Hay un dicho del cual desconozco el autor, pero que es muy cierto: "El lobo siempre será el malo, si solo escuchamos a Caperucita" y este dicho deja mucho que pensar, pues nos lleva a ver o evaluar cosas de la historia sin victimizar a la protagonista de la misma.
Siempre he dicho que una historia tiene dos partes y por ende no debemos juzgar solo con escuchar a una de ella, si no que debemos tener ambas versiones de los hechos y el acusado siempre tendrá derecho a defenderse. Pero el mundo se empeña en escuchar solo una parte y culpar las actitudes de otros sin siquiera saber las razones que le llevaron a actuar así. Como dije en mi review de Cruella.

After a few days I'm back again 😀 and well I want to talk about a villain that according to me, is not a villain and yes, as I said I'll talk about Maleficent, role played by Angelina Jolie, who is not my favourite actress, because I'm Team Jennifer Aniston xD, however she is one of my favourite actresses.
There is a saying of which I don't know the author, but it is very true: "The wolf will always be the bad guy, if we only listen to Little Red Riding Hood" and this saying leaves a lot to think about, because it leads us to see or evaluate things in the story without revictimising the protagonist of the story.
I have always said that a story has two sides and therefore we should not judge only by listening to one of them, but we should have both versions of the facts and the accused will always have the right to defend himself. But the world insists on listening to only one side and blaming the attitudes of others without even knowing the reasons that led them to act that way. As I said in my review of Cruella.

Maléfica es una película que nos brinda justo la posibilidad de ver la otra parte de la historia de la "Bella Durmiente", donde siempre se cuenta que un hada del bosque que no fue invitada a la celebración del nacimiento de la pequeña princesa, por resentida le echa un hechizo, pero nunca nadie se había preguntado, el por qué está hada no había sido invitada.
En este lado de la historia vemos a un Hada llena de pureza, ternura y algo de curiosidad, lo cual la lleva a confiar y creer que algunos humanos pueden ser diferentes, incluso podemos ver como ella se entrega por amor y se lleva una decepción al ser traicionada.
Pasa en las películas y vida real, no solo a las jovencitas que entregan su dignidad y lo que son a alguien que solo las usará por ambición. Si no también en aquellos que creemos y confiamos en la gente y nos volvemos ciegos al pensar que no nos harán daño y ocurre justo lo contrario.
Maleficent is a film that gives us just the possibility to see the other side of the story of *"Sleeping Beauty"$, where it is always told that a fairy of the forest who was not invited to the celebration of the birth of the little princess, because of resentment casts a spell on her, but no one had ever wondered why this fairy had not been invited.
In this side of the story we see a fairy full of purity, tenderness and some curiosity, which leads her to trust and believe that some humans can be different, we can even see how she gives herself for love and is disappointed when she is betrayed.
It happens in movies and real life, not only to young girls who give their dignity and who they are to someone who will only use them for ambition. It also happens to those of us who believe and trust people and then shit ourselves thinking they won't hurt us and the exact opposite happens.

El Hada malvada que echó un hechizo a una pobre inocente, resultó ser también una víctima. Ya que su inocencia la llevó a perder sus alas y a endurecer su corazón. Ella nunca fue mala, pero todos la juzgaron por las apariencias y no hay nada más dañino que el rumor de aquellos que buscan dañar y mal poner a alguien, pero peor aún de aquellos que creen.

En la vida, no debemos dejar de actuar con bondad por algo que alguien nos haya hecho o porque algunos nos hayan defraudado traicionando nuestra confianza y peor aún mal poniéndonos para dejarnos mal y ellos quedar librados de sus culpas.
Sin embargo tampoco podemos esperar, recibir un buen trato o acción de quienes se lastimó, y si lo recibimos deberíamos agradecerlo. Ya que siempre vamos a recibir lo que damos y es por ello que debemos cuidar nuestra forma de ser con los demás, ya que quizás esa persona no nos regrese el mal causado, pero la vida misma se encargará de cobrarlo.
El Rey, aunque su ambición lo llevó a tener lo que tanto quiso, nunca pudo disfrutarlo, pasó su vida como rey buscando acabar con lo que él mismo había dañado, paso su vida tratando de proteger a su hija, la cual amó justo al ser que él había traicionado y a quien hace muchos años le robó su inocencia.
In life, we should not fail to act with kindness because of something someone has done to us or because some have let us down by betraying our trust and even worse by wrongly putting us down in order to let us down and let them off the hook.
However, neither can we expect to receive good treatment or action from those who have been hurt, and if we do receive it we should be grateful for it. En el mundo siempre va a existir quienes te lastimen y se hagan las víctimas ante tu actitud protectora luego de ello. Y siempre existirán quienes solo escuchen una versión de los hechos y ya te juzguen por ello, sin siquiera conocer tu parte de la historia, pero nada de eso debe cambiar quien eres en realidad.
Maléfica nunca dejó de ser ella, también notó que existen muchos más iguales, que han pasado las mismas cosas o parecidas, que también tienen alas que han querido ser cortadas. Ella no es mala, solo que ahora era maliciosa, y ser desconfiado no es malo, es saber que la maldad existe y así como hay quienes de verdad aman, existe la posibilidad de que haya alguien que te lastime.
El mundo está caído y por más que alguien busque vivir en él en paz, siempre habrá otro ser herido buscando venganza y tratando de pagar con la misma moneda recibida, lo cual va creando una cadena, una que debemos romper y aceptar que el mundo es todos y que solo el respeto y la empatía hará de el un mejor lugar para todos los seres que en el habitan.
In the world there will always be those who hurt you and play the victim to your protective attitude afterwards. And there will always be those who only hear one side of the story and judge you for it, without even knowing your side of the story, but none of that should change who you really are.

Para mí, Maléfica nunca fue un ser malo, las veces que hizo algo fue para defenderse y proteger al páramo de la maldad, porqué incluso el hechizo que lanzó a la pequeña niña fue roto por ella y llegó al punto de amarla y protegerla, así como hubiera querido ella ser también protegida.
No debemos juzgar a la persona por su apariencia o por lo que otro pueda opinar de ella. Debemos siempre darnos la oportunidad de conocer y ver su interior, pero en especial debemos conocer su historia. Hay personas que llevan enormes cargas y grandes heridas y hay otras que solo se muestran fuertes para no ser heridos.
Recuerda que así como el Rey Estafan le dió un falso "beso de amor verdadero" a Maléfica y luego la traicionó al punto de querer acabar con ella, muchos te van a sonreír y decir cosas bonitas de frente, pero por la espalda tratarán de cortar tus alas por su ambición, por eso no se es malo cuando buscas protegerte de los que quieren lastimarte e impedir que vueles alto.
To me, Maleficent was never an evil being, the times she did something it was to defend herself and protect the wasteland from evil, because even the spell she cast on the little girl was broken by her and she came to the point of loving and protecting her, just as she would have wanted to be protected as well.
We must not judge a person by their appearance or by what another may think of them. We must always give ourselves the opportunity to get to know each other and see inside, but we must especially get to know their history. There are people who carry enormous burdens and great wounds and there are others who only show themselves to be strong so as not to be hurt.
Remember that just as King Estafan gave a false "kiss of true love" to Maleficent and then betrayed her to the point of wanting to finish her off, many will smile at you and say nice things from the front, but from behind they will try to clip your wings because of their ambition, so it is not bad when you seek to protect yourself from those who want to hurt you and prevent you from flying high.
