Hello internet friends! I hope you are very well. Today I would like to talk to you about "The Powerpuff Girls" which was one of my favorite cartoons from when I was a child, without further ado, let's start!
¡Hola amigos de internet! Espero estén muy bien. Hoy me gustaría hablarles sobre "Las Chicas Superpoderosas" la cual era una de mis caricaturas favoritas de cuando era niña, sin mas que agregar, ¡empecemos!.
The Powerpuff Girls is a cartoon created by Craig McCracken which was aired from 1998 to 2005 through Cartoon Network and consists of 6 seasons. I imagine that many of us grew up enjoying the adventures of 3 superpowered girls named Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup which were created by Professor Utonium with sugar, spice & everything nice but he accidentally added Chemical X, and thus the 3 powerpuff girls were born and with their ultra superpowers they fought crime in the city of Townsville.
Las Chicas Superpoderosas es una caricatura creada por Craig McCracken la cual se mantuvo al aire desde 1998 hasta 2005 a través de Cartoon Network y consta de 6 temporadas. Imagino que muchos de nosotros crecimos disfrutando las aventuras de 3 niñas con superpoderes llamadas Blossom, Bubbles y Buttercup las cuales fueron creadas por el profesor Utonium con azúcar, flores, y muchos colores pero accidentalmente agregó sustancia X, y así nacieron las 3 chicas superpoderosas y con sus ultra superpoderes combatían el crimen en la ciudad de Townsville.
The series shows us the adventures of 3 superheroines who, despite being little girls, fight crime in the city since they have a wide range of superpowers. I remember that the development of the characters was quite good, Blossom was the smartest and the self-proclaimed leader of the group, Bubbles was a girl with a sweet and quite childish personality and Buttercup was the tough girl of the three. They lived with Professor Utonium, who is their creator, and they attended kindergarten, however, every time a villain appeared, they were contacted by the mayor through the direct line.
La serie nos muestra las aventuras de 3 superheroínas las cuales a pesar de ser niñas pequeñas combaten el crimen en la ciudad ya que poseen una amplia gama de superpoderes. Recuerdo que el desarrollo de los personajes era bastante bueno, Blossom era la más inteligente y la lider autoproclamada del grupo, Bubbles era una niña de personalidad tierna y bastante infantil y Buttercup era la niña ruda de las tres. Vivían con el Profesor Utonium el cual es su creador y asistían al jardin de niños sin embargo, cada vez que surgía aparecía algún villano eran contactadas por el alcalde a través de la línea directa.
I remember that the villains were very funny, the main ones were Mojo Jojo, an ape that was initially the teacher's pet but after the creation of the girls he turns evil. He was very funny to me since he proved to be evil but the girls always beat him and beat him up. He has a peculiar appearance because the explosion that happened when the girls were created caused his brain to grow out of his head so he wears a hat to hide it, due to this he also became quite intelligent.
Recuerdo que los villanos eran muy graciosos, los principales eran Mojo Jojo, un simio que inicialmente era la mascota del profesor pero luego de la creación de las niñas se vuelve malvado. Me resultaba muy gracioso ya que demostraba ser malvado pero siempre las niñas lo vencían y le daban unapaliza. Tiene una peculiar apariencia ya que debido a la explosión que sucedió cuando las niñas fueron creadas causó que su cerebro creciera y se saliera de su cabeza por lo que usa un sombrero para ocultarlo, debido a esto también se volvió bastante inteligente.
Also other villains that I liked were HIM who had a very peculiar personality (when I grew up I understood that his personality was due to being androgynous) Fuzzy Lumpkins who is a territorial hairy monster who becomes violent when someone touches his property, Princess Morbucks, another girl the same age as the girls she hates because they don't let her be another superpowered girl, the Gangrene gang who were green gang members, Sedusa, the Amoeba gang who were very clumsy and inefficient villains and their male counterparts The Rowdyruff Boys. In addition to them, other villains also appeared who were recurring but just as bad and funny.
También otros villanos que me gustaban eran HIM el cual tenía una personalidad bastante peculiar (cuando crecí entendí que su personalidad se debía a que es andrógeno) Fuzzy Lumpkins el cual es un monstruo peludo territorial el cual se vuelve violento cuando alguien toca su propiedad, Princess Morbucks otra niña de la misma edad de las chicas a las que odia porque no la dejan ser otra chica superpoderosa, La banda Gangrena los cuales eran unos pandilleros de color verde, Sedusa, la banda Ameba los cuales eran unos villanos muy torpes e ineficientes y sus contrapartes masculinas The Rowdyruff Boys. Además de ellos también aparecían otros villanos los cuales eran recurrentes pero igual de malos y graciosos.
Other notable characters were the girls' teacher Miss Keene who is quite loving with her students, the mayor who despite being an old man had a rather childish personality and his secretary Miss Sarah Bellum who made me laugh a lot. who appears to be a beautiful woman who has a statuesque body yet never shows her face. The mayor and his secretary made me laugh a lot since the mayor seemed like the "sugar daddy" of his secretary, at that time he didn't understand it but later he did hahaha.
Otros personajes notables eran la profesora de las niñas la Señorita Keene la cual es bastante amorosa con sus alumnos, el alcalde el cual a pesar de ser un anciano tenía una personalidad bastante infantil y su secretaria la Señorita Sarah Bellum la cual me daba mucha risa ya que parece ser una mujer hermosa que tiene un cuerpo escultural sin embargo nunca enseñan su rostro. El alcalde y su secretaria me daban mucha risa ya que el alcalde parecía el "sugar daddy" de su secretaria, en aquel entonces no lo entendía pero después sí jajaja.
In the episodes the same situations always arose, that is, some villain always attacked the city, the mayor was afraid and called the girls, they defeated the villain and then sent him to prison. However, I remember that there were I think 2 episodes in which the girls had a hard time defeating the villains, one of them is in which The Rowdyruff Boys appear, who defeated the girls fighting but when the girls tried to be cute with them and the they kissed the boys, they exploded being defeated, and the other is the one where Mojo Jojo, Fuzzy Lumpkins, Princess Morbucks and HIM team up to defeat the girls and succeed several times however they manage to separate and defeat them. This chapter is a clear tribute to The Beatles band since they introduced a chimpanzee with Asian features to separate the group as happened with The Beatles when thanks to Yoko Ono the group dissolved.
En los capítulos siempre se presentaban las mismas situaciones, es decir, siempre algún villano atacaba la ciudad, el alcalde agarraba miedo y llamaba a las niñas, ellas derrotaban al villano y luego lo enviaban a prisión. Sin embargo, recuerdo que hubo creo 2 episodios en los que a las niñas les costó derrotar a los villanos, uno de ellos es en el que aparecen The Rowdyruff Boys los cuales derrotaban luchando a las niñas pero cuando ellas intentaron ser lindas con ellos y los besaron ellos explotaron siendo vencidos, y el otro es en el que Mojo Jojo, Fuzzy Lumpkins, Princess Morbucks y HIM se unen para derrotar a las chicas y lo logran varias veces sin embargo, ellas logran separarlos y derrotarlos. Este capitulo es un claro homenaje a la banda de The Beatles ya que introducieron a una chimpancé con rasgos asiáticos para separar al grupo tal como pasó con The Beatles cuando gracias a Yoko Ono el grupo se disolvió.
In the year 2002 a movie was released in which they tell the origin of the girls, since they were created until the first days in the city. At first they did not want the girls because of their superpowers they unintentionally end up destroying the city when they played but after defeating Mojo Jojo they become the heroines of the city.
En el año 2002 una pelicula fué lanzada en la que uentan el origen de las chicas, desde que fueron creadas hasta los primeros dias en la cuidad. Al principio no querían a las niñas ya que por sus superpoderes ellas sin intención terminan destruyendo la ciudad cuando jugaban pero luego de derrotar a Mojo Jojo se convierten en las heroínas de la ciudad.
There have also been remakes of the series such as "The Powerpuff Girls Z" which is a Japanese version which I liked, and a remake made in 2016 which in my opinion was quite bad. A live action version is being produced and another animated series made by its original creator, which will be released soon.
También se han realizado remakes de la serie como "The Powerpuff Girls Z" la cual es una versión japonesa la cual me gustó, y un remake realizado en el 2016 el cual a mi parecer fué bastante malo. Se está produciendo una versión live action y otra serie animada realizada por su creador original las cuales serán estrenadas próximamente.
This cartoon belongs to the best time of Cartoon Network since at present the programming has declined a lot and the remakes that have been produced not only of this program but also others are quite bad, so I hope that at least the new comic made by the original creator know how to measure up and not be another bad series. Personally, I still like to enjoy not only this series, but also others from that time with which I still spend pleasant time watching them online.
Esta comiquita pertenece a la mejor época de Cartoon Network ya que en la actualidad la programación ha decaído bastante y los remakes que han producido no sólo de este programa sino también otros con bastante malo, por lo que espero que al menos la nueva comiquita hecha por el creador original sepa dar la talla y no sea otra serie mala. En lo personal a mi todavía me gusta disfrutar no sólo de esta serie, también otras de aquella época con las que todavía paso tiempo agradable viendolas online.
