On Sunday morning I was up at 4AM, thinking it was 5AM as I’d forgotten the stupid time change. Sigh… I got my post up and fed the cat at his regular time as I never figured out it had changed until the new 7AM. Then I set to work on the credit card mess and stopped at the new 7AM for breakfast and to get a load in the dishwasher.
When I pulled the shades up at 7:30AM I could see the fog on the river 2 miles away. Having clean windows means for a while I can get long distance photos with the old camera.
Back at the mess with little progress until 11AM when I got the kitchen cleaned up.
My #1 intern came back home and we got the bed set up in the old office. It took a bit of doing as I didn’t remember how to do it. I’m still not sure we did it right…

After that I rested a bit then got a shower and got ready for visitors. But they had their little kids with them and stopped to feed them, so they were 45 minutes late. So I kept plugging away at the mess. I might be making headway…

The family wants land like mine to raise specialty flowers. They’d put up a greenhouse and initially use 3 acres. He was very interested in the land but needs to find housing nearby. They didn’t stay long as the kids were tired.

My son and his friend had taken the lawn chairs to the barn now the truck was running and I spoke with the friend about the jobs needing done around here. He was agreeable to doing them. First up will be getting the leaves out of the backyard with a leaf blower on Saturday if it doesn’t rain.

After that I sat for a short while because now it’s dark even earlier and I had to pull the shades. I made some supper and sat down to watch a movie. It was “7PM” when it finished and I got the wood stove going. The masonry heater was still throwing off heat, so I didn’t light it. I was in bed at 8PM.
On Monday I have an early appointment and will work on bills for a change until I leave for that. I have laundry to do also. Then back to the bills or CC mess…
