I came across this Korean drama and was curious due to the name, I decided to give it a try. At first, I thought it was going to be another love story, but as I continued watching, I realised there was more to it.
The drama starred IU (Ae-sun) and Park Bo-gum (Yang Gwan-sik). Other actors included Moon So-ri who played the older Ae-sun, and Park Hae-joon who played the older Gwan-sik.
The story followed Ae-sun and Gwan-sik from their younger days as they grew older and started their own family.
Ae-sun was a young lady who had big dreams. She wanted to become someone in life, but things were not easy for her. Gwan-sik was a quiet man who loved her deeply. He was not someone who made big promises, but he showed his love through his actions.
To be honest, Gwan-sik was one of my favourite characters. I liked how he stood by Ae-sun even when things were difficult. He supported her in ways that showed how much he cared about her.
Ae-sun also had her own struggles. She could be stubborn sometimes, but I understood why she wanted more from life. She had dreams she wanted to achieve, and I liked that part of her.
What I enjoyed about this drama was that it did not focus only on romance. It showed the challenges that come with marriage, raising children, making money and trying to give your family a better life.
Some parts made me laugh, while others made me emotional. There were moments when I felt sorry for the characters, especially when they had to face situations they never expected.
I also enjoyed watching the children grow up and seeing how their parents' decisions affected their lives. It reminded me that raising a family is not always easy, even when parents are doing their best.
The actors did a good job, especially IU and Park Bo-gum. I could feel the emotions in their performances, and I think they both played their roles well.
One thing I liked about the drama was how it showed that life does not always go the way we planned. People make sacrifices, face disappointments and keep moving despite everything.
I enjoyed this movie It was not just about two people falling in love; it was also about family, growing older, struggles and the little things that make life meaningful.
I would recommend this drama to anyone who enjoys family stories, romance and emotional Korean dramas.
