After a little vacation I am pleased to return to writing and nothing better with this wonderful contest that starts with one of my favorite actresses, Sandra Bullock, it was not easy to choose a tape because I like them all, but I wanted to go to one that reflects in a comic and romantic way, what many professional women live who must choose between their successful careers and love.

Luego de unas pequeñas vacaciones me es grato volver a escribir y nada mejor con este maravilloso concurso que arranca con una de mis actrices favoritas, Sandra Bullock, no me fue fácil escoger una cinta porque me gustan todas, pero quise irme a una que refleja de manera cómica y romántica, lo que viven muchas mujeres profesionales que deben elegir entre sus carreras exitosas y el amor.

The film I am referring to is "The Propolsa", with Ryan Reynolds, presents us with a romantic comedy full of situations that make two totally different people, who only had a professional relationship of boss and assistant, meet and see each other as they really are. I loved how the character of Sandra (Margaret Tate), an editor, workaholic, demanding and perfectionist, upon meeting her assistant Ryan (Andrew Paxton), outside of work, realizes that he is not what he seems and that behind a shy, somewhat awkward guy there is a man who fights to achieve his dream over his family and the family business.
La película a la que me refiero es “The Propolsa”, junto a Ryan Reynolds, nos presenta una comedia romántica llena de situaciones que hacen que dos personas totalmente diferentes y que solo tenían una relación profesional de jefe y asistente, se conozcan y se vean como realmente son. Me encantó como el personaje de Sandra (Margaret Tate), una editora, adicta al trabajo, exigente y perfeccionista, al conocer a su asistente Ryan (Andrew Paxton), fuera del trabajo, se da cuenta de que él no es lo que parece y que detrás de un chico tímido, algo torpe hay un hombre que lucha por alcanzar su sueño por encima de su familia y del negocio familiar.

The film is funny and has a cast of extraordinary actors, including the late actress Betty White (Grandma Annie), who steals many of the scenes in which she appears. It is a movie full of hilarious moments, but it is also a movie with a family message that shows us the importance of family, to accept the decisions of the people we love, to seek and fight for what we believe and want, but above all not to forget the importance of family and love.
La cinta es divertida y cuenta con un elenco de extraordinarios actores, entre ellos la ya fallecida actriz Betty White (Abuela Annie), quien se roba muchas de las escenas en las que aparece. Es una película llena de momentos hilarantes, pero también es una película con un mensaje familiar en la que nos muestra la importancia de la familia, el aceptar las decisiones de las personas que amamos, de buscar y luchar por lo que creemos y queremos, pero sobre todo no olvidar lo importante que es la familia y el amor.

Another message that I loved because of the subtlety in how it was presented is that in a world where to stand out professionally as a woman, you have to be better than men and more ruthless, but in that journey you leave behind what is important as a human being, love and family aside, this film teaches us that you can achieve your goals, but without giving up that part that makes you human and a better person. For me this movie is one of my favorites because despite having a simple script, a simple story, it highlights values through comedy and in a funny way.
Otros de los mensajes que me encantaron por la sutileza en como lo plantearon es que en un mundo donde para destacarse profesionalmente siendo mujer, debes ser mejor que los hombres y más despiadada, pero en ese trayecto dejas atrás lo importante como ser humano, el amor y la familia de lado, en esta cinta nos enseña que puedes alcanzar tus metas, pero sin renunciar a esa parte que te hace humana y mejor persona. Para mí esta película es una de mis favoritas porque a pesar de tener un guion sencillo, una historia simple, resalta valores a través de la comedia y de manera divertida.

Finally, I recommend you to watch it if you haven't seen it yet and although the movie is from 2009, its story is still relevant today more than ever. So, if you want to relax and spend some time laughing with a romantic touch, be sure to watch one of the best romantic comedy movies, in my opinion.
Para finalizar, les recomiendo verla si no la viste aún y aunque la película es de 2009, su historia sigue siendo vigente hoy más que nunca. Así que, si quieres relajarte y pasar un rato de risas con un toque romántico, no dejes de ver una de las mejores películas de comedia romántica, en mi opinión.
