Creo que es primera vez que hago la reseña de un drama que no me gustó al 100% y es que si bien este drama fue muy divertido también fue muy aburrido 🥱 en algunas partes, pero tal vez eso solo me paso a mí, lo cierto es que a pesar de eso me parece que tiene bastante cosas positivas que vale la pena mencionar.

A Virtuous Business es un drama originario de Corea del Sur, del genero negocios, comedia y vida, cuenta con 12 episodios, es de la cadena JTBC y se estreno el 12 de octubre del 2024, la serie se desarrolla en un pueblo rural en la decada de 1990, y seguirá las vidas de 4 mujeres que venden productos para adultos en una epoca en la que esto era tabú.

Una de las cosas que me gusto de este drama es que se puede aprender del coraje y la resiliencia de estas 4 mujeres al aventurarse en un negocio como ese en una epoca como esa, donde el papel de la mujer era simplemente ser ama de casa, pero claro esta que estas mujeres a excepción de una, tenían una situación financiera difícil e hijos que mantener y las que tenían esposos pues no aportaban mucho que digamos.
One of the things I liked about this drama is that you can learn from the courage and resilience of these 4 women to venture into a business like that at a time like that, where the role of women was simply to be a housewife, but of course these women, except for one, had a difficult financial situation and children to support and those who had husbands did not contribute much to say.
Otra cosa que me gusto, es que pasar del tema de los productos para adultos, las pocas escenas subidas de tono por así decirlo, (no quiero ser muy explícita sé que hay niños en la plataforma) son abordados de forma muy caricaturesca y divertida, cero escenas vulgares y eso me gusto mucho ya que una de las razones por las que veo dramas coreanos es porque sé que no encontraré ese tipo de escenas que de repente en una novela latina sí.
Another thing that I liked, is that the few scenes that are too explicit (I don't want to be too explicit, I know there are children in the platform) are approached in a very cartoonish and funny way, zero vulgar scenes and I liked that a lot because one of the reasons why I watch Korean dramas is because I know that I won't find those kind of scenes that suddenly in a Latin soap opera I will.
Otra cosa que ame fue la amistad tan bonita que surgió entre estas cuatro mujeres que se unieron para llevar a cabo este negocio tan difícil y es que no solo se unieron para eso, sino que terminaron siendo amigas y apoyándose una a la otra más alla de lo laboral, se puede ver como se va formando un vínculo muy fuerte entre ellas y se terminan convirtiendo en la red de apoyo que cada una necesita y eso sin duda es muy hermoso. 🥰

El romance en este drama digamos que es el tema secundario, Han Jung-sook (Kim So-yeon) y un misterioso y gupo detective que llega de Estados Unidos Kim Do-hyun (Yeon Woo-jin), se enamoran, pero el romance transcurre de manera lenta, lo cual me parece bastante lógico ya que Jung-sook acababa de divirciarse de su esposo y su único objetivo en ese momento es sacar adelante su negocio para darle una mejor vida a su hijo, la química entre los protagonistas no me convenció mucho la verdad y creo que por eso en parte me aburrí.

La razón por la que no deje de ver el drama fue porque que quería descubrir el misterio, como les dije el protagonista masculino es un misterioso detective que llego de Estados Unidos en busca de su Madre biológica y en el proceso desenterro unos cuantos misterios que no me imaginé y me hicieron volar la cabeza 🤯 para mí eso le dió un toque super interesante a la historia y sin eso la verdad hubiese dejado de verlo.
The reason I didn't stop watching the drama was because I wanted to discover the mystery, as I told you the male protagonist is a mysterious detective who came from the United States in search of his biological Mother and in the process unearthed a few mysteries that I didn't imagine and blew my mind 🤯 for me that gave a super interesting touch to the story and without that the truth is I would have stopped watching it.
En fin a este drama le doy un 7/10 no me desagradó por completo, pero tampoco lo ame, la verdad no es el tipo de drama que varía mil veces, cuantame en los comentarios si ya has visto este K-drama ¿Qué te pareció? O si no lo has visto ¿Te animarías a verlo? 😊
