When you think of sci-fi actors Emilio Estivez doesn't exactly spring to mind. This film is good (to me) for reasons that were probably not intended at the time it was made in 1992. source Seeing as how it is now 10 years later than the "future" parts of this movie, the imagery that is used in the film is actually pretty amusing because especially the vehicles are completely absurd.
