¡Hola! Amantes de las películas.

Hace mucho que no comparto un review de una película, creo que la última que compartí fue de Memorias de una Geisha. Lamentablemente mi tiempo es limitado para muchas cosas que deseo hacer, sin embargo, gracias a los consejos de mis hijos, estoy haciendo el esfuerzo de colocar doble monitor para cuando estoy trabajando, pueda echar un ojo de vez en cuando al otro monitor, a veces trabajo y estoy escuchando alguna película o alguna serie en Netflix o Prime Video, también algún youtuber que me guste, pero no lo veo, me ayuda a mantenerme despierta mientras trabajo, aunque muchas veces no tiene mucho éxito porque me duermo frente al monitor ¡Jajaja!

De las películas mis favoritas son el genero comedia, románticas, tomadas de la vida real que son desgarradoras, no tanto el drama, simplemente esas películas que nos dejan mensajes demasiado hermosos, nos ayudan a reflexionar en muchos aspectos de cómo llevamos nuestras vidas, a qué debemos prestar verdaderamente atención y mejorar.

Otoño en Nueva York es hermosa, hablaré un poco de ella desde mi experiencia.

Hello, movie lovers.
It's been a long time since I've shared a movie review, I think the last one I shared was Memoirs of a Geisha. Unfortunately my time is limited for many things I want to do, however, thanks to the advice of my kids, I am making the effort to place double monitor so when I am working, I can take an eye from time to time to the other monitor, sometimes I work and I am listening to some movie or some series on Netflix or Prime Video, also some youtuber that I like, but I don't watch it, it helps me to stay awake while working, although many times it is not very successful because I fall asleep in front of the monitor Hahaha!
Of the movies my favorites are the comedy genre, romantic, taken from real life that are heartbreaking, not so much drama, just those movies that leave us with too beautiful messages, they help us reflect on many aspects of how we lead our lives, what we should truly pay attention to and improve.
Autumn in New York is beautiful, I will talk a little bit about it from my experience.

Soy de las personas que se casan con un actor o con una actriz, cuando sé que van a participar en una película pues, debo verla como sea y las vuelvo a ver cada vez que tengo la oportunidad.

Otoño en Nueva York es una película del género romántica y dramática, fue protagonizada por mi amado Richard Gere y mi amada Winona Ryder, son dos de mis actores favoritos, dos grandes estrellas juntas en una sola producción cinematográfica que no me pierdo, se estrenó en el año 2000, pueden calcular las veces que la he visto, he perdido la cuenta.

Richard Gere interpretó el personaje Will Keane un hombre de edad muy adulta, exitoso, millonario, dueño de un restaurant muy famoso y concurrido, se nota un dueño muy preocupado y dedicado a su negocio ofreciendo trato personalizado a muchos de sus clientes, pero más que todo "clientas" Will es o era un mujeriego empedernido hasta que conoció a Winona Ryder quien interpretó el personaje de Charlotte, una joven muy dulce, con muchos deseos de vivir, soñadora, alegre y con padecimiento en su corazón bastante serio, cuya vida pende de un hilo constantemente.

I am one of those people who marries an actor or an actress, when I know they are going to participate in a movie, well, I must see it no matter what, and I see them again every time I have the opportunity.
Autumn in New York is a movie of the romantic and dramatic genre, it starred my beloved Richard Gere and my beloved Winona Ryder, they are two of my favorite actors, two great stars together in a single film production that I do not miss, it was released in 2000, you can calculate how many times I've seen it, I've lost count.
Richard Gere played the character Will Keane a man of very adult age, successful, millionaire, owner of a very famous and busy restaurant, you can see a very concerned owner and dedicated to his business offering personalized treatment to many of its customers, but more than all "customers" Will is or was an inveterate womanizer until he met Winona Ryder who played the character of Charlotte, a very sweet young woman, with many desires to live, dreamy, cheerful and with a serious suffering in his heart, whose life hangs by a thread constantly.

Se conocieron en el restaurant que pertenece a Will, fue en la celebración del cumpleaños de Charlotte, resulta que fue algo planificado por su abuela cuyo drama enredado y muy loco propio de un mujeriego la llevó a ella a la curiosidad de conocerle pues sus destinos estaban ligados de alguna manera, bien él puede ser su padre por la edad, como de costumbre Will atiende a sus clientas y al ver que había una celebración de cumpleaños se acercó, él quedó deslumbrado al verla, supongo que como con cualquier mujer, sin pensar que ella le cambiaría la vida.

La abuela conocía a Will y él se presenta en su casa buscando a Charlotte, la abuela advierte que él es mujeriego y la cuida que le rompa el corazón, pero ella, aun antes de conocerle personalmente, estaba enamorada, siguió adelante con su amor viviendo su vida sabiendo que puede ser el último.

Salieron varias veces, en una de las salidas él comienza a sentir algo más profundo por ella y decide cortar porque él no es un hombre que precisamente se compromete con una relación seria y le advierte esto a ella, que solo puede ofrecerle las salidas sin nada serio, la respuesta de ella lo dejó perplejo, pues ella le dijo que no le podía ofrecer nada serio porque estaba desahuciada, algo por dentro le dio una sacudida a Will, en búsqueda de no comprometerse ni enamorarse (inevitablemente) le fue infiel, para nada porque ya estaba enamorado de ella hasta los tuétanos.

The grandmother knew Will and he shows up at her house looking for Charlotte, the grandmother warns that he is a womanizer and she is wary of him breaking her heart, but she, even before meeting him personally, was in love, she went ahead with her love living her life knowing that it may be her last.
They went out several times, in one of the outings he begins to feel something deeper for her and decides to cut because he is not a man who exactly commits to a serious relationship and warns this to her, that he can only offer her the outings without anything serious, her response left him perplexed, as she told him that she could not offer him anything serious because she was hopeless, something inside gave Will a jolt, in search of not committing or falling in love (inevitably) he was unfaithful, not at all because he was already in love with her to the marrow.

Will admite que la ama e investiga acerca de la enfermedad de Charlotte y pretende ayudar, para saber cómo termina, deberás ver la película, porque no voy a dar spoiler.

Lo que amé de la película fue ver a dos de mis actores favoritos juntos interpretando buenos personajes, para mí hicieron una linda pareja, sin embargo recibió muchas criticas como la peor pareja en pantalla. Me gustó todo el romance y ver cómo cambió la vida de un hombre que se creía el más irresistible en el mundo (quizá sí lo sea) y aproveche eso para tener un harén, pasó de ser mujeriego a alguien que solo se entrega a una sola persona. Amé además los espacios donde se desarrolló cada escena y cada detalle especial.

No todo es perfecto y de hecho nadie ha hablado de esto al respecto, pero lo que me molestó de la película es que se ve que el final fue demasiado forzado, es como si hubieran cortado la historia, le faltaba algo más, no siento que de un momento a otro que él encuentra el médico ella cae en gravedad, faltaron escenas allí, más momentos, más romance, un poco más de drama tal vez.

Sin embargo, nos deja grandes dosis de valores como la fidelidad, el amor, la solidaridad, la amistad, además de la empatía y que a pesar de estar pasando por un momento muy duro, hay que mantenerse optimista, vivir la vida desde la gratitud y alegría por estar vivos, perseguir nuestros sueños y amar como si no hubiera un mañana.

Espero que les guste mi experiencia con la película y les despierte las ganas de verla aunque sea algo viejita, algo retro, pero es muy linda.

What I loved about the movie was seeing two of my favorite actors together playing good characters, to me they made a cute couple, however it received a lot of criticism as the worst couple on screen. I liked all the romance and seeing how it changed the life of a man who thought he was the most irresistible man in the world (maybe he is) and took advantage of that to have a harem, he went from being a womanizer to someone who only gives himself to one person. I also loved the spaces where each scene took place and every special detail.
Not everything is perfect and in fact no one has talked about this in this regard, but what bothered me about the film is that you can see that the ending was too forced, it is as if they had cut the story, it lacked something more, I do not feel that from one moment to another that he finds the doctor she falls in gravity, there were missing scenes there, more moments, more romance, a little more drama perhaps.
However, it leaves us great doses of values such as fidelity, love, solidarity, friendship, as well as empathy and that despite going through a very hard time, we must remain optimistic, live life from gratitude and joy for being alive, pursue our dreams and love as if there were no tomorrow.
I hope you like my experience with the movie and that it awakens your desire to see it, even if it is a little old, a little retro, but it is very nice.
