso sería para los fans de los juegos que se conocen esta historia y solo quieren disfrutar de la adaptación, en ese aspecto mi mejor recomendación es darle una oportunidad al film, en mi caso agrado mucho sobre todo porque valoró los conceptos animatrónicos y me quedo felizmente con todo lo positivo que ofrece esta historia.
- Critical Details in Human Interactions
I think that the film may lack impact is in the feelings that the protagonists want to convey, I consider the casting is fine, it does not fail that, what can be shocking is the way to tell the personal conflicts especially the protagonist.
Josh Hutcherson plays Mike who surprised me is the actor who appears in The Hunger Games, the good Peta haha, there his drama seems forced and in this film as well haha but I have no problem with it, I still defend that it is a good casting only that he has to make more effort in the feelings to convey as a father out of work in this story and with a girl to keep but of course this is achieved if the writing of the film helps him.
Elizabeth Lail as Vanessa is the one I liked the most in the story, she reminded me a lot of Cybil in that Silent Hill game, it is a personal perception but she reminded me a lot of that character for being a cop and in her good feelings then of course she generated me a lot of sympathy from the first minute with that way she cares about Mike's daughter who has a family drama with the aunt where is what I commented the film fails to convey the feelings of that family drama.
It is up to you to evaluate this aspect of family conflict because you may like it and that is why I recommend you to watch the film happily with good eyes because fortunately this that I slightly criticize is tertiary in the story where the positive aspects shine and that I am just going to comment below.

Pienso que el film donde puede carecer de impacto es en los sentimientos que quieren transmitir los protagonistas, considero el casting esta bien, no falla eso, lo que puede ser estrepitoso es el modo de contar los conflictos personales sobre todo del protagonista.
Josh Hutcherson interpreta a Mike que destaco me sorprendió es el actor que sale en Los Juegos del Hambre, el buen Peta jaja, allá su drama me parece forzado y en este film pues también jaja pero no tengo problema con el, sigo defiendo que es un buen casting solo que tiene que esforzarse mas en los sentimientos que debe transmitir como padre sin trabajo en esta historia y con una niña que mantener pero claro esto se logra si la escritura del film le ayuda.
Elizabeth Lail como Vanessa es la que mas me agrado de la historia, me recordó mucho a Cybil en aquel juego de Silent Hill, es una percepción personal pero me recordó mucho a ese personaje por ser policía y en sus buenos sentimientos entonces claro ella me genero mucha simpatía desde el primer minuto con esa manera en que se preocupa por la hija de Mike la cual tiene un drama familiar con la tía donde es lo que comento el film falla en transmitir los sentimientos de ese drama familiar.
Queda en ti evaluar este aspecto de conflicto familiar porque puede que a ti si te agrade y por eso te recomiendo ver la película felizmente con buenos ojos porque afortunadamente esto que ligeramente critico es terciario en la historia donde brillan los aspectos positivos y que justo voy a comentar a continuación.
- The Animatronics, The Suspense and The Soundtrack are the best of the film
Happy as a little boy in the house I was with the Dance of these dolls which combines two things that are extremely positive of the film, as I did not know the game and did not read the synopsis of the reviews that I saw that spoiled too much, the terrifying conflict of these dolls got me totally, after watching the film I was with a happy expression of WoW!!!.
The practical effects to represent the dolls that sincerely are the real protagonists and for whom I saw this story thanks to the peculiar, murky and funny designs that have totally pay the entrance, in my case I value this element that can not go unnoticed.
The above is accompanied with good suspense, in fact I think there were more deaths, this has the potential for carnage but I guess the story is contained so that the film can cover more audience, in the end I see it well because with what I saw I was satisfied.
And I'm left dancing along with these horror dolls and their famous song because the film has a good soundtrack and as you saw in the teaser and trailers, they have a catchy song that stuck in my mind haha, in fact as I write this review I'm listening to it. A film that complies with being a Horror and being entertaining, fun, even kids can see it haha or at least when I was a kid I would love to be taken to the movies to see Five Nights at Freddys.
- Los Animatrónicos, El Suspenso y La Banda Sonora lo mejor del Film
Feliz como un pequeño de la casa quede con el Baile de estos muñecos el cual combina dos cosas que son en extremo positivas de la película, como no conocía el juego y no leí las sinopsis de las reseñas que veía ya que spoileaban demasíado, el conflicto terrorífico de estos muñecos me llego totalmente, después de ver el film quede con una feliz expresión de WoW!!.
Los Efectos prácticos para representar a los muñecos que sinceramente son los verdaderos protagonistas y por quienes vi esta historia gracias a los diseños peculiares, turbios y graciosos que tienen pagan totalmente la entrada, en mi caso valoro mucho este elemento que no puede pasar desapercibido.
Lo anterior se acompaña con buen suspenso, es mas de hecho pienso que faltaron mas muertes, esto tiene el potencial de carnicería pero supongo la historia se contiene para que el film pueda cubrir mas audiencia, a la final lo veo bien porque con lo que vi quedo satisfecho.
Y quedo bailando junto a estos muñecos del terror y su famosa canción porque la película tiene una buena banda sonora y así como vieron en el teaser y trailers, tienen una canción pegajosa que se aderio a mi mente jaja, de hecho mientras escribo la reseña estoy escuchándola. Un film que cumple con ser de Terror y ser entretenido, divertido, la pueden ver hasta niños jaja o al menos yo de niño me fuese encantado que me llevaran al cine a ver Five Nights at Freddys.

Basado en la saga de videojuegos del mismo nombre, llega esta adaptación cinematográfica de estos animatronics icónicos y espeluznantes que solo con verlos, ya sabemos de que estamos hablando.
Antes de comenzar quiero aclarar que no jugué ningún juego (No me gustan los video juegos) y solo me enfocaré en la película estrenada el pasado año pero que recién pude ver así que prepárate para conocer un poco la historia de estos termineitor con forma de peluchitos.

Before I begin, I want to clarify that I didn't play any games (I don't like video games) and I will only focus on the movie released last year but that I recently watched so get ready to learn a little about the story of these fluffy terminator-like creatures.

Bueno, a pesar de no haber jugado nunca este juego, vaya que si conocía a estos robots del inframundo ja,ja,ja ya que son muy famosos y salen en muchos videos e historias de la red.
Debo decir que el diseño de los animatronics esta bien pero en esta parte, me voy por el diseño del juego que es la única comparación que hare ya que me parece mas grotescos y espeluznantes. En la película, son aterradores pero se ven mas tiernitos. No se como explicarlo pero a simple vista, parecen peluches adorables ja,ja,ja aunque están lejos de ser eso.
Well, despite never having played this game, I certainly knew about these underworld robots haha, as they are very famous and appear in many videos and stories online.
I must say that the design of the animatronics is good, but in this aspect, I prefer the game design, which is the only comparison I will make since it seems more grotesque and eerie to me. In the movie, they are terrifying but they look more cute. I don't know how to explain it but at first glance, they seem like adorable stuffed animals haha, although they are far from that.

En cuanto a la trama, deja bastante que desear. Es entretenida pero repetitiva, no lleva a ningún lado y ninguna escena termina de cerrar. No se bien que quisieron hacer sinceramente. En un momento daba miedo, en otro risa y en otro no sabia que sentir ja,ja,ja.
Pienso que tenia todo para explotar (Una puesta en escena espectacular y efectos muy buenos) pero no lo logró por estas inconsistencias de guión y dirección. Para los fans de juego, no le llego ni a los talones y yo sin jugarlo, puedo decir lo mismo ¡Ojo! Es mi opinión y a ti te puede gustar porque de que es entretenida , lo es pero de terror, lo dudo ya que cae en sustos muy básicos y es muy lineal.
Regarding the plot, it leaves much to be desired. It is entertaining but repetitive, it doesn't lead anywhere and no scene really comes to a close. I'm not sure what they were trying to do honestly. At one point it was scary, at another funny, and at another I didn't know what to feel haha.
I think it had everything to explode (spectacular staging and very good effects) but it didn't achieve it due to these script and direction inconsistencies. For game fans, it doesn't even come close and I haven't played it, I can say the same. Watch out! It's my opinion and you might like it because it is entertaining, but as a horror, I doubt it since it falls into very basic scares and is very linear.

Bueno que decirles, una película que raya lo absurdo pero que sirve para pasar el rato y reírse del villano final y sus sirvientes que poco miedo dan. Quiere llegar a ser turbia pero muere en lo antes mencionado. Un film no apto para los verdaderos fans del video juego aunque claro, como dije, te puede gustar o no eso va en el gusto de cada quien. Yo disfruté las escenas gore de estos simpáticos personajes pero mas que eso y algún que otro susto errático , no esperes pero se comprende ya que Emma Tammi tiene poca experiencia como directora y productora. Debió ser pesado tener que dirigir un proyecto con una de las sagas mas entrañables de los video juegos y millones de fans en el mundo.
Le doy un 5/10 solo porque los animatronics y los escenarios están espectaculares ¡Saludos!
Well what to tell you, a movie that borders on the absurd but serves to pass the time and laugh at the final villain and his henchmen who give very little fear. It wants to be dark but it dies in the aforementioned. A film not suitable for true fans of the video game although of course, as I said, you may like it or not, that depends on each person's taste. I enjoyed the gory scenes of these friendly characters but besides that and some other erratic scares, don't expect much but it's understandable since Emma Tammi has little experience as a director and producer. It must have been challenging to have to direct a project with one of the most beloved video game franchises and millions of fans worldwide.
I give it a 5/10 just because the animatronics and sets are spectacular. Greetings!

Five bad nights or Five Nights at Freddy..
Approaching this movie, I had not played any part of the games. I saw what the gameplay was about, but I was never convinced that this type of game would bring any excitement. The world of children's games is doing well every five minutes some terrible game comes out that is aimed at "adults," but with all the backstory for children.
FNAF, which even just got a movie, broke into this trend perfectly, and I will focus on it.
1.
The beginning of the film is what, unfortunately, the movie Slender Man could never be: interesting.The main character raises his sister and loses his only job due to his rather aggressive behavior.
Looking for a job, he gets an assignment where he would be a security guard in a closed restaurant.
Ordinary work only watching that no one takes anything out.
The hero, after a little consideration, agrees to the offer and so begins his night at the restaurant where the main attraction is mechanical animatronics.
He leaves his sister to a friend, and begins to explore the area himself. For 5 consecutive nights the hero will have a range of different emotions from laughter to horror.
Each successive night will be unusual in its own way and will give the hero more and more to think about whether he really wants to work there.

The hero also had a brother who was kidnapped when he was youngIn order to find the perpetrator, our main character creates a conscious dream using various stimuli to appear at the place where his brother disappeared. And here I have to admit that the dream moments are generally very interestingly realized, the protagonist mixes reality with delusions and searches hard for a clue that could lead him to find the kidnapper and his brother. As I mentioned before, the beginning works better than the movie Slender Man because of these moments of dreaming, where the viewer theoretically realizes that it's just a dream, and yet every time something changes in it (I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out to be an unused design for Slender Man). The animatronics themselves are very nicely done, you can see that it's a better CGI and they don't sting your eyes. The plot takes place on two tracks, the first is the main character who wants to find his brother at all costs. The second track is an animatronics track that tells a scary story.
While the beginning still reasonably holds, later on it becomes complete chaos from minute to minute.
Things happen just for the sake of it because they are supposed to happen without much sense. The plot holes are so big that the Swiss are lacking for cheese.
The middle part, unfortunately, comes off worst. Thieves who break into restaurants are comically killed by robots.
The characters do things that are idiotic like the sister's game with murderous robots ( yes there is a scene when they build a Fort out of chairs and everyone rejoices) the infantilism is so strong that it's hard to watch, even though the film is from 16 years old we don't even feel it for half a minute.
The whole thing is firmly aimed at children under 10. The finale is a mega-stretch though one could say somehow satisfying since the hero finds the kidnapper( What a twist it is related to the restaurant), the animatronics help everyone is happy and even the hero falls in love with a lady policeman. Well, just the lady police officer. For 80% of the film I thought that the lady was a figment of the noisy hero's imagination, because she always appeared perfectly at the moment when the hero wanted to do something( you can say that she was either following him, or she was sleeping in the car and came out just as he was pulling up to the restaurant). The policewoman also reminded me of the policewoman from Silent Hill where she is the first to greet the protagonist and describes to him where he ended up and helps him a bit. In general, I find it hard to recommend this film because such a conglomeration of different themes heavily gentrified, where flashes of better ideas after a while are massacred by the stupidest scenes with robots 4/10 it can be watched, although not as a horror film, absurd as an adventure film with elements of comedy.
Pięć kiepskich nocy czyli Five Nights at Freddy. Podchodząc do tego filmu nie grałem w żadna cześć gier. Widziałem na czym polegała rozgrywka, ale nigdy nie byłem przekonany by tego typu gra przyniosła jakieś emocje. Świat gier dla dzieci ma się dobrze co piec minut wychodzi jakaś straszna gra kierowana do „dorosłego”, ale z całym zapleczem dla dzieci. W ten trend wbił się idealnie FNAF, który dostał nawet właśnie film i na nim się skupie.
1. Początek filmu jest tym czym niestety nigdy nie mógł być filmowy Slender Man czyli interesujący. Główny bohater wychowuje siostrę i traci jedyna prace przez swoje dość agresywne zachowanie. Szukając pracy otrzyma zlecenie gdzie miałby być w zamkniętej restauracji ochroniarzem. Praca zwyczajna tylko pilnowanie by nikt nic nie wyniósł. Bohater po małym namyśle godzi się na ofertę i tak zaczyna się jego noc w restauracji gdzie główna atrakcja są mechaniczne animatroniki. Siostrę zostawia koleżance, a sam zaczyna badać teren. Przez 5 kolejnych nocy bohater będzie miał wachlarz różnych emocji od śmiechu po grozę. Każda kolejna noc będzie na swój sposób niezwykła i da bohaterowi coraz więcej do myślenia czy napewno chce tam pracować.

Bohater miał tez brata który został porwany jak był mały. By odnaleźć sprawcę nasz główny bohater tworzy świadomy sen za pomocą różnych bodźców by pojawić się w miejscu gdzie jego brat zaginął. I tutaj muszę przyznać, ze ogólnie momenty snu są bardzo ciekawie zrealizowane, bohater miesza rzeczywistość z urojeniami i usilnie szuka wskazówki, która mogła by go doprowadzić do odnalezienia porywacza i brata. Jak wcześniej wspomniałem początek wypada lepiej niż filmowy Slender Man właśnie przez te momenty snu, gdzie teoretycznie widz zdaje sobie sprawę, ze to tylko sen, a jednak za każdym razem coś się w nim zmienia ( nie zdziwię się jeśli okaże się ze to był jakiś nie wykorzystany projekt na Slender Mana) Same animatroniki są bardzo fajnie wykonane, widać, ze to lepsze cgi i nie kłują one w oczy. Fabuła toczy się na dwóch polach pierwsze to główny bohater który chce odnaleźć za wszelka cenę swojego brata. Drugi tor to animatroniki, które urywają straszna historie.

O ile początek jeszcze w miarę sensownie trzyma się, tak później z minuty na minuty robi się kompletny chaos. Rzeczy dzieją się tylko dla tego bo maja się dziać bez większego sensu. Dziury fabularne są tak duże, ze w Szwajcarii brakuje do sera.Środkowa cześć niestety wypada najgorzej. Złodzieje którzy się włamują do restauracji zostają w komiczny sposób zabici przez roboty.
Bohaterowie robią rzeczy, które są idiotyczne jak zabawa siostry z morderczymi robotami ( tak jest taka scena kiedy budują Fort z krzeseł i wszyscy się cieszą) infantylność tak mocno daje o sobie znać, ze ciężko się oglądało, mimo ze film jest od 16 lat nawet przez pół minuty nie odczujemy tego. Całość jest mocno skierowana do dzieci do lat 10. Finał jest mega naciągnięty choć można rzec w jakiś sposób satysfakcjonujący od bohater odnajduje porywacza( What a twist jest on powiązany z restauracja), animatroniki pomagają wszyscy są szczęśliwi i nawet bohater zakochuje się w pani policjant. No właśnie pani policjant. Przez 80 % filmu myślałem, ze owa pani jest wytworem wyobraźni głośnego bohatera bo zawsze pojawiają się idealnie w momencie kiedy bohater chciał coś zrobić( można rzec, ze albo go śledziła, albo spała w aucie i wychodziła akurat jak on podjeżdżał pod restauracje). Pani policjant skojarzyła mi się tez z policjantka z Silent Hill gdzie jako pierwsza wita bohatera i opisuje mu miejsce gdzie trafił i trochę mu pomaga. Ogólnie ciężko mi polecic ten film bo taki zlepek różnych motywów mocno ugrzecznionych, gdzie przebłyski lepszych pomysłów po chwili są masakrowanie najgłupszymi scenami z robotami 4/10 da się to obejrzeć, choć nie jako horror, absurdzie jako film przygodowy z elementami komedii.

Hola mis queridos lectores de Hive y amantes del mundo cinematográfico ❤️ me alegra compartirles una nueva película en el género de terror que muchos de los amantes de este título pero en su versión de videojuego han estado esperando, me refiero a FIVE NIGHTS AT FREDDY'S, estrenado el año pasado en dónde se puede disfrutar en la sala de tu cine favorito más cercano.
La verdad es que ya había escuchado rumores sobre una posible adaptación del juego a un film, con las actuaciones protagónicas de Josh Hutcherson, quiénes lo hemos conocido por su papel en los juegos del hambre, entre otros, en una historia que nos adentra al misterioso y oscuro mundo de los animatrónicos en un lugar remoto que no es para nada lo que aparenta.
Otro título interesante muy parecido a la historia de Freddy es Willy´s Wonderland, bajo el protagónico de Nicolas Cage en dónde tendrá el papel de luchar contra estas criaturas poseídas en un lugar que a simple vista parece inofensivo pero en el fondo tiene muchos secretos, incluso por parte de las autoridades que allí residen.
Para no hacerles mucho spoiler para aquellos que aún no la han visto, la historia nos cuenta la vida de un chico llamado Mike (Josh Hutcherson), quien parece ser que no ha tenido una vida llena de alegría y felicidad ya que de pequeño sufrió una gran tragedia por la desaparición de su hermano causándole traumas como el insomnio. Años más tarde al encontrarse solo al cuidado de su pequeña hermana, Mike debe trabajar duro para mantenerse a él y a ella, aunque uno de sus familiares se las quiera quitar. Debido a sus problemas con el sueño y un altercado en su antiguo trabajo, se quedó sin empleo, lo que más tarde lo lleva a trabajar en contra de su voluntad en la pizzería de Freddy como vigilante nocturno. La tarea parecía fácil, solo limpiar, mantener ordenado el lugar y cuidar que nadie entre a robar, ni los animatrónicos ni los demás aparatos que allí se encuentran, viejos y sucios, pero en buen estado.
Obviamente con forme pasan los días las cosas se complican para Mike, ya que ese lugar jugará con su débil mente haciéndolo revivír su doloroso pasado, una pesadilla que lo consume poco a poco. Ya más adelante se verá como éste lo resuelve y logra acabar con esa entidad o lo que sea que allí vive y controla a esos animatrónicos.
Mi puntuación para esta película sería un 7 de 10 porque me pareció bastante entretenida con una historia interesante y el hecho de que además el creador de esta franquicia de FIVE NIGHTS AT FREDDY'S, Scott Cawthon, estuviera bajo la dirección de este film también le dió un buen toque. Aquí les comparto el tráiler para que la disfruten y se animen a verla si es que aún no lo han hecho.. y ya luego me cuentan que tal les pareció 😸.

Hello my dear readers of Hive and lovers of the cinematic world ❤️ I am happy to share with you a new movie in the horror genre that many of the lovers of this title but in its video game version have been waiting for, I am referring to FIVE NIGHTS AT FREDDY'S, released last year where you can enjoy it in the theater of your nearest favorite movie theater.
The truth is that I had already heard rumors about a possible adaptation of the game into a film, starring Josh Hutcherson, who we have known for his role in The Hunger Games, among others, in a story that takes us into the mysterious and dark world of animatronics in a remote place that is not at all what it seems.
Another interesting title very similar to Freddy's story is Willy's Wonderland, starring Nicolas Cage, in which he will have the role of fighting against these possessed creatures in a place that at first glance seems harmless but deep down has many secrets, even on the part of the authorities that reside there.
As a spoiler for those who have not yet seen it, the story tells the life of a boy named Mike (Josh Hutcherson), who seems not to have had a life full of joy and happiness because as a child he suffered a great tragedy due to the disappearance of his brother causing him traumas such as insomnia. Years later, finding himself alone to take care of his little sister, Mike must work hard to support himself and her, even though one of his relatives wants to take them away from him. Due to his problems with sleep and an altercation at his old job, he was left unemployed, which later leads him to work against his will at Freddy's Pizzeria as a night watchman. The task seemed easy, just clean, keep the place tidy and take care that no one enters to steal, neither the animatronics nor the other devices that are there, old and dirty, but in good condition.
Obviously, as the days go by, things get more complicated for Mike, since the place will play with his weak mind, making him relive his painful past, a nightmare that consumes him little by little. Later on, we will see how he solves it and manages to put an end to that entity or whatever it is that lives there and controls those animatronics.
My score for this movie would be a 7 out of 10 because I found it quite entertaining with an interesting story and the fact that the creator of this FIVE NIGHTS AT FREDDY'S franchise, Scott Cawthon, was under the direction of this film also gave it a good touch. I am a big fan of the horror genre in a general sense and am always on the lookout for something unusual. Since I am a child of the 80's and have been to a pizza parlor called Showbiz Pizza that had animatronic robots just like the ones that are featured in this movie, it looked like it had potential to be something interesting. Unfortunately that simply isn't the case and the overall story that they get into end up being kind of dumb and the jump scares just aren't enough to do it for me.
I suppose the idea of being stalked and killed by possessed animatronic robots that look cute can be scary but this is really the only thing that the film has going for it and it gets overused pretty quickly and stops being scary and you really just start to have a feeling of "get on with it already" after about 40 minutes.
The pacing of the film is something that had me and a lot of other regular and professional critics upset about this movie. The animatronic robots are obviously the feature of the film, but they need a reason to have them come to life and kill people and unfortunately, the reason is just kind of dumb as well as awfully convenient that this particular person (Mike) just happens to take a job as the night watchman at this particular run-down restaurant that conveniently still has most of the electronics intact despite being closed for years.
There's only so much that can be done with robot teddy bears stalking and killing people in a tiny pizza parlor and this just stops being interesting very quickly. I think it could have been made a bit better with more gore, but for some reason they wanted to make this a PG-13 film presumably to attract a younger audience to the cinemas.
The movie is pretty terrible in my mind but you can't argue with the marketing tactics. On a budget of merely $20 million they made over $200 million globally up to this point so I would imagine that Universal Pictures is perfectly ok with the almost entirely negative reception that it has received.
Should I watch it?
Not only do I think you shouldn't watch it, I'd be surprised if you can actually make it all the way through it because it is just so damned boring. If you were a fan of the video games, which I never played, perhaps it would serve as some sort of fan service but even in that situation I doubt it. It's been a while since I have been this bored by a film and therefore think it should be avoided. Watch basically anything else.

Five Nights at Freddy's was one of the best horror games that I managed to play since I was very young, I managed to enjoy good times. I played it after a while and many people talk about that game, the characters and that unique touch it had and although I knew very little of the dynamics, I ventured, where I managed to get hooked and get very good scares at the time that these characters of terror came out and the fun was to watch cameras.
After several games and long hours of playing, the fun increased more and more as I could spend the night, I managed to grab the thread and be attentive to every movement of the game and thus give excitement and a good adventure. Over time they managed to bring out several versions of the game and several characters, however, the theme of terror and the various locations was the same, until a time came where I left it and I would like to reactivate me again in the game and spend moments of fear and fun, since it will not go out of fashion by the way they managed to recreate all that video game.
Five Nights at Freddy's fue uno de los mejores juegos de terror que logre jugar desde muy pequeño, logre disfrutar de buenos momentos. Lo jugué luego de un tiempo que salió y muchos hablan de ese jugo, los personajes y ese toque único que tenía y aunque conocía de muy poco de la dinámica, me aventuré, donde logre engancharme y llevarme muy buenos sustos al momento de que salían dichos personajes de terror y la diversión era vigilar cámaras.
Tras varias partidas y largas horas de jugo, la diversión aumentaba cada vez más a medida que se podía pasar de noche, logre agarrar el hilo y estar atento a cada movimiento del juego y de esa manera darle emoción y una buena aventura. Con el tiempo lograron sacar varias versiones del juego y varios personajes, sin embargo, la temática de terror y los diversos lugares era lo mismo, hasta que llegó un momento donde lo dejé y me gustaría volver a reactivarme en el juego y pasar momentos de susto y diversión, puesto que no pasará de moda por la manera como lograron recrear todo ese videojuego.
Even so, the fun continued and they wanted to take this video game to the next level, releasing a movie for this year, where when I heard the news and saw those minutes of the trailer was very exciting, fun and many memories came to me, since I never imagined an adaptation like that. A director who bet a lot of money and time to make this movie a great success and that way the name Five Nights at Freddy's will be heard again. Being something very good and I liked the way the plot of it was developed, where at first I felt it a little loose and take a long time to start the real terror that is known from the game, however, I had very good expectations and in the end if they were achieved and fills us with much excitement.
Going from a video game animation to real life, was what gave a great touch to this film, as it is more realistic, a more modern world and gave it a success and allows it to be very fun and entertaining. Some things that are shocking, are the horror characters, where at first glance they are not at all pleasant and I think they exaggerated a little, because of the way they were designed, the colors when attacking and appearing, being the simpler ones from the video game. Beyond that, it manages to be entertaining and see how an employee will have to face and realize that he is not alone in that world.
Aun así la diversión continúo y quisieron llevar este videojuego al siguiente nivel, sacando una película para este año, donde al momento de saber la noticia y ver esos minutos del tráiler fue muy emocionante, divertido y muchos recueros me vinieron, puesto que jamás me imagine una adaptación como esa. Un director que apostó mucho dinero y tiempo para poder lograr que esa película sea un gran éxito y de esa manera que el nombre Five Nights at Freddy's vuelva a ser sonado. Siendo algo muy bueno y me gusto la manera como se fue desarrollando la trama de la misma, donde al principio la sentí un poco floja y tardar mucho en comenzar el verdadero terror que se conoce del juego, sin embargo, tenía muy buenas expectativas y al final si se lograron y nos llena de mucha emoción.
Pasar de una animación de videojuegos a la vida real, fue lo que le dio un gran toque a esta película, ya que se nota más realista, un mundo más moderno y le dio un éxito y permite que sea muy divertida y entretenida. Algunas cosas que si son impactantes, son los personajes de terror, donde a primera vista no son nada agradables y considero que si exageraron un poco, por la manera como los diseñaron, los colores a la hora de atacar y aparecer, siendo los del videojuego más sencillo. Más allá de eso, logro ser entretenida y ver cómo un empleado le tocará enfrentar y darse cuenta de que no está solo en ese mundo.
Five Nights at Freddy's covers a series of elements that are of great importance, where the director somehow managed to involve them in the production, since in the video game they are not so detailed or not mentioned, where all that is under a trauma that should stay in the past, however, things are not easy to forget. What makes this film very interesting, it is also incredible how they manage to unite the characters, the dolls and tell everything in such a short time, which becomes a nightmare for many.
A very good movie in terms of the effects and every animation they put on it, also the production had a very interesting rhythm, where little by little things were developing, the combination of the different colors. In addition, this year they have already released several adaptations of video games in movie format and each one has very good details and aspects that characterize it, in order to obtain a great result at movie level. That's why Five Nights at Freddy's overcame many things and the whole team worked behind the scenes, they are amazing.
Five Nights at Freddy’s abarca una de serie de elementos que son de gran importancia, donde el director de alguna manera logró involucrarlos en la producción, puesto que en el videojuego no logre verlos tan detalladamente o no los mencionan, donde todo eso está bajo un trauma que debería quedarse en el pasado, sin embargo, las cosas no son nada fáciles poder olvidarlo. Lo que hace que esta película sea muy interesante, además es increíble cómo logran unir a los personajes, los muñecos y relatar todo en tan poco tiempo, lo que se convierte en una pesadilla para muchos.
Una película muy buena en cuantos a los efectos y cada animación que le colocan, además la producción tenía un ritmo muy interesante, donde poco a poco se fueron desarrollando las cosas, la combinación de los diferentes colores. Además, este año ya han sacado varías adaptaciones de videojuegos en formato de películas y cada una cuenta con muy buenos detalles y aspectos que la caracterizan, para así poder obtener un gran resultado a nivel de película. Por eso Five Nights at Freddy’s superó muchas cosas y todo el equipo se trabajó tras de fondo, son increíbles.
Of course this adaptation had to have characters and thus be able to develop each scene of the film, otherwise the only protagonists would be the ugly dolls. One of the main characters and the one who has more weight in the film is Josh Hutcherson, who stands out for being the guard of the pizzeria, where this actor is very good and I have seen him in several films. Of course this time he will have to deal with many problems and above all know that he will not be alone, plus it would be crazy that one quiet night those dolls appear. As we also have the series of dolls that have always come out, where each one has a different aspect when it comes to scare and create that suspense in the film.
Por supuesto que esta adaptación tenían que salir personajes y de esa manera poder desarrollar cada escena de la película, ya que si no los únicos protagonistas serían los muñecos feos. Uno de los principales y es quien tiene mayor peso en la película es Josh Hutcherson, quien se destaca por ser el guardia de la pizzería, donde este actor es muy bueno y he logrado verlos en varias películas. Por su puesto que esta vez tendrá que lidiar con muchos problemas y sobre todo saber que no estará solo, además sería una locura que una noche tranquila aparezcan esos muñecos. Como también contamos con la serie de muñecos que siempre han salido, donde cada uno cuenta con un aspecto diferente a la hora de asustar y crear ese suspenso en la película.
After a long time of waiting the result was achieved and it was a very interesting movie, being a worldwide success and in such a short time it became a trend. That's why this production based on that video game will be very well remembered, and I think it should have another sequel and see what will happen with those dolls, since they are the center of attention and always end up with that mischievous smile and a face of I'll see you again. So friends, if you haven't seen it yet and you want to spend a nice time watching those dolls, I recommend it.
Luego de mucho tiempo de espera se logró el resultado y fue una película muy interesante, siendo un éxito a nivel mundial y en tan poco tiempo se convirtió en tendencia. Por eso esta producción basada en ese videojuego será muy bien recordada, además pienso que debería sacar otra continuación y ver qué pasará con esos muñecos, puesto que ellos son el centro de atención y siempre terminan con esa sonrisa de picardía y una cara de que te volveré a ver. Así que amigos, si aún no la has visto y quieres pasar un rato agradable viendo eso muñecos, te la recomiendo.

The soundtrack is good, it has several moments where it is pleasant but other than that there is not much, it really does not help to generate those moments of tension, it is present but it does not have that wonderful development. The only thing I will highlight is its final song, which is very catchy and pleasant, it doesn't really fulfill any function although I still want to highlight it.La banda sonora está bien, tiene varios momentos en dónde es agradable pero fuera de ello no hay mucho, realmente no ayudo a generar esos momentos de tensión, está presente más no tiene ese desarrollo maravilloso. Lo único que destacaré es su canción final que es muy pegajosa y agradable, no cumple realmente ninguna función aunque igual quiero destacarla.

The world building is fine, it is nothing spectacular nor does it have terrifying scenarios that help generate that feeling of fear, broadly speaking, its scenery is quite poor and there is not a single moment in which it feels interesting, in addition, there are some moments in which some places are not explained correctly, being a terrible decision since these are supposed to be important to the plot and their understanding is crucial.La construcción de mundo está bien, no es nada espectacular ni tiene escenarios terroríficos que ayuden a generar ese sentimiento de miedo, a grandes rasgos, su escenografía es bastante pobre y no existe un solo momento en que se sienta interesante, además, hay algunos momentos en los cuales no se explica correctamente alguno que otro lugar siendo una decisión terrible puesto que estos se supone que son importantes para la trama y su comprensión es crucial.

The plot is very attached to what the video game is, unfortunately it is because of this that it makes the same mistakes as not being scary, being a horror film this is quite heavy, the mystery it poses is a little more interesting, It manages to moderately maintain the viewer's attention, however this section feels incomplete and leaves elements that are not fully understood. Narratively the film has errors, the above lies in its rhythm because in more than half of the film the feeling of threat is not palpable, which makes its final twist feel somewhat forced and unsatisfactory, the same applies to the mystery since it is never explored satisfactorily as I mentioned previously. The duration is not exaggerated but since it has few interesting elements it becomes somewhat tedious, fortunately the mystery it has takes the chestnuts out of the fire a bit although it does not work miracles.La trama se encuentra muy apegada a lo que es el videojuego, desgraciadamente es debido a esto que comete los mismos errores como lo es el no dar miedo, siendo un filme de terror esto pesa bastante, el misterio que plantea es un poco más interesante, logra mantener medianamente la atención del espectador, no obstante este apartado se siente incompleto y deja elementos que no se entienden del todo. Narrativamente el filme tiene errores, lo anterior radica en su ritmo debido a que en más de la mitad de la cinta no es palpable el sentimiento de amenaza, lo que hace que su giro final se sienta algo forzado e insatisfactorio, esto mismo aplica para el misterio puesto que este nunca es explorado de forma satisfactoria como mencione previamente. La duración no es exagerada pero al tener pocos elementos interesantes esta se hace algo tediosa, afortunadamente el misterio que tiene saca un poco las castañas del fuego aunque no hace milagros.

Nothing to highlight here, the protagonist is somewhat interesting due to the trauma he has but has little information outside of that that makes him stand out, the rest of the characters are only extremely forgettable plot drivers. The villain is quite disappointing, the concept of him is interesting, however very little information is given about him so he is not perceived as a threat as such and that reduces his impact.Nada que destacar aquí, el protagonista es algo interesante debido al trauma que tiene pero tiene pocos datos fuera de ello que lo hagan destacar, el resto de personajes solo son impulsadores de la trama sumamente olvidables. El villano es bastante decepcionante, su concepto es interesante, no obstante se dan muy pocos datos de este por lo que no se percibe como una amenaza como tal y eso le resta impacto.Five Nights at Freedy's is not a bad film as such because it is based on a game with an interesting premise, however it makes several mistakes that most horror films have, so it ends up being somewhat tedious at the end of the day, If you add to this a crude construction of its mystery, you have a film that feels incomplete. It is for all the above that it deserves 2 stars out of 7, it is not the most infamous thing I have seen but it has a host of errors that become more noticeable and weigh more as the film progresses, probably only a fan of the franchise is the only one who can ignore all their mistakes.Five Nights at Freedy’s no es un mal filme como tal debido a que se basa en un juego con una premisa interesante, sin embargo comete varios errores que la mayoría de cintas de terror tienen, por lo que termina siendo algo tediosa al final del día, si a esto se le suma una construcción tosca de su misterio se tiene una película que se siente incompleta. Es por todo lo anterior que merece 2 estrellas de 7, no es lo más infame que haya visto pero tiene un cúmulo de errores que se van notando y pesando más conforme el filme avanza, probablemente solo un fanático de la franquicia sea el único que pueda obviar todos sus desaciertos.

A week ago I went to the movies to see Five Nights at Freddy's, if you don't already know, this movie is inspired by a series of horror video games based on the survival of a security guard in an old pizzeria, home of some old mechanical dolls that in their good times offered joy to a lot of kids and their families... until they started murdering.
My sister knows the iceberg that this story is in, which goes beyond some killer animatronics, that's why she insisted me to accompany her, besides, I admit that I have also played the first version of this video game and I have seen different videos on Youtube about the others, so yes, I was very curious about the movie, because although it may not seem like it I am a fan of this film genre.

As I mentioned, the story begins when a security guard starts working nights at Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria. It looks like a simple position, an old place that has not been demolished or sold because the owner is fond of it, you just have to pay attention that no vandals come in during the night, and in the morning you go back home. But of course, there is something they don't tell the employees. Inside the pizzeria there are some interesting (and terrifying) mechanical dolls, known as Freddy, Foxy, Bonnie and Chica, who during the night "come to life" and show an aggressive behavior against human presence.
Mike Schmidt is the main character, a young man who has gone through a traumatic event during his childhood, and still has nightmares about what happened that haunt him at night. He is just trying to regain balance in his life, and give a better life to his younger sister, Abby, so he accepts the job without asking many questions, without having the slightest idea of what could happen in that place.

Yes, they respected the main and characteristic points of the original plot, creating a movie that most fans loved for the presence of those Easter eggs, I assure you that my sister went crazy in many scenes. The format of being in the security booth, watching the security camera screens, the low lighting, the way the story deepens with each night; the glimpse we get of what is going on outside the pizzeria, Mike's life, and even the original plot twists of the movie are bonus points.
But what about those of us who are not completely familiar with the story? We may not understand all the references, however, that doesn't imply that we can't connect with the movie, even if you don't know anything about video games you can stay entertained with the movie, since it's interesting what the plot presents us with.

And they sell this movie with the category of horror, however, it didn't cause me the fear it promised. Yes, there are several scares, there is suspense and bloodthirstiness present, but it wasn't the great thing I expected; maybe I went into the theater with high expectations, or maybe it was all a marketing ploy. The truth is that it's not scary, and you can confirm that by the age range of the movie, it wasn't to expect big scares.

What doesn't help either is the way they explained the background of the animatronics, I feel they softened the facts of the original story, and at the end instead of causing fear you end up even sympathizing with them. I swear I felt really sorry for their stories, in the last half hour there were no scares, you wanted to see them because you felt bad for them. They could have given it a darker, scarier touch, they're more than just machines killing people, they're those souls involved in the possession of the animatronics, how they died and who did that to them, what they've become and why they can't rest in peace, it's * SPOILER * serial killings of innocent children, it's something very devastating, and I guess to make it suitable for almost any audience they had to lower the intensity of the plot, but by doing that they just took weight away from that dark pit that is FNAF.
The course of the story was slow for me, we were presented with many details of Mike's life, and they took a long time to give us the main idea, what we were all waiting for; because, after all, Mike Schmidt is just a pawn in this game, not the main character. And unlike the first part of the movie, already in the last hour everything happens very fast, that's where the horror movie potential was, that's where I was going to cover my face because I couldn't handle the feeling, but no, it didn't happen, because the unraveling, the big mystery, was quickly solved, and the thrill is fleeting.
It's a good movie overall, but it's not a great horror movie. Even video games are scarier.

The design they were given in the movie was wonderful, you can perceive every detail we see in the video games and even better, they are terrifying, they are clumsy, you can see how they have deteriorated over time. They impress you when you see them, but at the same time they scare you. Despite being machines, you can perceive their emotions, the differences in their behavior, they're not always hostile and that generates surprise in the audience (at least in me), since in video games I had always seen them malevolent.
I think they were the best bet in the movie, they look incredibly real, from the beginning you expect to see them, and you are in expectation in each of their scenes. The specific details, for example, the change of their eye color depending on their behavior, or their aggressive attitudes, that intelligence when attacking, all that and more tell us that the production gave a lot of love to Freddy, Bonnie, Chica and Foxy.

The movie I'm talking about is five nights at freddy's. A fairly recent release which has taken some fame, although it was not what many fans expected. I put together a little review of this movie which I hope you like it.
Five nights at freddy's
The main character of this movie is Michael, a young man with certain behavioral problems who must care for and protect his sister Abby.
Abby is a little girl who spends her afternoons drawing and coloring, at the beginning of the film we see that she does not have the best relationship with her older brother, there is no evidence of any kind of abuse, but they do not treat each other with much affection.
Michael or better known as Mike, moves from job to job because he is usually fired for his behavioral problems, later we know certain reasons why this happens, but for now we only have that context.
We see how Mike, after another dismissal due to a conflict he caused, goes to a public office to look for a job of absolutely anything, the manager of the place after having certain suspicious behaviors offers him a job as a night guard in a pizzeria already closed. He explains to him that this place has not been demolished as the owner has a certain fondness and nostalgia for it.
Mike is not very convinced of this since he has to spend his nights taking care of his sister. So he decides to leave without taking the job. The manager, Steve Raglan, gives him a contact number in case he changes his mind about taking the job.
In the evenings after the tiring days, Mike falls asleep with sleeping pills, listening to noises from the forest and seeing a poster showing the snowy state. Here we watch as Mike night after night, relives one of the worst memories of his life, where he would go out with his family for a day of camping. While the family was enjoying themselves and his little brother named Garret was playing with his toy airplane, we watch as he is kidnapped by a stranger and taken away in a car. Mike relives the same memory every night, to try to find any clues he might have missed from that terrible day to find out who took his little brother.
Then we see how Mike has some problems, as his aunt desperately seeks to take custody of his younger sister. She was desperately seeking custody, since, with this, she can get a monthly check from the state that she needed badly for some reason.

Here we discover that her friend actually works for her aunt, who is looking for clues to frame Mike for abuse so she can take custody of Abby. A boy who accompanied Mike's friend, proposes to the aunt to destroy the place where Mike works, so that he can be fired and take custody of him, the aunt accepts and they close a deal.
The next night, Mike decides to go a little more prepared. Seeing that the job was pretty easy and very quiet, he decides to take his sleeping pills with him to keep trying to find more clues as to who took his brother. On this same night we meet Vanessa, a town official who already knew this place very well, so she informs him a little about this place and shows him more closely to the animatronics. She tells him about the old disappearance of the children that had happened in that place and tells him that he is very brave to accept the job even knowing this.
After a night listening to some music from these cute animatronics, it's time to go home. Here Vanessa tells him to try not to go crazy and not to quit the job, to take it easy.
Just as Mike leaves, Mike's friend Max arrives, along with 3 of her friends to destroy the place. They manage to get in and quickly begin to destroy machines, scenery, windows, everything in their path. What they didn't expect is that the animatronics, upon seeing how they destroy their home, would wake up to kill them in merciless ways. Max, while waiting for them in the car, begins to notice their delay and also decides to enter the place. This is how the animatronics end the lives of these 4 boys.
After a while at Mike's house, Abby discovers some papers that in a nutshell talk about how Mike fights with his aunt over his custody. His dream is quickly interrupted by several noises, where he realizes that his sister is no longer in the office. He runs in the direction of the noises and is surprised to see his sister playing with the animatronics, Abby explains that they are good and just want to play.
In the morning, at home, Mike asks Abby to talk to the animatronics, especially the blond boy. Mike wants Abby to ask where Garret is, or at least who took him, to which Abby accepts the request. Abby also warns him that she knows that her animatronic friends are ghosts, so she can talk to them to find out what happened to Garret.

The night continues in a fun way, where Mike, Vanessa, Abby and the animatronics make a fort with chairs and tables to have fun, and it ends up being a fun night. That is until the moment where Abby unknowingly touches Bonnie's guitar causing it to explode. Vanessa manages to keep things under control and tells Mike not to bring her sister anymore.
On this last night, Mike calls his aunt to watch his sister, even though he knows her sister wants custody. Abby is very upset about this, but Mike had to work and couldn't leave her alone. So he arrives alone at the pizzeria and after a few hours he falls asleep to dream about anything that might help him find out what happened to his brother. In his dream the children appear and one of them tells him that to stay in this dream world and always see his brother, he must give Abby, his little sister, as an offering. He accepts without much thought, but quickly regrets it.
n the dream he is assaulted by all the children at the moment he repents, but what happens in the dream, also happens in real life. When he wakes up he is pretty hurt and tied to a torture machine from which he manages to get out, he runs for his life, but foxy chases him and leaves him unconscious. While all this is going on in the pizzeria. Freddy goes to Mike's house where Abby was to take her. Abby is excited to see him and goes with him, when she passes by the living room she sees her aunt on the floor. To all this, Freddy replies that he is sleeping and they leave on their way to the pizzeria.
While Abby is already in the pizzeria, we see how Mike is rescued by Vanessa who heals him and tells him the whole truth about the children. She tells him that the children are led by the yellow rabbit or William Afton, which is Vanessa's father. At the end of the movie, Mike and Abby go to the hospital to visit Vanessa, who managed to save herself after her dad tried to kill her. We see how it is the beginning of a new life for Mike and Abby living together now with a better sibling relationship. In the last scene we see William writhing inside the sprintrap suit while Golden freddy locks him in the dark room.
The ending is a bit open to a possible second part so it is not ruled out that this story will continue.

La película de la cual hablo es five nights at freddy's. Un estreno bastante reciente el cual ha tomado cierta fama, aunque no fuera lo que muchos fanáticos esperaban. Arme una pequeña reseña de esta película la cual espero que les guste

El personaje principal de esta película es Michael, un joven con ciertos problemas de conducta el cual debe cuidar y resguardar a su hermana Abby.
Abby es una niña pequeña la cual se pasa sus tardes dibujando y coloreando, al inicio de la película vemos que no tiene la mejor de las relaciones con su hermano mayor, no hay evidencia de ningún tipo de abuso, pero no se tratan con mucho cariño.
Michael o mejor conocido como Mike, se mueve de trabajo en trabajo gracias a que es usualmente despedido por sus problemas de conducta, más adelante sabemos ciertas razones por las que esto sucede, pero de momento solo tenemos ese contexto
Vemos como Mike luego de otro despido por un conflicto que el ocasiono, va a unas oficinas públicas a buscar un trabajo de absolutamente lo que sea, el gerente del lugar luego de tener ciertos comportamientos sospechosos le ofrece un trabajo como guardia nocturno en una pizzería ya clausurada. Le explica que este lugar no ha sido demolido ya que el dueño le tiene cierto cariño y nostalgia.
Mike no está muy convencido de esto ya que él debe dedicar las noches a cuidar a su hermana. Entonces decide irse sin aceptar el trabajo. El gerente llamado Steve Raglan, le da un número de contacto por si cambia de opinión sobre tener el trabajo

Así el decide después de escuchar algunos ruidos, dar una vuelta por el lugar para ver exactamente qué zonas tenía. Así es como encuentra tas de una cortina a Bonnie, freddy y a chica. Decide irse rápidamente a su oficina, donde por el cansancio termina dormido. Esta vez en el sueño de Mike vemos la misma escena, donde se llevan a su hermano mientras Mike corre detrás de él. Lo que aquí cambia es que tras de Mike hay 5 niños los cuales lo observan fijamente, Mike trata de hablar con ellos, pero escapan rápidamente.
Al despertar de ese sueño, va a su casa y le agradece a su amiga por cuidar a su hermana esa noche. Su amiga se va de la casa y ahí es donde vemos como esta se reúne con la tía de Mike. Aquí descubrimos que realmente su amiga trabaja para su tía, la cual busca pistas para inculpar a Mike de abuso y así poder quedarse con la custodia de Abby. Un chico que acompañaba a la amiga de Mike, le propone a la tía destruir el lugar donde Mike trabaja, para que este sea despedido y le quiten la custodia, la tía aceptan y cierran un trato.
En la próxima noche, Mike decide ir un poco más preparado. Al ver que el trabajo era bastante fácil y muy tranquilo, decide llevarse sus pastillas para dormir y así, seguir tratando de encontrar más pistas de quien se llevó a su hermano. En esta misma noche conocemos a Vanessa, una oficial del pueblo la cual ya conocía muy bien este lugar, por eso le informa un poco a cerca de este lugar y le muestra más de cerca a los animatronicos. Le cuenta de la antigua desaparición de los niños que había sucedido en ese lugar y le dice que es muy valiente de aceptar el trabajo aun sabiendo eso
Luego de una noche escuchando ciertas músicas de estos simpáticos animatronicos, llega la hora de irse a su casa. Aquí Vanessa le dice que trate de no volverse loco y de no dejar el empleo, que se lo tome con calma
En el momento que Mike se va, llega la amiga de Mike que se llama Max, junto a 3 amigos de ella para destruir el lugar. Logran entrar y empiezan rápidamente a destruir maquinas, escenarios, ventanales, todo lo que encuentran a su paso. Lo que no se esperaban es que los animatronicos al ver como destruyen su hogar, despertarían para matarlos de formas despiadas. Max mientras los espera en el carro, empieza a notar su demora y también decide entrar al lugar. Así es como los animatronicos acaban con la vida de estos 4 chicos.
Luego de un rato en casa de Mike, Abby descubre unos papeles que en resumidas cuentas hablan de como Mike se pelea con su tía por su custodia. Su discusión es interrumpida por Vanessa, la cual va a su casa para informarle que la pizzería ha sido destruida. En todo este momento Mike le cuenta a Vanessa todo lo que paso con su hermano Garret y como aun busca al culpable
En la noche, Mike llama a Max para que cuide a su hermana, pero evidentemente no contesta y por esto, entiende que debe llevar a Abby consigo hasta que consiga otra niñera. Mientras Mike limpia los destrozos de la pizzería, Abby permanece en la oficina esperando a Mike. Luego de limpiar varias horas se queda dormido y en su sueño, ve a un pequeño niño rubio, que le dice que si de verdad desea saber quién se llevó a su hermano, debe darles algo a cambio. Su sueño es rápidamente interrumpido por varios ruidos, donde se da cuenta que su hermana ya no está en la oficina. Corre en dirección a los ruidos y se extraña al ver a su hermana jugando con los animatronicos, Abby le explica que estos son buenos y solo desean jugar.
Ya en la mañana, en casa, Mike le pide a Abby que hable con los animatronicos, y en especial con el niño rubio. Mike quiere que Abby pregunte donde esta Garret, o al menos quien se lo llevo, a lo que Abby acepta la petición. Abby tambien le avisa que ella sabe que sus amigos animatronicos son fantasmas, entonces puede hablar con ellos para saber que paso con Garret.
En la noche cuando van a cumplir su plan, llega Vanessa y le cuenta a Mike que realmente estos si sin almas de niños que poseen a los animatronicos, más adelante nos enteramos ciertas cosas que no son misterio para las personas que ya conocemos los juegos. Mike descubre gracias a Vanessa que dentro de los animatronicos no están solo el alma de los niños, también sus cuerpos.
La noche continua de una manera divertida, donde Mike, Vanessa, Abby y los animatronicos hacen un fuerte con sillas y mesas para divertirse, y termina siendo una noche divertida. Esto hasta el momento donde Abby sin saber, toca la guitarra de Bonnie haciendo que esta explote. Vanessa logra mantener las cosas bajo control y le dice a Mike que no traiga más a su hermana.
En esta última noche, Mike llama a su tía para que cuide a su hermana, aun sabiendo que esta quiere la custodia. Abby se molesta mucho por esto, pero Mike debía trabajar y no podía dejarla sola. Así es como llega el solo a la pizzería y luego de unas pocas horas se queda dormido para soñar cualquier cosa que le ayude a saber que paso con su hermano. En su sueño aparecen los niños y uno de estos le dice que para quedarse en ese mundo de en sueño y ver siempre a su hermano, debe dar como ofrenda a Abby, su hermanita. Este sin pensarlo mucho acepta, aunque rápidamente se arrepiente
En el sueño es agredido por todos los niños en el momento en que se arrepiente, pero lo que pasa en el sueño, también pasa en la vida real. Cuando se despierta está bastante herido y atado a una máquina de tortura de la cual logra salirse, este corre por su vida, pero foxy lo persigue y lo deja inconsistente. Mientras todo esto pasa en la pizzería. Freddy va hasta la casa de Mike donde se encontraba Abby para llevársela. Abby al verlo se emociona y se va con él, cuando pasa por la sala ve a su tía en el piso. A todo esto, freddy responde que está durmiendo y se van camino a la pizzería.
Mientras Abby se encuentra ya en la pizzería, vemos como Mike es rescatado por Vanessa la cual lo cura y le dice toda la verdad de los niños. Le cuenta que los niños son dirigidos por el conejo amarillo o William Afton, el cual es el padre de Vanessa, Además de esto, le da unos tassers a Mike y le dice que tiene que ir a salvar a Abby, o sino correrá con el mismo destino que los otros niños, le desea suerte y le dice que ella no puede ir por el miedo que le tiene a su padre.
Mike usando los tassers que Vanessa le da logra enfrentar a los animatronicos y así, llegar a tiempo para salvar a Abby. Luego Mike busca una salida, en esta búsqueda se encuentra con el conejo amarillo, es decir William Afton. Tiene un momento de pelea donde llega Vanessa a salvarlos a ambos. Vanessa se enfrenta a su padre y lo amenaza con un cuchillo, Mientras esto sucede William apuñala a su propia hija con un cuchillo, llegando a casi matarla. Mientras esto sucedía Abby hace un dibujo mostrándole a los niños la verdad del conejo amarillo, les mostro que él no es su amigo, es su asesino. Los animatronicos se revelan ante William y logran que se active el traje del conejo amarillo. Esto mata instantáneamente a William y así ellos logran escapar
Ya en el final de la película, Mike y Abby van al hospital a visitar a Vanessa, la cual logro salvarse después de que su papá tratara de matarla. Vemos como es el inicio de una nueva vida para Mike y Abby viviendo juntos ahora con una mejor relación de hermanos. En la última escena vemos a William retorciéndose dentro del traje de sprintrap mientras Golden freddy lo encierra en el cuarto oscuro
El final queda un poco abierto a posible segunda parte así que no se descarta que esta historia continue

Por acá seguimos poniéndonos al día con todas estas películas que salieron en esta temporada de Halloween que si mal recuerdo ha sido de las más movidas en lo que a estrenos de films se refiere. También decir que la mayoría de las películas vistas cumplieron mínimamente con las expectativas, alguna no destaca tanto pero en general fue una buena lista de films las que disfrutamos. En esta oportunidad le tocó el turno a esta adaptación del famoso videojuego de la infancia de muchos, que hay que tener cuidado cuando se habla de esto porque son pocas las que han funcionado en el cine. Yo no fui fanático de este juego, de hecho si lo jugué par de veces fue mucho pero por lo visto en el film y lo poco que recuerdo creo que estamos ante una buena adaptación, por lo menos una que se acerca bastante.Over here we continue to catch up with all these movies that came out this Halloween season, which if I remember correctly has been one of the busiest in terms of film releases. La realidad es que si nos basamos en el juego nada de este terror sangriento es tan real, si existe pero no al nivel de lo que esperaba las personas con esta película. Estas mascotas con aspecto infantil pero al mismo tiempo increíblemente aterradoras cobran vida y se mimetizan con el horroroso lugar. Acá es cuando comienza la "aventura" de Mike por tratar de sobrevivir todas las noches al mismo tiempo que busca resolver sucesos de su pasado que no lo dejan avanzar.The nights go by and Mike religiously goes to work, carrying as I said some traumas that during the plot he will try to solve. Esta trama tiene dos aspectos importantes, el psicológico y el del propio terror. El primero se da porque la vida completa de Mike gira en torno a traumas no superados de su pasado, a él le ocurre una tragedia siendo un niño la cual no ha podido dejar atrás y eso dicta un poco el como es él en la actualidad. Lo cool de todo es que eso se combina con lo que pasa en aquel restaurante, todo parece tener una conexión siniestra de la que pronto Mike se dará cuenta. Esto para mi le da mucha vida a la trama porque crea un contexto importante del por qué de muchas cosas que verán y que suceden, además de que hay un poco más de profundidad en la historia; no es tan vacía como se piensa.This plot has two important aspects, the psychological and the horror itself. The first is because Mike's whole life revolves around unresolved traumas from his past, a tragedy happened to him as a child which he has not been able to leave behind and that dictates a little of what he is like today. The cool thing is that this is combined with what happens in that restaurant, everything seems to have a sinister connection that Mike will soon realize. This to me adds a lot of life to the plot because it creates an important context as to why a lot of things you will see and what happens, plus there is a little more depth to the story; it's not as empty as you might think.
En cuanto al terror, bueno, no es una película que particularmente de miedo, por lo menos no fue mi caso por lo que esa "carencia", si es que aplica ese término, es cubierta por otras cosas. Hay un importante thriller psicológico que se desprende de la vida de Mike, esas escenas generan ansiedad e incertidumbre lo que despierta la intriga en el espectador. Hay también una especie de drama por todo lo que Mike tiene que vivir con su hermana menor, Abby y el suspenso que no puede faltar porque si, cuando se está dentro de aquel restaurante hay cierta tensión, no muy fuerte, pero si lo suficiente para estar un poco atentos al próximo movimiento de estas "mascotas".As for the horror, well, it's not a particularly scary movie, at least it wasn't for me, so that "lack", if that term applies, is covered by other things. There is an important psychological thriller that comes out of Mike's life, those scenes generate anxiety and uncertainty which awakens intrigue in the viewer. There is also a kind of drama for all that Mike has to live with his younger sister, Abby and the suspense that can not miss because yes, when you are inside that restaurant there is some tension, not very strong, but enough to be a little attentive to the next move of these "pets".
Hay un poco de gore y sangre pero para nada explicito, nunca se va a ver totalmente lo que pasa, la intención la dejan un poco a la imaginación por lo que las personas sensibles a estas cosas no deberían de preocuparse por eso. En cuanto a los personajes tenemos dos protagonistas, Mike y Abby (Piper Rubio), son la cara de este film. En lo personal no tengo nada que decir porque no fueron actuaciones relevantes, para que un personaje atrape tiene que crear una conexión con el espectador y este caso no fue sí. Y esto lo digo a pesar de los traumas de Mike, que si, en las escenas de sufrimiento mental si las interpreta bien o por lo menos de manera decente. Abby en cambio es la niña que ha absorbido todos esos traumas del hermano y le toca vivir como puede, muy básica también pero tampoco estuvo mal.There is a bit of gore and blood but not at all explicit, you will never fully see what happens, the intention is left to the imagination so people sensitive to these things should not worry about it. A esta película la critica especializada la mató pero la del público en general si es bastante alta, yo le doy un 7.5/10 porque me gustó mucho el trasfondo de estas criaturas con todo lo que tiene que ver con la historia familiar de Mike, ese toque hizo que la película no fuera un autentico fracaso, aunque en parte ya eso lo sabíamos. Si la recomiendo, es una buena opción, es un buen film de terror/suspenso/drama/thriller psicológico; un 4 en 1. Tiene una duración de un poco menos de dos horas. Annoyingly, Disney+ doesn't work here in Armenia. For some reason it did in Turkey, however. So, I have been limited to Prime Video and pretty much haven't had any time anyway to watch things. I love travelling, but having still been settling in, I wake up and get home far too late to feel any energy that could keep me up to enjoy the shows and films I usually would. Though, with this, recently I went to the cinema for the first time in a long, long time. With someone that wasn't native in English, and with my Armenian being terrible and my Russian only slightly better, we chose to celebrate their birthday with an English film; one of the few that was actually being displayed in English. This person told me we were to watch a horror, though it turned out to be Five Nights at Freddy's. I remember when the game came out, and the sheer success it had due to YouTube. I never did play the game as I never cared much for the horror genre of games, but I am quite surprised that all these years later, even after the interest has died down, someone decided to fund a film feature.
Recently, it appears the video game film is something that has really kickstarted into popularity. A surprise given the current state of the film industry, and more surprising that many of these films actually seem to be doing well both in the eyes of critics and audiences. Perhaps now we may begin to see an influx of similar attempts in pursuit of a piece of that pie. With films and series being another cash burn that contributes ultimately to marketing. Five Nights at Freddy's is an interesting case though, a film that launched with huge interest, and with that interest, sizzling out and dying off soon after. Its film release a surprise, more so due to the fact that the prior audience of the game have now grown up. The question of who this is for came to mind. But from the film's credits, it seems the main person this is for, is ultimately the game's creator. Though, somehow, not being a fan of the game, I still found this to be a fun film. And a unique experience.

Five Nights at Freddy's
As mentioned before, it is a surprise to see that this film even exists. Coming far later than its main interest did. Scott Cawthon, creator of the game, seems to have used all the leverage he could get in order to have majority creative control over the film. The director being Emma Tammi, a smaller director that I'm sure you have never heard of. I hadn't heard of her, either. As the credits rolled in, I sort of saw the endless credits to Cawthon as a red flag. A very lucky video game developer now trying his hand at filmmaking, taking up a few jobs that he certainly wouldn't have the experience to handle. This happens a lot in the film industry, and often results in the failure of a film. But at the same time, few people are better off at telling the story of Five Nights at Freddy's than its creator, with the original vision in mind that perhaps the game wasn't capable of capturing.
For the most part, I feel the story wasn't actually that bad. I expected far worse from it. Though it did have a weaker second half that seemed as if the film just didn't know where it wanted to go. Perhaps a result of creative differences as Cawthon had his own vision, and the studio had other ideas in pursuit of profitability and gaining a wider audience. The story is a pretty simple one, almost a little lazy in its approach. A struggling older brother, looking after his struggling younger sister, finds it difficult to maintain a job as a result of his past trauma over the sudden kidnapping and loss of his brother. Working in security, this naturally makes him a bit of a soft trigger. In order to maintain custody of his younger sister, he has to accept any work he can get. This results in a security job offer at the odd location of Freddy's. A former restaurant that children loved, a family place, though with a coincidental dark history of children going missing.
Despite the very weak story which seems a bit too convenient for everything to line up this way, what initially stood out to me with the film was that it was actually directed very well. I very quickly noticed the cinematography, the beauty of the angles and the very aesthetic lighting it offered. Sometimes, it looked a bit filmic in its colour grading and colour choices in regards to location and costume design. For a film like this, it was surprising to see the camera movements and perspectives really go out of their way to do something a bit more creative and unique. It definitely added some extra soul to the film which was necessary, making it appear a bit more than just an adaptation of a video game. Though, again, some of this was lost as the story progressed and it sort of quickly attempted to find where it was heading next.
Though the time went by quite quickly. Much of this due to the constant returning to certain scenes that displayed the past, the trauma of our protagonist. And the ways in which it unfolded the narrative and played a broader picture in it all. This was a decent attempt at lengthening the story a bit. But also a way to give us more character development as we see the inner struggles of this main character. Of which was played by Josh Hutcherson. He did a great job, definitely leading the film. And these performances were certainly nothing terrible. Just perhaps a little poorly written. Certain characters seemed too fake, a bit too cliche to be considered real people. But the cast was small, and each character still seemed they had a part in it all even if they were a bit too hard to follow sometimes.
It is hard to try to think of who this film is for. The audience has certainly grown up. And it sits between partial thriller and horror. Moments of it are quite gory, or at least rather implied. There are attempts at jump scares. I'd say it slightly leans on a darker tone, but it's odd again how quickly it sort of loses it all. Starting off quite inspired and prepared to do and say something big, but falling flat when it really matters. Still, for a film of this sort of genre, it really wasn't that bad. Perhaps a fun thing to watch late at night when you just want to relax and sort of half pay attention to things. For a cinema experience? Well, perhaps not really warranted in this case. You don't really gain anything by watching it on the big screen.
Still, it was nice to finally return to the cinema. An unplanned visit and certainly a sudden choice of film to watch. But I'm glad I saw it. I likely would not have seen it otherwise. Perhaps that's the gain of going to the cinema sometimes! Just pick something and turn up.

Yesterday I accompanied my oldest son to see FNAF, that's what he told me to call it, it is the acronym for the movie Five Nights at Freddy's, because it has such a long name, but fans understand it perfectly. It is called a horror movie but the truth is that it is very soft, I think its rating should be lowered to 13+ because 15+ is too high.
El día de ayer acompañe a mi hijo mayor a ver FNAF, así me dijo el mismo que la llamara, es el acrónimo que recibe la película Five nigth at Freddy's por sus siglas, al tener un nombre tan extenso, pero que los fans entienden perfectamente. Es llamada una película de terror pero la verdad que es muy suave, creo que su clasificación deberían bajarla a 13+ porque 15+ es muy alto.
It is based on a famous video game that was originally released for PC but was later optimized for mobile devices, that's how I knew it, as it became the top 1 in downloads worldwide for many years, and his great fame and popularity was largely due to Youtube channels, which by the way, several of the most famous YouTubers who served as a showcase in those years, had cameos in the film.

On Steam or Google play storeI remember seeing the game many times in the Google play Store list but it never attracted me, it seemed to me that despite being "horror" it was somewhat childish, first hand I can tell you, that after watching the movie with my son who is a super fan, seeing his excitement in scenes that for me were of the most normal, at that moment I knew it was a perfect fan service.
Recuerdo ver el juego muchas veces en la lista de Google play Store pero nunca me atrajo, me parecía que a pesar de ser "terror" era un tanto infantil, de primera mano les puedo decir, que después de ver la película junto a mi hijo que es super fan, ver su emoción en escenas que para mí fueron de lo más normal, en ese momento supe que era un perfecto fan service.
I am no stranger to his story at all, Five Night at Freddy's caused fear to my oldest son when he was a child, because he downloaded it once on his tablet and it traumatized him according to him, but ironically now that he is a teenager it is one of his favorite stories, to the point that the hype he felt for this movie was tremendous, while I still kept in my memory the sleepless nights he made me spend because of his nightmares.
No soy ajeno a su historia en lo absoluto, Five Night at Freddy's le causaba temor a mi hijo mayor cuando era niño, debido a que lo descargó una vez en su tablet y lo traumatizó segun el, pero irónicamente ahora que es un adolescente es una de sus historias favoritas, al punto que el hype que sentía por esta película era tremendo, mientras yo aún conservaba en mi memoria las noche en vela que me hizo pasar por sus pesadillas.

Opinion
My problem with this movie is that for someone who is not familiar with its history it will be hard to enjoy it, it will seem a cheap movie and not at all terrifying, although sometimes it makes an effort to tell and give context, but it is a very niche product, because not only are its references but also its narrative, since it is made to be understood and excited by those who played the game, which I found out when I saw my son get several jolts of excitement.

Mi problema con esta película es que para alguien ajeno a su historia le costará mucho disfrutarla, le parecerá una película barata y nada terrorífica, aunque en ocasiones se esfuerza por contar y dar contexto, pero es un producto muy de nicho, porque no solo son sus referencias también lo es su narrativa, ya que está hecha para que la entiendan y se emocionen aquellos que jugaron el juego, cosa que comprobé al ver a mi hijo dar varios sobresaltos por la emoción.
I don't mean that the movie doesn't make an effort to tell a story, of course it does, but not understanding the references, it's hard to connect with a character, then you try to concentrate on the horror and it turns out to be very weak, I thought it would be more Saw style, but it focuses more on the theme of spiritualism, which is not bad, but I would have liked more a good combination of both.
No quiero decir que la película no se esfuerce por contar una historia, claro que lo hace, pero al no entender las referencias, cuesta mucho conectar con un personaje, entonces tratas de concentrarte en el terror y resulta ser muy débil, creí que seria mas del estilo Saw, pero se centra mas en el tema del espiritismo, cosa que no está mal, pero me hubiera gustado mas una buena combinación de ambas.

Esto no quiere decir que no la disfrute, me gustaron los efectos visuales, la escenografias es muy fiel al juego, creo que los animations están bien hechos, la actuación no es excepcional, pero es aceptable, y tiene uno que otro momento emocionante, en conclusion, si quieres verla te recomiendo primero ver algun video resumen de la historia del juego y veas que tan buena fue la adaptación.

Antes de comenzar mi Review quiero aclarar que lo hago desde alguien que no es fan ni sabe a profundidad de la historia, en realidad me dieron ganas de verla por mi novio y si considero que es bastante fan, desde que empezó a escucharse de esta película y ya me tenía “loca” con que teníamos que verla y me llamo bastante la atención así que obviamente acepté, aunque no es mi género favorito pero se veía bastante llamativa.

Sinopsis:
Mike es un joven con un trauma de la infancia, lo que lo hace reacción a veces bastante irracionalmente, causando así que lo despidan de innumerables trabajos, el único trabajo que le ofrecieron por los momentos es ser el guardia de seguridad de Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza en las noches, sin sabes que esto prácticamente le cambiará la vida, ya que este lugar tiene muchos secretos bastante perturbadores.
creo que esto es algo de conocimiento básico para ver la película, pero que también lo explican por encima y es que este lugar fue bastante famoso pero lo cerrado cuando 5 niños desaparecieron, resulta que el alma de estos niños está dentro de los animatronicos del lugar, matando a todo el que decida poner un pie en dicho lugar.
La película me gusto bastante, los muñecos están muy bien diseñados y me encanta, si logra dar miedo pero a mi más que todo me causo mucho terror psicólogo, no es tan macabra cómo pensaba, la historia fue bastante buena pero no tan entendible en algunos casos, pero ya al final si entiendes todo, el comienzo se hizo un poco largo y obviamente dejo un final abierto para próximas secuelas.
Hay muchas dudas que aún siento que hicieron falta por resolver como la muerte de dichos personajes, o sea un montón de gente desapareció y ya, eso fue lo que no me gusto, aunque hay que estar claros que todo es ciencia ficción, entonces no es muy relevante. De resto me pareció muy buena y si seguiría viendo más películas de ellos, creo que muchos tenían las expectativas demasiado altas y esto los termino decepcionando un poco, porque si ha tenidos críticas muy variadas, pero en lo personal, siento que es buena, no es necesario saber todo el contexto para su entender la película y es un buen inicio para futuras películas.
La historia de estos juegos es bastante larga y confusa así que tienen bastante material para sacar buenas películas, esto lo veo más como una introducción a este mundo. ¿Tú ya la viste? ¿Que opinas?

Before starting my Review I want to clarify that I am doing it from someone who is not a fan or knows in depth about the story, in reality I wanted to see it because of my boyfriend and I do consider that he is quite a fan, since he started hearing about this movie and I was already “crazy” that we had to see it and it caught my attention so obviously I accepted, although it is not my favorite genre but it looked quite striking.

Synopsis:
Mike is a young man with a childhood trauma, which causes him to react quite irrationally at times, thus causing him to be fired from countless jobs, the only job he has been offered at the moment is being the security guard at Freddy Fazbear's. Pizza at night, without knowing that this will practically change your life, since this place has many quite disturbing secrets.
I think this is some basic knowledge to watch the movie, but they also explain it above and that this place was quite famous but it closed when 5 children disappeared, it turns out that the soul of these children is inside the animatronics of the place, killing anyone who decides to set foot in said place.
I liked the movie a lot, the dolls are very well designed and I love it, it does manage to be scary but more than anything it caused me a lot of psychological terror, it is not as macabre as I thought, the story was quite good but not as understandable in some cases, but at the end if you understand everything, the beginning was a bit long and obviously left an open ending for future sequels.
There are many doubts that I still feel needed to be resolved, such as the death of said characters, that is, a lot of people disappeared and that's it, that was what I didn't like, although we must be clear that everything is science fiction, so it is not very relevant. For the rest, I thought it was very good and if I would continue watching more of their films, I think many had too high expectations and this ended up disappointing them a little, because it has had very varied reviews, but personally, I feel that it is good, no. It is necessary to know the entire context to understand the film and it is a good start for future films.

Hola hive, hoy les vengo a hablar sobre una película que ha sonado bastante recientemente y aunque desconozco mucho sobre todo este mundo de igual forma me pareció muy interesante echarle un vistazo, así que por eso es que hoy les vengo a hablar de Five Nights At Freddy’s
Five Nights At Freddy’s es una película de terror y suspenso lanzada en el 2023, dirigida por Emma Tammi y protagonizada por Josh Hutcherson, Elizabeth Lail y Piper Rubio. Esta película nos muestra un lugar donde hay unos animatronics que están poseídos por el alma de unos niños, así que le dicen a nuestro protagonista que cuide el lugar (obviamente el sin saber todo lo que está por venir). Esta historia está basada en una franquicia de videojuegos que cuenta con el mismo nombre. Ya habiendo dado un poco de contexto ahora si comencemos!
Primero siempre me gusta empezar hablando de lo que más me encanto de la película y sin duda es la historia, y no es que sea para nada compleja, al contrario es bastante simple, pero me parece que es justo lo que esperaba, ademas tiene detallitos bastantes interesante que cuando va avanzando la película van tomando forma y eso es algo que valoro mucho en este tipo de películas, por lo que considero que la trama es de lo mejor.
La estética de la película también me atrapó bastante, me gusta los efectos que tiene, aparte de que me llamo la atención que no sea una película oscura, sino que muchas escenas son iluminadas o de día, y siento que esto encaja muy bien con el resultado final de la película, ya que personalmente considero que no quisieron hacerla extremadamente densa y terrorifica, sino que quisieron hacer bastante énfasis en su trama.
Las actuaciones me encantaron, el trabajo que hace Josh Hutcherson es muy bueno y nos hace empatizar con el personaje de Mike, y en este tipo de películas empatizar con nuestros protagonistas es clave para poder ir disfrutando el desarrollo de la historia.
Sinceramente el final me dejo con una buena sensación y es que después de toda la travesía, de ir uniendo cabos y encontrar una solución, se logra dar un final, aparte los plot twist Que tiene la película a mi en lo personal me gustaron bastantes, porque aunque no son imposibles de deducir, si tienen bastante coherencia desde el inicio.
Ahora, de por si pocas cosas realmente no me gustaron, pero admito que el ritmo del principio no es muy bueno, de hace una película lenta y tarda mucho en empezar la “acción”, entonces esos primeros minutos en los que se construyen las bases de la película, me parece que se hubiesen podido hacer en un tiempo un poco más reducido y así lograr engancharnos desde el principio.
Sinceramente no tenía expectativas de esta película porque como dije al inicio desconozco todo sobre el mundo de Five Nights At Freddy’s, sin embargo admito que me sorprendió de una manera positiva y la disfruté mucho.
En conclusión no sabría decir si a una persona que es fan de la franquicia le puede llegar a gustar o no, pero a mi, desde el desconocimiento me gusto bastante y la disfruté de principio a fin, me parece que es una película que cumple con lo que promete y es realmente entretenida, así que si, desde mi punto de vista… totalmente recomendada!

Hi hive, today I'm here to talk about a movie that has been in the news quite recently and although I don't know much about this world, I thought it would be very interesting to take a look at it, so that's why today I'm here to talk about Five Nights At Freddy's.
Five Nights At Freddy's is a horror and suspense movie released in 2023, directed by Emma Tammi and starring Josh Hutcherson, Elizabeth Lail and Piper Rubio. This movie shows us a place where there are some animatronics that are possessed by the souls of some children, so they tell our protagonist to take care of the place (obviously him not knowing everything that is to come). This story is based on a video game franchise of the same name. Having given some context, now let's get started!
First I always like to start talking about what I love most about the movie and without a doubt is the story, and it is not that it is complex at all, on the contrary it is quite simple, but I think it is just what I expected, it also has interesting details that as the film progresses are taking shape and that is something that I value a lot in this kind of movies, so I consider that the plot is the best.
The aesthetics of the film also caught my attention, I like the effects it has, besides I was struck by the fact that it is not a dark film, but many scenes are illuminated or daytime, and I feel that this fits very well with the final result of the film, as I personally believe that they did not want to make it extremely dense and terrifying, but they wanted to make enough emphasis on its plot.
I loved the performances, Josh Hutcherson's work is very good and makes us empathize with the character of Mike, and in this kind of movies empathizing with our protagonists is key to be able to enjoy the development of the story.
Honestly, the ending left me with a good feeling, and after all the journey, of joining ends and finding a solution, it manages to give an end, apart from the plot twist that the film has, I personally liked a lot, because although they are not impossible to deduce, if they have enough coherence from the beginning.
Now, I didn't really like a few things, but I admit that the rhythm of the beginning is not very good, it makes a slow movie and takes a long time to start the "action", then those first minutes in which the bases of the movie are built, it seems to me that they could have been done in a little more reduced time and thus manage to hook us from the beginning.
I honestly had no expectations of this movie because as I said at the beginning I do not know everything about the world of Five Nights At Freddy's, however I admit that I was surprised in a positive way and I enjoyed it a lot.
In conclusion I could not say if a person who is a fan of the franchise might like it or not, but for me, from the lack of knowledge I liked it a lot and I enjoyed it from beginning to end, I think it is a movie that delivers what it promises and is really entertaining, so yes, from my point of view... totally recommended!

At 24 years old, Five Nights At Freddy's represents the first time that I have been faced with a pop culture phenomenon that I do not fully understand, although I get its rapid rise to fame when it was born as a series of indie games that always received a lot of support from hundreds of streamers and YouTubers over the years (something obviously enhanced by their constant use of jumpscares) I never felt a genuine interest in them, and my knowledge about them during all this time was limited to the essentials: they are video games where we follow several security cameras, there are disturbing animatronics, and a vague but effective story that the public has taken care of nurturing on their own.
I gave the movie a chance because first, they were smart enough to have the human part of the casting led by actors we want to see (Josh Hutcherson and Mattthew Lillard) and second, we're in a kind of renaissance of video game adaptations, This same year, we have very efficient works such as Gran Turismo or Super Mario Bros Movie, demonstrating that "adapting" does not always mean destroying.
However, it is evident that the first mistake that Five Nights At Freddy's makes lies in its inability to find the balance that the two films I just mentioned had, where it was easy to digest them regardless of whether we were familiar or not with the original works that inspired them.
Considering how passionate the FNAF fanbase is, this is particularly dangerous, because it creates a situation where the only ones capable of properly evaluating this film are those who already have a very defined idea of what it should be in terms of aesthetics, narrative and rhythm.... And if this fails, the only thing left is the clumsy fan service.
It's a shame, since several of the aspects that seemed decent to me here are those that I didn't expect to see: FNAF is a well-directed film, with intelligent shots and a tense and interesting atmosphere that works miracles with its surreal premise.
Although it does not become heavy, it is difficult to maintain interest throughout its 110 minutes of duration, something that probably has to do with the foolish idea of supporting all its drama on the "human" side of its protagonists, in the middle of a subplot that is undoubtedly much less interesting than animatronics possessed by dead children (Yes, spoiler).
What we are left with is a fun horror film, with a couple of tense moments but without enough force to generate long-term impact. For the most die-hard fans of the franchise, everything is even more bitter, but I understand if there are people who feel enchanted by it.

A mis 24 años de edad Five Nights At Freddy's representa la primera vez que me he puesto frente a un fenómeno de la cultura popular que no termine de comprender, aunque entiendo su rápida escalada a la fama al nacer como una serie de juegos indie que siempre recibieron mucho apoyo de cientos de streamers y youtubers a lo largo de años (Algo obviamente potenciado por su constante uso de jumpscares) nunca sentí un interés genuino por los mismos, y mi conocimiento al respecto durante todo este tiempo se limitó a lo esencial: son videojuegos en dónde seguimos varias cámaras de seguridad, hay animatrónicos perturbadores, y una historia vaga pero efectiva que el público se ha encargado de nutrir por cuenta propia.
Le di una oportunidad a la película porque primero, fueron lo suficientemente inteligentes como para que la parte humana del casting estuviese liderada por actores que queremos ver (Josh Hutcherson y Mattthew Lillard) y segundo, estamos en una especie de renacimiento de adaptaciones de videojuegos, teniendo este mismo año obras muy eficientes como Gran Turismo o Super Mario Bros Movie demostrando que "adaptar" no siempre supone destrozar.
No obstante, es evidente que el primer error que comete Five Nights At Freddy's radica en su incapacidad de encontrar el balance que tenían las dos películas que acabo de mencionar, en dónde era fácil digerirlas independientemente de que estuviésemos familiarizados o no con las obras originales que les inspiraron.
Considerando lo apasionada que resulta la fanaticada de FNAF esto es particularmente peligroso, porque crea una situación en dónde los únicos capaces de valorar apropiadamente está película, son aquellos que ya tienen una idea muy definida de lo que debe ser en términos de estética, narrativa y ritmo.... Y si esto falla, lo único que queda es el torpe fan service.
Es una pena, ya que varios de los aspectos que me parecieron decentes aquí, son aquellos que no esperaba ver: FNAF es una película bien Dirigida, con tomas inteligentes y una atmósfera tensa e interesante que hace milagros con su premisa tan surrealista.
Aunque no llega a hacerse pesada, es difícil mantener el interés a lo largo de sus 110 minutos de duración, algo que probablemente tenga que ver con la idea tan necia de sustentar todo su drama en el lado "humano" de sus protagonistas, en medio de una subtrama que sin duda es mucho menos interesantes que los animatrónicos poseídos por niños muertos (Si, spoiler).
Lo que nos queda es una película de terror divertida, con un par de momentos tensos pero sin la fuerza suficiente como para generar impacto a largo plazo, para los seguidores más acérrimos de la franquicia todo es incluso más amargo, pero entiendo si hay gente que se sienta encantada por ella.

›La pandilla más divertida y escalofriante - Five Nights at Freddy's@soldierofdreams985d
Nunca le tuve amor a los animatrónicos, los consideraba como esos muñecos que se vuelven malos de repente y comienzan una cacería sangrienta. Vale, con el pasar de los tiempos supe que esos robots bailarines eran más malos de lo que antes pensaba yo. Mis miedos se volvieron tangibles cuando descubrí el Lore de “Five Nights at Freddy's”, un videojuego bastante complejo con un trasfondo muy ambicioso. La simple confección de este universo jugable me llevó a indagar en los escenarios más horrendos de la pandilla de Freddy. He llegado a establecer una relación de cariño con estos robots locos, no porque sean malos, sino porque pocos juegos resultan tan absolventes.
Es casi imposible pensar en que alguien pueda amar a un personaje terrorífico, pero vaya, creo que la realidad es muy diferente. Admito que me familiarizo muy poco con los videojuegos de horror, porque vale, me asusto de nada y termino abandonando la aventura, jajaja. No obstante, con Five Nights at Freddy's pasó algo diferente, más por el propio lore que por el juego. Conocí a los animatronicos asesinos en una serie de Creepypastas. Fueron bastante perturbadores. Indagué más hasta descubrir que se trataba de un juego. Allí me lancé a comprobar el porqué de tanto escándalo.
Puedes pensar que el videojuego es muy sencillo, pero resulta bastante inquietante. Cámaras de seguridad, pasillos oscuros, y esos rostros robóticos que aparecen para asustarte. De fondo los elementos que indican una serie de sucesos marcados por la desgracia… y que son difíciles de comprender para un simple vigilante. De hecho, lo primero que pensé al ver tantas criaturas mecánicas tiernas pero horribles fue: “¿Por qué cobran vida?” y es que la respuesta no llega así de fácil.
La pandilla de Freddy es bastante particular. Imagina ser asechado por los animatrónicos que deberían cantar en vez de jugar con tus huesos. ¡No es nada fácil! Una de esas cosas por la que tanto me gustan estas criaturas, es por la endeble combinación entre la inocencia y la locura. Te dan miedo, pero por alguna razón buscas amarlos. Lo sé, no es normal tener aflicción por los monstruos… ¿y qué hay de lo que se oculta en ellos? De aquí parte el prominente éxito que la franquicia de Five Nights at Freddy's imprimió sobre el mundo oscuro de los videojuegos.
Solo tuve la oportunidad de probar la primera entrega; la más clásica y original. El propio lore me guio a comprobar cosas espeluznantes. Asesinatos de niños, trifulcas entre desquiciados, desgracias familiares… y unos monstruos que devoran almas y las unen a las más sangrientas intensiones.
Canvas - Fuente Con tantas versiones y juegos, hay que ponerle una especial atención al orden cronológico en la historia de fondo de Five Nights at Freddy's. Por supuesto, yo solo me quedo con la confección de los animatrónicos y su peculiar manera de asustar y devorar almas… es terrorífico e interesante a la vez. No creo que vaya yo, sin embargo, a trabajar en una pizzería repleta de esos muñecos bailarines, y mucho menos como un guardia de seguridad. LOl. Mejor de lejitos, o sea, en los videojuegos.
