The Jurassic films are a unique breed of film for a lot of people in that they are always going to have widespread appeal but let's be honest here, they are never going to be terribly good stories.

People like to talk about how nothing will ever be able to top the first one but if we are being honest that film was kind of stupid, but entertaining as well. All of these films are extremely reliant on completely happenstance situations and insane coincidences in order for the story to progress and that is what we end up with in all of them. The latest release is no exception to this idea. The whole film is ridiculous

This film starts out like all of the ones since the first one have in that they have some sort of setup to explain why there is going to be a crisis in the next scene that they are going to fast-forward to. I don't need to be too specific but needless to say a bunch of scientists are STILL working on dinosaurs even though I think they keep telling us time and time again that people aren't supposed to be doing that anymore and these scientists, once again, have a really big problem with something that results in their entire operation getting destroyed. Seriously, someone needs to dramatically overhaul the places' security protocols.

So now a crack team of go getters, a science guy, and a greedy corporate guy that cares nothing for humanity and it only in it for the profit all need to go to some island because reasons. It doesn't really matter guys and you know it, we are all in this for the cool dinos and the really good CGI scenes that are loud and have amazing and terrifying visuals. That is and always has been the real star of the Jurassic Park films

You will get plenty of that in this film and they start it off with a bang in the water in what I consider to be some of the most terrifying dino-action that any of the JP parts have ever had. A lot of this has to do with me having a rather profound fear of deep water and also boats sinking in it.

The entire sequences of events is loud, keeps you on the edge, and of course it is absolutely riddled with thing that don't make sense such as this creature trying to nip little snacks off of the side of boats rather than just taking the whole thing down, which it is clearly capable of doing. Also the fact that it has a problem with the boat in the first place. It's all very odd but we need it to happen otherwise our crew doesn't get conveniently stranded on the nearby island where they are hunting and being hunted by a bunch of dinosaurs including everyone's favorite.

They do a lot of throwbacks to the first film and I don't know if this is fan-service or laziness and honestly, I do not care. once again it is stupid but entertaining and it is genuinely scary. The crowd at my cinema were jumping at the jump scares and well, I was as well. They do a good job with what they are good at and it is visually appealing.

This is what JP films are for. We don't go for an award-winning story or fantastic acting, we go for the scares, the visual buffet, and of course the rather iconic music that comes along with it all.

Location scenes look good and they are probably done somewhere in South East Asia but that is not where we are meant to be in the film. I do not care at all. It looked nice on the screen and they did a good job of transitioning from real outdoor area to soundstage with green screen that I am sure a great deal of the movie was actually filmed on. We tend to forget that making a movie like this where almost all of the action cannot possibly be made to happen in real life, and how incredibly difficult and expensive it would be to make something like this happen.

This film just came out and so far the latest figures have it at nearly breaking even but seeing as how it is in its first weekend in Asia, and is nearly at that point, it is guaranteed to make money.

Should I watch it?

It depends I guess. I feel as though these films are actually ONLY worthwhile on the big screen because that is where their strengths truly shine. There isn't a "good" story in any of these movies and the only real reason to go and see them is for the visual spectacle that cannot be replicated on almost anyone's home screens. I probably would have turned this off before it was over if I was watching it at home but the overpowering speakers at the cinema and the huge screen made it an enjoyable time. I certainly enjoyed it a great deal more than 28 Years Later which is the only other film I have seen in the theater so far in 2025.

If you can get afford a ticket I can all but guarantee you will enjoy it because it is pretty amazing. Just don't expect anything from the story because all of that is just really dumb.

I'll cut right to the chase before explaining my take a little more thoroughly. First, Sinners is the best movie I have seen this year. I will be incredibly disappointed if it is not nominated for a Best Picture Academy Award. Second, Sinners is just a more serious version of Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino's 1996 film From Dusk Till. From Dusk Till Dawn is one of my favorite movies so if you haven't seen it, check it out. It is wildly entertaining movie.

In my opinion, a movie should not lose points just because it is highly influenced by another movie. That is how art works. People don't hate on Manet and Monet for both being impressionists. And no one should hate on Ryan Coogler if he was indeed inspired by From Dusk Till Dawn. All that matters is that a writer/director adds to it and makes it his own.

I refuse to give away any spoilers, but if you have seen any previews for this movie, you know it involves Vampires. But the amazing part is, it didn't even need to. Don't get me wrong, the Vampires made it super exciting but I was hooked every minute it was on my screen.

Let me do a quick aside on why I am writing this now instead of when it was out in theaters. It is because I am the scarediest scaredy cat you ever lived. I am a huge baby about horror movies. I simply get too immersed into all the movies I watch, so when something is scary... I am genuinely scared. I saw the previews for this and said "Damn that looks great... which I could see it." Now that it is finally on Max and I can watch it in the daylight at home, I was finally ready. And I am so happy I did.

I truly wish you could hear this picture.

There is absolutely nothing supernatural about this movie for the first 45 minutes. Even then it is just a quick scene. So the real action doesn't start until a full hour has passed. You might think that is a negative but you could not be more wrong. Like I said before, I would have watched this if it just told the story of twin gangsters returning to Mississippi to open up a Juke Joint for their black community in 1932. The characters, acting, dialogue was so compelling that it was like a whole separate fantastic movie. Add in the fact that director Ryan Coogler used music as another character made it truly special. The Blues plays a role in this movie like I have never seen before. It was amazing. The cherry on top was an incredible time shifting scene that I literally rewound and watched again. It is some of the finest film making I have ever seen. Although every performance was perfect, my favorites were Michael B Jordan (playing both Smoke and Stack) and Wunmi Mosaku as Annie.

Although I am ascaredy cat, I have seen my fair share of Vampire movies. This is by far one of the best. After establishing the characters and story, Coogler creates one of the most interesting and original takes on Vampire I have seen. The action scenes are top notch. Although there are 1 or 2 jump scares, I was never really scared. I was just on the edge of my seat and incredibly entertained. Once the action starts, the music changes and is just as perfect as the first part of the movie.

I highly recommend that you watch and listen to this movie ASAP.

The episode’s central plot revolves around the gruesome murder of Martin Ridenour, a wealthy advertising executive discovered hanged in a derelict rowhouse in a predominantly Black neighbourhood in West Baltimore. The autopsy reveals he was savagely whipped both before and after his death, suggesting a ritualistic element to the killing. Detectives Meldrick Lewis (Clark Johsnon) and Paul Falsone (Jon Seda) take the case, with Lewis becoming unnerved upon visiting Ridenour’s opulent home. There, he discovers an abundance of Confederate paraphernalia—a collection his widow, Pamela (Stephanie Roth), dismisses as mere historical interest rather than racist symbolism. To clear his mind, Lewis revisits the crime scene, where he stumbles upon a church that once served as a stop on the Underground Railroad. This discovery intertwines the present-day investigation with Baltimore’s grim history. Research reveals that Ridenour’s ancestors included Patty Ridenour, a notorious slave catcher in the 19th century. The trail eventually leads to Dennis Rigby (Laurence Mason), a young Black man with an unblemished record, who confesses to the murder without coercion. Rigby, the descendant of a slave recaptured by Patty Ridenour, explains that he sought to repay the violence of the past by subjecting Ridenour’s descendant to the same cruelty.

The subplot involving Detective Tim Bayliss (Richard Belzer) and his ongoing exploration of his sexuality, however, feels like a distraction. Detective Frank Pembleton (Andre Braugher), already grappling with his partner’s recent erratic behaviour, grows increasingly baffled by Bayliss’s newfound relationship with Detective Laura Ballard (Callie Thorne). Meanwhile, Detective Stuart Gharty (Peter Gerety) becomes inexplicably jealous and overprotective, his reactions more comically exaggerated than emotionally resonant. While Homicide has always balanced procedural elements with character-driven drama, this storyline feels perfunctory, shoehorning melodrama into a plot that could have stood alone.

Written by Darryl Wharton and directed by Mary Harron (known for I Shot Andy Warhol and American Psycho), Sins of the Father leverages Baltimore’s history as both a literal and metaphorical setting. The fictional Patty Ridenour is loosely based on the real-life Patty Cannon, a slave catcher whose atrocities in the early 1800s were even shocking by the standards of her time. Harron’s direction is largely assured, though her stylistic flourishes—such as the period flashbacks depicting Patty Ridenour—feel occasionally intrusive. The decision to cast Stephanie Roth as both the modern widow and her historical counterpart is audacious and effective, though the abrupt shifts between timelines might disorient some viewers. Still, Harron avoids the pitfall of heavy-handed didacticism, allowing the story’s moral complexities to unfold naturally.

Where the episode truly excels is in its interrogation of historical guilt and the futility of vengeance. Dennis Rigby, portrayed with simmering intensity by Laurence Mason, embodies the seductive logic of “an eye for an eye,” convinced that his actions rectify centuries of injustice. Yet it is Meldrick Lewis who emerges as the episode’s moral centre. Initially, Lewis’s visceral reaction to the Confederate memorabilia in Ridenour’s home suggests a personal stake in the case, but his confrontation with Rigby reveals a deeper understanding. Lewis challenges Rigby’s smug self-righteousness, arguing that his actions does nothing but perpetuate the cycle of violence they both claim to oppose. The exchange is the episode’s emotional crescendo, a reminder that justice cannot be served through retribution alone.

While Sins of the Father is undeniably strong, its ambitions are somewhat undercut by its secondary plotlines. The Bayliss subplot, though well-acted, feels gratuitous, diverting attention from the richer themes of racial history and moral accountability. The episode’s strength lies in its unflinching examination of how the past’s sins linger in the present, yet its attempt to balance this with workplace drama leaves it feeling bifurcated. A tighter focus on the Ridenour case and its historical underpinnings would have elevated it from “good” to “great.”

Hello everyone, I am going to review The Old Guard 2 movie.

Seeing the first part of the film, my experience at that time (which is about 4 to 5 years ago) was exactly the same. But yes, I really enjoyed the film. At the same time, I did criticize the length of the film perhaps 2 hours or a little more. Apart from this, the story of this film was carried forward on the adaptation of the graphic novel or comic book, it was completely mixed with the agenda of the Netflix people.

Again, I would say that according to the first part, the world building and the characters - all this in a very good way, or rather, I would say, properly understanding, shows us a movie with a time pass according to a one-time watch. After that moment, I never looked back.

But one of the hopes I had from the inside was the way the sequel was teased at the end of the film - that going forward, when Quynh returns, that too after several hundred years, what will change? And how much of the secret behind his immortality, which was only teased in the film in the first part, will be explored this time?

When the announcement of the sequel of this film came - which came out very late - and now I am not talking about the up and down situation of the production, but the problems of the production of the film 'Behind the Scenes' - in which it seemed that the second part would never be made.

But then, consoling myself, I had accepted that let's go, if there is a sequel to the film, then it is okay, otherwise the ignoring category will be fine. Then if there is interest, I will turn the pages of the comic book and revise them thoroughly.

Because that was the only region to give continuity to this story - where did this immortality come from? And now is she even maintaining balance or not?

This situation also we get to see again with the whole group of Andromache - Where the danger of going near the moment of death has been hovering over them, but along with this, now Uma Thurman's character Discord has also been introduced, which has some connection with the past.

But perhaps Netflix was not able to completely move on from this chapter, so the responsibility of making this film was given to a director named Victoria Mahoney. I don't know his name at all.

I thought this sequel of this film was made by Netflix in a Desperate Move attempt.

6 years ago, the 2nd season of the famous manga by Yūsuke Murata and ONE (the creator of the original comic, together they co-create the manga published by Shueisha in the Tonari no Young Jump magazine) debuted. I remember how the fans reacted back then - they were angry that the J.C.Staff studio did a poor job, unlike the MadHouse studio. If you've been following anime for as long as I have, you probably know that the MH studio was constantly praised at the time. Today I know that it wasn't just the studio itself, but above all the creators who were associated with them at the time. Of course, it's not like the studio has absolutely no importance. After all, some creators prefer more creative freedom, and some studios prefer to avoid controversy. Others, on the other hand, find it convenient. For example, Warner Brothers or Paramount will be willing to take a risk, unlike Disney (another thing is that due to financial problems they will be limited in another way). In general, in the matter of anime, it is a more fluid matter than in the case of film studios. Additionally, there are nuances and specifics of creating anime - for example, a special committee must be established and more. Americans have simplified it significantly.

But okay, back to S2 OPM. I remember when the studio released the first trailer. I don't remember if they hid it as long as they could (like in the case of S3) or if they thought that viewers would somehow not pay attention to it. I do remember what a shitstorm it was on the internet. For a few days it was hard to enter a FB group, a YT video about season 2 of OPM etc. without coming across criticism. People complained about the backgrounds, the quality of the animation, the drawings, the curves and poorly drawn characters. Even my colleagues and buddies from the "real world" who only know DB, Naruto, Avatar (Aang), maybe Bleach, noticed that something was wrong. There was only a 4-year difference between S1 and S2. Only?! Nani?! What the fuck is he talking about?!

Well, 4 years is not that long if you want to make a decent animation. A decent one, meaning not a rag to the floor, like the crushing majority of DB or OP episodes. Sure, there are terminators that can make a fairly good episode in 3-4 months, which is the standard time for creating the aforementioned battle-shounens, but these are exceptions. And let me emphasize, I'm talking about episodes without complicated animations and fights. Generally, if we want to talk about really good quality, 6 months is the minimum. 8 and 12 months are a more certain amount of time. FullMetal Panic fans have been waiting for season 3, i.e. Invinsible Victory, for 13 years! There are 12 episodes, but after each one we are satiated, like after a gourmet dinner and a delicious dessert. Or like after a great episode of a series on the level of season 1 and 2 of The Boardwalk Empire, the best episodes of Gilded Age, Handmaid's Tale, Reacher.

Now bet how long it took to create season 2 of OPM. Well, guess. 6 months XD. I checked to be sure, so as not to make a mistake. Another thing is that S1 was largely created by Freelancers from experienced studios (from what I remember from the Animelogia video, Polish creators of anime content, these were WIT, Bones and others). Even if we tried our best and did push-ups with their help, we would not be able to win against such competition. As I write these words, a sequel to Baldur's Gate is being created. You probably remember that the game was in the limelight for a long time for several reasons. Even if it was created by the Pope with the Fatality skill (the most famous Doom and Quake player), being a sociopathic genius and workaholic at the same time, it would be damn hard for him to repeat the success of his predecessor. Even with a solid team, like Id Software, or let's say studio Ghibli (which can be easily compared to the creators of Doom due to a similar workflow, contribution to world pop culture and experience). If anything, I've put a link to a ForgottenRelics video at the bottom that explains exactly why season 2 was a failure.

Why did J.C.Staff do such a big job? Because they can, because they'll make money. We often criticize American corporations, but they're not as bad and greedy as Japanese ones. I haven't seen too many anime from this studio... Besides, even if I had, that knowledge is long out of date, because I don't follow anime news (apart from franchises that interest me). J.C.Staff has mixed opinions and its supporters and opponents, so I assume that my interpretation is at least partially correct. Especially since they make exactly the same "mistakes" with S3. The premiere is supposed to take place in October, so we have about 4 months until it (depending on which day they air episode 1). We still don't know the director, we haven't seen a single frame of animation, there's speculation on the internet that the lines of dialogue probably haven't been recorded yet. Well, I feel for you, OPM fans. Maybe you won't have to wait too long for a remake.

Pamiętam jak wówczas zareagowali fani - byli źli, że studio J.C.Staff zrobiło kiepską robotę w przeciwieństwie do studia MadHouse. Jeżeli śledzicie anime równie długo co ja, to pewnie wiecie, że studio MH było w tamtych czasach ciągle chwalone. Dzisiaj wiem, że to nie była jedynie zasługa samego studia, a przede wszystkim twórców, którzy wówczas byli z nimi związani. Oczywiście, to nie tak, że studio nie ma absolutnie żadnego znaczenia. W końcu niektórzy twórcy wolą większą wolność twórczą, a niektóre studia wolą unikać kontrowersji. Innym z kolei jest to na rękę. Na ten przykład, Warner Brothers, czy Paramount, będą skłonni zaryzykować w przeciwieństwie do Disneya (inna sprawa, że z uwagi na problemy finansowe będą ograniczeni z innej strony). Generalnie w kwestii anime, to bardziej płynna kwestia niż w przypadku studiów filmowych. Dodatkowo dochodzą niuanse i specyfika tworzenia anime - np. musi powstać specjalny komitet i nie tylko. Amerykanie to znacząco uprościli.

Ale dobra, wracając do S2 OPM. Pamiętam, jak studio wypuściło pierwszą zapowiedź. Nie pamiętam, czy ukrywali ją tak długo, jak można (jak w przypadku S3), czy myśleli że widzowie jakimś cudem nie zwrócą na to uwagi. Pamiętam natomiast, jaki był shit-storm w internecie. Przez kilka dni trudno było wejść na jakąś grupę na FB, filmik na YT o 2 sezonie OPM etc. by nie natknąć się na krytykę. Ludzie narzekali na tła, jakość animacji, rysunków, krzywe i źle narysowane postacie. Nawet moi koledzy i kumple z "realnego świata", którzy znają jedynie DB, Naruto, Avatar (Aang), może Bleacha, zauważyli że coś jest nie tak. Między S1, a S2 były jedynie 4 lata różnicy. Jedynie?! Nani?! Co on pieprzy?!

No 4 lata to nie tak dużo, jeśli chcecie zrobić porządną animację. Porządną czyli nie szmatę do podłogi, jak miażdżąca większość odcinków DB, czy OP. Jasne, są terminatory, które potrafią zrobić w miarę dobry odcinek w 3-4 miesiące, czyli standardowy czas powstawania w/w battle-shounenów, ale to wyjątki. No i zaznaczę, mówię o odcinkach bez skomplikowanych animacji i walk. Generalnie jeśli chcemy mówić o naprawdę dobrej jakości, to 6 miesięcy to minimum. 8 i 12 miesięcy to pewniejszy czas pracy. Fani FullMetal Panic czekali na 3 sezon, tj. Invinsible Victory 13 lat! Odcinków jest 12, ale po każdym jesteśmy nasyceni, jak po wykwintnym obiedzie i pysznym deserze. Albo jak po świetnym odcinku serialu na poziomie 1 i 2 sezonu The Boardwalk Empire, najlepszych odcinków Gilded Age, Handmaid's Tale, Reacher.

To teraz obstawiajcie, ile tworzono 2 sezon OPM. No, zgadujcie. 6 miesięcy XD. Sprawdziłem dla pewności, by nie popełnić błędu. Inna sprawa, że S1 był w dużej mierze tworzony przez Freelancerów z doświadczonych studiów (z tego co pamiętam z filmiku Animelogia, polskich twórców contentu o anime, były to studia WIT, Bones i nie tylko). Choćbyśmy stanęli na rzęsach i robili z ich pomocą pompki, to nie damy rady wygrać z taką konkurencją. W momencie, gdy piszę te słowa, powstaje kontynuacja gry Baldur's Gate. Pewnie kojarzycie, gra była przez długo na świeczniku z kilku powodów. Choćby tworzył ją Papież ze skillem Fatality (najsłynniejszy gracz Dooma i Quake'a), będąc socjopatycznym geniuszem i pracoholikiem jednocześnie, to byłoby mu cholernie trudno powtórzyć sukces poprzednika. Nawet mając solidną ekipę, jak Id Software, czy powiedzmy studio Ghibli (które bez problemu można porównać do twórców Dooma z uwagi na podobny tryb pracy, wkład w światową popkulturę oraz doświadczenie). Jak coś, na dole umieściłem link do filmiku ForgottenRelics, który dokładnie tłumaczy dlaczego 2 sezon był porażką.

Czemu J.C.Staff odwaliło taką chałturę? Bo mogą, bo zarobią. Często krytykujemy Amerykańskie korporacje, ale nie są aż tak złe i chciwe, jak Japońskie. Nie widziałem zbyt wielu anime od tego studia... Zresztą, nawet gdybym je zobaczył, to ta wiedza jest już od dawna nieaktualna, bo nie śledzę nowości anime (poza franczyzami, które mnie interesują). J.C.Staff ma mieszane opinie oraz swoich zwolenników i przeciwników, więc zakładam że moja interpretacja jest przynajmniej częściowo słuszna. Tym bardziej, że przy S3 robią dokładnie te same "błędy". Premiera ma się odbyć w październiku, więc mamy do niej około 4 miesięcy (w zależności od tego, którego dnia wyemitują 1 odcinek). Ciągle nie znamy reżysera, nie widzieliśmy żadnej klatki animacji, w internecie spekuluje się, że pewnie jeszcze nie nagrano linii dialogowych. Cóż, współczuję Wam, fani OPM. Może nie będziecie musieli zbyt długo czekać na remake.

¡Hola amigos de esta gran comunidad amante del anime!

Hoy quiero hablarles de un anime que vi por mera curiosidad, simplemente porque me pareció interesante y llamativo. El anime en cuestión se llama Dorohedoro, y la verdad es que es bastante extraño, tanto en historia como en estilo. Nunca había escuchado hablar de él antes, pero terminé viéndolo... y sorprendiéndome mucho.

Dorohedoro nos presenta una trama caótica, llena de misterio y humor negro. La historia gira en torno a nuestro protagonista, un hombre con cabeza de lagarto que no recuerda quién es ni cómo llegó a estar maldito. Desde ahí comienza su búsqueda para descubrir quién le hizo esto. Junto a él está Nikaido, una chica fuerte y carismática, que también oculta un secreto importante que el protagonista (a quien muchos conocen como Caiman) desconoce.

Aunque no es una historia tan profunda o emocional como otros animes que suelo ver, tengo que decir que fue muy entretenida. Lo curioso de Dorohedoro es que combina escenarios oscuros, violentos y sangrientos con momentos muy absurdos y graciosos. Ese contraste le da un estilo único que logra enganchar.

El anime está lleno de hechiceros, maldiciones y demonios, por lo que al principio pensé que sería el típico shōnen lleno de batallas. Pero en realidad, es más bien una mezcla de humor bizarro, acción y locura total. Y no puedo dejar de mencionar al que para mí fue el personaje más divertido: En, el hechicero más poderoso del anime. Cada vez que aparecía, me sacaba una buena risa con su actitud tan excéntrica.

Confieso que al principio me costó engancharme porque no entendía bien hacia dónde iba la historia. Pero a medida que avanzaban los capítulos, todo empezaba a tener más sentido y terminé viéndolo completo.

En mi opinión, le doy un 7/10. Es una serie bastante entretenida, diferente y con personajes memorables. Aunque siento que podría haberse desarrollado mejor en algunos puntos, sigue siendo una buena experiencia si buscas algo fuera de lo común.

Today I want to talk about an anime I watched purely out of curiosity. It caught my attention because of how strange and unique it looked, so I gave it a chance—and I was in for a wild ride. The anime is called Dorohedoro, and to be honest, it’s one of the strangest series I’ve ever seen. I had never even heard of it before, and the plot is just as crazy as its world.

The story revolves around a big mystery: finding out who cursed our main character, who now has a lizard head for some unknown reason. As the story unfolds, he gets closer and closer to the truth. By his side is Nikaido, a strong and charming woman who hides a secret that Caiman (the nickname of our lizard-headed protagonist) doesn't know about.

This isn’t a deep or emotional story like other anime I usually watch, but I still found it very entertaining. One of the most unique things about Dorohedoro is how it blends dark, violent, and grotesque scenes with absurd humor. That contrast gives the series a strange but enjoyable tone.

The anime is full of sorcerers, curses, and demons, so at first, I thought it would be your typical shōnen full of action battles. But instead, it turned out to be a bizarre mix of humor, chaos, and madness. And I have to mention my favorite character: En, the most powerful sorcerer in the anime. His eccentric personality had me laughing every time he showed up.

I’ll admit that in the beginning, I found it a bit boring and confusing—I couldn’t understand what was going on. But as the episodes went on, everything started to make more sense, and I ended up finishing the whole show.

For me, this anime is a 7/10. It’s fun, wild, and different from what I usually watch. While I think it could’ve been better developed in some areas, it’s definitely worth watching if you’re in the mood for something weird and out of the box.

Synopsis :

Emma Russell (Vera Farmiga), paléobiologiste, a perdu son fils Andrew en 2014, à cause de Godzilla. Depuis lors, elle a mis au point l'Orca, un appareil capable de "communiquer" avec les titans, en captant et rediffusant les bons signaux émis par ces immenses bestioles, au bon moment. Sa fille Madison (Millie Bobby Brown), dite Maddie, l'accompagne lors de cette mission-ci. Mark Russell (Kyle Chandler), père de Maddie et ex-mari d'Emma est devenu photographe d'animaux sauvages, tels que les loups. C'est Mark qui, au départ, avait imaginé l'Orca, mais Emma l'a concrétisé. Maddie a été confiée à sa mère, puisque Mark est toujours en déplacement. Plusieurs titans existent désormais et sont éparpillées à travers le monde. Certaines sont comme "en sommeil", mais seront réveillées avec l'utilisation de l'Orca notamment. Quand ces espèces se rencontrent, soit elles combattent pour voir qui sera le plus fort - parfois jusqu'à la mort - soit elles sont attirées l'une vers l'autre et cherchent à se reproduire, mais elles forment d'abord une alliance pour combattre les ennemis. Et les humains là-dedans ? Ils veulent intervenir, en restant vivants de préférence, pour pouvoir examiner ces titans de plus près, en expérimentant de nouveaux appareils, comme l'Orca, ou de nouvelles techniques ou des injections de nouveaux produits.

Mon avis et petites infos :

Ce n'est pas mon genre de films. J'avais vu Godzilla et l'un ou l'autre King Kong, mais ce n'est pas ma tasse de thé. Avec la chaleur qui fait, ce jours-ci, on ne voulait pas se casser la tête et on aime encore bien voir Millie Bobby Brown dans ses différents rôles. Nous l'avions découverte dans Stranger Things et on l'a retrouvé dans Enola Holmes, entre autres. Ici, elle a 15 ans à la sortie du film, mais elle en paraît moins.

Parmi les autres acteurs, je pourrais vous citer Ken Watanabe, Sally Hawkins, Bradley Whitford, Charles Dance et David Strathairn, pour les plus connus.
