Su reparto está encabezado por Asa Butterfield quien ha participado en series como Sex Education y también está presente Lola Evans dándole vida al personaje principal de la película.

   Siempre me han gustado las películas con tramas similares a Saw, pero que no sean tan gore o fuertes y a lo largo de mucho tiempo me he dedicado a buscar este tipo de películas, pero he visto que son muy pocas las que hay donde no muestren un gore tan marcado. Sin embargo, he conseguido series como Alice in bordeland y películas como Elige o Muere que no son tan fuertes y se puede ver cómodamente, en esta ocasión daré mi opinión sobre Elige o Muere y sinceramente me dejo un poco insatisfecha porque pensé que la película sería mucho más de lo que fue.

   I have always liked movies with plots similar to Saw, but that are not so gore or strong and for a long time I have been looking for this kind of movies, but I have seen that there are very few where they do not show such a strong gore. However, I have gotten series like Alice in bordeland and movies like Choose or Die that are not so strong and can be watched comfortably, this time I will give my opinion about Choose or Die and honestly I left a little unsatisfied because I thought the film would be much more than it was.

   La Película nos cuenta la historia de dos mejores amigos que encuentran un videojuego antiguo que al parecer da un premio de mucho dinero si logran superar cada uno de los niveles hasta llegar al boss final y vencerlo, debido a que Kayla necesita el dinero decide comenzar a jugar y no descansara hasta superar cada uno de los niveles, pero lo comenzó siendo un viejo y aburrido videojuego terminara convirtiéndose en un juego de terror que hará realidad cada una de sus pesadillas y tendrá que luchar para mantenerse con vida mientras va superando cada uno de los niveles.

   The movie tells the story of two best friends who find an old video game that apparently gives a prize of a lot of money if they can overcome each of the levels to reach the final boss and beat it, because Kayla needs the money decides to start playing and will not rest until you overcome each of the levels, but what started as an old and boring video game will end up becoming a horror game that will realize each of their nightmares and will have to fight to stay alive while overcoming each of the levels.

   La trama de la película es interesante, pero muy floja, siento que la historia no es algo nueva, a pesar de que el factor principal sea un videojuego de preguntas que te coloca entre la espada y la pared; el ritmo de la película comienza bien y te llama la atención, pero a medida que va avanzando va cayendo en picada y a mí me resulto un poco aburrida y llega un punto donde la historia es un poco incoherente y la trama pasa de ser interesante a ser una trama sin sentido.

   The plot of the film is interesting, but very weak, I feel that the story is not something new, even though the main factor is a video game of questions that puts you between a rock and a hard place; the pace of the film starts well and catches your attention, but as it progresses it goes downhill and I found it a little boring and there comes a point where the story is a little incoherent and the plot goes from being interesting to being a meaningless plot.

   La ambientación me parece correcta y el toque antiguo que le dan a algunas pruebas me pareció bastante llamativo; La película tiene más suspenso que terror y es algo que no destaca mucho, tiene algunos giros que no te esperabas y eso es algo que se agradece, siento que la explicación de la maldición del juego es algo confusa y deja algunas lagunas que pueden ser respondidas en una segunda entrega, no es algo que esté confirmado, pero es una posibilidad, ya que el final deja como esa puerta abierta para una continuación.

   The setting seems to me correct and the antique touch that they give to some tests I found quite striking; The film has more suspense than terror and is something that does not stand out much, it has some twists that you did not expect and that is something that is appreciated, I feel that the explanation of the curse of the game is somewhat confusing and leaves some gaps that can be answered in a second installment, it is not something that is confirmed, but it is a possibility, since the end leaves as that door open for a continuation.

   Los personajes no logran encajar con la historia, siento que entre los actores no tienen una conexión y eso se vio en los personajes; las actuaciones se ven forzadas y sin ganas. Lola Evans y Asa Butterfield son los que le dan vida a los personajes principales y a pesar de ser buenos en lo que hacen, siento que en esta película no logran conseguir explotar su talento, les falto fuerza y transmitir mejor los sentimientos que rodean a los personajes, no se logra conectar con ellos en ningún momento.

   The characters do not manage to fit with the story, I feel that the actors do not have a connection between them and that was seen in the characters; the performances are forced and without desire. Lola Evans and Asa Butterfield are the ones who give life to the main characters and despite being good at what they do, I feel that in this film they fail to exploit their talent, they lacked strength and better convey the feelings surrounding the characters, they fail to connect with them at any time.

   En Conclusión Elige o Muere, es una película que yo no volvería a ver, es de esas típicas pelis con una historia que promete más de lo que es, tiene una dosis aceptable de suspenso, pero no compensa lo floja que es y a mí en lo personal me aburrió. Mi Puntuación final es dé.

   First, how horrible that poster, I mean, I didn't understand it the first time I saw it, but as I was too lazy to look for another one since I didn't find a different one on IMDb, I had to leave it, but yes, it is horrible, although I must say that it fits perfectly to the movie, because it is a weird thing that can be very bad, or it can be very good, it all depends on the person who sees it, because objectively the movie is bad, but not as bad as people want to make you believe.

   Curs>r is a game from the 80's that one day Kayla finds in Isaac's things, this game is very peculiar because once you start playing it you can not stop, you must follow all the rules that the game gives you, and there is only one small concern about the game, this is that the game can manipulate the reality at will to make you keep playing, because you have to choose between the options it gives you, and if you do not, you die, so you must choose or die.

   

   Primero, qué horrible ese poster, o sea, no lo entendí la primera vez que lo vi, pero como me dio flojera buscar otro, ya que no encontré uno diferente en imdb, tuve que dejarlo, pero sí, es horrible, aunque debo decir que le queda perfecto a la película, pues es una cosa rara que puede ser muy mala, o puede ser muy buena, todo depende de la persona que la vea, pues objetivamente la película es mala, pero no tan mala como las personas les quieren hacer creer.

   Curs>r es un juego de los 80 que un día cualquiera Kayla encuentra en las cosas de Isaac, ese juego es muy peculiar, pues una vez comienzas a jugarlo no puedes detenerte, debes cumplir todas las reglas que te pone el juego, y hay tan solo una pequeña preocupación sobre el juego, esta es que el juego puede manipular la realida a su antojo para hacer que sigas jugando, pues tienes que elegir entre las opciones que te da, y si no lo haces, mueres, por ese debes elegir o morir.

   Muy simple todo, se entiende lo que está sucediendo, así que no hay mayor secreto, quizás el origen del juego, que lo veremos, pero de resto, solo nos queda disfrutar de todas las atrocidades que puede llegar a hacer el juego en la realidad, obligando a la gente a jugarlo, para así seguir esparciendo su reino del terror por el mundo. Ojalá las cosas se quedaran de esa forma, pero no, la película, aunque debería decir que fue el juego, hicieron cosas que le quitaron credibilidad cada vez más, si bien se entienden las inconsistencias, o la manera en que no hay forma de justificarlas, pero joder, son muy absurdas, son gigantes, y eso no hay forma alguna de justificarlo.

   La película comienza de una forma muy buena, pero después se comienza a llenar de muchas inconsistencias que vuelven a la película en cosa cosa cada vez más mala, pero aún así se puede disfrutar, yo la disfruté, aunque mi subjetividad es demasiado grande y puedo disfrutrar de cualquier cosa, pero de verdad esta película tiene cosas buenas, muy puntuales, que me encantaron.

   

   

   

   Choose or Die follows the same premise as Black Mirror: Bandersnatch, or any other survival game that was made in the '80s, only here there is no option to save you, both are going to destroy you and make you suffer as much as they can, only to then give you a break before continuing to suffer almost eternally at the hands of the game. That was fun, I liked that, it's just that the way they made Kayla suffer felt too shallow, even when they address the family traumas they have, and it's a wonder they managed to make a trauma feel the most ridiculous when it would be a total cause for despair and clouding of the mind.

   That was another problem, I think, the characters didn't get carried away with the things the game forced them to do, I mean, they were always trying to make the best decisions as far as morals are concerned, and I dislike that, I don't know if it's just that I got too used to seeing people fall into madness, accept what happens and get carried away with everything insane that's happening to them, and it's something I missed a lot in this movie, it would have been cooler that way.

   

   Choose or Die sigue la misma premisa que Black Mirror: Bandersnatch, o cualquier otro juego de supervivencia que fue hecho en los años 80, solo que aquí no hay una opción que te salve, ambas te van a destruir y hacer sufrir lo más que puedan, solo para después darte un respiro antes de seguir sufriendo casi eternamente a manos del juego. Eso fue divertido, eso me gustó, solo que la forma en que hacían que Kayla sufriera se sintieron demasiado superficiales, incluso cuando abordan los traumas familiares que tienen, y es un milagro que hayan logrado que un trauma se sintiera de lo más ridículo cuando sería una causa total de desesperación y nublamiento de la mente.

   Ese fue otro problema, creo, los personajes no se dejaban llevar por las cosas que les obligaba hacer el juego, es decir, que siempre trataban de tomar las mejores decisiones en cuanto a moral se trata, y eso me disgusta, no sé si es que ya me acostumbré demasiado a ver a las personas caer en la locura, aceptar lo que sucede y dejarse llevar por todo lo insano que les está pasando, y es algo que extrañé mucho en esta película, hubiera sido más genial de esa forma.

   

   

   

   The ending was one of those moments that made me like the movie as a whole because at least we see that the things that happened were not in vain and now they can be taken advantage of in some way, but damn, even so, being a decent, good, respectable ending, even so, it feels forced and not at all a satisfying ending. Yes, it's very contradictory all that, but it's the truth, I feel it was the least horrible ending they found, at least for them, because a more horrible ending would have been better, much, much better.

   This movie is abridged, I'm thankful for that because if it were too long it would be unbearable to watch. I didn't like the trailer, it's another of that kind of trailer that shows everything about the movie and leaves nothing to the imagination, although it's good, because with the trailer it's almost unnecessary to see the movie, so you don't have to see it, it's not necessary, it's very likely that you won't like it, so don't do it.

   

   El final fue uno de esos momentos que hicieron que me gustara la película en su totalidad, pues al menos vemos que las cosas que sucedieron no fueron en vano y ahora se pueden aprovechar de alguna forma, pero joder, incluso así, siendo un final decente, bueno, respetable, incluso así se siente forzado y para nada un final satisfactorio. Sí es muy contradictorio todo eso, pero es la verdad, siento que fue el final menos horrible que encontraron, al menos para ellos, pues un final más horrible hubiera sido mejor, muchísimo mejor.

   Esta película es muy corta, eso se lo agradezco, pues si fuera muy larga de verdad sería insufrible de ver. El trailer no me gustó, es otro de ese tipo de trailers que muestran todo de la película y no dejan nada a la imaginación, aunque es bueno, pues con ver el trailer es casi innecesario ver la película, así que no tienen que verla, no es necesario, es muy probable que no les vaya a gustar, así que no lo hagan.

3. ›Choose or Die (film): Just too impractical to be entertaining@netflixr1506d

   This film was recently featured on my homepage on Netflix and the concept behind it seemed interesting enough for me to give it a shot. I ended up making it all the way through this film whilst only skipping a bit of it but overall I would say that this is too magical to remain entertaining.

   When I say "magical" I mean that unlike the films that it is emulating like the Saw series of films, the people involved cannot escape what it haunting them and rather than being captured by some sort of trap that they have to figure out they are given a series of puzzles that appear at a certain time of day out of nowhere. The puzzles can magically take control of other people and make random enemies of sorts appear out of thin air.

   While they do some sort of explaining as to how this is possible, it all is just too impossible for me to really take the film seriously or to do anything other than groan whenever a new scenario appears.

   Don't get me wrong: I'm all for magic and the impossible to happen in films but when it is something that the person in the film cannot possibly escape it annoys me. This is the same problem I had with the recent remakes of Stephen King's IT as well. Pennywise can find the kids anywhere that they go and it just kind of begs the question of "if it is the baddy's objective to kill the people they are tormenting, why not just go ahead and do it? What's with the leadup?"

   I also don't like it when, unlike in the Saw films, the puzzles that the people are given don't have a solution that works out in their favor. I know it was very unlikely that the people in Saw were going to escape unharmed, but at least there was SOME chance. In this film the people involved are screwed.

   The film begins with two friends who are passionate about programming, but kind of short on money, getting ahold of an old-school video game that boasts a prize of $125,000 to anyone that completes it. They feel that since they can read the coding of the game, that they will be able to do this easily. Instead, this game unleashes some sort of inescapable curse that will follow them no matter where they go and they have no choice of running away.

   The game is unironically called "Curser," which I found to be particularly lame.

   The puzzles that they are faced with can find them no matter where they hide and the people involved will at times be innocent bystanders who just happen to be near them when the specified time happens. The evil force can take control of anyone around them and make them do whatever appears on the keyboard including kill themselves in a horrible fashion. The users have no choice but to choose an outcome because just like the title of the movie suggests, they have to "choose or die."

   The scene where a waitress must eat broken glass that she has smashed on the floor is gruesome but also completely impractical that this 1980's videogame can take control of the minds of people who aren't even involved in it. Like I said, this is explained at some point in the movie but when it is explained to you it still doesn't make sense.

   The suspense isn't really good so much as it is guaranteed and much like Saw it isn't a question of whether or not a gore-fest scene is coming up, it is a question of how they are going to do it.

   Should I watch it?

   For gore fans, you might find this mildly entertaining but I think that most people are going to end up feeling like I did while watching it. I don't like the fact that there is no amount of good choices that the unintentional players can possibly make to avoid killing and the game is rigged. There are no right decisions and the fact that various things can simply manifest out of nowhere gets old pretty fast.

   That being said, if you can ignore the weak storyline then there are some decent visuals and reasonable acting in this thing. I think that if you have your remote in hand you can skip most of the movie and get to the good parts in a hurry to see the features of this movie. The dialogue between the various "events" is tiresome and irrelevant seeing as how you quickly realize that there is nothing that the people can do to escape what has been unleashed on them.

   It has its moments, but for the most part I think people are going to find this film "meh" at best. I think that most people who are not huge fans of gore could skip this one and not be missing anything.

   A few days ago was the premiere of Netflix's hyped horror Choose to Die, and it had to be a few days before I got around to writing this review. Creator Toby Maekins had an interesting concept for a story, though what looked great on paper in execution came out below expectations. The creator hasn't made anything noteworthy so far so he was thrown in the deep end and drowned with his creation.

   The film in its initial phase arouses interest, we get to know the characters and we feel that it may be interesting to see what will happen next, but the middle phase comes and spoils a lot of the atmosphere, scenes are dragged out, while others are forcefully inserted to "surprise the viewer with something" as far as the middle phase is bad, but the finale is already a tragedy. One wonders whether it is still the same film as at the beginning or a comedy. You have to feel sorry for the actors acting in this film, you can see that Asa Butterfield and Ilola Evans are trying to make their characters seem as authentic as possible, but the script is written in such a way that we do not care about the characters.

   As far as the visuals are concerned, it is quite well shot, there are scenes where we get better shots, but for the most of the screening nothing will surprise us visually. As far as audio is concerned, the only thing worth mentioning is a short cameo by Robert Englund where he "performs" as a voice in the film. The film is stupid, but I gave it a chance, the horror genre has always been stupid, but it was the director who created a kind of masterpiece out of it, here not much came out. The Story tells the story of two young people who repair retro consoles and find a mysterious game from the 80s that if they finish it, they will win big. Bad luck that the cadrige is possessed and imposes a curse on the victim. I don't have to tell you what happens to the characters because it is very predictable, after only 5 minutes you can guess who will survive and who will die.

   Choose or die is an interesting concept, especially since it's the protagonist who makes choices that affect his surroundings, but here it's been greatly diminished and in many moments deprived of any sense. I expected a mediocre movie, but what I got was a movie that doesn't know what it wants to be and crushes to the ground with a tragic finale, so the screening was very poor. To sum it all up, Netflix once again proves it can't buy good movies and goes for quantity over quality. It tries to attract with well-known names, but at the same time it throws the script in the trash and punishes to play. I don't recommend it, unless you want to waste more than an hour and a half watching a film where the atmosphere dies out in the second half of the film and the third half is a real comedy of errors like in Charlie Chaplin movies 4/10

   Kilka dni temu była premiera szumnie zapowiedzianego przez Netflix horroru Choose to Die i musiało minąć kilka dni nim wziąłem się za pisanie tej recenzji. Twórca Toby Maekins miał ciekawy koncept na historie, choć to co wyglądało świetnie na papierze w realizacji wyszło poniżej oczekiwań. Twórca do tej pory nic nie nakręcił wartego uwagi wiec został rzucony na głęboka wodę i utonął ze swoim dziełem.

   Film w początkowej fazie wzbudza zainteresowanie poznajemy bohaterow i czujemy, ze może być ciekawie widząc co się będzie dalej działo, jednak przychodzi środkowa faza i wiele psuje z klimatu, sceny są przeciągnięte, zaś inne na sile włożone by „czymś zaskoczyć widza” o ile środkowa faza jest zła tak finał to już tragedia. Zastanawiamy się czy to dalej ten dam film co na początku czy komedia. Współczuć trzeba aktorom występującym w tym filmie widać, ze Asa Butterfield i Ilola Evans starają się by ich bohaterowie wypadali w miarę autentycznie, ale scenariusz jest tak pisany, ze nie zależy nam na bohaterach.

   Jeśli chodzi o oprawę wizualna to jest w miarę ok nakręcony, bywają sceny gdzie dostajemy lepsze ujęcia, ale przez większość seansu niczym nas nie zaskoczy wizualnie. Jeśli chodzi o audio to jedynie trzeba wspomniec i krótkim cameo Roberta Englunda gdzie „występuje” jako głos w filmie. Film jest durny, ale dałem szanse, gatunek horror zawsze był durny, ale to reżyser tworzył z tego swoiste arcydzieło, tutaj wiele nie wyszło. Historia opowiada o dwóch młodych ludziach, którzy zajmują się naprawa retro konsol i znajdują tajemnicza grę z lat 80 która spowoduje, ze jak ukończą to wygrają wielka wygrana. Pech chciał, ze cadrige jest opętany i narzuca klątwę na ofiarę. Dalej nie trzeba wspominać jak losy się potoczą bohaterow gdyż strasznie przewidywalny jest, już po 5 minutach możemy rozgryźć kto przeżyje, a kto umrze.

   Zabójcza gra to jest ciekawy koncept tym bardziej, ze to bohater dokonuje wyborów, które wpływają na jego otoczenie, jednak tutaj zostało to mocno spłycone oraz w wielu momentach pozbawione sensu. Spodziewałem się średniego filmu, a dostałem film, który sam nie wie czym chce być i miażdży doszczętnie tragicznym finałem wiec seans bardzo słaby. Reasumując Netflix po raz kolejny udowadnia, ze nie potrafi kupować dobrych filmów i idzie w ilość nie w jakość. Stara się przyciągnąć znanymi nazwiskami, ale jednocześnie wyrzuca scenariusz do śmietnika i karze grać. Nie polecam, chyba, ze chcecie stracić ponad półtorej godziny na seans, gdzie klimat gaśnie w drugiej połowie filmu, zaś trzecia to istna komedia pomyłek niczym z filmów o Charlie Chaplinie 4/10

   Yeah you guessed it right. I am back with another review from a retarded Netflix movie so that you don't have watch it!

   Choose or die is a horror movie about a girl that needs money and stumbles upon a video game from the 80s that comes with a 150k prize for the first to finish it. And it turns out that it is still unclaimed, woah!

   She starts playing the game which is a text based adventure only to find out that it affects reality.. in a really bad way!

   Yeah the plot is dumb but most importantly feels dumb. What I mean is that for example Jumanji has also a similarly stupid plot but it is still an enjoyable movie.. This one just feels dumb from start to finish. To make it even worse they try to give a "scientific" explanation/twist which is even more retarded.

   To top it off, we have Ass Butterfield that makes me puke every time I see his retarded face.

   I think the idea is original but all in all the execution is miserable. It fails even in the horror of department and that says it all.

   Tldr, more retarded crap by Netflix ....Yay!

   Hola cinéfilos, hace muy poco decidí atreverme a ver una película que se encuentra en el Top de popularidad de Netflix, sabemos que esta no siempre es una de esas referencias a tener en cuenta para saber realmente si una producción es buena o si por otro lado es tiempo perdido, este servicio de streaming parece manipular de vez en cuando dándole una mayor visibilidad a sus nuevas adquisiciones, así que este “top” a veces nos juega una mala pasada.

   En este caso decidí aventurarme con Elige o Muere sin tan siquiera ver el tráiler u otra información al respecto, solamente el nombre lleva a mi cabeza a un ambiente de terror pero donde también se nota el guiño a los videojuegos de antaño, donde muy probablemente todo se saldrá de control.

   Me agradan las películas de terror y también las que tienen un estilo sombrío que lleva poco a poco a la muerte a los personajes, un estilo como el de la película Destino Final (película excepcional en ese sentido), donde sabemos que algo malo y sangriento ocurrirá pero que lo que hace realmente interesante estas producciones es ver como ocurren los acontecimientos, ese es el verdadero entrenamientos de películas como Escape Room, Destino Final o incluso la película que hoy comentaré para todos ustedes, “Elige o Muere” aun por encima del terror mismo ya que este tipo de películas no terminan siendo muy terroríficas.

   Elige o Muere: ¿vale la pena verla?, ¿Porque digo en el título que me ha decepcionado?, así como es de costumbre trataré de responder estas preguntas basado en mi opinión personal ¡comencemos!

   Sinopsis:

   Una joven con problemas financieros encuentra la oportunidad de solventar su situación a través de un videojuego aparentemente diseñado en los años 80´s, un premio de 125 mil dólares parece aguardar por el que pueda completar todos los niveles. Si saberlo, comienza este juego maldito que altera la realidad y hace que sus jugadores tengan que tomar dolorosas decisiones para no terminar muertos.

   Análisis de la Película

   Algo que siempre trasmite este tipo de títulos es la curiosidad, es lo más interesante y ese es el aspecto por el cual el espectador se sienta a ver este tipo de películas, es saber como un argumento repetitivo intenta ser innovador o desarrollarse con personalidad para trasmitir emociones al espectador, conocemos infinidades de películas sobre muertes sangrientas donde uno a uno los personajes se van convirtiendo en las victimas. En lo particular este tipo de argumentos, aunque trillado todavía tiene mucho potencial siempre y cuando la ejecución sea correctamente completada bajo un guion interesante que pueda captar y mantener la atención.

   ¿Eso Ocurre en esta Película?

   La película nos presenta un argumento basado en un videojuego maldito, donde las decisiones del jugador pueden cambiar la realidad además de hacer sufrir y asesinar a personas totalmente ajenas a este videojuego, son decisiones directas A o B, arriba o abajo, el o ella, decisiones simples pero que cambian totalmente el resto del juego y por supuesto de sus vidas. Algo que en líneas generales es atractivo pero que no es ejecutado de la mejor manera.

   Mala Ejecución

   Las bases del argumento son extremadamente simples, no hay mucho que pensar, tampoco una gran sorpresa ya que el argumento no es muy profundo en la historia de este videojuego maldito, todo esto a pesar de que el contexto en donde se desarrolla la trama es interesante. La película queda simplemente en el sobrevenir de los acontecimientos sin explicar más allá, sin otorgarnos una sorpresa que nos haga pensar o reflexionar (cualquier cosa), simplemente va hacia adelante en un argumento plano y un tanto vacío.

   Es una lástima ya que la idea en general es buena, interesante y atractiva, llevando implícitamente al espectador a la nostalgia de los años 80´s, además posee la interesante combinación de decisiones en un videojuego que afectan la realidad, aunque su ejecución deja que desear, quizás otros productores tomen esta idea y desarrollen una estructura argumental y narrativa más interesante.

   Cambios en la Realidad

   Algo que a mi parecer también le resta a el film es que la realidad es cambiada de manera muy fácil por el videojuego, esperaríamos que la película sea un poco más sutil en este sentido, pero no es así, en Decide o Muere la realidad es cambiada a placer del videojuego, sacudiéndose las sutilezas que esperaríamos en un film que debería añadir suspenso y terror. Por momentos pensamos que la película se encamina en demasía por el carril de la fantasía. Cuando observas una escena donde simplemente dos puertas aparecen en la pared sin explicación alguna, entre otros acontecimientos bastante fantasiosos, la película pierde terror y suspenso debido a que va alejando demasiado a la realidad. Esto es una de las razones por la cual la película a pesar de incluirse en el genero de terror, no asusta en lo absoluto.

   Personajes

   Los personajes son torpes y no parecen adaptarse completamente al guion, incluso notamos algunos personajes que definitivamente están sobrando, se encuentran allí solo para rellenar el guion y como excusa para alguna muerte tonta. Creo que tampoco puedo rescatar algo muy positivo de las actuaciones ni tampoco de los personajes.

   ¿Terror?

   Debido a la falta de profundidad del argumento, malos personajes y una realidad cambiante como la de una caricatura el terror es casi inexistente en esta película, salvo alguna escena donde se siente algo de tensión mientras se esta jugando con el videojuego que ataca a una persona importante para la protagonista, no hay muchas escenas donde exista el suspenso y el terror definitivamente no es el fuerte de este filme.

   ¿Sangre?

   Este es el comodín de muchas producciones, cuando el argumento y la trama falla, solo queda salpicar de sangre a los espectadores con escenas de heridas y muertes visualmente impactantes, sin embargo, tampoco encontramos mucho de este aspecto en esta película, no hay escenas gore que sean significativas e impactantes en esta película.

   Película de Más a Menos

   Debo decir que los primeros minutos de la película fueron los más interesantes, con una introducción con un ritmo alto y con algunas pinceladas de terror que no son escenificadas sino mostradas en el texto verde del videojuego. En este punto pensaríamos que la película llevaría un buen camino, pero al pasar los minutos se va desvaneciendo algunas emociones logradas en esos primeros minutos.

   ¿Qué no me Gustó?

   Lo que no me ha gustado en este filme es que toman una buena idea a pesar de lo trillada que puede ser, pero tiene una muy mala ejecución, la película logra captar mi atención desde el titulo y una simple sinopsis mostrada en Netflix, pero que termina en una película que no cumple básicamente en ninguno de los aspectos que promete trasmitir buen entretenimiento.

   Siempre he mencionado que soy algo exigente con las películas de terror, no soy una persona que se impresione muy fácilmente y con una trama simple con muchos retoques de fantasía hace que el poco terror termine desapareciendo.

   A veces me gusta curiosear por este top para saber lo nuevo o lo popular en mi región, sin embargo, no todo es color de rosas como lo pinta la plataforma, muchos usuarios y yo coincidimos en que la plataforma expone las producciones a placer y que la valoración no siempre es acorde a los puestos de privilegios en este servicio de streaming, sin embargo, a veces me arriesgo, en algunas ocasiones me alegro y en otras me desilusionó.

   ¿Se merece estar en el Top 10?

   No, a mi parecer a los pocos días estará fuera de estos puestos de privilegio y será una “una película más” en el gran catálogo de Netflix.

   Something that always transmits this type of titles is curiosity, it is the most interesting and that is the aspect by which the viewer sits down to watch this type of movies, is to know how a repetitive argument tries to be innovative or develop with personality to transmit emotions to the viewer, we know infinite movies about bloody deaths where one by one the characters become the victims. In particular this type of plot, although trite still has a lot of potential as long as the execution is properly completed under an interesting script that can capture and hold the attention.
