   Watching short videos on the Youtuber platform I came across the fragment of a scene that I didn't know if it was a movie or a series, so I researched its name. Finally, I learned that it was a series and that its name was “Suits”, also known as La ley de los audaces. I did not hesitate to watch this production, since what I saw caught my attention, which is why I will now proceed to bring you my opinion.

   Viendo videos cortos por la plataforma Youtuber me encontré con el fragmento de una escena que no sabía si era una película o serie, así que investigué su nombre. Finalmente, supe que era una serie y que su nombre era “Suits”, también conocida como La ley de los audaces. No dude en ver esta producción, ya que me llamo la atención mucho lo que vi, razón por la cual en estos momentos procedo a traerles mi opinión.

   Suits is a series that consists of 9 seasons, so I could attribute the success it had. The broadcast started in 2011 and ended in 2019. The story of this series tells us about Michael Ross, a young man who is quite intelligent, who has a photographic memory, but uses it to do things that are outside of legality. He meets Harvey Specter, a great lawyer who is one of the best in New York, who works for a big firm that has mostly corporate cases of million-dollar lawsuits. Harvey, impressed with Mike's gift, hires him even though he failed to graduate from college, putting both of their lives at risk.

   Throughout the 134 episodes that make up the nine seasons of Suits, we get to know the personalities and history of both the main and secondary characters of the series, each chapter is a new story with different characters, which reminds me of The Doctor Good, although this one seems better at least in the first seasons. I consider that this production was very good in its first 4 seasons more or less, it went from more to less, even I must confess that I did not see all the seasons, since in the end I was disappointed because at least the first two seasons was the best I saw of the genre, a drama with a touch of comedy that gave a greater interest to Suits.

   A lo largo de los 134 episodios que conforman las nueve temporadas de Suits, vamos conociendo las personalidades e historia tanto de los personajes principales y secundarios de la serie, cada capítulo es una nueva historia con personajes distintos, lo cual me hace recordar a The Doctor Good, aunque esta me parece mejor al menos en las primeras temporadas. Considero que esta producción fue muy buena en sus primeras 4 temporadas más o menos, fue de más a menos, incluso les debo confesor que no vi todas las temporadas, ya que al final quedé decepcionado porque al menos las primeras dos temporadas fue lo del mejor que vi del género, un drama con un toque de comedia que le daba un interés mayor a Suits.

   Algo que también se terminó de decepcionar fue que Patrick J. Adams también abandonó la serie para la temporada 8, aunque volvió en la novena y última. Vi la última temporada para ver que tal, pero realmente me pareció aburrida, con personajes que no me gustaron, nada con lo que vi en las dos primeras temporadas, pero al menos volvió Mike y fue una de las cosas más interesante. También tenemos en los personajes principales a Sarah Rafferty como Donna quien es a secretaria de Harvey, y Gina Torres como Jessica Lourdes Pearson, quien era la dueña del bufete donde trabajan estos personajes que ya les mencioné. La interpretación y personajes de estas dos me gustó sobre todo Jessica. Rick Hoffman como Louis Marlowe Litt es un personaje que no me gustó, pero se supone que era quien más le daba él toca de comedia a Suits.

   The photography of the series is well done, a good job in this aspect. In suits we see an endless number of places in New York City where each of the chapters of Suits take place. The music was also done a great job, although to a lesser extent than the other strengths of this production. What I must highlight is the Spanish dubbing, which was very good at least in the first seasons, since in the last ones I didn't like some of them at all.

   La fotografía de la serie está bien hecha, un buen trabajo en este aspecto. En suits vemos un sin fin de lugares de la ciudad de Nueva York donde se desarrollan cada uno de los capítulos de Suits. La música también se hizo un gran trabajo, aunque en menor medida que los otros puntos fuertes de esta producción. Lo que sí debo destacar es el doblaje al español, que fue muy bueno al menos en las primeras temporadas, ya que en las últimas algunas no me gustaron de un todo.

   Suits is a series that I consider that went from more to less and it's a real shame, I'm left with the first 4 seasons that were my favorite, especially 1 and 2, because later I consider that it had a setback. Even so, I think it is a series worth watching, it has great performances, it tells us a variety of stories that we can compare with real life situations and take different messages. Each episode is a learning experience. Yes, I would have to score the series a 7/10, especially for the first two seasons.

   Suits es una serie que considero que fue de más a menos y es una verdadera lástima, me quedo con las primeras 4 temporadas que fueron de mis favoritas, sobre todo la 1 y 2, porque después considero que la misma tuvo un retroceso. Aun así, creo que es una serie que vale la pena ver, tiene grandes interpretaciones, nos cuenta una variedad de historias que podemos compararlas con situaciones de la vida real y tomar diferentes mensajes. Cada episodio es un aprendizaje. Sí, tendría que colocarle un puntaje a la serie un 7/10, sobre todo por las dos primeras temporadas.

   Desde hace rato que no me pasaba por acá haciéndoles alguna reseña de una serie o película, y es que he estado leyendo demasiado estos últimos meses, tanto así que no había tenido tiempo para ver algo en mi TV. Pero, la última serie que vi sí que fue buena. Les hablo de Suits, o en español la ley de los audaces. Esta es una serie de abogados básicamente, y yo, pues de leyes no sé nada, pero comencé a verla porque vi un clip en Instagram y la verdad me interesó mucho. Casualmente, era un clip de una de las primeras escenas de Harvey y Mike. Así que sin pensarlo demasiado, me descargué la primera temporada en Netflix y la vi en diciembre junto con mi novio.

   It's been a while since I've been here to review a series or movie, and I've been reading too much these last few months, so much so that I haven't had time to watch anything on my TV. But, the last series I watched was really good. I'm talking about Suits, or in Spanish "La ley de los audaces". This is a series about lawyers basically, and I, well, I don't know anything about law, but I started watching it because I saw a clip on Instagram and I was really interested. Coincidentally, it was a clip of one of Harvey and Mike's first scenes. So without thinking too much about it, I downloaded the first season on Netflix and watched it in December together with my boyfriend.

Y tanto me atrapó la serie que la vi por completo en cuestión de dos meses, como máximo, y les hablo de unas nueve temporadas con más de 150 capítulos, totalmente una locura. ¿Entonces... de qué trata? Básicamente de la vida de Mike Ross, un personaje con una habilidad de memoria fotográfica básicamente, el cual no tiene ningún título universitario, y por una apuesta decide postularse a un trabajo de abogado y sorprende a Harvey Specter, el mejor conciliador de todo Manhattan. Quedándose así con el puesto y actuando como si realmente fuese un abogado graduado de Harvard.

   Time passed and we watched the first season, but we were in a place without internet so I had to wait until I got to my hometown to watch the rest. And I got so caught up in the series that I watched it completely in a matter of two months, at the most, and I'm talking about nine seasons with more than 150 chapters, totally crazy. So... what is it about? Basically about the life of Mike Ross, a character with basically a photographic memory ability, who has no college degree, and on a bet decides to apply for a job as a lawyer and surprises Harvey Specter, the best conciliator in all of Manhattan. Thus taking the job and acting as if he really is a Harvard-educated lawyer.

   Entonces ustedes dirán, básicamente esta es una serie de una persona que mintió y ya, pero, no es así. La verdad es que Mike Ross es un personaje increíble, un personaje que se preocupa que es demasiado inteligente y que tiene un pasado con muchos matices. Por otro lado, Harvey quien no será el personaje más dulce, pero es un muy buen personaje, bastante sarcastico. Que también es un uno que tiene unos matices increíbles y después se puede desarrollar a lo largo de todas las temporadas. En un post no me cabe las palabras para poder darles una reseña detallada de todas las nueve temporadas de Suits, pero La verdad creo que es demasiado buena serie, una que me recordó muchísimo al esquema de Lucifer, puesto que en cada episodio hay un caso que resolver y se resuelve, pero hay una trama de fondo que avanza en cada temporada un problema mayor el cual atacar. Y hay personajes buenísimos como Donna, Louis Litt, Jessica Pearson Dana Scott, Katrina Bennett y muchos otros que se agregan y salen en el paso de temporadas.

   Algo lo que me sorprende mucho de una serie es cuando pueden sacar a uno de los personajes principales y los desaparecen, pero la serie no pierde la esencia y sigue su rumbo, cuando Mike Ross sale de la serie, una temporada después donde va a prisión, ya no sabía qué pensar sentía que se me iba un pedacito en esa decisión, pero la verdad lo manejaron muy bien y fue como el autodescubrimiento de Harvey Specter, porque toda su vida laboral se centraba en resolver casos con Mike y después de que no estaba más. Entonces hubo bastantes problemitas, especialmente con la firma de abogados, una locura. Yo no sé de leyes, pero yo estaba así como que lo sabía absolutamente todo mientras estaba viendo la serie.

   Y bueno, en todas las reseñas tenemos que hablar de los finales y creo que esta serie tuvo un final acorde, puesto que nos trajeron a Mike Ross otra vez a las pantallas, sin Rachel, pero la verdad no era mi persona favorita. También vimos la unión de Harvey y Donna el desenlace de Louis Litt con Sheila Sazs. Y obviamente hubo personajes que para mí no tuvieron que existir como Samantha Wheleer, Daniel Hardman, Robert Zane y otro montón de personajes que de verdad no fueron mis favoritos. Y bueno, siento que el final que le dieron a la firma que conocimos al principio como Pearson Hardman que terminó con Louis Litt como socio director, fue bastante aceptable, no es un final que digas "wow demasiado increíble", pero te da algo de sentimiento, especialmente cuando Harvey y Donna se van con Mike. Y a mí realmente me gustó muchísimo. Espero que les haya gustado conocer esta reseña de Suits, para mí una serie que me encantó demasiado, nos leemos pronto!

   Come di consueto oggi vi porto dentro una nuova Anteprima di un articolo che fra qualche giorno o settimana vedrete Nella Mente di un SerialFiller, il mio blog interamente incentrato sul mondo delle serie tv e di cui, da qualche mese, ho deciso di regalarvi costantemente, in anticipo su quello che pubblicherò, gran parte dei post che vedrete su www.serialfiller.org. La serie svedese si dimostra feroce dipingendo un destino che appare ineluttabile per la maggior parte dei protagonisti. L'aver sviscerato le vite personali di gangster di professione come Nala o Ravy ha, sicuramente, creato una empatia ancora più profonda fra spettatore e protagonisti. E' un meccanismo psicologicamente infallibile quello di farci parteggiare per qualcuno, o quantomeno farcelo stare un pochettino più simpatico, prima di fargli commettere efferatezze di ogni tipo o, viceversa, di fargli pagare il prezzo più alto che possa pagare per i propri crimini. Era successo, proprio in Gomorra, con tanti personaggi di cui Ciro L'Immortale era il rappresentate principe.

   Su di Leya, non a caso, lo show ha puntato tutte le fiches. Finita, un po' per caso o per necessità, nella malavita svedese, Leya, un po' come Walter White in Breaking Bad, ha finito per prenderci gusto o, quantomeno, per non sentire cosi sbagliate cose che apparirebbero insopportabili ed intollerabili al 99,99% della popolazione. In questa stagione, in particolare nello scontro con Zaki, Leya capisce che era arrivato il momento di non opporre più resistenza al proprio destino. Il male l'ha risucchiata ma grazie al male è riuscita a restare viva, a proteggere suo figlio ed a salvare Target Coach. In questo patto con il suo lato oscuro si racchiude l'evoluzione di una donna che da essere avulso a tutto ciò che Snabba Cash racconta ne diventa, ineluttabilmente, il nuovo volto.

   In Snabba Cash, anche, non si scherza. Molti volti della prima stagione hanno finito per essere schiacciati dalla pressa malefica innescata, volutamente o no poco importa da Leya. Sono stati in pochi a salvarsi.

   Si chiude, dunque, una stagione intensa che riesce ad essere efficace in soli episodi, mostrando a tutti, specie alle serie tv americane di altissimo budget ed enormi pretese, che si può essere incisivi anche senza allungare troppo il brodo o servirsi della CGI anche per mostrare una famiglia a cena.

The Swedish series proves fierce by painting a fate that seems inescapable for most of the protagonists. Eviscerating the personal lives of professional gangsters like Nala or Ravy has, surely, created an even deeper empathy between viewer and protagonists. It is a psychologically infallible mechanism to make us side with someone, or at least make us like them a little more, before making them commit heinous acts of all kinds or, conversely, make them pay the highest price they can pay for their crimes. It had happened, just in Gomorrah, with so many characters of whom Cyrus The Immortal was the princely representative. If, for better or worse, we can empathize for all the characters, some more and some less, we cannot say the same for Zaki who, although he has a small aura as a villain who is not villainous and has a modicum of heart, is guilty of crimes that cannot be forgiven, crimes that, indirectly, will lead to very powerful bloody turns.    On Leya, not surprisingly, the show has staked all its chips. Having ended up, somewhat by accident or necessity, in the Swedish underworld, Leya, somewhat like Walter White in Breaking Bad, has ended up taking a liking to it or, at the very least, not feeling so wrong about things that would seem unbearable and intolerable to 99.99 percent of the population. In this season, particularly in her confrontation with Zaki, Leya realizes that it was time to stop resisting her own destiny. Evil sucked her in but thanks to evil she was able to stay alive, protect her son and save Target Coach. In this pact with her dark side is encapsulated the evolution of a woman who from being avuncular to all that Snabba Cash narrates becomes, ineluctably, its new face. Once again it is Gomorrah that serves as the perfect reference point, reminding us how in the face of someone who rises, who grows, who emerges, there are a plethora of commanders and comrades to bury, and, of course, innocents to mourn. In Gomorrah, no one was the safe one. Between seasons an almost complete recasting was often necessary. In Snabba Cash, too, there was no messing around. Many faces from the first season ended up being crushed by the evil press triggered, intentionally or not it matters little by Leya. Few were saved.

   Thus ends an intense season that manages to be effective in just a few episodes, showing everyone, especially American TV series of very high budgets and enormous pretensions, that one can be incisive even without overstretching the broth or using CGI even to show a family at dinner. Dramatic tension is what counts; plot and character development do all the rest. Snabba Cash builds up the first one beautifully and manages to drive home the second point divinely. I still don't remember how I discovered this show, which I continued to watch in the original language again this year, learning a few terms I will probably never use, even at Ikea, but being amazed at the solidity of a show I wouldn't have given half a lira, pardon half a euro, pardon again; half a crown!

4. ›Suits: una de las mejores series de abogados@shadowmyst1748d

   

   Tengo una fascinación por las series policiacas, me he visto series como CSI, Bones, El mentalista, entre otras incluyendo la ley y el orden: Unidad de Víctimas Especiales (que esta me gustaría volver a verla), pero algo que me fascina también son las series de abogados que he visto muy pocas como Better Call Saul, Boston Legal, pero mi favorita sin duda es Suits (o como se conoce en Latinoamérica: "La Ley de los audaces").

   Una parte de mí quiso estudiar Licenciatura en Derecho, pero en México la abogacía es solo papeles (burocracia) y menos juicios orales por lo que la neta se me hace demasiado aburrido hacer eso y bueno con el tiempo mis intereses fueron cambiando.

   Aun asi disfruto de este tipo de series y para mí una de las mejores es Suits. Esta serie su enfoque no son los crímenes penales de asesinatos, robos y cosas del bajo mundo, sino que su enfoque es hacia las empresas, los fraudes multimillonarios, venta de empresas o casos donde se termina acusando una empresa por negligencia, etc y los giros de trama son muy buenos.

   Pues su enfoque no solo es hacia los casos, sino también a la trama interna dentro de la firma de abogados, a muestra de un botón el primer capitulo nos trata de Mike Ross el cual una vez que lee algo jamás lo olvida, sin embargo se dedica a desperdiciar su vida, hasta que la el destino (la trama) lo junto con Harvey Specter, un abogado conciliador que es excelente en su trabajo y que de alguna forma termina contratando a Mike Ross a pesar de no tener un diploma universitario.

   Eso traerá problemas a futuro, pero la serie como va avanzando sabe acomodar a la perfección como ir poniendo los problemas de la trama, así como las subtramas de la serie que me ha dejado picado hasta la tercer temporada que es donde me encuentro ahorita viéndola (de las 9 temporadas que son).

   Cada personaje de la serie me encantan, incluso los que por su naturaleza te caen mal desde el principio, pero con el tiempo le vas teniendo agrado a cada uno de ellos y vas entendiendo sus motivaciones. Desde el abogado que siempre gana y eso le ha hecho un ego enorme que con el tiempo va aprendiendo de cuando la caga (Harvey), el joven prodigio desobligado que termina aprendiendo a hacer bien las cosas y madurar (Mike Ross) o hasta el prepotente abogado, maquiavélico y traicionero que también mejora como persona (Louis) así como otros personajes de la serie.

   

   ¿Será que hable muy pronto de esta serie?, solo espero que las últimas temporadas no sean decadentes y que tenga un buen final y no uno que me deje con el mal sabor de boca.

5. ›Suits : avocats sur mesure (saison 9 : dernière saison)@florenceboens1796d

   Hello les gens,

   

   C'était malheureusement la dernière saison de cette série consacrée à la justice, au droit, aux avocats, mais aussi à tout ce qui se trame dans les coulisses et dans la vie privée de ces adeptes du Barreau.

   Les saisons comptaient habituellement 16 épisodes, mais celle-ci n'en comptait que 10. On a espéré qu'une 10e saison soit produite, mais le renouvellement à été officiellement annulé à la mi-juin 2021.

   Dans ce 9e volet, le cabinet de Louis Litt et Harvey Specter subira la supervision de leurs actes et dossiers par Faye Richardson, qui dépend de l'autorité des avocats de New-York, cette même autorité qui vient de radier Robert Zane du Barreau, à la fin de la 8e saison.

   Si vous connaissez la série, vous savez que les avocats de ce cabinet n'ont pas l'habitude de se faire contrôler ni d'avoir l'interdiction d'agir à leur guise pour arriver à leurs fins. Jouer avec la loi et régulièrement dépasser la ligne, c'est dans leurs gènes. Pour sauver "la veuve et l'orphelin", ils risquent leurs carrières sans hésiter.

   Je vous disais en début d'article que l'on assistait aussi à leurs vies privées, ce sera le cas évidemment, avec Louis Litt qui était un futur papa en fin de saison 8, mais aussi avec la relation entre Harvey et Donna qui se déclarait enfin, en fin de saison 8 également.

   Cette ultime saison était donc plus courte que les précédentes, ce qui semble signifier qu'il a été demandé aux scénaristes d'abréger la fin au plus vite. Néanmoins, je leur tire mon chapeau, car nous avons savouré cette série jusqu'au bout et la fin a été bien soignée.

   J'ai lu qu'il y avait une récente spin-off "Pearson", concentrée sur le personnage de Jessica Pearson, disponible sur Prime Video, mais le succès escompté ne serait pas au rendez-vous. Si vous connaissez d'autres séries de ce style, n'hésitez pas à les mentionner en commentaires du présent post, car j'apprécie beaucoup.
