Hello, hello dear movie-loving friends! Today I am very excited to join this great contest from our friends at @CineTV and share with you my favorite Halloween movie, which is "When a Stranger Calls" released in 2006 and starring Camila Belle. Without further ado, let's get started!
¡Hola, hola queridos amigos amantes del cine! Hoy estoy muy emocionada de sumarme a este grandioso concurso de nuestros amigos de @CineTV y compartir con ustedes mi pelicula favorita de Halloween, la cual es "Cuando Un Extraño Llama" lanzada en el 2006 y protagonizada por Camila Belle. Sin más que agregar, ¡empecemos!
I chose this movie because I remember that I was very scared to see it, the movie is about a girl who one night works as a babysitter in a doctor's house, what at first seemed like a quiet night in the house then turns into a nightmare, since a madman begins to harass her from inside the house, so she must do everything possible to discover the stalker and get out of that nightmare alive.
Escogí esta película porque recuerdo que me daba mucho miedo verla, la película trata sobre una chica la cual una noche trabaja de niñera en la casa de un doctor, lo que al principio parecía una noche tranquila en la casa luego se transforma en una pesadilla, ya que un demente empieza a acosarla desde el interior de la casa así que ella deberá hacer todo lo posible para descubrir al acosador y salir con vida de esa pesadilla.

I chose this movie because I remember that I was very scared to see it, the movie is about a girl named Jill Johnson who one night works as a babysitter in a doctor's house, what at first seemed like a quiet night in the house then turns into a nightmare, since a madman begins to harass her from inside the house, so she must do everything possible to discover the stalker and get out of that nightmare alive. She confessed that she gave me fear and desperation since the stalker called her a lot on the phone but she did not show herself and when it seemed that he was going to be discovered in the end, he didn't.
Escogí esta película porque recuerdo que me daba mucho miedo verla, la película trata sobre una chica llamada Jill Johnson la cual una noche trabaja de niñera en la casa de un doctor, lo que al principio parecía una noche tranquila en la casa luego se transforma en una pesadilla, ya que un demente empieza a acosarla desde el interior de la casa así que ella deberá hacer todo lo posible para descubrir al acosador y salir con vida de esa pesadilla. Confieso que me dió miedo y desesperación ya que el acosador la llamaba mucho por teléfono pero no se mostraba y cuando parecía que iba a ser descubierto al final no.

On Halloween I really like to enjoy all kinds of scary movies since the time and the atmosphere lend themselves to the occasion hahaha and this is one of the ones that I have enjoyed the most these days, and although this is a remake in my opinion it is better than the original, the ease with which the stalker managed to play with Jill has always caught my attention, but of course the house lent itself because it was really big, in fact another thing that caught my attention is the house so big and beautiful in which it was recorded but, despite being so big and beautiful, I would not dare to live in a house like that since it would really be prone to a criminal entering and being able to walk inside the house and cause many problems. This movie gave me many feelings of fear and despair because throughout the movie I wanted to discover the stalker who tormented her with calls and also made noises near where she was to torment her and in the end after going through so much she manages to see him almost at the end. In general terms, this movie seems very good to me, it keeps me hooked all the time every time I see it and although I was not a big fan of psychological thrillers before, I would say that this one made me become a fan
En Halloween me gusta mucho disfrutar todo tipo de películas de miedo ya que la época y el ambiente se prestan para la ocasión jajaja y esta es una de las que mas he disfrutado estos días, y aunque esta es un remake en mi opinión es mejor que la original, siempre me ha llamado mucho la atención la facilidad con la que el acosador lograba jugar con Jill, pero claro que la casa se prestaba porque era realmente grande, de hecho otra cosa que me llamó la atención es la casa tan grande y bonita en la que se grabó pero, a pesar de ser tan grande y bella yo no me atrevería a vivir en una casa así ya que de verdad sería propensa a que un delincuente entre y pueda andar dentro de la casa y causar muchos problemas. Esta película me transmitió muchos sentimientos de temor y desespero porque durante toda la película yo quería descubrir al acosador el cual la atormentaba con llamadas y también hacía ruídos cerca de dónde ella estuviese para atormentarla y al final luego de pasar por tanto ella logra verlo casi al final. En términos generales esta película me parece muy buena, me mantiene enganchada todo el tiempo cada vez que la veo y aunque antes no era muy fan de los thrillers psicológicos diría que esta logró que me volviera fanática.

I remember that the scene that most despaired me is one in which Jill and the children try to run away from the criminal and when closing a transparent door, the criminal manages to grab Jill's hair so she manages to escape from despair but the door detached her a lot of hair which was left on the stalker's hand which was banging on the door, I can't imagine how painful something like that would be in real life. I felt much calmer at the end when the assailant was caught, but I wish it hadn't taken so long for the police to come to her rescue.
Recuerdo que la escena que más me desesperó es una en la que Jill y los niños tratan de huir del delincuente y al cerrar una puerta transparente, el delincuente logra tomar el cabello de Jill por lo que ella del desespero logra zafarse pero la puerta le desprendió una gran cantidad de cabello el cual quedó en la mano del acosador el cual golpeaba la puerta, no puedo imaginar lo doloroso que sería algo así en la vida real. Me sentí mucho más tranquila al final cuando logran apresar al agresor, pero desearía que la policía no se hubiese tardado tanto tiempo en ir a su rescate.

Although I do not celebrate Halloween since it is a holiday of pagan origin, I really like to enjoy scary movies at this time since it is my favorite genre both in cinema and in literature, I do not know if here in my country there are areas or places where they have big celebrations but in the area where I live nobody celebrates, however at some Halloween I would like to enjoy it as they do in other countries, since I am always struck by the places where people dress up and He hangs out with the kids all over the neighborhood trick-or-treating and they also go to costume parties, I know it's kind of childish, but I like that tradition even though I don't celebrate Halloween. Although if you ask me if there is something I hate about Hallowwen, I would say that the satanic sects that kill innocent and defenseless beings like black or white dogs and cats that night, is not only a crime but also crazy.
Aunque yo no celebro Halloween ya que es una fiesta de origen pagano, me gusta mucho disfrutar en esta época las peliculas de miedo ya que es mi género favorito tanto en el cine como en la literatura, no sé si aquí en mi país hay zonas o lugares en los que hagan grandes festejos pero en la zona en la que vivo nadie celebra, sin embargo en algún halloween me gustaría disfrutar como lo hacen en otros países, ya que siempre me llama la atención los lugares en los que las personas se disfrazan y sale con los niños por todo el vecindario a pedir dulces y también asisten a fiestas de disfraces, se que es algo infantil, pero me gusta esa tradición aunque no celebre el Halloween. Aunque si me preguntan si hay algo que odie del Hallowwen, diría que las sectas satánicas que esa noche matan seres inocentes e indefensos como perros y gatos negros o blancos, no sólo es un crímen sino también una locura.

Well, this is how I conclude my participation in this wonderful contest which I loved very much and if you want to participate then I will leave you the link of the contest. This time I decided to choose this movie because not only does it have a good dose of terror and suspense, but also the performance of the cast, especially Camilla's, was really good and it is a movie that I never get tired of watching, especially in this time of terror and jump.
Bueno, así concluyo mi participación en este maravilloso concurso el cual amé muchísimo y si quieren participar a continuación les dejaré el link del concurso. En esta oportunidad decidí escoger esta pelicula porque no solamente tiene una buena dósis de terror y suspenso, también la actuación de el elenco en especial el de Camilla fué realmente bueno y es una película que nunca me canso de ver en especial en esta época de espanto y brinco.
