I"ll admit it, I started watching Marry My Husband because almost everyone around me were talking about it. I expected a typical revenge drama, but what I saw was a story that mixed heartbreak, satisfaction, romance and personal growth in a way that kept me glued to the screen.

The drama Stars Kang Ji-won (Park Min-Young), a woman who spent most of her life putting everyone else before herself. After discovering that her husband Park Min-hwan (Lee Yi-Kyung) is having an affair with her closest friend Jung Soo-min (Song Ha-yoon), her life came to a tragic end. But fate gave her another opportunity to live. She woke up ten years in the past, with all her memories intact and decided not to make the same mistakes she made in her first life. Watching her transformation was one of my favorite parts of the series. At the beginning she was quiet, insecure and constantly overlooked. As the story unfolds she gradually became someone who could not be manipulated again. The change wasn't sudden, which made it realistic.I just found myself cheering her for even the small achievement she achieved.

Then there comes Yoo Ji-hyuk (Na In-woo), who instead of playing the overbearing male lead, was patient, thoughtful and dependable. His feelings for Kang Ji-won didn't feel forced. It was very genuine. I loved how he respected her choices instead of trying to control them. The bond between them warm, making their relationship one of the highlights of the drama. I also have to give credit to Park Min-hwan ( Lee Yi-Kyung), he delivered such a convincing performance.I found myself getting angry whenever he appeared on the screen. His selfishness, greed, and lack of accountability made him someone you wouldn't ever love. [https://ibb.co/6RJz87Jt]

Jung Soo-min (Song Ha-yoon) equally impressed me. She perfectly captured a character consumed with jealousy and obsession.

Another thing I loved about this drama was how Kang Ji-won carefully changed her decisions. She learned from her previous life and slowly took back the control of her future.

Beyond revenge, this drama this drama also thought me that constantly sacrificing for people who do not value us, will only lead to greater pain, so we should always make a better choice. It wasn't just about revenge, it was about reclaiming your self-worth, recognizing genuine love and understanding that people who truly love you will never ask you to loose yourself for their sake. If you enjoy Korean drama with emotional storytelling, compelling romance and intelligent revenge, then I'd recommend Marry My Husband. My Rating :95/100
