Superhero movies are a lot of fun, each one with a different story, and it's something that you must when I see them, in this case we can include Marvel movies, they are my favorites, they are great productions and always have something that attract us, from the beginning they have a lot of action, hits, moments that are very shocking and really surprising. In particular I have seen almost all of them, they are very good, always maintain a great connection and manage to capture the attention of viewers, also will remain in the memory for its quality, scenes and messages. A few weeks ago some friends recommended me a series, it was the first time I heard it, so I decided to watch it, since it was from Marvel and I thought this will be another of the great productions that have taken the most recent.
The series of which I speak is known as She-Hulk, which covers an amount of 9 episodes, ie a single season, something that was really short, even so it took me a while to see it, because I saw two episodes every so often, but I finished watching it. From the first moment I found it somewhat entertaining, but it was not the great thing that everyone was talking about, because I felt that there were some things that were repeated on several occasions, there is very little action and that is what we look for in this kind of movies. Something that caught my attention a lot in this Marvel movie and I wondered how a woman could become She-hulk, it was the first time I saw something like that, because they had never mentioned or appeared a similar character in the other movies, as far as I remember.
Las películas de superhéroes son muy divertidas, cada una con una historia diferente, y es algo que debes en cuando las veo, en este caso podemos incluir las de Marvel, son mis favoritas, son grandes producciones y siempre tiene algo nos que atraen, desde el comienzo tienen mucha acción, golpes, momentos que son muy impactantes que de verdad sorprenden. En particular he visto casi todas, son muy buenas, siempre mantienen una gran conexión y logran captar la atención de los espectadores, además quedarán en el recuerdo por su calidad, escenas y mensajes. Hace unas semanas unos amigos me recomendaron una serie, era la primera vez que la escuchaba, por lo que decidí verla, ya que era de Marvel y pensé esta será otra de las grandes producciones que han sacado lo más reciente.
La serie de la cual les hablo es conocida como She-Hulk, la cual abarca una cantidad de 9 episodios, es decir una sola temporada, algo que era realmente corta, aun así me tarde un poco en verla, porque veía dos episodios cada cierto tiempo, pero la termine de ver. Desde el primer momento me pareció algo entretenida, pero no era la gran cosa de la que todos hablaban, porque sentí que hubo algunas cosas que se repetían en varias ocasiones, hay muy poca acción y eso es lo que buscamos en este tipo de películas. Algo que me llamo muchísimo la atención de esta película de Marvel y me pegunte como una mujer pude convertiste en She-hulk, es la primera vez que veía algo así, porque nunca habían mencionado o aparecido un personaje parecido en las demás películas, que yo recuerde.
A series that for a Marvel production, it seemed to me that it presented us with the same thing, nothing innovative to make it stand out or worthwhile, something that was of better quality and new things to get our attention. Una serie que para ser de la producción de Marvel, me pareció que nos presentó lo mismo, nada innovador para que resaltara o valiera la pena, algo que fuera de mejor calidad y cosas nuevas para llamar nuestra atención. La manera como la protagonista se convierte en ese personaje, es común, cada vez que se altera, normal de las películas de Hulk. Algo que no me gusto por el hecho de ser una superheroína, siempre era perfecta y nunca tenía problemas y en ninguno momento se muestra como se tiene que luchar ante cada situación o adversidades para así poder ser reconocida en ese mundo, y poco a poco va desarrollando las distintas habilidades que tiene, algo sin sentido.

Cabe de destacar que si hubo sus momentos buenos, de mucha risa, a pesar de que los chistes no eran los mejores, pero fueron graciosos, también esos momentos donde tenía que enfrentarse, controlarse y tomar las mejores decisiones cada vez que se convertía en She-hulk. Una cosa buena es que esta serie tiene un toque más moderno, la cual nos lleva a una gran ciudad, gente que está preparada profesionalmente como los son los abogados, algo que nunca había visto en la demás películas de Marvel que yo recuerde, lo vi en esta y quizás para salir de los mismos patrones y así lograr llamar mucho más la atención de los fanáticos y espectadores quienes la vieron.
Una serie que cuenta con una gran cantidad de escenas que son muy exageradas y uno se queda pensando y analizando la situación de cómo lo hicieron, además darle ese toque de que tiene superfuerza y aún no sabía controlarlo, no me gustó mucho. Pensé que presentarían más acción, más guerras, las diversas misiones que pueden hacer para salvar al mundo y no solo se quedaron con lo mismo.

Como mencioné al comienzo, esta serie ha tenido una mala recepción de parte del público principalmente. Entre sus puntos negativos más obvios, está un pésimo CGI en varias partes de la serie; por otro lado, puede volverse un tanto random en varias partes; especialmente con ese final de temporada.

She-Hulk became one of my favorite series from the very first episode, and now that it's over I dare to write about it. She-Hulk se convirtió en una de mis series favoritas desde el primer capítulo, y ahora que terminó me atrevo a escribir sobre ella. No saben lo mucho que estoy disfrutando esto, pues daré muchas razones del por qué la amo, y esas mismas razones son las que mundo y medio utilizan para decir que la odian, sí, no solo que no les gusta, si no que la odian, la detestan, que es de las peores producciones de Marvel, y esas razones, al analizarlas bien, solo servirían para decir que no te gusta, ¿pero odiarla?, ja, ahí se revelan todas esas cosas fétidas y pútridas que la gente tiene en su interior y no acepta, ni aceptará, aunque los cadáveres en descomposición se les pongan en frente.
¿De qué trata She-Hulk? Bueno, de la vida de Jen, una mujer abogada común y corriente que tiene una vida normal, pero ahí se acaba todo lo normal, porque es prima de Bruce Banner, Hulk, ya lo conocen, y un día en un viaje que ambos estaban teniendo ocurre un accidente, la sangre de Bruce se mezcla con la de Jen, entonces Jen obtiene los poderes de Hulk, convirtiéndose así en She Hulk, que se convirtió en su nombre oficial después de prácticamente mucha presión social, así que ahora acompañaremos a Jen en su nueva vida, donde tendrá que aprender a vivir con She Hulk, además de lo bueno y lo malo que todo eso conlleva.

La serie desde el principio dará un mensaje muy fuerte y claro de lo que se va a tratar, de la vida de una mujer que está pasando por muchos cambios en su vida y cómo estos la van a afectar en más de un aspecto, desde perder su trabajo al perder un caso donde ella solo defendió la integridad física del jurado de un ataque hecho por la defendida de la parte acusada, hasta el hecho de que consiguió un nuevo trabajo como abogada solo si ejercía como She Hulk, pues si trabajaba como Jen no iba a tener trabajo alguno, o sea, desde el principio su vida ya estaba siendo condicionada por aspectos fuera de su control, ahora le agregamos el adjetivo super a eso y ya todo se sale de órbita.
Claramente esto es un pequeño ejemplo de lo que nos da la serie, situaciones en las que cualquier persona, pero en específico, cualquier mujer puede llegar a identificarse, y como ningún hombre blanco cishetero podrá sentirse identificado con ninguna de las situaciones presentadas en la serie, ya la serie es catalogada como una de las peores hechas por Marvel, y la única justificación, que además es completamente ridícula y banal, es que dicen que la serie solo trata de satisfacer al feminismo radical y tratan de llegar a una audiencia que solo consuma contenido que se ajuste a la agenda Woke.
A veces me gustaría pensar que la gente que dice todo eso tiene una enfermedad mental, pero no, es algo muy injusto para las personas que sí tenemos una enfermedad mental, además de que solo se estaría tratando de justificar ese tipo de acciones, cuando no se debe hacer eso, solamente esa gente o es muy idiota para repetir cualquier cosa que lee o escucha en internet, o es que son gigantes engendros del demonio que solo buscan boicotear cualquier cosa que se salga de los estándares de sus gustos, porque sí, She Hulk se sale por completo en cuanto a series se trata, y más aun tratándose de Marvel, lo que la ha llevado a ser amada, pero a su vez reciba diez veces más odio que cualquier otra producción, de Marvel o no.

It's just that even the main antagonist character is a woman, and fuck yeah she's a pain in the ass, she's hated, but she's also loved, the actress herself said it, she's the most macho of everyone in the series, and yes, women can be macho too, even worse than men, Titania becomes She Hulk's worst enemy just because she beat her, because she wasn't going to let him get away with it, and from there a ridiculous and senseless rivalry is generated that entertains us and fills us with fury because no, Titania is too much of a shit, Jen doesn't deserve everything she gets to do to him, so we'll always be more than happy that Titania gets what she deserves.
Una de las cosas que más risa me dio desde el principio fue que dijeron que She Hulk le faltó el respeto a Hulk al decir que podía manejar la ira mucho mejor que él desde un principio, y que no necesitaba años de traumas y entrenamientos para poder intentar volver a integrarse con la sociedad. O sea, solo porque una mujer pueda manejar una situación mejor que un hombre y que esa situación no tenga que convertirse en un trauma, ya significa que le está faltando el respeto y está invalidando todo lo que el hombre tuvo que pasar para poder obtener un mínimo de estabilidad... Me hacen el favor y se van a limpiar la mierda del culo, y me disculpan, aunque no me importa si no lo hacen, aunque debería ser del cerebro, pero vamos, que quizás ni siquiera se saben limpiar el culo bien.
Otra cosa que causa mucha controversia con la serie es que no solo desde un principio sabemos que la protagonista es una mujer, así que todo va a girar en torno a ella, si no que el enemigo general son los hombres, o el machismo, o la sociedad machista vigente en la que vivimos, y eso le ha generado tantos dolores de cabezas y migrañas a la gente que ustedes se sorprenderían, bueno, quizás no, es demasiado normal, así que no sería ninguna sorpresa, pero la intensidad con que salen a decir a gritos, con lágrimas en los ojos y golpes en el pecho que no todos los hombres son malos y que no son machistas y que no los representan, es increíble, o sea, ya sabemos que todos los hombres no son así, cállate, nadie te está preguntando, no tienes por qué ofenderte, o decir que no te ofende, o nada, por eso, cállate, no todos los hombres son así, eso se sabe, pero en la serie lo son, están representando una realidad más que vigente, así que si los hombres son usados por primera vez como una representación muy bien hecha de lo mierda y asquerosos que pueden llegar a ser, pues bien, porque las mujeres han sido, entre muchas cosas, sexualizadas en incontables situaciones donde no era necesario y cuando ellas se quejan las mandan a callar, así que, sí, cállate, los hombres son una mierda, no todos, pero lo son, y es perfecto que hayan sido representados así en la serie.
Es que hasta el personaje antagonista principal es una mujer, y joder, sí que es un dolor en el culo, se le odia, pero también se le ama, la misma actriz lo dijo, ella es la más machista de todo el mundo en la serie, y sí, las mujeres también pueden ser machistas, hasta peores que los hombres, Titania se convierte en la peor enemiga de She Hulk solo porque le ganó, porque no iba a dejar que se saliera con la suya, y desde ahí se genera una rivalidad ridícula y sin sentido que nos entretiene y nos llena de furia porque no, Titania se pasa de mierda, Jen no merece todo lo que ella llega a hacerle, así que siempre estaremos más que felices de que Titania reciba lo que merece.

The breaking of the fourth wall in the series is going to be epic, from the very first episode, in the last episode She-Hulk pretty much does whatever she wants and does and undoes as she pleases, which makes the series exquisite to have watched. If anything makes the series worth watching, it's the breaking of the fourth wall, without a doubt, not Daredevil, what the fuck, I love Matt, and I love more that they mess with his fans saying that they can't identify with Daredevil anymore because he does have sex and they don't, I laugh like they have no idea every time I see those memes, I love them.

Hay dos puntos más que quiero tocar: los cameos y la ruptura de la cuarta pared. Llega un punto en que la serie parece más una serie de cameos que de otra cosa, hay un capítulo donde Wong sale más que She Hulk, y eso ya basta para que la serie se convirtiera en un hazmerreír, y sí, lo hace por completo, pero lo mejor de todo eso es que la serie no solo se burlaba de sí misma, si no que se burlaba de la gente que aún no entendía de qué iba la serie y seguía esperando algo que no iban a recibir, al menos no en la forma en la que querían, más de una vez en las redes sociales la misma seria dijo que gracias a los cameos y a la insatisfacción general de cierta parte de su audiencia, se mantenían la cantidad de menciones e interacciones con respecto a She Hulk, lo que prácticamente la salvaba de ser cancelada, y esa burla daba demasiada satisfacción, no solo porque hacía molestar más a la gente, si no porque daba por sentado que los haters aquí no tenían nada que hacer pues nada iba a cambiar dijeran lo que dijeran. Te amo, She Hulk.
La ruptura de la cuarta pared en la serie va a ser épica, desde el primer capítulo, en el último capítulo She-Hulk prácticamente hace lo que le da la gana y hace y deshace a su antojo, lo que convierte la serie en algo exquisito de haber visto. Si algo hace que valga la pena ver la serie, es la ruptura de la cuarta pared, sin duda alguna, no Daredevil, que joder, amo a Matt, y amo más que se metan con sus fans diciendo que ya ellos no se pueden identificar con Daredevil porque él sí tiene sexo y ellos no, me río como no tienen idea cada vez que veo esos memes, los amo.
Vale, ya la medicación me hizo efecto y no aguanto el sueño, voy a dejar de escribir antes de que comience a decir incoherencias, aunque no me importa, igual las diré, quiero seguir escribiendo mucho más sobre la serie.

El séptimo y el octavo porque son los capítulos más emocionales, porque son los capítulos donde Jen tiene su desarrollo de personaje, donde vemos el nivel profundo en el que Shu Hulk la ha afectado y todos esos demonios internos que ha revuelto en ella salen a la luz, puede llegar a ser algo muy cruel y fuerte, duro, lloré un poco con el final del octavo capítulo, y pensé que no llegaría a llorar con esta serie. Ya es leí que en algún momento los personajes pasarán por un trauma o algo que los haga mejorar o volverse mejores, pero no, lo que le sucede a She Hulk es una violación contra su existencia solo por ser mujer, algo con lo que cualquier mujer puede llegar a enfrentarse en cualquier momento, una injusticia, y duele, duele mucho.
Esta es una serie de comedia de abogados, con el complemento de los superhéroes, perfecta para pasar el rato, reírse, y relajarse, no esperen una obra maestra, pero les aseguro que es mucho mejor de lo que cualquier persona puede llegar a decirles. Tenía muchas expectativas en este capítulo, pues las escenas finales del pasado intuyeron la aparición de Daredevil en la serie y en el UCM, más allá de la aparición de Matt Murdock en la película de Spiderman No Way Home, pero aún tendremos que esperar unas semanas más para ver a este héroe en pantalla. Esto fue una de las principales cosas que me desanimó para hacer mi típico review del episodio, pero finalmente me decidí a hacerlo, y aunque este no sea el mejor de la serie, hay algunas cosas que lo hacen cuando menos interesante.

El episodio no contó con una escena post créditos, pero en los dibujos podemos ver cosas muy cómicas, como Lulu siendo infiel a su esposo con Chad, el primo de Jen, Titania acomodándose su dentadura o Mr Inmortal disculpándose y mirando a los ojos por 20 segundos a una de sus exs. Aún quedan tres episodios en la serie, y luego de terminar este post veré el episodio 7, solo espero que Daredevil aparezca y la historia se sienta tan forzada, ya que en este momento, su aparición es lo más llamativo de la serie.

Marvel has really been doing some great small screen adaptions of it's popular comics and while the big screen is reserved for it's block buster characters and fan favorites. Streaming services have been quick to pick up the fee for comic book expansions.
The model seems to be working well unless you can't afford streaming services which in the grand scheme of things would be ok except what we are finding is that Marvel often links into it's blockbusters through the small screen.

One such example of this was Wanda Vision as without watching this mini series you would have been presented with the Scarlet Witch and not having the background on how Wanda became so powerful.
In fact Scarlet Witch would have ripped Thanos in half without a blink, if only she realised her absolute power before Endgame the world would have been different.
Dr Strange is no match either and it is only their friendship that prevents Wanda from turning Dr Strange into Dr No Longer Alive. Which we kind of see happen to another version of him at the start of the film.

So Disney has hit us with another small screen adaption of She Hulk which follows Bruce Banners cousin who gets Bruce's blood in her from a car accident and she becomes the Hulk. There are already some plot holes because Bruce bleeds a few times throughout the Avengers and no one ever seems to want to take his blood.
But so far the main plot line other than being a more boring version of Lucifer is the apparent development of someone trying to steal her blood. Not sure why no one has tried this on The Hulk.

It's not really a superhuman Marvel impact that we are used to and I keep watching it hoping that it will change. It is filled with Cameos and easter eggs for upcoming movies and shows as well as closing some of the plot holes in other films like Wong and Abomination cage fight.
She Hulk is also filled with references to popular culture and current trends and being situated in a law firm has created a boring version of The Office. Although I am guessing the market for She Hulk probably isn't me and more at women.

The show started off really well with some form of sub plot but it is looking like The Hulk's appearance was short lived and appears to be setting up the main plot for another movie.
She Hulk showed that she could match Hulk but at a more controlled pace and quickly learning the ropes. Given that it is for a small screen who can be bothered watching an entire season of She Hulk trying to find herself. Instead we are watching She Hulk more define her place in the expanded universe while keeping her day job as a lawyer.

There aren't many super villains as yet and more a series of unfortunate events but one person She Hulk is battling is a Marvel Comic character that has been redeveloped into a "influencer" for current trends called Titania.
There is a fun thing here with Disney establish a Twitter Account Titania and given the internet I bet if they didn't someone else would have done so and profited. But you can follow Titania and learn more about the series which is a fun little twist.
Overall? well it is a Marvel show is it it's best? I will leave it up to you to decide but I hope it gets a bit more actiony in the next few episodes.

Soy fan de las historias de superhéroes, desde los comienzos de Marvel mi atención estuvo puesta en este universo fantástico, he sentido muchas emociones y he visto películas con historias muy buenas, he salido del cine con el corazón acelerado por todas las emociones de algunos filmes que quedaron grabados en mi memoria, sin embargo, no todo es “color rosa”, en ocasiones Marvel es decepcionante desde muchos puntos de vista, sobre todo, en estas últimas fases. Hoy deseo compartir con ustedes mis primeras impresiones de She-Hulk, una serie que podemos ver en el servicio de streaming de Disney+.
Esta miniserie contará con 9 capítulos, al momento de esta redacción tan solo se puede ver el quito capítulo, al ser poco más del 50% de la serie, es posible analizar el rumbo del proyecto e ir reaccionando ante las virtudes o defectos que este tenga. En esta ocasión deseo compartir mi opinión hasta este quito capítulo, sin saber concretamente si se tornará mejor o peor sobre el final de la serie, sin embargo, estas primeras impresiones son importantes para saber las opiniones de los espectadores, bien sean fanáticos del Universo Cinematográfico de Marvel o no.
Sinopsis:
Jennifer Walters es una abogada al la cual su vida personal y profesional cambia radicalmente tras poder transformarse en She-Hulk, esta mujer de 30 años deberá adaptarse a su nueva vida siendo una superheroína con fuerza sobrehumana.
Así como lo he escrito anteriormente, no he leído comics ni soy un conocedor amplio de todo este universo, sin embargo, lo primero que se puede notar de esta serie es como una mujer normal puede terminar siendo She-Hulk, es una pregunta que desde antes de que se estrenara la serie causa curiosidad. La serie nos introduce inmediatamente en este aspecto, no hay que esperar mucho y pienso que eso es positivo, sin embargo, la manera en que logra adquirir sus superpoderes me parece absurdo.
A veces parece que los guionistas se quedan sin ideas y para salir del paso simplemente ejecutan la acción que corresponde, pero sin ampliar un poco el panorama que indudablemente agrega un condimento para el espectador. La manera en que Jennifer Walters logra convertirse en She-Hulk me parece un total desastre desde un punto de vista argumental y sobre todo narrativo, deja un muy mal sabor de boca, ya que es simplemente absurdo, siendo este elemento lo que pronostica la lógica y la narrativa de la serie, al menos hasta el quito capítulo.
En esta época la industria audiovisual se ha encaminado a ser reflejo de movimientos sociales importantes, si bien soy una persona en pro de los derechos humanos, a veces siento que la manera de encajar asuntos como el feminismo se forzaba en algunas ocasiones, no estoy en contra de este movimiento, sin embargo, como espectador siento que en muchas ocasiones introducen forzadamente este tipo de opiniones y el espectador queda poco desorientado, sobre todo desde un punto de vista lógico.
Para entender un poco lo que escribo en el párrafo anterior, debo decir que la serie se enfoca en la vida de Jennifer Walters, mujer de 30 años y soltera, una abogada en un mundo moderno, esta serie tiende a argumentar que lo que viven las mujeres en su vida es aún más difícil desde un punto de vida psicológico y emocional que todo lo que ha experimentado Hulk en todo lo que va de Universo Cinematográfico de Marvel.
Totalmente, She-Hulk puede dominar su transformación a placer, ya que puede controlar sus emociones, que vienen desde el autocontrol por el miedo y el estrés de “ser mujer”, me parece algo totalmente exagerado, es decir, Hulk peleó infinidades de veces, incluso contra uno de los seres más fuertes del universo (Thanos), lucho contra su mejor amigo y posteriormente lo vio morir, sacrificó su brazo por la humanidad, estuvo como prisionero en un planeta extraño, tantas batallas por la supervivencia de la humanidad, sin embargo, la vida de una mujer resulta más estresante, desde mi punto de vista, resulta incluso ofensivo para las mujeres, por supuesto, es mi opinión personal.
Estructura del Argumento
Es una serie de abogados con un toque superheroico, así como lo mencioné anteriormente, parece que en Marvel ya no tienen mucha creatividad y decidieron introducir a una superheroína en un contexto moderno y profesional, que termina siendo absurdo por momentos y hasta incómodo para los fans de Marvel, sus batallas y emociones.
La narrativa es parecida a una serie de adolescentes, a pesar de que en teoría, la producción apunta a un público un poco más adulto, los chistes son bastante malos y con muy poca acción, si no estuviese el nombre Hulk en el título pienso que nadie sabría que esta serie se introduce en el UCM.
He visto que a muchas personas le gusta este contexto y el desarrollo de la serie, puede parecer entretenido por momentos, un entretenimiento ligero y de fácil digestión, pero absurdo y decepcionante para los que deseamos ver acción y una historia interesante dentro de este universo cinematográfico.
Opinión Final
Siento que me ha decepcionado Marvel una vez más, me gusta mucho el personaje de Hulk, esa esencia primitiva que lucha y lucha sin parar, destrucción y una fuerza descomunal, sin embargo, She-Hulk es todo lo contrario, un personaje que incluso puede ser sacado de alguna parodia y que hasta este momento, no le veo un sitio en los Vengadores.
Es subjetivo ya que sé que a muchas personas les gusta esta serie y la valoración va a depender de cada quien, sin embargo, para mí es una serie decepcionante, a la espera de lo que pueda ocurrir sobre el final de la serie en donde puede cambiar todo el panorama. ¿Eso puede ocurrir?
Tenemos un precedente de una serie de Marvel que cambió completamente su estructura sobre el final y nos introdujo en escenas emocionantes de las que siempre deseamos ver en Marvel, la serie es WandaVision, al recordar esta serie, observaremos una estructura atípica que en un parpadeo da un giro de 180 grados, eso me da para pensar que podemos esperar esa misma fórmula en She-Hulk, una trama atípica, pero con una explosión de acción al acercarse el final de esta miniserie, al menos eso es lo que espero, ya que si esto no ocurre, pienso que la serie será un desastre para los acérrimos fanáticos de Marvel.
Debido a este factor, no le otorgaré una calificación en este momento, debería esperar el final que seguramente cambiará toda la percepción de She-Hulk, esperemos que eso pase y que la serie tenga un mejor rumbo.

Totally, She-Hulk can master her transformation at will, as she can control her emotions, which come from self-control due to the fear and stress of "being a woman", it seems to me something totally exaggerated, I mean, Hulk fought infinite times, even against one of the strongest beings in the universe (Thanos), he fought against his best friend and later saw him die, he sacrificed his arm for humanity, he was a prisoner on a strange planet, so many battles for the survival of humanity, however, the life of a woman is more stressful, from my point of view, it is even offensive to women, of course, it is my personal opinion.
Plot Structure
It's a lawyer series with a superheroic touch, as I mentioned before, it seems that Marvel doesn't have much creativity anymore and decided to introduce a superheroine in a modern and professional context, which ends up being absurd at times and even uncomfortable for Marvel fans, their battles and emotions.
The narrative is similar to a teen series, despite the fact that in theory, the production is aimed at a slightly more adult audience, the jokes are pretty bad and with very little action, if the name Hulk wasn't in the title I don't think anyone would know that this series is introduced in the UCM.
I have seen that many people like this context and the development of the series, it may seem entertaining at times, a light and easy to digest entertainment, but absurd and disappointing for those who want to see action and an interesting story within this cinematic universe.
Final Opinion
I feel like I've been let down by Marvel once again, I really like the Hulk character, that primitive essence that fights and fights non-stop, destruction and an enormous strength, however, She-Hulk is the opposite, a character that can even be taken out of a parody and that until this moment, I don't see a place for him in the Avengers.
It is subjective as I know that many people like this series and the assessment will depend on each person, however, for me it is a disappointing series, waiting for what may happen on the end of the series where the whole picture can change. That can happen?
We have a precedent of a Marvel series that completely changed its structure at the end and introduced us to exciting scenes that we always want to see in Marvel, the series is WandaVision, remembering this series, we will observe an atypical structure that in the blink of an eye gives a 180 degree turn, that gives me to think that we can expect the same formula in She-Hulk, an atypical plot, but with an explosion of action near the end of this miniseries, at least that's what I hope, because if this does not happen, I think the series will be a disaster for die-hard Marvel fans.
Because of this factor, I won't give it a rating right now, I should wait for the finale which will surely change the whole perception of She-Hulk, hopefully that will happen and the series will have a better direction.

En los cómics, She Hulk no solo ha sido parte de Los Avengers, sino que además incluso llegó a ser parte de los 4 fantásticos y otros equipos de MARVEL, por lo que me pareció muy irónico todo esto.

Ya en la parte final del episodio, vemos como unos maleantes intentan lastimarla con herramientas asgardianas, aunque se desconoce las verdaderas intenciones de estos al lastimar a Jennifer, por lo que es muy seguro que sepamos más de ellos más adelante.

Y como no podía faltar, la escena post créditos tuvo de nuevo un toque cómico único, pues luego de que nos presentaron la sentencia del caso de Runa, donde no solo perdió, sino que tendrá que devolver el dinero que estafó, Megan The Stallion está en entre el público del jurado, para luego aparecer con Jennifer en su oficina firmando como su nueva cliente, teniendo una escena de twerking muy rara, ya que es la primera vez que veo el uso del CGI con este objetivo, jajaja.

Since its exclusive premiere on Disney Plus, I was totally determined to ignore the existence of the new She-Hulk series, I understood the concept and valued its efforts to present something different to the MCU, but considering the precedents of recent years, I also understood that the final resul could not be more than mediocre at best, it did not contribute to my perception of the project that the trailers and most of the promotional content had a strange and inconsistent style, something that mixed with a premise and character that's quite difficult to adapt It was an obvious recipe for disaster.
Finally, in the midst of the fomo and wanting to have a more solid basis to criticize negatively, I decided to give its first episode a chance, the question is: Was I right?
She-Hulk is a series that both its defenders and enemies can describe with the same word: Weird. It has an identity crisis that can confuse those who are looking for something with a relatively serious tonality like Falcon and the Winter Soldier or Moon Knight, but that we could not classify as experimental in the style of Wandavision. Perhaps the biggest victim of this is the character of the Hulk, who since his bitter beginnings in the 2008 film has not only gone through a recasting (remember that Edward Norton was originally in charge of interpreting him and not Mark Ruffalo, something that bothers me series acknowledges), but also hasn't had a consistent story arc since Age of Ultron. Infinity War and Endgame gave him a rather secondary role, and many times his purpose was too comedic and existed despite his more tragic origins, of course, defining whether this was positive or negative depended on the tastes of each fan.
In this case, they try to balance both extremes of the character, but far from making us feel empathy, it ends up feeling like a joke in bad taste, an excuse to form a new female character that could work very well within this cinematographic universe, but at the same time that still has a long way to go.
She-Hulk is bad? Definitely not, the cgi leaves a bit to be desired and most of the scenes are directed horribly, but at the same time I feel it's important to give it a try without being too predisposed to loathe it.
The moments where the fourth wall is broken are enjoyed and the internal conflict that Jennifer wages is interesting, it is an intrinsically feminist story and giving it a correct angle could end up being very solid.

She-Hulk es una serie que tanto sus defensores y enemigos pueden describir con la misma palabra: Rara. Tiene una crisis de identidad que puede desconcertar a aquellos que busquen algo de tonalidad relativamente sería como Falcon and the Winter Soldier o Moon Knight, pero que tampoco podríamos catalogar como experimental al estilo de Wandavision. No obstante, dentro de esta falta de enfoque debo admitir que el resultado final es una serie bastante ligera que aunque lleva este área del universo cinematográfico de Marvel a un punto extraño, nunca podría catalogarse como aburrida.
Quizá la mayor víctima de esto es el personaje de Hulk, que desde sus amargos inicios en el filme de 2008 no solo ha pasado por un recasteo (Recordemos que originalmente Edward Norton era el encargado de interpretarlo y no Mark Ruffalo, algo que me esta misma serie reconoce), sino que tampoco ha tenido un arco narrativo consistente desde Age of Ultron. Infinity War y Endgame le dieron un rol bastante secundario, y muchas veces le su propósito era demasiado comedico y existía en dretimento de sus orígenes más trágicos, por supuesto, definir si esto era positivo o negativo dependía de los gustos de cada fan.
En este caso se tratan de balancear ambos extremos del personaje, pero lejos de hacernos sentir empatía, termina sintiéndose como un chiste de mal gusto, una escusa para formar a un nuevo personaje femenino que podría funcionar muy bien dentro de este universo cinematográfico, pero al que aún le falta mucho camino por recorrer.
¿She-Hulk es mala? Definitivamente no, el cgi deja un poco que desear y la mayoría de las escenas están dirigidas de forma horrible, pero al mismo tiempo siento que es importante darle una oportunidad sin estar demasiado predispuesto a detestarla.
Se disfrutan los momentos en dónde se rompe la cuarta pared y el conflicto interno que libra Jennifer es interesante, es una historia intrinsecamente feminista y dándole un ángulo correcto podría terminar siendo muy solida.

Hace pocas horas acabé de ver el más reciente episodio de She Hulk, y a diferencia del anterior donde tuvimos más escenas de acción, este será más lento, llevándonos a entender lo que sucede en la mente de Jennifer Walters al comprender que su vida no volverá a ser la misma, pues tendrá que compaginar su carrera en las leyes con su nuevo ser, She Hulk, la superheroína que no pidió ser, pero que la humanidad necesita.
A few hours ago I finished watching the most recent episode of She Hulk, and unlike the previous one where we had more action scenes, this one will be slower, leading us to understand what happens in the mind of Jennifer Walters when she understands that her life will not return to be the same, because she will have to combine her career in law with her new self, She Hulk, the superheroine she didn't ask to be, but that humanity needs.
El episodio comienza con la reseña televisiva de lo sucedido en los estrados, donde Walters tuvo que transformarse en She Hulk para detener a Titania, ilustrados en los dibujos típicos de los juicios, pues allí está prohibido tomar fotos, un detalle menor, pero que agrega más realismo a los sucedido. De igual forma nos revelan que la villana es una influencer en la vida real, cosa que va más de la mano con la Titania de los cómics, que siempre busco la aprobación de los demás y alcanzar por cualquier medio la fama y fortuna.

Las dos cosas más importantes de este acto final son la preparación de Hulk para su primera película en solitario, tal vez pensando en llevar a la gran pantalla la historia de Planet Hulk, y la segunda, que Wong participará en el próximo capítulo al encontrarse con Abominación, cosa que se nos mostró en los trailers de la serie.

Last night we watched the first episode of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, starring Tatiana Maslany as Jennifer Walters/she-Hulk. I first have to say I never read any of the she-Hulk comics back “in the day” as I only had so much money to pay for comics (I also had to cover other things like books, gas, auto insurance, and so on as a kid at that time, then off to Spain for three years, so missed out on a lot of cool stuff), however planning on hitting some of the John Byrne run after I finish Tomb of Dracula. That being said, I have to say we, as a family, really enjoyed the first episode and we are looking forward to watching the rest of the series as it is released on Disney+.
Tatiana Maslany turns in a fine performance as She-Hulk, as does the rest of the cast including Mark Ruffalo, with a production team led by Jessica Gao (this is my first exposure to Gao’s work) and a host of others. If the series shapes up to be as good as the first episode, this is going to be a really run series to watch and a great addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
This first episode shows a bit of humor, as well as drama, as we are introduced to Jennifer Walters and how she becomes She-Hulk, and a bit about why She-Hulk developed a bit differently than The Hulk. We get to visit Bruce Banner’s beach house and home-built bar, and his attempts to teach his cousin how to deal with being a super-powered being and be a superhero. It goes better for Jennifer than it does for Bruce, giving us a bit of humor along the way,
There is also the serious/dramatic side as we are introduced to the She-Hulk’s origin (and, yes, I did a bit of checking and the origin is different in the comics, but hey, this is television!). Not wanting to give out spoilers, I’ll skip over this.
One carry-over from the comics a friend of mine mentioned is the breaking of the fourth wall. My buddy said that was a common tactic that John Byrne used when he worked on the series way back in the ‘80s. The breaking of the fourth wall has made itself known in the first episode. Not sure if Gao will continue to use this tactic in future episodes, however we will see.
If you haven’t watched the first episode yet, and have Disney+, check it out. I think you’ll find it a good addition to the MCU. I tried to keep spoilers out of this review, hopefully I succeeded there.
