Hoy les quiero dar una breve reseña del short film de All too well canción escrita por Taylor Swift y regrabada en su nuevo álbum titulado RED (Taylor's Version), antes con una duración de 5 minutos y ahora con la regrabación tiene una duración de 10 minutos.
Esta canción nos habla de un romance que duró poco pero que fue realmente intenso para ella en el año 2010 con el reconocido actor Jake Gyllenhaal.

Nos cuenta una relación dónde había una diferencia de edad que para Jake era importante pero no sé lo hizo saber a Taylor hasta ya al final de su relación, por supuesto después de ilusionarla pero al final dejándola rota como a una promesa, tal y como ella dice en su canción All too well.
En el short film protagonizado por Dylan O'brien y Sadie Sink nos muestra al ritmo de la canción los acontecimientos de la relación, en dónde Sadie representa a una Taylor Swift bastante enamorada y joven. Mientras que Dylan nos muestra a un Jake que al comienzo empieza como si realmente estuviera enamorado de ella.
Aparece la famosa bufanda de Taylor en el primer clip y nos cuenta que el se la quedó y nunca se la devolvió. Muchos fans de Taylor tenemos la teoría de que la bufanda representaba la inocencia de Taylor y como perdió su virginidad con el actor.
La canción realmente te llega al corazón y el videoclip es perfecto. Desde las escenas, la química entre ambos actores, también se puede ver cómo podría ser el salir con alguien mucho mayor que tú y hasta podemos ver en una escena dónde sale Jake con sus amigos junto a Taylor y ella lo toma de la mano pero el solo le da una palmada en la mano y se la quita de encima.
Fue realmente triste ver esta escena y como luego en otra escena tienen una pelea por esta razón y Jake le hace gaslighting, y luego le pide perdón pero de una manera bastante grosera.
Taylor fue la escritora y directora de este short film que ya cuenta con más de 10 millones de visualizaciones en su cuenta de Youtube. Mucha gente hasta los que no son grandes fans de Taylor han alabado este short film ya que se sienten identificados con el tipo de relación que se muestra o por el simple hecho de que la canción es tan atractiva que no pasa desapercibida.
Mi opinión es que el short film quedó realmente hermoso y a la vez muy desgarrador, la canción es perfecta y en esta nueva versión de 10 minutos nos da más detalles y pues llore demasiado. No tengo nada en contra de Jake Gyllenhaal pero creo que realmente le faltó más responsabilidad afectiva. Pero bueno ya han pasado 10 años de esa relación y ambos se encuentran felices con sus actuales parejas.
Yo le doy un 1000 de 10 al short film porque si, soy swiftie. Taylor es una increíble escritora y que este relanzando sus antiguos la hace una mujer empoderada y que quiere que su trabajo sea reconocido por haberlo hecho ella misma con amor.
Hay muchas canciones de Taylor que te dejan una enseñanza, no todas son sobre sus exe's. Así que date la oportunidad de escuchar All too well y quedarás tan destrozado como todos nosotros.
